Hanes has lowered the quality of the sweatpants. The sweatpants no longer stay up because there are fewer rows of stitching and less elastic at the waistband. The underwear also has the same problem. They roll down because the elastic band is different. The cotton material is thinner and the overall quality has diminished. The crew socks have also changed from a smooth transition to the “arch support” feature that binds feet uncomfortably so. This is unacceptable! I’ve been a customer for decades and purchase numerous pairs every year. Now, the products can no longer be used, even in a pinch. Some years ago, the multipacks of white underwear were retired. Now only black or multicolored/patterned are available. Did it ever cross anyone’s minds that putting all white socks, bras and panties in the same wash is preferable? Obviously it hasn’t because they’re no longer available. Well, fire someone and get back to good sturdy serviceable products.
Sincerely,
Fed up in Texas
