credit card not delivered in 5 weeks
I have totally frustrated with your bank services. It is pathetic and is causing me lot of hassles.
I lost my card card and applied for one 5 weeks back. Did not get one. Went to the mylapore branch and after a lot of confusion and time spent they asked me to apply again.
Again two weeks passed and when i went again, they said one week is already over and i should get in a week.
Again after 10 days i go they tell me they do not know. Made me wait for an hour making calls and whatever and finally got no answer.
I told them i am leaving out of the country and want my card within a week. They sent someone home after 3 hours and made me sign another application form.
He says i will get the card as soon as possible but does not commit when.
Is this some kind of a joke. Is this how hdfc services are. ?
My card had to be upgraded to a priority card and i am not sure if that is going to be done either.
I want to take this complaint to the head and want an explanation and my card delivered here in in 5 to 6 days

salary account on hold from credit card department
I am having a Salary account in the name of Raj Kishan (a/c- [protected]) last 2 years in Delhi.
Apart from this I am having a HDFC credit card last 2 years ([protected]).With the limit of 1 lacs. I was paying my bills on time with the Bank till last March, 2016.After that I got unemployed and then again I have joined another company on the last week of April, 2016.Due to some personal issue, I failed to payment the bill of april.
After that I was ready to pay the bill of my credit card account with bank.
My credit card statement balance is 11222.53
Initially, In may I received a message for payment of my Credit card of amount Rs. 26, 000 .
So, I made the payment on 24 mAy 2016 directly in my credit card. Then the banker where I was depositing the amount, told me to deposit the rest amount in your account instead of credit card, because my account is on hold, and I cannot withdrawal the money from my account. So, better you deposit in account, so that the credit amount will be directly deducted directly from the my account. So, I deposited Rs. 78, 000 in my account on 27 may 2016. But after depositing, my Account is still showing (Available Balance- -34, 154.26).
So, banker told me to talk to customer care no., (They told me that I am not able to get your detail of your credit card, so talk to credit card department.). Later I tried to contact with the credit card department and the number was [protected]. I think I have tried hundred of times, sometime the number was busy, sometime they were disconnecting the call, and remaining time it was ringing…
They put my account on hold due to credit card outstanding & it was without my prior information. At least bank should inform me in prior to holding this account.
After that I received a call from credit card department, and I told them all the scenario, then they told me, they will remove hold from my account.
Now, my account is on hold, and my credit card is also block after paying all the amount.
Now, I am not able to withdraw money from my account, I need to pay money to college. Below are the screenshot of my account details:-
My concern is after settling my credit card account why bank hold the extra amount from my salary account & why the employee of HDFC bank credit card division are contacting me, or doing anything.
This is a literarily mental & Monterey harassment from HDFC bank & being a customer I feel really helpless to how to get justification.
I have to go to consumer rights court & banking ombudsman of india .
Please consider my case on priority basis & revert .

hdfc car loan# [protected] - offer not activated as communicated
I took the HDFC car loan# [protected] in Oct-2014. The loan processing officer communicated me that my loan is processed under the 'Zero Hero' offer, so that i can close the loan after 18 months without any charges.
Today (4/27) I tried to close the loan and came to know that the 'Zero Hero' loan is not activated to me and asked to pay 5% payment penalty on the outstanding amount.
Can someone help me how to proceed further on this and get my loan closed without pre-payment penalties?

Don't even think to take loan from HDFC bank.Worst service ohh no you will not get any service so worst service is better than this.Before giving processing fees is you will get a very good behavior.But after that they will treat you like who are you! Everything you have to do by your own from Property search to verification.You have to go to the bank several times.For small small thing they will say you to change the submitted documents.It would be a burden and you feel to smashed your head if you mistakenly choose home loan from HDFC.
I took a resale flat at shapoorji complex .It is my experience then just think if someone buy flat from a under construction project or little bit less known project.

sodexho exclusive gift pass not accepting in outlets
I had redeemed my hard earned rewards points on 1st march 2016 and bought the Sodexho Exclusive gift vouchers worth Rs.1000 from HDFC but unfortunately those are not accepting in shopping malls / outlets for purchasing items. I don't know why you keep this type of product which are not useful.
We have checked with most of the outlets like Spencer, big-bazaar etc.. but non of them accepting the sodexo exclusive pass for any purchase. This is very frustrating to move here and there.
Please clarify, either you refund my reward points of 2580 or rs 1000 to my account.

I reached to HDFC Bank for Car Loan in Ramanujan IT City, Chennai in month of mid Jan 2016. That time Mr. Haider was taking care of my application (Loan Application No: [protected]). Everything was going as smooth like Ice Cream. My loan got approved by Credit Relationship Manager and Mr. Haider was waiting to get vehicle chassis number to disburse the loan amount to Showroom Dealer. Suddenly Mr. Haider left the company and Mr. Vinu join his place. When he (Mr. Vinu) contacted me and stating that I took loan in 2014. I strongly declined that and said if I took loan in 2014, it must reflect in CIBIL Report. Then he said as per our record your PAN Card DOB is not matching with our information again strongly declined and said that your data is incorrect. If you want I can give 10 Std Certificate to prove that your data is incorrect. This whole mess was carried out around a month. At end I got frustrated then I wrote an email to HDFC Talk To Us ([protected]@hdfcbank.com). Finally this group again routed me to Mr. Vinu for the same.

I was approached by my bankers hdfc bank personnel with hdfc life insurance company representative on 23/02/2016
evening at 5.30 pm for their pension plan policy. I was asked to sign on the forms wuth the assurance tgat it will be submitted the next day since it was already 5.30 pm.Next day i called my bank representative and asked him to stop my application since i was not satisfied with the policy. But to my surprise my account was debited the same day. I have so far not received any cross verification call about the new policy being issued to me by hdfc standard life insurance.

Yesterday i.e. Feb 09, 2016, at 4.35 pm, I received a call from landline No.020-[protected], call lasted for around 3 min. and 31 secs (approx.)
I felt very insulted when I received the call. This was very first time I have received such disgusting call till date from any organisation. I felt very bad and felt that did I do any crime for using your Credit Card. Such a call was not expected from your esteemed organisation. Has your service quality gone so down, that you employ such mentally ill staff, who has no values. This incident has really changed my perspective towards your esteemed Bank.
I request you to please listen to the voice recording of the call and make the appropriate judgement and take necessary action as it has really hurt me a lot. I do understand that there is delay from my side for payments but that does not mean any tom Dick and Harry from your organisation can call and abuse me and threaten me for the payment.
Again I request you to take prompt action against the executive and its immediate superior, because till then I am not going to make any single penny payment and I will not be responsible for the extra charges /penalties that will be charge for the delay due to this reason.
Yesterday i.e. Feb 09, 2016, immediately after the call, I called the Credit Card customer care at [protected] as I could not connect to the above mentioned number from where I received the call, where I spoke to supervisor Ms. Deepa Rath, where I assume that she has raised a complaint from her end. I expect you to act and inform me the action. I am also appraising the matter to other authorities also, I cannot tolerate this.
amount deduction from my salary account
This is rohit kumar singh, I have a salary account with hdfc bank (girinagar branch, bangalore, karnataka) ifsc : hdfc0001750.
This is second time I am writing the complain for the same reason, the concern branch deducted amount of 1.7k from my account, for which I cant see any valid reason.
The concern person don't even know the manner to talk, their tone of talking is very rude.
You cant make your complain resolved on phone, you have to visit to bank premises at last.
If my issue will not resolved in couple of days, I am going to banking ombudsman for sure.

My client made a payment of Rs. 25, 200/- through Cheque (Cheque No:148965) in my account no. [protected] pay order number 824832 in my account, on 14th September, 2015 in which payee name is mismatch and this cheque is lying in my home branch Sector-9 Rohini till date and Amount was debited from my client account on 14th September 2015, but nobody from my home branch give any information about that cheque till date and there was no record in the branch which shows that information about that given to me and staff of that branch make false excuses and special Mr. Gaurav (e-mail i.d : [protected]@hdfc.com) employee that branch.
Please reimburse the cost as mental harassment & time involved to locate our cheque. Also the interest charges for the period 14/09/2015 to till date on Rs. 25, 200 as the amount debited from the drawer's account.

Hi Support Team, I did a transaction on 21st Nov 2015, it was failed and I was supposed to receive that 1000Rs money within 2 hr, but It is not happened and I raised complaint (PUNCE115062441) regarding the same they told me that it takes 7 working days. I found that below are drawbacks of the HDFC banking due to that soon i am closing my account: 1. I suppose did transaction 150000 or more can I wait 7 working days? 2. If some theft happen in the ATM will you wait 7 days to found? 3. It seems to be you have not automated your banking process, still I can see more dependency and human interaction in the process comparing with other banks. 4. I have credit card of HDFC Bank, which I tried to redeem by submitting form to their Chennai address and adjust the part bill amount and part paid by cheque. Next month got a bill with adding finance charges when contacted at their customer care no the lady says we have not received your form therefore this charges are charged. I have given them Airway bill no of the courier company and asked to reverse the finance charges and cancel my card also. They reversed my part charges and card is not cancelled yet. I have got bill of 6000+ for finance charges. Today I again I called them for status of cancellation of my card the lady Namrata stated their was no request placed for cancellation of card. I asked her to again put the cancellation and reverse my charges as its their mistake and redeem all my points and adjust again the bill amount and close as I would like to get rid of my card as this has caused mental harrasment. But she says this will not happen . Please someone advise as this is highly unprofessional behaviour.

Dear Admin, I had lost my credit card in July 2012. I had reported the same to HDFC Customer care and requested them to block my Credit Card and it was confirmed by Customer Care Team that the same has been blocked. During the time the card was blocked only outstanding amount due was around INR 1000. Also, the new Credit Card was dispatched to me, as communicated by HDFC Customer Care. However, when I received the next Account statement for Aug' 2012, it had an outstanding due of around INR 45000. Some unauthorized transactions were made from my old (lost) credit card even after my card was blocked, for which I had received no SMS or call from the HDFC customer care, for confirmation of the approval of transaction. For every transaction, I used to receive a SMS confirmation and if the transaction amount was greater than a particular limit I used to receive a call from customer care. Since then several discussions had taken place with HDFC Team, but every time the issue was failed to resolve. Also, every time when I received a call from HDFC team, rather than discussing the problem and understanding my concerns, the Person started abusing me and using slang languages. HDFC Team also used to call my colleagues and HR of my Organization and used abusive languages. Just for the records I had never ever defaulted in the credit card outstanding, prior to this incident. I have been facing mental trauma, since last 4 years, every time I receive a call from HDFC team. Also, today HDFC withdraw APPROX INR 105, 000 from my HDFC Savings Account (Acc No: [protected]) in an unauthorized manner without providing any information or my consent and any kind of discussion with me. I have been facing this mental trauma from HDFC Bank Team since last 4 years without any permanent solution. Unless, my concerns are resolved, I will be forced to file my case in Consumer Court for the resolution of the issue. Since, I have been facing this abusive languages and mental trauma for more than last 4 years now and all my amount in the savings account has been blocked or withdrawn by the HDFC Bank in an unauthorized manner, I am also going to send the snapshot of this e-mail to media and other channels for the earliest and rightful resolution of my concerns.
