I left my bar stools at Harman's Interiors LLC on 12/4 for reupholstering and gave them a $60 deposit. I tried calling on 12/27 to see how things were going, but their voicemail said they were closed for the holidays. When I called on 1/3/22, the number was gone. I went to the store on 1/5/22 and saw that it was empty with a "for sale" sign outside. They didn't leave any new contact info.

I met with Lisa H from Harman's Interiors LLC at my crib on August 21 to get measurements for my 2 piece sectional couch to get reupholstered. The cost was supposed to include fabric, foam for new cushions, cording, 4 accent pillows, and labor. After a bunch of delays on their part, we finally got the rest of our sectional cushions and back pillows on February 10, but the 4 accent pillows were missing. Because of Covid and me being cleared to leave isolation, the hand-off was different than usual. Lisa and her hubby brought the pillows out while I chilled in the whip. I asked her about the pillows and she said they were in there, but when she left to run our credit card, I checked and they weren't there. She said she would look for them and drop them off at our crib, but we hadn't heard from her. I called on February 16 and spoke with Lisa about the missing pillows. She still hadn't found them and was sidetracked. I sent an email on February 18, but didn't hear back. I called on February 20 and was told by Lisa's daughter, Erica, that Lisa decided to take the day off. Erica said the pillows were located in a storage unit and would be ready later in the week. I explained that this was unacceptable and that I would prefer to pick them up on Tuesday. It's now Tuesday, February 23 at 2:57pm and no one from Harman's has bothered to call or bring the pillows.
