HomeChoice is still taking money out of my installments as bank charges. I di direct payment from my account to their account (no middle man) but each time they deduct R7.40. This is nonsense. Two weeks back, I spoke to one of their consultants (Oscar) and he said they will refund all the deductions and pay them back into my account. This has not been done. On the 2nd of October, I paid R300 instead of R296 which is my installment but they took R7.40 and only recepted R292-60. I find this discgusting and equivalent to fraudtheft (white collar). Last time I discussed the matter with them, they sent me a little umbrella which is not even tehsame amount that they have been * from my instalments. They say ' do not look a gift horse in the mouth' but that was an insult. I do not want them to buy me with anything, but to pay into my account the amount I pay into their account. Maybe I must post my complaint against FNB if they are geniunely taking money from my instalments. How are they involved when the money goes directly from my account to HomeChoice. This time I am going to alert everyone I know and all the 'would have been' customers. Where are these peoples' ethics?

I've made an order through an Home Choice agent Sami on July last year for a 16 piece Aston bedcover as after a month nothing happened, after waiting for long for my order, I've decided to do an online order on August.
Only on 20th December 2010 I've received 13pieces instead 16 - Aston Luxury set bedcover. By the way the price is the same!
Inside the package an apology letter for the material not delivered, discontinued and no enclosure magazine.
From the publicity and Invoice I would only be paying it on the 28th February 2011.
Yesterday, for my surprise, when I called to my bank, they informed that Home Choice listed me on ITC. I've called today to home choice and one of the agents said that they don't have any information of listing me on ITC as I don't have any account in arrears. Also the same agent faxed me a statement where clearly states my account is clean.
My bank keeps giving me a different information, I'm listed on ITC by Home Choice, and they request a clear ITC report.
Please clear my ITC listing, which you placed, with immediate effect and send the confirmation by fax to [protected]. Also I want to send back the bedcover ordered.

I was owing home choice R1800 and i started paying R200.00 per month, the third month some debt collecting company called me and told me my account was handed over to them with a balance of R1680. How is that possible because i have R200 installment for the past 3months, i asked. They told me I'm paying direct to home choice and home choice transfer my money to them after 7 to 14 working days, which makes me a late payer to them, so they add interest. I am not receiving any statement. Please sort this SAP.

I placed an order a week ago n told that consultant assisting me to deliever it to senekal not bloemfontein cs m no longer based in bloemfontein. Today I get a call that m parcel is being delievered in bloem. How the hell am I suppose to sign for it after I told that lady that m not in bloem. Whose gonna pay for the bloody cancellation fee. Right now I have been calling n can't get a solution. Anyone better help [protected]...

I have problem with the way the staff calls all day. i complained twice to the staff members in sales, they way the call. after every complaining they will start calling even if they don't have a reason, they call and drop i am not sure if it help for their target. they even call and ask for people i don't know. I am not sure if calls are recorded in order for you to trace but i have to inform you. i am loosing interest in buying from home choice because of staff behaviour.

Hi I have a problem with most of HomeChoice staff they are so rude over the phone and they don't mind calling u the whole day Even if u can tell them ur busy they dont care they will still gonna call u to the point were by u must switch your phone off.a lady call me at about 6:30 evening telling me to pay now otherwise she will call me the whole night so that I cannot sleep😈 she will harass me with phone calls.HomeChoice staff need serious training otherwise ull loose costomer. For me sorry.

I am a paying client from Homechoice. I get numerous phonecalls a month reminding me of their instalment. I will never ever buy from Homechoice again. If you do not answer the phone, they phone again and again and again. Yesterday, the 22nd of February I received 4 phone calls, which I answered... 3 other, I did not answer... Today at 9.15 I received another. It is payday next week fro crying out loud. I will be phoned everyday until I pay my instalment and then I will be left alone for 3 weeks whereafter the phonecalls will start again until 20h00 at night. Please STOP this practice...

Iam so disappointed in Homechoice those people call everyday and I haven't skipped any payment and my credit is getting higher as I pay why? Are you guys stealing from us in DEC I paid twice but now I have debt collectors no calling me and there is noone to help us I regret opening a Homechoice Account Charlotte Danda

I am writing on behalf of my mum who is a pensioner. She has been battling to return the goods, she does not have boxes neither does she have the cash to send the goods back.

After numerous calls to the customer care department for assistance, there is still no help.

Please can somebody assist her.

I bought feature duck pillows and they were smelly so I had them washed it was the most shocking thing ever. They smell worse and they are got brown as they were drying off. I can't use smelly dirty pillows as i will never be able to wash them. Is there a solution to this madness as I will be paying so i can't Pay for this. Help me

The ComPlaint is about 2 kids duvet sets including sheets... I bought them just before winter and it was my 1st time washing them.. The color faded totally... I am extremely dissapointed

I ordered a bed base set and only to find out its not what i wanted i ordered a queen and i received a double bed. Made a call on the 25 november 2019 and on the 12 of December they asked that i give them 5 day for collection and still the bed its in my place. Invading my space

My parcel came without an invoice and i want to return it now i can't because i do not have my invoice!please come and collect this microwave i do not want it!it has the scratches all over!i don't know how can a courier guy deliver something without my invoice attached to my parcel...please help me i want what i ordered! Brand new!
