From the beginning, we were coerced into buying with persuasive language and manipulation that made it seem like an easy and profitable investment. However, the reality has been a nightmare.
We were never properly educated on how to use our timeshare, and as a result, we have struggled to even book a single vacation that meets our needs. At this point, we would like to end the agreement and cancel the timeshare membership. We would like to have this resolved as soon as possible.
