HMSHost sandwich - brie on the turkey, brie and cranberry panini

We bought turkey, Brie and cranberry panini sandwiches at the Toronto Pearson Airport to bring onto the airplane on August 15 2018 at 5:27 pm. As I was about to take a bite I noticed the brie had fuzz/ mood! We opened the second sandwich to inspect and found that it had fuzz also. We tried to remove the mold so that we could feed my toddler but my mother did not want to risk getting my baby sick; diarrhea on the plane or a screaming baby would not make for a pleasant flight for us or other passengers. We were very disappointed and hungry.

HMSHost service received at north somerset travel plaza, pa

On August 25th, my husband and I stopped for food at a little after 4 pm. We decided to eat at the Famous Famiglia chain (Store # 4PAFFI35). We stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes waiting for a person to come out of the back and wait on us. We finally had to ask the girl at Auntie Anne's pretzel to find someone. She went in the back and a young man named "Joshua" (#377016) came out. He asked how I was and I replied, "I would be better if I hadn't been standing here for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and wait on us." His reply was, "Well we had other things to do in the back. What can I get for you?" After he put our order into the warming oven, he waited on another couple, and then took their money first, even after the woman pointed out that we were not all together. My order # was 5386. He ignored what she said, and finished with them first. Then he rang my order up. When he finally gave me the order he said, "I'm sorry for the wait."

I believe that Joshua needs a refresher on proper responses to a customer complaint, and I believe that one of the "we" he spoke of should be reminded that someone needs to "mind the store" and wait on customers. My husband and I own a store in Ohio and customers always get taken care of first. Leaving the front with no one to wait on customers is a big "no no" in our eyes. We teach that you can buy time to wait on someone if you just acknowledge their presence and tell them that you will be right with them. I would have been fine had he said that. Unfortunately his response made it seem like his chores in the back were more important than waiting on me.

HMSHost customer service

The service I received this morning was horrible. I listened as the cashier talked about the customer before because the gentleman asked for Dr. Pepper. Then he (the cashier) had the audacity to pick my chicken up with his gloved hands and not with the utensils provided to him. Once I asked him why didn't he used the proper utensils to pick up my food, he simply stated, "Because I have on gloves."

I asked him to use the utensils the place my food in the box. He did it, but with a nasty attitude.

It's safe to say that I won't be returning to this particular restaurant during my next visit to North Carolina.

HMSHost poor and low service

Slow service, had to ask for update several times.

We arrived Little Rock airport, stopped for lunch, great atmosphere!
We did ask before we sat down if we need to order at the bar or at the table, we were told to sit anywhere and a server would take our order.

We waited 20 minutes, so I went to the bar again and was told ' they now you are here' and they would be right over.

The server arrived 5 minutes later, we explained our flight, and we asked about how long it would take to get our order, we were assured it would be fast and no problem, so we ordered then.

We waited another 20 minutes for our food, a BBQ platter, and nachos.
I went up to the kitchen door and waited on someone to help me, finally our server showed up, I asked if she could check on our food, as we had to leave soon. She went into the kitchen and brought it right out ( I think it may have been ready and sitting under the heat lamps). W did ask for out bill then too, and paid within a few minutes.
We were sad the service was so slow. It seems to us the server was enjoying some log conversations with another table, and she kept saying how busy they were, but only half the tables had customers, either they work slow, or could the store be understaffed?
Poor service (Theresa) and slow service, food was good!

HMSHost burger king 16950 new stanton travel plaza

I was there on August 8, 2018 10:02am, I ordered crs double sandwich with sausage and ham, later I realized my sandwich only has ham and egg, it didn't have any sausage at all. I paid $4.66. It doesn't worth for me to go back and get the right one, because it took over 15 minutes to make this sandwich, there was only two person working there, one at cash register, one in the kitchen. I was very disappointed with the service. I tried to call [protected] This morning, I waited more than six minutes and no one pick up the phone.

HMSHost minor issues at bar.

Decided to go to bar & split a beer with my wife in the security area at the gates. The bar tender was new to that bar, but great to talk to and well mannered, nice guy. The
overhead menu for things to order, (alchohol or food), indicated a domestic beer was $7.49. So I ordered a Bud Light on tap. That's about as domestic as you could get.
When I recieved the beer & ticket, it was on the ticket for $7.99. I questioned it, & was told that he just punches the key for Bud Light & that's what comes up, and he couldn't do anything about it. Didn't really agree with that, but I let it go. I looked at the menu again, & still couldn't tell that I had ordered wrong. Somehow that should be rectified.
You shouldn't be able to stiff people for an extra .50 ceents. Needless to say, there was no tip. Also, there were no bar stools or chairs. You might make more money if people could sit around. Not that you don't make enough at $8.00 a beer. That's it, not much, but you shouldn't stiff people for .50 cents a beer.

HMSHost quiznos at dayton international airport

I actually don't want to register a complaint. I want to compliment an employee. His name is Dustin I believe client number 392711. On 8/7/18 I placed an order at Quiznos for a sandwich, chips, and a soda. Dustin prepared my order, but forgot my soda. I brought it to his attention. He was extremely apologetic and offered me an upgrade from medium to large for his mistake. The issue was not serious in my opinion and an apology would have been sufficient for me. I was more than satisfied with the upgrade. I have never eaten at Quiznos before, but will definitely consider it again in the future.

HMSHost sergios ft. lauderdale intl airport

They had no croquetas had run out. It took 10 minutes to get my café con leche. I had to remind the lady who treated me super rude while she had skipped me the whole time and served others behind me that had ordered café con leche. Just plain disappointed 😞 and upset 😡 they need to do a customer service course with these employees and make sure they keep the restaurant stocked as croquetas are always in high demand.

HMSHost bad service, poor quality

I ate at the Dairy Queen in the Minneapolis Airport, store number 41511 08/07/2018. My order number was #123. I ordered a 1/3 lb meal and a blizzard. It was several minutes before myself and the gentleman ahead of me were acknowledged. The counter person was rude, and it took approximately ten minutes to get my meal. When it arrived the bun was stale, and the burger patties were not of good quality. As is usual because of the airport, it cost nearly double what it would at a typical location which is to be expected. I also expect the same quality as a typical location. I actually threw most of the burger away. It was really inedible. This was a bad experience all around.

HMSHost starbucks mcosta03

Waited 30 min in line to get 2 coffees, 1 order egg bites. 1st coffee was only 3/4 full. 2nd coffee order was wrong had to remake it and was also not full. I asked for 1 order of egg bites wondering why my order was so expensive then to find out I was charged for 2 orders. Didnt have time to correct. The gal making the coffee was the most unfriendly person I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Just dissatisfied.

HMSHost awful clerk/order taker. he was angry and displayed his anger to every customer

Store ID 4INNBKG, Jul 23, 2018, 11:17 am. Burger King. 383297 Dylan, Chk 8565.

I wish I had walked away when I first seen the attitude. After paying I didn't see much choice. If this angry, pissed-off employee worked for me his termination and escort off premises would be immediate. I am not the only one waiting who saw this. In fact, this employee became the topic of discussion.

HMSHost miami subs fort lauderdale airport

Pit Bull needs to go there and experience this! His full size image is there endorsing the new Miami Sub decor, etc. He' be so upset with what's going on there...
1. Tables not kept clean
2. Food on the floor from previous guests at tables
3. Toast burndt
4. We asked for two eggs over medium and got about 4 eggs scrambled - way too much egg and not done as ordered.
5. They have a radio station playing - very annoying - you can do better than that given all the music options; hey play Pitbull's music via Panfora.

The whole place needs to be managed and run properly.

HMSHost starbucks store id: iahsta16

My husband ordered a soy hot chocolate for me at this store. I picked it As soon as I tasted it I thought it was real milk... I took a second drink and I started reacting... I have a moderate milk allergy. I took it back and it was remade with the soy milk. I had to take two Benadryl and did not feel right for over an hour. (I understand that the chocolate base has a small amount of dairy - that usually does not bother me if I limit myself to once a week). If I had a severe allergy... I t could have been much... the young man who made the original drink neeeds to understand he could have killed someone with his carelessness...

HMSHost roy rogers curly fries and roast beef sandwiches at frank farley travel plaza nj

We drove from vineland just for rr roast beef sandwiches. The line was short - great!, but the fries we we had to take were older, a new order was another 5 minutes, but we were not told that - customer after us was given that option. We also ordered 4 rb sandwiches... Not happy, this is our 1st time at this particular stop, and last. The meat was placed kin the au jus and the staff went to do other tasks... (put the new fries in - fill some chicken baskets, etc) ends up our meat is way over cooked, he also drzined so much gravy off the eat it was dry. Of the 4 sandwiches - 2 were packed with meat and 2 were barely filled. Also, while he was preparing the sandwiches, rolls had been buttered thru the machine, and placed on the paper wrappers... Now flies are landing on the area... Its not the first time we've had flies land on food, we'll deal with it. Lets get pid out and eat... To which the line for the cashier is ridiculously slow. 3 folks in front of u and we're over 5 minutes waiting for tallies on each order. Now we make it out of the cashier and go t the fixins bar.. What fixins bar? No bbq sauce at all, which splattered all over me due to an air pocket in the dispensing tube, no lettuce, no toms, no pickles, no onions - just a bin full of relish. For the price we pay for these sandwiches (bill was $31.51), we could have had real dinner food at a sitdown restaurant right in vineland and $10 less! Wth is wrong w/ you folks that you are ruining yourselves into the ground? Rr used to be our absolute go to fast food, for every road trip - not anymore - we have lost our taste for this sub par sad excuse for food.

HMSHost great steak and potato

On July 19 I stoped at one of Ohio's turnpikes located on the I80 freeway. I am a truck driver, I drive 10 hours everyday there for when I stop I like to just relax and get my mind off the road for a while. I purposely stoped at this specific turnpike because it had one of my favorite restaurants. Only having 30 minutes available to rest and eat I went in to order a philly at great steak and potato. I stood in line for over 20 minutes. The cashier did not ask me if I had been helped. I did not want to be rude and call out her attention, Id figure that, that was her job to check on the line herself? I stood right in front of the cash register and nothing. She was cooking the orders very slow and never really turned to check on the line! More customers started to line up behind me. After she finished cooking the last meal she just started asking the people behind me for what they wanted to order. I politely told her "Hey I have been here for over 20 minutes standing in line I was next." She replied in a very rude and loud tone of voice "Well then order what you want if you're the one whos next!" I stayed quiet because I don't like to argue or fight I was just there to get a sandwhich and go! I gave her my order and she was still being very rude with a sassy tone. After takeing my order she took two other customer orders, and decided to make them first before mine. I was standing in front of her the whole time and she still has the nerve to ask me loud and rude "what dis you want again?!" When she had just taken my order 10 minutes ago. She made me wait another 15 minutes after I ordered due to her doing that. I felt so offended and angry due to her extremely rude service. Like I said I am not a person to complain, Im just a person wanting to get my food and go. I have never been treated so poorley in my life. On top of all this she never appoligized, or said anything about the wait or even when I picked up my order. I was in there for an hour just to get a sandwhich?! That is so ridiculous, why be rude to me? What did I do?She was being extra nice to the people behind me? To make me more mad?

HMSHost late opening

This is ridiculous that the Starbucks in Louisville airport never opens on time. Today they opened an hour later. This is the third time I've been in the airport this past month and they've opened late every time. There use to be a supervisor that would have the store opened before customers even came through tsa. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to take action asap, unacceptable and unprofessional. If the sign says 4:45 then the store needs to open at that time.

HMSHost given the wrong order

I was at the Chick-Fil-A location in the Atlanta airport today and ordered 2 number 3's which is the spicy chicken meal. They were to go because I catching a flight at 11:55, when my wife an I opened the sandwiches on the plan we discovered that we had been give 2 number one meals, this was very disappointing. I don't remember if the meals were the same price but we paid $18.12 for the meals that were wrong. You guys usually get it right but this was very, very disappointing.
We would like a refund or a gift card for disappointing our taste buds...

HMSHost dunkin donuts store id pvddds02

When ordering my food at this store the the cashier was extremely rude and lacked manners. When order I said the wrong thing and the cashier who's names is Ishalee responded saying "What!" Her mannerisms were unprofessional and lacking respect. The other servers at this store acted similar to Ishalee being very rude and standoffish. At the end of Ishalee and My encounter she handed back my money basically tossing the change into my hand dropping some on the counter. The employees at this establishment were not just obnoxiously rude to me but to the other costumers in line before me. I am truly disappointed in this experience, I hope you look into it.

HMSHost wolfgang puck, sea_tac airport

I am writing to complain about the very poor service received on July 13, 2018 at Wolfgang Puck restaurant (store ID: SEAWPK02).

When we arrived at the restaurant order counter, there was only 1 family of 4 in front of us in line. We were quickly taken care of by the cashier. Our order of 1 egg white omlate was placed at 8:12am. We took a seat at a table in the restaurant and placed our order number on the table, as instructed.
The family of 4 who were in front of us in line received their food and ate. Others sitting in the area who came in after us, also received their food.

At 8:35am, we still had not received our order, but had to leave to get on a plane at 8:50. We had waited 23 minutes and still no food.

It was a very disappointing experience, as we paid for food we never even got to eat. It should not take more than 23 minutes to get a food order in an airport. Not sure what happened, but we felt this was a very disappointing experience.

HMSHost terrible customer service, employees arguing in front of customers

The cashier Rebecca didn't take the right order, treating the customers with a bad attitude. While eating in the food court, she was arguing and yelling at the cook. She was causing a disturbance and overall made my experience here atrocious. No one was harmed, but I will not be recommending this location to others. If I could say anything, she should be placed in customer service training.
