I paid for the installation of sheet linoleum. On August 28, 2023 the installer Sean from Romanoff Renovations finally arrived at 1:32, not within the 8:00-11:00. He removed the carpet from the master bedroom, installed most of the luan, he prepped the kitchen and utility room that had exisitng linoleum. On August 29, 2023 he arrived at 9:30 am. When he cut the linoleum for the master bedroom he did this in the rain and on wet asphalt. He proceeded to install this knowing there is a problem with the linoleum. There are 2 issues, the product is defective plus when he placed the linoleum on the luan he didn't clean underneath so it added more bubbles to show up. I have spoken with Sherry Sparks I think is her last name at the HD store in Johnson City and Ryan Howard. My friend Ricardo Solano is co-owner of the house we bought in Limestone. Sean the installer showed the defect to my young handyman worker and myself on Tuesday August 29, 2023 at 3:00 in the afternoon. Romanoff is charging us $212.14 for the installers time putting down the defective product. We are waiting to hear about a refund for this product which we have not heard anything on.
Desired outcome: We would like to be refunded for the defective product that we paid $563.15 plus the $212.14. We expected a good quality product and installation neither which we received.
