I just need to submit this. While traveling - I always stop into your location in Dayton Airport. Over the past several months I have become friends with some of the employees - 1 in particular Brooke. While visiting at the end of the year a conversation ended with a description of was described as a flaky customer.
I was shocked to see this story, the customers name - signature on social media - are you kidding me! I will no longer visit a HOST location - I do not need my credit card information Posted when employees do not know the difference between right and "very wrong"

service at the atlanta bread company on concourse c in atlanta's hartsfield jackson international airport
I visited the Atlanta Bread Co. On Jan. 4th, 2018 and was very disappointed. There was a line of about 12 people waiting to place orders and one employee working the register. I noticed a few people walking around who didn't offer to work on one of the other 2 registers to assist this young lady (who was very slow and didn't seem too impressed with being at work). After standing in line for about 10 minutes or so, a gentleman walked into the restaurant on a cell phone (he appeared to be the Manager) and proceeded to go into the back office I assume. Eventually a lady came to help take orders, however, she could only ring up debit/credit card orders. Once, I finally placed my order, and proceeded to my Concourse to catch my flight, I discovered my order was incorrect. Needless to say, I was very disappointed because I did not have time to go back to have it corrected. My observation of this restaurant while standing in line for a lengthy amount of time is as follows: staff was very unprofessional, especially in view of customers, the staff was not attentive to their task at hand, and they just appeared to be there to get a check. I travel every week out of this airport and will not be going to this restaurant ever again. For the many passengers that will, please hire people who want to work, teach them to be courteous and professional.

burger king complaint in msp airport
I understand paying extra in an airport, but paying nearly $17 for dollar menu items (croissant sandwich and 5 french toast sticks) and having to pay upsize charges for colas for breakfast items at Burger King is ridiculous. This meal is usually $5 at my local BK near my house. I was not expecting extra charges just for drinks on top of what is usually uncluded in meal prices either. I am appalled at this level of sneakiness to take additional costs that are not marked as such on the menu. Store ID MSPBKG01, Order 3353

Ulster travel plaza on the NYS thruway, Burger King. All of the tables and floors were filthy and disgusting. Kid with long hair making sandwiches not wearing a hair net. Service was extremely slow, we had to wait 20mins for 4 cheese burgers and 2 med fries. Other people had waited even longer. Not one employee, including the manager, was even trying to move with any speed to get people through. No apologies or anything.
Legally employees are not required to wear a hairnet.

VERY VERY busy...a BIT embarrassing to a senior citizen to be reprimanded in front of others for half a cup of coffee. Just hoped I wouldn't be told if I didn't know in front of many other customers

I had a couple of hours before my flight, so I decided to go to Starbucks. I walked up to the counter and I was greetred with a very unhappy employee, Anne. I ordered a cold brew which she replied in a voice that was barely above a whisper that they were out. Anne never smiled or greeted any of the 4 customers that were before and after me. So i ordered a pumpkin cheese muffin, again I wss told they were out. I asked her what was that, pointing to the muffin in the case and she said it was a display. So now I'm 2 for 2. I ordered a Grande iced chai tea and a raspberry/Orange scone (which I asked her before I ordered.) I got my Grande "HOT" chai tea. I told another unfriendly barista that I wanted it iced. She just grabbed the drink and replaced it with what I originally ordered. Now I have been going to Starbucks for quite some time and never had I experienced two of the most unhappy, unfriendly, no smiles women. I would mention the baristas name but her tag was turned around. Also if you are out of a specific pastry, why keep it in the case. I hope that someone from Starbucks would talk to these girls.

I purchased a RTE turkey sandwich prv at 5:31 pm Dec. 5 at Reggio's T3 G O'Hare.
I have traveled my entire career and am very familiar with airport food. It is not always the best but, not as bad as the sandwich I had that night.
I ate it on the plane so could not go back. Their was fresh (actually wilted)spinach on the sandwich. There was lots of grit, like sand/dirt I kept biting into. I can only assume the spinach was not washed properly. The turkey was extremely salted and I like salt. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. I pulled the tags from the wrapper and have my receipt.
Bar code is:[protected]. Lot 5338 use by 120617. Hope this helps to check into your quality control so these issues can be corrected. I paid $8.49 +.98 tax and would really appreciate us my money back or a credit to use at one of your facilities next time I fly, which will be Jan.

I've never had such terrible service at a Burger King in my life. The workers not only looked tired & not happy to be at work, but they were resting on the equipment. When I requested a sandwich, they asked twice & then looked over at the 2 sandwiches that were in the warmer. I asked if the fries were good, the worker acted as though she could not understand e & then said: "oh okay, yea." The food was overpriced. I never paid $8.52 for a medium junior whopper meal. Where only the fries were medium and not the soda. I always receive some type of price adjustment, because both my side items are not medium (small drink & medium fries). The cashier acted as though she hadn't a clue what I was asking her. The only reason I purchased the food was that I was starving and the other food options were unavailable and I wasn't in the mood for a salad. But I do regret it the food was awful. I never knew that Burger King burgers tasted as bad as McDonald's burgers. It was cold and dry. The fries were cold and not salted (excuse me if no salt is the store policy). Although I was on the grounds as I started eating, I still would not have returned inside because as I was walking away from the register the manager started to ask the cashier what the problem was. He was there for the entire transaction & not once asked me if there were anything he could do. Obviously, he doesn't know Burger King's slogan. If I'm hungry during work again, this will be the last place that I stop. And I will make sure to let my family and friends know (via social media).Terrible ! I would like a full refund.

long wait time to pay for two bottled drinks at houston airport
I was at the Houston (George Bush) Airport, Terminal A. I stopped at the "Mockingbird" bar operated by HMS Host to buy a bottled water and a bottled lemonade. The lady at the cash register said that I could not pay her, but instead had to pay the bartender at the bar. So I had to WAIT for about 15 minutes while the bartender made and served several drinks for those seated at the bar. While I was waiting, others who wanted to buy snacks or non-alcoholic drinks (like me) also had to come over to the bar, and a couple of them were rung up by the bartender before me, because there was no "line" to speak of; everybody just crammed up to the busy bar wherever they could. There were a few other people behind me who just gave up waiting and put their snacks and drinks back and walked away, saying "this is not worth the wait." Not a very good way to run a business at a busy airport where people don't have a lot of time.

I was at the Commodore Perry Travel Plaza on December 9, 2017 and order a number 1 (Whopper, fries, and a drink) and told the person at the counter that I wanted mayo and onion only on my whopper, with a caffine free diet coke. He asked me what size and I said smaller. There is not caffine free diet coke and he did not tell me so. I gave them an older $50 bill which the manager said they could not cash because they could not verify it. They marked it like you would a new one and did not get the markings. Someone should be able to tell the difference between new and older (1998) bills. I got to my table and there were no fries in the bag. I went back to the counter and the clerk said I did not order any. I said, "did I not order and number 1 and you asked me want size" to which he looked totally confused. I told him I want my fries and he said I would have to wait with three people standing around I had to wait for fries. Someone should have been able to put some down and get the ready. Additionally, the hamburger was barely warm, the bun was dry and stale. I am a loyal customer of Burger King and I can tell you that I will not stop at this one or any other on the Ohio Turnpike again.

I wanted to try their food bc heard so much good things about the company. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and a large waffle fries to share. The sandwich was good and am happy with it but the fries were cold and not edible. It was old sitting around fries and just plain disgusting.
Threw it away . Please don't serve old and cold fries to customers. Lost a customer to your fries.

December 1st, 2017 I went through Indianapolis airport and went to Starbucks before security. There were only a few people in front of me before it was my turn to order. I ordered from Sarabet and it took over 10 minutes to receive my drink. This was after everyone before me already got their drinks. Sarabet and her co worker were nice but I find waiting that long for your drink at an airport is unacceptable. There was no urgency in getting our drinks out to us. The only suggestion I would have is to wait to chat and joke around with your co worker on your break or at slow times of the day and to understand that people are sometimes in a hurry getting to their plane and expect efficiency in an airport. I hope this gets resolved and drinks are served in a timely matter. Thank you.

After several hours flying my friend and I wanted something to eat before driving home. Stopped at Burger King because it was one of the only places open in the Columbus airport . The two young ladies - one at the checkout counter and the other preparing the food kept disappearing - holding things up. The lady preparing the food, when she was there, was talking with airline workers who were in line. She was paying no attention to what she was doing and was distracted because of her unnecessary conversation taking much longer than needed to prepare the food. As well, because she was distracted, she was not working to prepare the fries with the hamburgers. She noticed fries were needed only after other items were ready. In all, it took 15 minutes to get a couple of burgers and an order of fries. And, in the end, she got the order wrong. Because the checkout girl disappeared, people were stacking up waiting for their orders to be taken. These two could have cared less about what they were doing or about serving customers. Retrain these two on how to stay focused on what needs to be done and getting food prepared in a timely manner.

11/30 I went to buy a green Tea Latte and the price menu says $4.90 Venti. When the cashier ring me up, she said $5.69 I told her but its says $4.90, she said its cold with ice and therefore its more expensive. But at no time does it say Cold drinks are more expensive than hots drinks. Thats is misleading the customers and taking advantage of the consumers money... All the cashier says talk to the manager, but the manager was no were around..Starbuck ripping off customers. NBC Five news should public this so the consumers be aware what Starbuck is doing .

The service and food from the pizza hut express was horrible. Store ID is 40HPHT13 at the Great Lakes travel plaza. Cashier 373327 Jashauna. I stop at this travel plaza once a week between 1900hrs-2030hrs. This pizza hut/KFC is always the worst. The staff is not very friendly and seems like we are forcing them to do their job. My family and I usually just walk away and go to Panera. Their staff is always friendly and willing to make whatever we want. Never a attitude or bad body language. Tonight we wanted pizza. It was 1930hrs when we arrived at the counter. The woman working was sitting on a bucket behind the hot box for the chicken on her cell phone. We stood their for a few minutes before my daughter hit the counter top to get her attention. We finally ordered 2 pepperoni pizza combos. She was not happy. She said it would be seven minutes for them. No problem. We walked over to Panera for my daughter to order. I made a comment about how nice they were and they lady said thank you and that she can't say anything about the other food places. I said you must hear it a lot about how bad it is. She smiled. That tells me that there is some issues. While my daughter waited for her food I walked back over to get my son's and my food. Pizza was great but the bread sticks were not. They were hard as a rock. Since we got our food to go there was nothing I could do about it. You may want to check out your staff at this location. I will not be going back there. We will just go to Panera every week. My order number was 3518

Very difficult to understand the staff, lack of communication caused for me to pay for an item that was unable to be sold. Customer had to find manager that could issue a refund however by the time that happenedI had to leave for my flight. Cashier was snotty and more concerned with moving bodies than provide customer service. It was very disappointing!

Waited in line 20 min to order then 35 more minutes for my food. 1 employee at register and trying to get orders out (felt bad for him) and 2 people in back. Honestly they should of stopped taking orders and caught up. No one should wait 35 minutes for 3 sandwiches 2 onion rings and 1 fry. Will Never stop there again!
Not sure how much more you want me to say aside from I am mad as hell I waited 35 minutes for my food. No clue why there were not more employees. Ridiculous! !
quiznos refused to reimburse me
On Nov 24, my daughter stood in line for 30 minutes at the Nashville airport to place an order for a sandwich at Quiznos. There was only one young man taking orders and making the food. She had just paid for her food when our plane began boarding and since he informed us that it would be 15/20 minutes until he was able to fill all the orders, I asked for a refund. He refused and we had no choice but to walk away minus our money and food. I would like a refund of the $9.06 that they took from us.

I ordered at the Rosario's in the airport at SanAntonio International. I wouldn't be upset normally but I am a regular customer at the Rosario's down town on Alamo st in San antoniobtexas. So I figured I would get the same beverage in the airport especially since it was 5.00 more. This is absolutely the worse
Margarita I ever had. It even gave me a sore throat. The bartenders name is Vanessa. Please get that girl some training if she is going to represent Rosario's great reputation.

I purchased coffee and breakfast sandwiches this morning from the Starbuck' ands at PHL airport in between terminals C and B at 6:01am (Store ID PHLSTA01). There were 3 African American employees. The man who took my order and brought the breakfast sandwiches was pleasant, efficient and friendly. The woman who rang up my order was neither. She looked annoyed or angry and was truthfully unfriendly. Once I paid she did not say thank-you but did say I could pick up my order at the end of the counter. The name of the receipt is Quadiah 375557. The woman who made our coffee drinks was pretty much equally unhappy. Not sure what was going on:if they were arguing, had a really bad day, just don't like their job, etc. What they should know is there are other alternatives and being unfriendly does not win continued business.
