Homechoice 2x ciego 5pc kitchen accessory set

I have emailed twice for a response on the below email and have not heard anything yet I need to resolve this urgently.

Good Day

Please be advised that the two above orders were short delivered on 12/02/2018.

I had purchased two ciego 5pc kitchen accessory set and only received the bread bin and dish rack for both orders. The boxes containing the two dustbins and ladder was not delivered.

Attached are copies of the labels whereby only one box from each order was delivered instead of two boxes per order.

Boxes short delivered are as follows :

PFS42928361 - box 1/2 is missing
PFS42928337 - box 2/2 is missing

Please check with your courier and advise when the two missing boxes will be delivered.

Homechoice wrong product delivered / poor customer service

I have been a customer of HC for many years purchasing many products over the years. Every time i ordered something i never received the free gift advertised so in always had to make many calls and arrangements for the items to be delivered. that took time and at a further financial setback! none the less i kept being faithful and on the 23/01/2018 i ordered a king size extra length mattress and bed set. I received a call on the 02/02/2018 to arrange delivery for the 03/08 . i informed the guy that i would only be available in the afternoon as i was attending a memorial in the morning. they assured me they only needed 30 minutes to deliver and install so i agreed that they would come in the morning before i left. they delivered the bed but the guys that would assemble was not avail at that point. they kept calling me during the memorial services asking me what time i would be available. i finally compromised and went home to meet them. they assembled the bed and then tore open the bed packaging to set on bed only to find the bed was not the same size. they left without disassembling and i had to call in on the following Monday to inform HC of this. I spoke to a supervisor(female) who promised to sort this out asap. i finally get a call on 09/02 from a guy from the warehouse informing me they would do exchange the following day. i waited and waited and no calls and no delivery...? so this morning i call in to HC and Amanda takes my call, i was frustrated and wanted to speak to her supervisor and when i did not want to give her my id number she proceeded to put me on hold & her words to me before she put me on hold was "then you will wait". she proceeded to have a coffee/toilet break i presume coz i waited some 5minutes and 40 secs before i dropped the call and called back. Then Elrica Mitchells answered and when i queried about Amanda she said that there were a few Amanda's but the 1 I'm enquiring about was at her desk. how would she know which 1 then? Elrica did not care that i was frustrated and did not care that i had an problem, although she works in customer care - she duly put me hols to get a manager not before muttering that i was an [censor]. yes she called me a paying customer and [censor]!? none the less i can say that i will not be dealing with HC ever again and i can tell you i never in all the years that i have with HC never not once received a curtesy call after i called in to express my concerns. the culture the cc agents display when representing HC shows that we do not matter to them unless you are dealing with a sales agent. the customer care agents believe it is there right to have a job and the customer is a belligerent [censor] that receives the item for free! well i am sick and tired and would like to be put in contact with the top brass so that i express fully my disgust at the representatives and procedures in place.

Homechoice complainant

I am very disappointed in Home Choice I ordered the shoe rack and the luggage. The shoe rack was cash on delivery and the luggage was for the terms, then I received an sms that says I have to pay by the 28th of February then I was confused, I phoned the company (Home Choice) only to get somebody who was telling me that its my responsibility to phone the company and ask about the settlement amount, and I was like what settlement amount because I paid the urn up in 2016 and she said I was supposed to ask about the settlement amount because I signed for 16 months but I paid up the debt less then 16 months and I am suprised how come the company was quiet for the whole 2016 from October until February 2018 then the company is telling me that I did not settle the 2016 debt what is that.
I am so disappointed and I have lost trust on the company.
I have been with HC for many years but this is a disappointment. Iwanted to order the laptop on top of the orders I have already made but because of this I am cancelling all the orders the shoe rack and the luggage and I am not interested in ordering anything from you thank you.
The people who are assisting clients should be the people who are very tactfull who know how to handle customers; we dont need people who are self centered who do not stand for the good of the company the lady I talked to does not know how tohelp the customer I was using my cellphine to phone she did not even border to give me the information I was looking for, the whole R100 artime was gone but no solution, no help what so ever, very very disappointed

Homechoice smart t. v.

Hello my name is rhoda moorer and i need someone to contact me a.s.a.p.i have been a customer since june 2014 purchasing items always pd.my bill on time never missed a payment i purchase a 49 inch smart t.v. and a bed frame i took the t.v. home with me on friday feb.2 on sat.feb.3 i had my caretaker put it together when we turned it on it had little small lines in it i immedially called homechoice at 895 arcade st.paul minnasota i was told it was my fault looked like the t.v. had been dropped this is not true at all the t.v had to be affected when they gave it to me how will i know i been having issues with this store for a while and still was the perfect customer i will not pay for this t.v. i feel as if they should have worked it out with me giving me another t.v or somethong lowe the price so ya'll can take me to court or whatever i am not paying for this television will take it back to the store.thankyou Rhoda moorer contact me at [protected] or email at [protected]@gmail.com.

Homechoice it's home choice bed

Im a very angry customer I bought the bed on you on 2016 July the on 2017 around April the bed was broken. I did contact to guys. Your guys came and check the bed. They said they will come back with a new one till today im still sleeping on the broken bed. I payed almost R 14000 with that bed thinking im not going to buy another bed any time soon. Homechoice restonic mattress

purchased a "NEW" restonic bed from homechoice in November, the beds (a single bed was free with the purchase) was delivered to me on the 18th.

It took me about 3 days before I decided to actually open the packaging of the new bed.

on the very first night the bed bulged and it felt as though we were sleeping on springs olny.

I then contacted homechoice and they took days before they responded.

the manager of Restonic contacted me and we agreed on a new bed to be delivered to me in January as there factory closed for the festive season.

days before Christmas my husband and I decided to let my six year old use the mattress of the single bed and to our surprise this mattress is exactly the same.

at this point I just want my money back... or money to be credited to my account again.

now that the bed has finally been picked up it has to go to Joburgh and I have to wait another week cause this is there process.

myself, husband and 6 year old daughter are sleeping on a blow up bed.

I am really upset and disgusted by homechoice and restonic.

Homechoice wardrobes/bad service

Bought a full bedroom suite from Homechoice. The bed and pedastals I have no probltem with. The same day they installed the wardrobes it got chipped both of them. Now the wardrobes is falling appart Hence I have to pay 3YEARS on it. I have been calling them since last year now they want to tell me that they can pick it up and scan it at the warehouse. Where the hell must I [utmy clothes im very angry and I have been a good HOMECHOICE customer for a year and this is how they treat their customers im taking further steps. The agents at homechoice are never helpful is like they doing you a favour this is my last buying I ever so regret it

Homechoice delivery

Good day
I am highly frustrated with this service. I ordered Paw Patrol bedding which was paid for cash, dispatched on the 30/11 and still have not received anything. I made contact with the call centre this morning and the call got cut 3 times...how pathetic. Just to be told that I will receive the package soon...when is soon? 3 weeks later and still nothing. I feel like going to the papers. The lady did not even track the package! What the hell? Is this anyway to treat a paying customer?

Please get back to me ASAP.

I have ordered goods on 22 December 2017 - till date haven't received anything yet! I've paid in full same day as order!

Homechoice delivery service public insult

Good day

I saw missed call from unknown cellphone number the call was between 15:01 to 15:13 with no voice message or sms

On 19/12 I received sms from homechoice regarding delivery of parcel message said (Delivery update your order inv no on delivery with fast and furious expected delivery 24-48 hours

This morning on 20/12 at 6:15 I got call from the delivery people

To my surprise the guy was very rude mentioned 3 diffrent places for us to meet I did explain that 11 church street is my delivery address I will only be there after 7:30

The delivery people came to welkom waited at shoprite to deliver parcel

I asked for the parcel I also asked the driver why he was shouting at me

His words was did I not see miss call he started swearing at me by using the exact words of telling me I am talking shirt to see any miss call expecially from unknown number does not know I will know who the caller is

The guy used abusive and treatining words that I refused to sign for the parcel because he was too rude I was shocked by his language and behaviour

Homechoice please sent my parcel with another driver or cancel my ordr asap

I fail to understand how can such big company use people with such manners and unproffesional; behaviour

I am very dissapointed because all my other order has been deliverd successfully with no hassles or abuse

The driver was abusive he even blocked our vehicle to continue swearing at us

Homechoice over contacting

Homechoice calls me on a few times on a daily basis. I have told them to add me to the do not contact database. I also mentioned that if I'm interested in anything I will go online. Please do not phone me again. I have used callerID to block Homechoice however there is the odd occasion where they still get through. They also phone at ridiculous hours at times.

Homechoice ordering of a bed

I have placed an order on the 8th of November for an orophetic base set which will receive a free single bed matrass with.
According to home Choice you'll only start paying end of February for this order. Today is the 1st of December I still have not received my order i have already been invoiced and the order is also already on my statement I have already paid my account with this order on and still have not received my order.

I have been phoning for the last two weeks about the order only for them to tell me the order has been dispatched I should phone the courier company fast n furious which claims they still have not received my order.

Who is sleeping on my bed home Choice...
Will not buy anything from you ever again and I will also not pay this account untill you sort out this.

Homechoice 32l quantum microwave oven

I bought a 32L Quantum Microwave Oven from Home Choice End of January 2017, there is a 1 year guarantee on this product, November 2017 the microwave did not want to work at all, does not even go on, I phoned them and they told me that I need to send the Microwave Oven to their warehouse in Cape Town which will cost me over a R1000 and they will refund if anything is wrong. I am not prepared to pay that money and then loose after all, will never buy there appliances ever again, I am still paying the Microwave, brand brand new... I am really furious, that microwave was nearly R4000...

Homechoice customer service!!!

I asked for a called back as I received an SMS saying my parcel was dispeched. So I wanted to ask if it was gonna be delivered to the correct address as I changed it. Your call centre agents are soooo rude. I had to wait for almost 7sec for them to talk to each other and laugh and after she asked for my Id number. To show that she wasn't listening to me she said I was born on the 33 of December! Who does that? When I asked her she said "YEY"! I'm asking for your Id to help you here! And she hangup on me! I wont be treated like a favour is done to me when I'm the one who pays. Those guys will deliver that parcel to the wrong place and they will find none there and they will come back with it. I will never place an order at home choice ever again and if you guys can please cancel my account with you. I'll pay up for my granmom and Mother and cancel their accounts too. I'll buy them cash to other respeful shops who know how to treat customers.

Homechoice mattress

I ordered a Restonic Classic and was not even told that it's out of stock! After 2 weeks I called in to follow up was only told then that the mattress is out of stock, had to change my order to Restonic Gold Mattress (order number: [protected]) on the 6th November 2017 and the order was despatched on the 8th November 2017.
I still have not received my order. I called in last week and was told I will receive my order on 17th November 2017 and I DIDN'T.

I called in this morning, I spoke to Babalwa and she said the courier company is RTT. I called RTT to track my parcel and was told the company does not deliver for HomeChoice anymore. Why am I being sent from pillar to post after being a loyal client for so long?

Homechoice complaining about my wife's order.

Hie my wife ordered an lvana bed and a california wardrobe the base is a queen bt they delivered the wrong mattress the mattress is double instead of a queen.The order was delivered a week ago and since then we have been calling everyday for them to give us the right mattress and we have been sleeping on the floor because we can.t use that mattress.l must say your service is very very poor and you have to check your agencies if they are qualified to do their job and to improve on customer care because you are going to lose a lot of customers.They are other suppliers who do same day delivery and they don.t long to change if you receive the wrong order.l.m now thinking of cancelling the whole order and buy else where as l.m frustrated and its also ruining my relationship with my wife

Homechoice complaining about fraudulent purchasing of 40cm flat screen tv using my information

Morning Sir/Madam

Brief background. On the 3rd Nov 2017, I called call centre complaining about my name listed on Credit Bearau. I urgently want to purchase a house. I filled in S. A Home loan. They are the ones who made me aware that I am in areas for 6 months at Home Choice and I need to pay R8878.00. I told S. A Home loans that I did not buy anything from Home Choice.

So I called Home Choice Credit Department on the 3rd Nov 2017. I got hold of Nokwanda. This is what she said to me, somebody staying in Pietermaritzburg accepted the 40cm TV. She told me the following also:

INCIDENT DATE: 28/03/2017
no CLIENT NUMBER, but my ID is [protected]
FULL DESCRIPTION: The person who did fraud stays at 175 Dolby Road
Pietermaritzburg. Delivery was done on the 10/4/2017
Contact no. [protected]. She never paid a single cent
since delivery. She has been called several time
June 23, 26, 28 and always on voicemail

My wife has been receiving messages that she's owing home choice & when she asks where the blankets where delivered & who received them, she is told of some place she's never been before & she was told the name of the person who received those blankets. She's now been blacklisted. Home Choice must do something about these frauds because it is not good for the company & the vulnerable who now has to suffer because of fraudsters.

Homechoice bad service

I ordered Enzo food processor and blender at home choice. It's was advertised that if you spend R1699 or more on appliances you get a slow cook ad storage box. I received the Storage box but the slow cooker was not there.
i sent an email on Thursday and again on Friday follow by a call.

I called today again 10:45 and spoke to a consultant named Sindiswa who was very rude and dropped the phone on me. that is not who you create a client and i was not even being rude to her i asked her who long will i have to wait for feed back and she didn't know has no estimated time.

Homechoice rude and impatient delivery driver from durban

It's the second time this driver is delivering my parcel. He is so bloody rude and impatient. The first time he came to deliver he was rude, impatient and aggressive. The tone off his voice. Luckily I got the 1st parcel on monday he gave me a call I advised him that my mother's captain will sign for parcel. He was so rude started mumbling he told me that he has to leave he has no time for this he will deliver some other time..! When I asked him when he cut the call. If I don't receive the parcel on friday your'll might as well keep it. His number is [protected]

It's the second time this guy is delivering my order.The first time he delivered my order he was so rude and impatient.He gave me a phone call on Monday regarding the delivery.While talking to him he started grumbling and telling me he is tired .He will deliver my parcel some other time.His number is [protected] .He advised me that he will deliver my parcel some other time and cut the call while I was still talking.If I don't get it on Friday your'll can keep it and I won't be paying for it

Homechoice unethical behaviour call center

I know I'm behind on my installment, I have explained numerous times to the rude call center personnel, that I lost my job, and am struggling to get back on truck. However I do pay an amount every month. If I did not pay at all, I could understand the constant phoning 4 times a day. At my new work, I'm not allowed the use off my cellphone in working hours, then they started phoning my grandmother, 072 no, I repeatedly requested the call center to delete the 072 contact from the system, but they phoning her 3 time a day. She is old and can not handle the call center rudeness. Please can someone make sure they delete the 072 contact and only have the 071 no as contact. They phoning throughout the month, even though they have a promised dated of payment, then 2 days before promised dated, the calls get even worse every day. This is in violation of the FDCPA, (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act) . If you did not receive a payment after the 2nd of the month, I will understand the sms or phone call, EFT takes 2 days to reflect on the other side.

Homechoice service

I placed an order with Home-choice for the Sidney - 10piece bed set (3 sets). With everything going through successfully I received an order number and was awaiting for my delivery as promised. This activity took place 2 months ago, up until today I have still not received any products. I called the warehouse in Brackenfell spoke to a lady called Cecelia thrice(3), she told me that the delivery could not be done due to abruptness in my area. I asked if I could provide an alternative address and she advised that she actually found someone(driver) who would deliver the products by no later than 6th October 2017. I called the Monday (10.10.2017) spoke to Cecelia once again and she told me the goods was return back and I need to place a new order. She also told me that she would have an agent call me back within the next hour to have the new placed for it to be shipped to my address. Up until today have I heard nothing from either Home-choice nor Cecelia at the Brackenfell warehouse to have the blanket sets deliver. Unhappy customer, I do not wish to continue my shopping at Home-choice. Thank you. Fayroza
