I ordered fries as a starter and they were like warm to room temp. How do you screw up on fries in a pub? I then ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was awful. My tab was $59.56 and the only good part of it was the three beers I had. First time/last time. Why do I have to make the complaint longer to get noticed. Waitress was indifferent to my needs

At islip airport and purchased a #6 at the a&w counter. The menu has a price of 10 .67 for the combo. I was charged 11.17. The difference is minimal on one order but by the end of a busy day it is substantial. I find this to be very deceiving. I also believe there is a law stating you cannot charge more than the stated price. I would suggest you correct this problem immediately

Let me first state that Ms Yasmin was very polite and efficient. I ordered a FIJI water, a bottle of Simply Juice, all good!
My issue is with the slice of Key Lime Pie I ordered. It looked a bit dry but I ordered it as we were in a rush to get to gate. This pie tasted as if it was 1-3 days old I took two bites and had to toss the rest. It was a real disappointment and I'll be extremely cautious before purchasing or recommending your company.

I ordered a pizza on May 13 at around 12:30 pm, and I and several others had to wait 10-15 minutes while a person who appeared to be the supervisor was dallying getting a till ready, all the while abusing the employee who was doing the actual work. All of us were shocked. The person in front of us asked if she could get a discount for waiting so long. He was abusive with her as well. His attitude seemed to be "I don't care about anyone - customer or co-worker." The receipt I got says "378716 Derrick." I'm not sure if that was the name of the abuser or the abusee. This is the first time I've ever reported such an incident, but it was so egregious I felt I had to.

Ordered at the market place at mccarran Airport. They called out my pizza order and someone else took it from the girl and that customer left the restaurant. About 6 minutes later he brought it back, box opened, and said it was wrong. The girl at the counter gave him another pizza and the called out my classic pizza and tried to give it to me. (The exact pizza that is now Luke warm and exposed to another customer that left the restaurant entirely) so as she was trying to hand it to me i asked if it was the exact one and she responded "yes, do you want me to make another" ——it should not have been a question. Service date 4/21/18, 11:07 AM, cashier Ke-shari, check 674. Poor service from the beginning - the cashier charged us two different prices for the same bottle of water. We tried to resolve that, not sure we were credited. When our order came, we received half our order and the other half came when the first was complete. (One person ate, then the other person ate after). The burger was not cooked to order. It was a shame, because we've eaten there before and were happy.

Sunday afternoon sitting at the bar it was clear that the bartender was in the weeds, not enjoying herself and therefore her guest were bothered. She was short and rude with us all but we recognized her challenge and forgave her. Overheard her balling out a customer for only ordering water. Why didn't she upsell him a bottled water?
Having once also been a bartender and trainer for M&E I understand but never ever would I have been so rude. The manager really should've done more to help her. Bartender name is Tiffany(369273). Should not work by herself during peak travel.
Overall the place was understaffed it seemed. This clearly bothered me. Definitely not living up to the reputyof M&E.

I bought two sandwiches at Starbucks SeaTac to eat on our flight. I choose Starbucks for its reputation and quality. Unfortunately, the food was stale and dry, and we threw them out. Very disappointed Starbucks, I feel taken advantage of because you sold an inferior product to someone flying out of town and therefore unable to do anything about it. 😠

i'm complaining about the recruiter process.
I have attempted a interview and a training session with HMS Host, Bangalore. I haven't mention me that they will not be paying for travelling and accommodating expenses and after completing interview and training session and after 15 days they refused me for the pay and after 15 days, since the interview was done they haven't reverted for any updates, i mailed and messaged them that I'll issue a complaint on this and as soon as i messaged i got a call from HR manager. That time i explained them the situation and it was a mental harassment to me. They told me that you don't have any policy on this. Also after getting selected my offer letter is not issued yet. Kindly look forward on this and help me get my money back.

Flew into Seattle airport got dinner, spent $75.67 on 4 meals and 2 sodas.
Had to bus my own table, fight the "waitress" off for my food as she wanted to argue about who's food was this? I had to have cashier step in and explain that I had the correct number.
I am appalled by the joke of a restaurant and disgusted by the cleanliness and [censored] service. We ate lunch in Tampa at Hard Rock Cafe, spent less for lunch that tasted great and our server even sent us out with to go drinks.
Wolfgang should be ashamed and embarrassed to have his name on this location... but I'm sure he is just happy getting his royalty checks each month.
Never again will I patronize his name sake again.
BTW I'm posting this to his web site also... want to be sure he is aware of the bang up job going on here in Seattle

On 4-16-18 my party of 4 sat at separate tables at Blackhawks restaurant in Ohare airport. It was lunch time and quite crowded. Our waiter was barely communicative and acted like he would rather be any place but at work. He was very curt, rude and barely gave minimal serv ice. The others in my party had the same waiter and had the same comments to make, even recreating a conversation with an airline employee in which he rudely told the employee to move his luggage as "he couldn't work with the luggage in the way". The lack of respect was appalling

There were multiple people waiting for their orders when I arrived, the Mgr was working the counter. The mgr had stopped taking orders so the three working in back could get caught up. After 15 minutes in line a male employee came up and started taking orders again. He took two more orders then went to the back to prepare orders, then the 3 in the back basically stopped and watched him work. As orders were coming up most were wrong and when the mgr was calling out the orders she bacame rude with multiple patrons. This is the most unorganized restaurant I've been in, not to mention how rude the manager was. Plus I waited 25 minutes total to eat a cold bacon burger and an order of tater tots that I literally poured the grease off of before I could eat. Why didn't I take it back you may ask? I certainly wasn't worth confronting that rude manager and waiting another 20+ minutes. Needless to say, my first experience at Smash Burger and I was not impressed.

After waiting 10 mins to place an order Antionet came walking to the register and looked very upset and swearing about something. I placed my order and moved down so others could place orders. While waiting for my sub I filled my cup with soda. After taking the first sip I could tell it was very flat and watery. I mention it to another work and she just said "yeah it's been very busy and we haven't been able to switch it out yet. I waited 15 mins till I finally got my sub. I refused to take it because my sub was the 3rd on the conveyer belt and subs became backed up because no one took them off the conveyer belt for about 5 mins. My sub became black because I was burnt so bad.. It didn't even phase the worker and was going to surve me a completely burnt sub.. She agreed to make me another sub but was very poorly made and had so much onions on it I could barely eat it. So after waiting a total of 20 mins to get a sub I ended up only eating half of my sub because it tasted so bad.. frequently use the Nashville airport and have lawyers loved Quiznos but I don't think I will ever use HMS host restaurants if something doesn't change

There were 8 people standing around laughing and talking. While only 1 person taking orders and 1 person making drinks. The two people working were very nice. However, the manager was rude and condescending when he came over to assist the guy taking my order. It took 20min to reach the counter. And another 7 min to get my drink. The line was all the way down the terminal hall. Worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. Very disappointing!

Catching a plane, stopped to purchase sandwich, chips, etc. Asked clerk where the napkins were located and she replied in a very curt, surley manner "they are right in front of you" with tone like "you dummie."
I told her "I hope I did not put you out any by asking" and she just stared at me with no comment. This person does not need to be in a job which requires dealing directly with your customers. Very poor reflection on HMS.

I went into burger king at knute rockne plaza in rolling prairie indiana and ordered breakfast at 2:11 am. I ordered two sausage and cheese crossian'wiches and a large hashbrown. My croissants were hard and sausage was old. My hash browns were fresh although way to much salt. I went there at 2am because I know that is when they change for breakfast and I was expecting fresh product but that was not the case. I am very disappointed with quality of my food.

Everytime I bought something in this store, the old lady named Monica (cashier) is so mean and rude, she doesn't know how to smile and be friendly with her customers. I just cannot understand why everytime I buy.. she is always rude and mad at me.. I am a customer I am paying for what I want to eat.. so she should treat me right.. I am not begging for food.. I am not the only one complaining about her from our company also my Supervisor.. my supervisor even told her.. why not be happy you only have a few years to live... because of her rudeness we always check first if she is the cashier.. if she ia there we won't buy.

04/01/18 - 4:17pm - Very disappointing food and service. There were 2 employees (boy and girl) and neither of them was very personable. Options were slim as most of the entrees were gone and what there was available was "bottom of the dish" so they were dried out and overcooked.
Requested large plate with 3 entrées and plate with 2 entries.
The workers were not friendly at all. It seemed to be an effort for them to wait on the customers and do their jobs. When I first entered the restaurant, there was only 1 other customer. By the time I got waited on, there were 4 more customers behind me. The girl continued to wait on customers when there were 5 of us waiting in line to check out. I had to ask for someone to cash us out so we could leave. I went to pay and was told they do not take Panda Express "gift cards" which I have always used at this location. I had to fish for cash for the $16.86 bill. When I paid with cash, I had to wait for the other employee to come finalize the order because she couldn't make change. Very disappointed with the whole experience. This is a food location at a somewhat busy airport on Easter Sunday and surprised they weren't better prepared to handle customers and have decent food available.
