I recently had a store employee call me twice and hang up without saying anything.
Her name is Ariel and she works at the store in Rosedale, Minnesota.
When I called to complain to the store manager, I was upset and said I was coming in to the store to see Ariel and she told me if I showed up she would meet me at the do it to stop me.
Yes, I yelled at them but they had no right to yell back at me and give me attitude. That is not my idea of customer service.

poor and pathetic service from customer care and collections
I have purchased a few items from home choice and was suppose to pay by the end of September. on the 4th October I made an installment, more than what was due. on the 5th I received an sms thanking me for payment. from the 6th I started receiving calls from the Collections Department, about 10 calls a day, I have to explain to about 10 ppl a day about the payment, to what account I have made the payment etc, bare in mind I paid in the account that they gave me with reference they gave me. when they call they say the call is recorded. if the calls are recorded and every time they call they update their system, there would be no need for them to keep asking the same questions. When I tell them how frustrated I am that I have to repeat myself to so many people, they become so rude as though they doing us as a customer a favor. I have requested a senior manager call me and they just say that it wont happen. I now dread ever purchasing from home choice because of the poor customer service I receive.

Guys can u please advice firstly why are u treating your customers with such poor services. Ive waisted so much airtime calling after u guys its more than a month and when I request a Team Leader to call me back they never do...airtime cost money i must spend money on things u guys to wrong thats so unfair to a customer. Can i have constructive feedback on my Samsung 15 kg Top loader thats staining my clothes. Its getting more worst and its so frustrated to do my washing. Your defect description that was sent to samsung was incorrect. I was promised last week the technicians will come that friday or monday thats past however still waiting. The machine is still in warranty i receice it in June month. Now im paying so something thats causing me my clothing. My normal installment monthly is R11? However R14? Was depited. Mark Wagenaar send me a email that the manufacturer will be collecting the product 3weeks ago which never happened. Stop lying to your customers. I want satisfactory feedback today still otherwise im going to reverse my installments than U can collect your item. Since the 15th of September I have been waiting for 2 products from home choice. we are now on the 4th of October and I still have not received anything from home choice but I am getting invoiced and need to pay on the 20th of October. I have spoken to more consultants then I can count I'm sick and tired of this company with there [censor] skeems.

On 30 September 2017 between 10:20am and 10:30am l called the sales department to follow up on a gift l was was suppose to receive after l purchased a corner Sofa in August.A consultant by name of Julie tried to assist me but she was so rude and for the years l have been your customer l have never experienced such and it automatically brought your marks down for me.l asked Julie that l have not yet received my mirror and she said it has been sent to the post office and l should get a piece of paper to write down the reference number and l told her l don't have anywhere to write if she could please send via sms she rudely said we don't send sms and just as l asked if she could send via email she rudely interrupted me and just shouted out get a piece of paper ma'am l then told her not to be rude and she hung up on me and l was using my own airtime.l called back and she took the call and l asked why she hung up and she said because l was rude then l asked for a Supervisor and she just put me on hold and l ran out of airtime.she didn't have the courtesy to call me back to further assist up to now. l am so disappointed with the your consultant and if possible take your gift back because l cannot accept such from an organization l thought was reputable shop l spend my money on.if need be to listen to the call my number is [protected]

On 02 October 2017 at 11:20 am I received a call from Home choice informing that I owe them R18000 and that I bought a toaster from them. The last time I bought something from Home choice was 5 years back. The consultant told me that the delivery was made to Johannesburg Bree street and I stay in Mabopane Pretoria I don't even know that Bree street. I asked the consultant to send me all the signed documents so that I can verify the details but he never got back to me.I made a call again and I was advised to go and do an affidavit at the police station I did and I don't know where to send it as he promised to send me a fax number but he never did. I would like home choice to send me the voice recording of the person who called to make that order because they told me the order was made in January and telephonically and please I would like to have all the documentation of that application even the id copy of the person who received the delivery.

Firstly my problem started when I got what I ordered and being stupid thinking people did their jobs properly left the box unopened till decemeber more than a month later only to find that the set I ordered was short of the curtains to which I complained and never received not even an email or response to apologize yet they continue to contact me yet having asked on numerous occasions to take me off the damn call and sms list.
I do not wish to purchase anything further and I do not want to be contacted and I don't ever want to deal with homechoice again

i just called Home choice now, to request them to call my mother, who's been trying to get hold of them for months, with no success from their side, I spoke to a very rude lady who didn't want to even take my mother's details. she keeps on wasting airtime due to their incompetency, all she wants is a statements to see how far she is with her payments.
hisense infinity f20 cellphone
A few months ago i ordered the hisense infinity20 cellphone from fonechoice for R366 a month for 24 months. About 2 months after using the cellphone, ive experienced problems with the phone. It freezes, go black screen, throw me out of any app and when i do a text message, it also go black and then i have to type the whole message again. When u want to dail a nr, it also freezes. I phoned fonechoice and they told me i should've returned the phone in 7 days after i received it, but the phone only started doing that 2 months after? So i used the phone like it is cause im paying for it.. The phone got lost and i received a new infinity20 cellphone. Its now exactly one month that im using it and it is doing exactly the same as the previous one. It is the most frustrating bad irritating thing to deal with and i must still pay R366 till January 2019 for a phone that is totally faulty! I cant send in a phone which im paying for to be fixed which will take 21 working days. So now I want to know.. What must i do? cause i really just want to send the phone back and cancel my contract, cause using a phone like that is seriously frustrating! I cant waste R366 a month. My account nr [protected]

Someone open account using my identity document number in April and i found out month end of May. First of June i call them home choice and report a fraud under my name and fill up forms they sent me. Now its more than three months problem not resolved. How long does your investigation take because other companies two weeks its more than enough to resolved the same matter.

incomplete bedding order received from home choice
I placed an order for bedding and receive the parcel in march 2017, unfortunately the order was incomplete, I ordered a 24piece and only received an 18 piece also with outstanding items, contact them and they forward (mail) an dispute form which I complete and mailed back, keep on calling for payments but they cannot assist in the query I have... they had to send outstanding items on the 24 piece which I order or lower my payments...

I kept phoning and phoning to find out if payment was received. Already spoke to 3 different consultants and they told me they cannot trace my payment I made. The last consultant I spoke to in july she gave me email address and I emailed the proof of payment about 3 times. No one replied. Now in August they phone me and tells me they have not received my payment. The lady gave me email address again. I emailed proof but still no one came back to me. And now I get a letter from them saying if they dont receive payment within the 24 days they will take further legal action. I dont know now what must I do cause I cannot continue paying this people if they dont find my payment

On 23 May 2017, I called into the call center to query some items. I listed a few items and asked the consultant to give me the monthly installment on this. The first amount she gave me was quite high because it was based on 6 and 16-month repayment plans. I was not able to afford this and advised the consultant of this. I told her that I wouldn't be taking the product because the first amount she mentioned was too much for me at the time.
She then told me she would try to have all the items spread over a 24-month repayment plan. She then said it was successful and quoted an amount less than R400 a month. I was happy with this and accepted the sale.
When I received my first statement from Homechoice, I was surprised to see that the first installment was R614.92, and noticed that I was billed from the 09 May 2017 (My order date was listed as the 23 May 2017. I didn't even mention this to the consultant) I called into the call center again and asked an agent to please escalate the matter and that I wanted to have my call listened to. I did not agree to pay anything over R400. I was told that someone would get back to me.
No-one got back to me.
I then called, again, and asked to speak to a team leader.
Again, I was told that someone would get back to me and, again, nobody got back to me.
I then called on a Friday and spoke to a team leader. She promised to get to me within the hour. She didn't stick to that timeline, and I was unable to answer the call when it eventually came through. When I called in again, she was "in a meeting" and couldn't take my call.
I have since received numerous calls from both the accounts and the sales department. I've dealt with rude consultants that, quite frankly, spoke to me like I was an idiot and didn't understand them.
I know that my account couldn't be placed on hold, even though I even requested this and I understand that I am liable to pay the account (and I will).
My issue here that I've accumulated arrears on my account because of an error that was not mine. If I had known the items I ordered would be amount to R600-odd then I would not have agreed to the sale in the first place.
It's not like I was avoiding paying my account or trying to get out of paying it. All I asked was that the installment amount is adjusted to the agreed amount when I placed the order.
Attached to this complaint is the order form, which states that I ordered the items over 24 months at R325.23 p/m. I don't understand why my statement is almost double that amount.
I've called customer service to try and deal with this, but it just was not working. I called to ask for a manager's contact details but was denied this information. This whole situation has just been really unpleasant, and I would sincerely like it resolved or explained if I in any way misunderstood anything.
I don't know what to do, but if someone could please contact me and assist me, that would be great. I would also appreciate if my ITC could be cleared once this is sorted out.

I ordered georgia comfort for two rooms with free blanket. They sent me the comforts and blanket in seperate box. At post office they mistakenly give the blanket to another homechoice customer. She returned it because it was not her order it was my blanket. Here is the tracking number of returned blanket PE468 832 317ZA. I have two comforters without the blanket. It is a problem to send my blanket again. People who works in customer service are not helping me at all.
Another problem i ordered lucy and diego comforts for kiddies, when i go to post office to collect it, i got the poppy dinner set two boxes and the blanket which was charged R6000 i returned them, they charged me almost R500 i have sent the proof to customer care but they not saying anything about it. Hi, I have been getting stuff from home choice for a couple years now. my first couch is paid off. about 7 months or so ago I purchased another couch and my husband purchased a bedroom set. we got a little behind due to hours being cut but than we both got caught up. I am currently 1 week behind and I talked to a nice guy named chris at the mankato mn location and he said I could get caught up on sept 1, but now on saturday I got a call from a very rude manager there saying I had to pay that day. I explained I had no money that day and told him about the arrangement for the first that I would get caught up. he than told me he dont care if I have money or not and that if not paid by 5 pm they would be there to pick up my stuff. he was very very rude to the point I no longer want to work with that company. especially when I purchase the couch and it came ruined so they replaced the section that was damaged but brought a peice that is an inch taller than the rest of my couch so I have been paying on a mismatched couch for 7 months. I told him fine than just take the stuff back, and he than told me it will ruin my credit for the next 10 years. why should I pay all that money for the couch? they could have at least discounted me plus now with how rude he was and the comments he made I no longer want to deal with them. its sad tho that I had already paid so much money on the furniture already.. very very disapointed. I may file something on him there.

I placed an order on 27 July 2017, and paid the order immediately . I received a text on 2 August 2017, informing me that the parcel was dispatched. On 10 August 2017, I send an email requesting delivery date (on which no reply was received). On Saturday 19 August 2017, I received another text stating that my order should be at our Post Office. At the Post Office I was informed that the parcel was received, but to the Kroondal Post Office, and not our local Post Office. I phoned the customer care centre today 21 August 2017 (and my calls were dropped 3 times), and requested the immediate resending of my order, where the consultant told me that I must wait 31 days, as after 31 days the Post Office will return the parcel if uncollected, and after you receive the parcel, it will be dispatched to our local Post Office. I check my invoice, and the correct address are on the invoice. In my view, the mistake was made when capturing the receivers address by one of your emloyees, and not of any mistake on my part. I would like my order to be dispatched immediately, and not to wait for the incorrect parcel to return.
