I went to the HEB at 12125 Alamo Ranch Pkwy on 4/15/19 at 7:12pm. I went through Ryan D.'s line with 13 items. I purchased 4 bottled drinks and the rest were different types of chips. He bagged my drinks and all of the chips were just sitting there. It did not appear that he was going to bag the chips so I asked my daughter to bag them. I asked him do you not bag chips and his response was, "yeah, I'll bag them once your receipt comes out." I said that doesn't make sense as he watched my daughter bag the rest of my things. He was distracted by another female employee. They carried on a conversation and I asked him what is your name. He was wearing his badge at his waist. So he flashed at me like, it's right here. I said perhaps if you weren't so distracted, you would be able to concentrate on bagging my groceries, and he said, "maybe." That was surprising so I said you know what I'm going to talk to your manager and he said, "Go for it!". I have never seen such disrespect from an employee. This truly was disappointing and will never go there again. I did walk over to a Manager, said she would take care of it but not sure she was engaged. I hope that he is reminded that he is not at home and he should not disrespect the customer whom makes it a choice to stop there. This was a terrible experience, not to mention embarrassing. I had several customers behind me.

I ordered online 36 balloons for a birthday party, had my paid receipt and time to pick up which I was there right on time.
Went to pick up and no one was in floral dept because they were already gone for the day.
A cashier helped me find someone to help me and that person said he did not see the order
and could not help me.
I asked for Manager and she looked at receipt and tried to give me a refund and could not because I needed my card and I did not have it so now I have to go back to the store
to get a refund but the fact is I did not have any balloons for a big surprise party at a restaurant across the street. I made sure everyone was well aware how HEB dropped the bomb then all the stories started to surface how HEB forgot their graduation cake, etc.
There was a person ahead of me at the cashier as I was waiting for Manager complaining about another incidence as well about something else?

I was charged twice on Jan 27, 2019. I called the # that the store manager gave me to get a refund. The First Lady that helped me said that she applied the refund and I will get my money back in 5-7 days. I called a week and a half later because I haven't got my refund and the next lady named Mari said they never issued a refund. So she said she will give me my refund and it will take 5-7 business days. Now, 2 weeks later and still no refund. What the hell?

I found what seems to be 2 small small pieces of glass? (orange in color) in my cereal. After spitting it out not knowing what it was, I attempted to break it with pair of scissors, and I couldn't even make a mark on it.
I figured heb might want to know about this, as I imagine this can't be the only trace of this substance in this particular product. And I feel like a refund or replacement would be the least heb could do.

I have been treated like a thief..A person has stood in my back watching every item i out in the bag..I felt harassed .. and I have not been allowed to use self service without any reason till i asked to talk with manager . It happened around 11 am on Jan 13. Just because I wear light clothes not smart clothes its not allowed to be treated like this. I am thinking to follow up in court because I have been humiliated in this manner!

Visited 696 hutto gattis tschool road 1-10-2019 at 2:34 pm store was not crowded.
During my visit your curbside shopper dennis so he said was his name almost hit my with his cart. Unapologetic and very rude totally unconcerned even after I asked him if he saw me. This is my heb and I am very disappointed at how I was treated.
I've worked for heb befoyre and it was all about being courteous and friendly customers, co-workers, vendors or who ever.
I understand he has a job to do but we all do and we can still be courteous to our customers that choose to spend their money in our stores.

On Wednesday, December 5th, around 10 a.m. I was driving north on highway 36 just below US 79 and saw an HEB truck toss a large styrofoam cup out the window. Trailer number 4953. Photo attached.
I understand that my email is too short to "get noticed". Really? You want people to drone on? I think the above paragraph is clear. You need to let the driver know that littering is against the law. Next time I will just let the police handle it. Is this now long wmenoght to get noticed?!
lack of cashiers
Ive been a customer at heb for over 20+ years n these last couple years the lines keep getting bigger and the registers open tend to keep getting smaller.
I've had to leave up to two carts full of groceries this year because they refused to open another register. When you ask if they will open another register they just give you attitude and don't even apologize for the inconvenience..😡 so disrespectful. I just leave everything and go spend my money at walmart well at least i'll get treated with respect. Why do they hire people who do not have good customer service? I was already upset that there was only one register open but then to ad fuel to the fire I got a heb customer giving me attitude? Only made me feel worse.. I ended up spending $300 at walmart that I could of spent at heb if it wasn't for a sour employee that represents heb. Every week $300 builds up an a year. Now walmart will have it. No one caress at heb anymore. : (we are just a number.
It's not that friendly neighborhood grocery store I use to know anymore.. It saddens me.
customers that are paying with wic and coupons
On store in San juan Texas 78589. On Nov 19th Reg 14 . The employee rung up a customer on The Wic program everything together incuding cupons that the customer handed to the cashier. Once the manager came and talk to the costumer that her coupons and the wic can't be included together the associate had to return everthing and re-ring her up all over again. When there was no line on the 15 item line that they could of just take her over. It's not fair for the person behind to be waiting for 30min just because the employees and supervisor aren't train to ask ever single client before transaction what different tenders they are going to be using. So the employees already is aware to ring up several traslnsactions for that one client. I did ask to talk to a supervisor which I did and I was about to leave everthing there a purchase of more than$200 And walk out. My whole family goes to these HEB but with the experience I just had we will think of going back. I hope HEB take these in consideration and retain well there supervisors as there employees. This morning I went to return some food and as I'm getting service Rodnee decided to ask me for my last name, which I found very rude, as he WAS HOLDING my license. There is NO REASON that he should EVER do this being it's completely inappropriate! Even the lady in front of me earlier looked displeased with his attitude and service. I truly feel his work shouldn't be allowed at Lakeway HEB because it brigs down their business. I hope that that never happens again and that I won't have to see him again.
debit card usage
Yesterday at the H.E.B. located at Thousand Oaks and Jones Maltsberger I purchased merchandise that totaled 57.00 and I used my debit card to pay for the transaction and requested 10.00 case. My card was refused due to what the clerk told me was PIN error. I tried several times and it still wouldn't work, and received the same error. Manager was called and we went to another register and tried it, but the same error message was received and my card was refused. I was thoroughly disgusted because I knew the card was good and I also knew what my PIN number was. I left the store and went across the street to the Chase Bank ATM and used my card to get cash and it worked perfectly. There is nothing wrong with my PIN number on my debit care, the problem is with your Debit Machine readers. I have the receipt from the ATM machine and can produce it if requested. Please fix your stupid card readers. Thank You.

On Friday, October 19, 2018, I put money into the lottery machine at location 1550 Fry Rd. Houston TX [protected], which stated NO Quick Picks, getting ready to play numbers that I had personally chosen for the Mega Millions game. Upon entering my play sheet, machine stated it could not print ticket. I approached Manager Allison and was ridely told it was nothing she could do. She then took me to Customer Service Associate whose name tag stated Todd, who then told me that I would have to wait for him to complete a line of about 15 people. I told him that it was not my fault due to the machine stating specifically No Quick Picks and he responded by yelling that I needed to get in line and wait. Allison witnessed the entire incident and refused to give me my money that had been put into the machine and it wasn't until my husband stepped in and corrected Todd that another manager stepped in and just handed me my money back. Allison and Todd was extremely rude and unprofessional. I shop at this location at least 3 times a week and was extremely disappointed at how this situation was handled.

i just got home from my local heb where i purchased an 8 piece box of fried chicken. we set down to eat it and my wife said it was so tough she couldnt eat it. i didnt believe her so i tried to eat it and she was right. it had been fried way too long so we will debone it and give to our dogs as a treat.
we paid $7.98 for something that we couldnt eat. im not one to whine but this was just wrong to put a product on the shelf to sale. i would have fired the cook on the spot and give the customer his money back.
anyway, i know it was a waste of my hard earned money but a lesson that was learned, never buy cooked food from a grocery store.
