I was using HelloFresh from 2021 till mid 2022 and stopped it once I moved to Oamaru as delivery to my new address was not possible. Last year on December, I happened to use a voucher that I got just to see if it was still valid.
I only entered my account details to see how much the delivery would be but I never went through the payment process. Yet, a food box was delivered to the address I gave and the delivery charge ($14.99) was deducted from my bank account (on 27 Dec 2023).
On 10 Jan 2024, another meal kit was delivered to the same address and a fee of $122.99 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. I checked the app to see if I had accidently reactivated my previous plan or subscribed to a new one but no such info was available nor did I receive any emails/texts about this. I sent them a message regarding the issue via their customer help service on their app but never got any reply.
Even after all this, on 24 Jan 2024, another delivery was made and I was charged with $142.99 for it. I tired to contact them via phone but wasn't helpful.
Claimed loss: NZ$ 280.97
Desired outcome: I would like to stop receiving meal kits and get a full refund of NZ$ 280.97 that was deducted from my account.
