driver didn't come to the location, we waited for 1:30 hour there nor did he cancel the ride
Very disturbed at the behavior of the grab driver, It was very late at night and we stood on the road for whole 1:30 hour. We're foriegners for pleasure trip. Clearly poor service. We were calling him constantly. Didn't recieve a single call and didn't reply to the text even. Catch those dirty [censor] drivers making bad names for such a good company. Inhumane act. He should have received a call at least. [censor]. With my daughter and wife I was standing there. On bus stop. Like what the hell. I've booked a ride and driver is such a fool. He has not only wasted our time but also gave a very bad image of such reputable organization.
Had to take uber instead. Driver was really nice and sweet. Who was real quick and it was a good ride indeed.
driver asks to cancel the booking and threaten
When I get into the car from airport the driver ask me to cancel to booking and pay him by cash. I refuse and the driver ask me get down the car and get another driver while we on the highway. At last I cancel too because I was scared by his threatening as I am alone. This is too unprofessional and I hope Grab and look into this case seriously . On top of that, that driver drove a different car (not like the picture shown) and seems like a different driver. But he call me with the provided phone number.
estimate time
Ofcause i know Traffic jam is very in Kuala Lumpur, but is terrible if your estimated time 4min wait till about 20-30min.
Between maybe company can suggest some way to make it faster or avoid the traffic. If you want your passangee to be patient at least the estimated time is correct.
Please estimated it properly if we really rushing it will be terrible.
If you always want fast drive i think you better buy a private heli or hiring private driver so he can always wait youbat the lobby
bad customer
Hi..i want to make a complain about customer name raselinda(booking ID: ADR-[protected]) who make a booking. I sent 1 message to her to inform that i will be there in a few minutes. No response from her. Then i drove to her location for pick up.
Once i arrived, she did not show up. So i called her and told that i arrived. She then ask who is this and she said already make a cancel for that booking. I check and no cancellation has been made. She insist told me that she has made the cancellation. Then i told her to check in her app. Then after a few second i got notification for cancellation from grab.
Im really upset that she did not even apologise for her mistake. I lost a lot of time, petrol and toll to reach at her location.
I hope Grab team take action and give reasonable punishment on her and and other problematic customers. I believe there are many customers out there who created troubles to grab drivers.

cancel my trip after 9 min
I booking a trip on 940..and 947 grab driver called me said wait more 10min..i ask him as fast as he can.. Then wait 2 more minutes.. The grab driver cancelled my trip.. And it make me late on my time for 2nd booking.. Below photo is the driver details. Please train ur driver this is not a good service to customer.. It really too bad on it.. Very unlikely..

I was on the way to my office in bayu tinggi and stop in jln kebun nenas klang as the traffic light is on red. and this grab car driver out from shell petrol station, he didn't look at my direction and just drive out and hit to my car even though I already horn few times to warm him. to avoid caused the traffic jam at there, I make a move when the traffic light turn green and u-turn to meet him. I saw him came down from his car and check his own car. his car still good and he already saw me but he quickly got into his car and drive off. I was shocked how can he just go off like this and don't even bother to talk with me how to settle. anyhow I went to make a police report and please find the attachment is the police report. I hope your good company will consider to stop this driver because of his irresponsible attitude.

So I requested a grabcar, the name mentioned above accepted and after few minutes I received his message saying He wanted to go shopping and watching movie instead. Then He disappeared for a few minutes without cancelling my request which really pissed me off because it's time wasting. After he replied I felt threaten by him as he said he can report me as well. After that, he cancelled the request and few minutes after that I saw his car pass by me, which made me felt like I was scammed by him because he said he's inside the shopping mall. I hope that GRABCAR can derank or suspend him for his personalities and I demand a repay for my time wasted.

grab reward
I am new user for grab, in this morning I requested grab and using grab reward "NEWGRABRIDE" with Rm 10.00 discount, after I arrived and want to pay, grab driver show me total payment was Rm13.00 instead of Rm3.00 (after discount). I found that grab app show a notice about the grab reward was not function please try again soon. I 've tried and it doesn't have any reward for me already.

Hye, i am sufi. recently i faced an issue regarding the app. When i book for a ride or try to ind a driver, the app will shut down, hence my ride is cancel/ there is no history of booking any ride at the history. However, a driver still got through my phone number. When i told him that i havent book (there is no history), i was told by him that he will report me to the HQ and police. He still threathens me because i didnt take the ride i book but apparently the application went down and there is no driver name and no booking history. The number of the driver is +[protected]. Please solve this matter, thank you in advance
not well prepared driver
I request a grab car plus. Driver came and i told him i was in a rush to airport n need to be there 45 minutes before the counter. He first told me no problem n half way through he told me he ran out of fuel need to stop by the fuel station to pump n i reply i m rushing to airport he replied is red light blinking on his fuel meter so without any choice he stop for around 5 min n to turn out to highway all together cost around 10 minutes the fastest . I arrive n i realise they dont allow me to check in n miss my flight. I have to purchase another next flight which is two days later. This driver should be more aware if they accept the airport job they should have sufficient fuel before picking up customer n not letting ur customer to wait n waste time.especiailly i told him i was late already. rude and unprofessional grabcar driver
I booked a grabcar from my house 92, austria height, jalan sebiew, bintulu to Perodua Sales, 6 minutes drive away. I tried to key in my exact house address for pick up point but couldn't, the most accurate address is Jalan Sebiew. So I put my house number and exact adress at the note, for the driver in ky booking. After 10 minutes, a driver picked up my booking. Abdul Halim Bin Haris, car plate number QAA 7202N Nissan Grand Livina. After a while, he gave me a call, telling me to cancel the booking as he was at Medan Area, claiming that its rugi for him if he comes to my place. I replied, if he thinks ita too far for him, he should cancel the booking, not me. I explained to him that the pick up point cannot exactly pin point my house adress, and he thought.that I put the inaccurate pick up point, and refused to come pick me. I tried to reason with him politely, but he hung up the phone after saying, "if u dont want to cancel, then I wont cancel too. See how much time u can waste". At that moment, I felt that he is really rude and irresponsible. I canceled the booking, and rebooked. Managed to get another driver soon and got to my destination.
I hope GrabCar will take disciplinary action against Abdul Halim Bin Haris, to uphold the image and credibility of all other GrabCars' drivers.

grabpay unable to accept my debit card
Hello,
I would like to submit this issue because my ATM/Debit card is not getting accepted while adding in Grab pay for card payment services for my trips.
The issue is whenever I'm submitting a request regarding this to the help desk, they keep on asking to contact my bank to activate e-commerce (which was activated already). This same card I'm using in Uber pay and other services. Everywhere this card is accepted but not in Grab Pay alone. But when I ask the help desk, their final reply was to use some other card.
I need to use my very own personal card which I'm using for everything. Opening/getting another card is not the best solution for this I guess. So I would like to resolve this issue so that I can pay with my own card instead of going with some other cards. Pls help on this. Thanks.
driver's bad service
Good morning.
I would like to complaint regarding the previous trip I took this morning at 9:23am (26th Dec 2017).
The driver is Abdul Munir Bin Mohd Razak with car plat number PMY 4369, booking ID: ADR- [protected]-3-518.
At the first point, as a driver he did not prepare any small change or small note with him in order to give the balance to the passenger, he straight away dropped me at the petrol station without notifying me and ask me in a rude way to change the big note somemore I've informed him earlier that I'm in a rush. This is so irresponsible, I sincerely hope Grab management team can take action on this issue. Looking forward to hear from Grab.

rude grab driver

He accepted the request but messaged me and told me to wait 1 hour. The estimated fare was RM 14. He said that my location is very far and very jam. I told him to cancel from his end but he said it was not his problem. Well, that would be true if he did not accept the request but he did accept the request, so it was HIS problem. I got a metered taxi which cost RM 10 in two minutes after. Rude driver NG HANG LIONG.

grabcar code of conduct
The grabcar company has been accusing drivers breach code of conduct without any valid proof to it's partners
due to overhelming driver signup now they are doing ethnic cleansing to remove a lot of drivers. Driver who earn a lot of incentives being terminated without a valid proper reason.
Some of the drivers got terminated even with 1 parking summon and blame spad request them to ban the driver. After further checking with spad there is no request from spad to do so.
Many of the driver including myself has been deactivated & terminated from the system and fare collection from grabpay has not being refund back to driver account even though it has been requested processed previously.
The company itself didn't allow parttimer and fulltimer to drive within flexibility time with new rules of 30% acceptance rate . They just simply use grabcar apps to spy on driver phone and messages to find anything involving grabcar driver. All driver & partners are being monitored 24/7 by the grabcar application and this is breach of privacy
I hope someone will take legal action on grab company because many of drivers being affected with new rules where they lost main source of income and being exploited by Grab
I too have been banned for cancellations that was done by passengers. Drivers have no control over passenger cancellations and yet I am a victim and penalized for something I did not commit. I hope the government re looks into Grab company. Now I have no job and I depended on the earnings to feed my family. What did I do to be penalized like this !

Dear grab team, when can you guys activate my grab driver account? It is suspended on 4/12/2017 due to my license expiry. The very next day I have submitted my license picture and received a confirmation email stating that you guys have received it. But until now 20/12/17 (After 15 days) I still seeing my account in the app is suspended as I can log in. I have called to the customer service like more than 100 times and emailed many times but they always said that they will activate back the account within 1-2 working days. Today already the 15th days, how many days you guys plan to suspend my account? Please understand the hardships of earning a small salary and needing an alternative for extra income. My car plate is bmj 9108. Please call me at [protected] to explain about this.

unethical unresponsive grabcar customer service
I am a grabcar driver for 5 months, from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. On Thursday evening (07/12/17) after I sent off a passenger at Berjaya Times Square, I found that my grab driver apps stop responding and showed no improvement at all. I informed the grab car customer service Malaysia and was told to switch off and switch on the phone which I did. When that doesn't work, the staff told me to uninstall and reinstall the grab driver apps.I tried to sign in then the message "connection timeout" pops out.The staff told me to wait until next day because the technical team need to investigate the issue. I asked the staff why it takes too long and he mentioned because everyone is busy with limited technical staffs.
On Friday(08/12/17) I called the customer service and she told me the matter is still pending and no action yet. I was very upset and then she (customer service) advised me to send an e-mail with screenshot of the issue which I did. I waited patiently for the next 2 days and the reply was, some steps to do troubleshooting on my own.
I told them that I tried everything already but the grab driver apps is totally inaccessible.There is no reply from the technical support.
So, on Monday (11/12/17) I queried what's really went wrong and the staff replied a technical issue is found in my grab driver account system. I asked if any remedy action taken, but he said no. I was so disgusted and told him I shall bring up this issue to the management.
It has been 5 days until today (12/12/17) and now, I suffered days of loss of income due to the irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical, inefficient, lack of concern and hopeless attitude of the Grabcar help centre. For reference my report no: [protected] and complaint attended by Mr Romeo.
I and my group of other fellow grab drivers decides if this matter is not resolved immediately, we shall reveal this matter to SPAD and the media for further action.

Pada 7 december 2017 saya telah menempah grab ke imagomall..Saya sangat kecewa terhadap layanan teruk yang telah diberikan oleh pemandu grab yang memegang plat no sac2830E atau nama pmandu grab LOH TUCK YEAN..beliau telah mgeluarkan kata2 yang membuat saya berasa terhina..pemandu grab ini sangatlah tidak bradap sopan..beliau juga mempunyaj wajah yang bengis dan tidak mesra..saya harap pihak yang brkuasa mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya terhadap pemandu ini..

I am complaining about the grab car service nowadays
I'm a worker which is using a Grab Car everyday, but this few weeks very hard for me to get a grabcar. Plus, the fare always triple when it comes to high fare. Before this its only double. And I want to complain about this grabcar driver which is i've waited for him 10 minutes and he cancelled my order. VAB8801 perodua myvi. I can't remember the plat number but something like that.
