dishonest behaviour of grab drivers in kuala lumpur
Please tk note I am a regular passenger of grab n lately I been having problems with your service. This week your driver has cancelled his trip after making me wait more than 30 mins each time. Details are as follows:

Complaints: grap showed 7 mins but I waited outside my main gate more thn 30mins n driver said on d way when I called. After 30 mins driver sent message he already arrive at my gate but that is not true. I ws already waiting for so long n he never came. After that I received message driver cancelled because passenger did not turn up... This is a lie. Driver didn't turn up bt blaming the customer to safe his incentive n points. This is not fair. To make it worst I received message from grap reminding me not to make drivers wait too long. I have never made any drivers wait because I am always early and the drivers are always late.

Please take action on drivers who are not honest and blaming passenger to safe their incentives. Please select driver who are well mannered n serious about the business.
This horrible attitude of drivers will affect the good drivers. This will eventually kill grab business in long run... BE AWARE!
I travel by Grabcars daily n noticed lately d service is vry bad. Car is messy n dirty inside n vry uncomfortable to travel. Grab drivers no show frequently because they are selective about location. Since it's autoselect, driver are giving false report that customer didn't show up. The truth is grab drivers are playing dirty tactics to cancel the trip.
Also grab drivers always turn up vry late compare to the time frame given by company. Please tk immediate action.

I have ordered at 6pm on 12/10/18 from regancy terrace ipoh to ktm ipoh. Grab driver said 4mins away.
I had to wait for more 10 minutes, which is still ok. Then when he arrived and called me, he was actually waited for me at ipoh parade! This is unacceptable. And from ipoh parade to my place should took him 5 minutes but it took him longer than time. When i called, he asked me where is my place? So he doesnt know in the first place.I politely cancelled his booking, he ageees so when i tried to make another booking, he keep accepting my booking which is irritating bcs it takes my time to actually make another booking.
When i finally book another grab driver, he keep calling me i dont know what for.
Unfortunately, the time was wasted too long. And i missed my train. I believe he accepted the booking while he still has another passenger to send. The time gap was too long and the distance is all less than 1km apart taking the traffic jam into account.
Not just he wasted my money, he is also wasted my time and other people's time too.

The application after updating hasn't been very user friendly.
On GrabFood,
I wanted to connect to grabfood for the first time today but it keeps saying connection unsuccessful, please check network, despite my connection was working perfectly fine.

Later on the day, I was helping my dad to pre book a 6 seater for tomorrow using his account. After getting a confirmation from driver, the notification just disappear and I couldn't check anything on history and schedule. So I made another booking thinking that it wasn't successful the first time. When my second booking got confirmed, the first booking was shown on the scheduled tab. So I made duplicate bookings. When I was trying to cancel one of the booking, the app hang whenever I press cancel booking. This causes me to forcefully close the app and reopen it and I've tried this at least 3-4 times.
I called Grab hotline to cancel the booking, they were very helpful and ensure that they will cancel the booking within 3-5 mins. But after 20 mins of consistently refreshing the app, it was still showing in the app. Only removed after another call.
Additionally, I couldn't find the car brand/type on the scheduled booking. Only carplate was shown.
ride scamming
I am here to try despite it is a tiny chance.
I would like to make a report regarding a GRAB scammer which is a malaysia nationality passenger. Here's the issue happened, this afternoon (10/10/2018, around 2.15pm), a ride request popped out on my screen after I dropped my previous passenger in Kuala Lumpur. Doubtlessly, I accepted the request and picked the SCAMMER up from the destination that he requested. Before dropping him at he first destination, he did asked for the next ride to IPOH PARADE which located in IPOH, PERAK, MALAYSIA as he said that he needed to deliver some computer spare parts. A ride from Kuala Lumpur to IPOH, more or less will be charging RM230++. For a driver like me certainly accepted this huge fish without any destination eventho knowing this is a 2 and the half hour ride. He requested for 2way round (around 5hours ride) which roughly costed RM600(by adding tols). The SCAMMER did agreed with this.
After the agreement without black-and-white, I fetched him to IPOH, waited him for him to get back my car. Dropped him in IPOH PARADE, he wanted to borrowed RM200 from me for unclear purpose. I failed to fulfil his wish as I dont have cash left in my wallet. After that, I fetched him back to KUALA LUMPUR again to the destination he gave.
The round way rides costed him RM580, he asked for RM20 so that it will be easier for him to pay me by paying me RM600 on cash. I am innocent enough to believe what he said. After he got down from my car, I waited for him for half an hour and this period of time shivering my spine when I started realising he might be a scammer. I did spammed his phone calling and whatsapp, the calls NEVER reach him.
As a student like me, GRAB is my part time job to loosen my burden as a PTPTN holder. 5hours of ride brought me an unexpected huge impact.
This caused me to have trust issue.
I did research on GRAB page. There is only Passenger feedback slot, but NOT providing GRAB driver report issues slot. We need a reasonable right as a GRAB driver.
By the way, the whatsapp profile picture for this guy is CIO FERMENTED FRUIT JUICE. So he might be working there.
I know I do a complaint here may be not bringing any changes, but at least I have tried my best to do everything I could.

Why do I get charged everytime after app update request?
This is not the first time I was charged RM1 for capturing my credit card information. If you refer to your record, i have been Grab user for years and each time when I update your app, my credit card details will disappear. Why do I get penalized every time you lose my credit card details?
The fault in on yours, please investigate. I have lost count on number of times I was charged for your problem.
driver dishonor
on 8th Oct. morning 5:50am.
I grab a car MCP4356 to pick up me at Kesidang Mas kampong Lapan Melaka. I was waiting more than 5 minutes. The Grab App was still showing 5 minutes waiting time. Then, I called the driver. He said he is in Melaka Central. Is a bit far for him. He replied me he caouldn't come over unless, I pay him extra. Thus, I cancelled my order. Soon after, I maka another order. The same car driveer was accepting my order. This time the price he raised to RM13. RM2 more than first time I had ordered. I was waiting him but, he didn't reply to me and let waiting untill I called him. But, he necglected accepting my call and cut off the line. I was trying to make another ordered but, due to he did not cancelled my ordered. The line was still cannected and I couldn't make another order. I have no exit Grab App and reload The Grab App and make an ordered. Luckly, this tume I have a good driver and savely sent me to Melaka Central and just on time to catcj my bus to air port.
Please take an action against this kind of dishounor redicular diver to damage Grab reputation because this bad draver.

I want to complaint grab car driver
Yesterday I was booked grab car SD9668E from Foh Sang to New WK restaurant. The driver was very rude.. when he send the msg to me to notify me he is arrived, my hp was hanged n after I reset my hp he called me up and scored me... I showed to him my HP doesn't received his msg but he said u give him excuses... I get angry n frustrated. I still paid him Rm5 without taking his car.. but he throw the money in front of me showing that he is angry... What the hell Is it? Is it the service that should provide to customer.? I'm disappointed... I hope grab management can take action against him... If he don't want to do can just sit at the home... Old man...
grab driver who was very rude
Hi im a regular grab user. Today i booked a grab driver ot stated that she will reach in 8 minutes but she took 30 minutes to reach i messaged her she did not reply. Then suddenly she arrived and the bis arrived at the same time because so i decided to take the bus because its not worth paying extra when she is already late and i could just take the bus instead so i went to her and said that im sorry politely and told her im sorry that i did not cancel the booking but she instead started scolding me and used harsh vulgar words on me..i am very unsatisfied with what happened. Hi. I have received several messages to my number +[protected] saying that I have not been showing up for my rides when i had not booked any at the time.

When I booked the Grab car, the Grab system displayed a fee of RM14. But the driver charged me RM20 saying I had booked a 6-seater car at RM20, which wasn't true. If that was his attempt at charging me for the luggage, then this is the first time in my whole trip I got charged for the luggage in a Grab car.

On 04 Oct 2018, 11:50, i have booked a car for my mom from Klinik Aneka Klang back to home at Jalan Gapis, Klang. I told the driver that my mom is waiting at the designate area and he agreed. But after waiting for more than 10 min, he dint show up but the payment got charged into my credit card.

On September 11, NICOLAS LAGAT, one of your drivers, recklessly sped at a red light which caused a vehicular accident between him and I while I was riding my bike.
He did not stop his car when he already bumped my bike so my bike and I were dragged with him as he was speeding until my head was already almost crushed by the wheels of his car. Luckily, I was wearing a sturdy helmet. There were a lot of witnesses that attended to my care while waiting for the medic to arrive.I was given immediate medical attention by the medic team from Barangay Kapitolyo.
The barangay officials at Barangay Kapitolyo can attest that your driver is at fault. He had the nerve to offer me FIVE HUNDRED PESOS for the "trouble" to which I declined. I had my partner go to the barangay hall so she can speak to him and the officials since I was disoriented due to the accident. We took pity on the driver as we know he doesn't earn much so we asked him for just FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. A friend of him showed up a few moments later as he borrowed money from him in the amount of one thousand pesos. His friend had the audacity to accuse me of being at fault because that's what your driver has told him. He declined to pay us and threatened that we should go to court. My partner did not have a problem agreeing to go to court but Nicolas and his friend eventually conceded and we agreed to FIVE THOUSAND PESOS to be paid in three installments.
We've asked so little because we took pity. We spent ELEVEN THOUSAND PESOS on hospital fees after that incident alone. It still does not include any reparations due for the bike. We did not ask for additional money from him and YET, they did not comply to what was agreed on and have not made a payment on September 26.
I have attached pictures of the injuries together with the driver's Grab ID, License, and the filed agreement in Barangay Kapitolyo.
I demand that actions must be placed to reprimand your driver even if it means terminating him from service. I am a regular Grab user and I don't want this to tarnish the relationship I already have with you. But if these are the kind of drivers that you let within your organization, then you've completely tarnished your reputation and I will make sure that further actions will be taken.

unethical behavior (left phone inside the car)
Last 30th Sept 2018, I took a grab and as soon as I step out of the car, I realised that I have accidentally left my phone. Long story short, I was able to contact the driver personally. She asked for me to pay for her expenses to come back to KL from Batu Pahat, which is RM300. I've called the Grab customer service and they informed me regarding the policy which drivers can only charged passengers within KL area so why is she asking me to pay such thing? This is absurd, please do something to protect us as passengers. I was able to negotiate to pay her rm200 and due the fact that I wanted my phone back, I did so. I am certainly not a satisfied customer.

Dear Grab management... I don't think it is fair for you to double up the price just because of the rain... even if u increase by Rm3 it is still acceptable but to increase by double the amount is totally ridiculous... just because we use ur service everyday and we don't have other alternative doesn't mean you can do as u wish. From USJ 9 to USJ 11 always costs me rm5 to rm6 but today it costs me RM12. Totally unacceptable for such short distance. Even if u charged me RM8 I would have kept quiet but doubling the price is not appropriate.
missing wallet and wrong contact number provided from grab car customer service center
This incident happens on 29 September 2018, Saturday night. After reached the destination at TBS Kuala Lumpur, my bro found tat his wallet is missing. He immediately call the help line to get the black Proton Saga, WVU 7429, Muhammad Fariq bin Omar, the driver contact no. However, the operator refused to give him the contact no. directly as he is not the one call for grab car, (his friend call for the grab car). The operator named, Nor Aida Fatihah binti Yusof promised to email his friend about the driver's personal phone no. But, the number that she provide is not in service range. So, he keep calling the service center to get their help to contact the driver. The feedback they gave to him were cannot contact with the driver.
Until the next day, I try to call again to ask the service center to see how they can help? The male operator like know everything happening, keep asking me what the phone no. I gt. He said maybe wrong, he refuse to heard my explain on the incident, then, I repeat to him the no. Find out tat is totally different from what he can check from the system!
After gt the right no, I call to the driver, Muhammad Fariq, he ask whether my bro very sure his wallet inside his car and what colour is the wallet, then he said will check for me. After half and hours, he call back with another phone no. And said there is nothing inside his car.He start explain to me actually the grab car center hv contact with him, and cannot found the wallet, he said maybe my bro drop his wallet over the cimb bank there as he going down to take his stuff from carboot. ( the driver stop by the bank for the atm)
my bro very sure that he gt his wallet in hand after gt into the car. But the driver keep said he failed to found it.
The issue that very dissappointing is why the center can provide the wrong info to us at the beginning, and since the center can already contact with the driver during the next day, they refuse to contact back with my bro immediately, until I call them my own, gt the right no. and call the driver. All seem like "pakat", make us feel very terrible after going through these things.
dangerous e-driver scam by grab targeting tourists
My wife and I booked a MYR 51 trip from Marc Residence (KLCC) to Bukit Cerakah Forest Reserve on 24 Sep 2018.
The drivers name is CHONG Ken Yong. He showed up on time for the pick up, we confirmed that we wanted to go to the Forest Reserve, one of the most popular tourist attractions in KL. He programmed the trip into his Grab GPS system and we left.
Approximately an hour later, he drove through one of the tolls on the main highway to the KL airport, on the way to the forest, and his GPS system announced that he had reached his destination, He immediately pulled over even though he was still on the highway and nowhere near the forest and told us we had reached our destination. When we pointed out that we were not at the park entrance, or near anything that looked like the park, he told us we had reached the destination and if wanted to go to the park entrance 500 meters away we would have to pay an additional MYR 20. We pointed out that he knew where our destination was and that since we were on the side of a dangerous highway with very busy traffic, we were not at our destination and he needed to get us there. He refused to do it, we argues back and forth, he called his service center, they told us to pay extra, and I called the police. After back and forth with the police, the police told the driver to take us back to our starting point. The driver did that and we are still bring charged by Grab. It is clear to us that this is a scam, probably because we are tourists, that leaves passengers in a dangerous area, with us on the side of a very busy highway, and refuses to proceed to the agreed destination until additional money is paid. I've been in touch with the police twice already over the phone re this dangerous scam, and will file a formal complaint tomorrow with the Royal Malaysian Tourist Police, and then contact the Transportation Ministry, who is still in negotiation with Grab over their business in Malaysia.

Today is my tried for grab car service, its really a bad day and a bad service.
I called grab car at the main door of merdeka plaza.
I received the book in a seconds, then I called the driver, I not yet ready to ask him where is the vehicle, the driver just shout at me! He shouted : im reached already! Im reached already! Why you didnt wait for me? Why you want me to wait for you?
Oh gosh! Very terrible old man, how im dare to sit in this kind of people's car? So I cancelled the ride.
I hope grab center, will provide a better traning course for those driver who with no experience in to driver responsibiity and attitude.

Leave him few messages also failed to respond. Due to his irresponsible, we were late for our very important meeting! Please do something about it!
grab pay account (top up)
Last Monday 24/09/2018, I already top up my grab pay account but I did not receive the top up amount at that time until now. The top up amount is MYR 20.00. Please refer to attachment for the photo as a proof of the transaction. I used online banking for the top up. As resolution, I want Grab Car Malaysia to refund the grab pay top up to my grab pay account. My name for Grab Car Malaysia account is Naja. For your information, I am a Platinum Membership of Grab Car Malaysia and everyday I take "Grab Car" as my transportation. I do not want because of this matter I will not interested anymore to take any "Grab Car" services on future. I really hope that Grab Car Malaysia concern and be responsible in this matter.
