Hello Team,
I am Saravanan and booked Honda Dio On 24th Dec’16 and paid advance amount of 36, 000. Due to personal reason and moved to Singapore I have requested for cancellation of my booking on 4th Jan’17 before leaving India.
I haven’t received my refund amount as on today and am dealing with Sales In-charge (Mr. Lijo) in Bangalore KR Puram Haiku Honda Showroom last 45 days but no proper response and my refund is still not processed after many follow ups.
Kindly provide the escalation email ID and its very bad customer experience. If I am not receiving any response by end of this week and will file a case on legal proceedings on my refund.
Note: Mr. Lijo committed my refund will be processed by end of Jan’17 and send for Head office approval but no update and refund as today – FALSE COMMITMENT…
Request you to consider this request on priority basis and refund my advance amount.

Some one from M/s Subham Sai Honda visited my home to inspect the vehicle and they informed that due to mistake Service from M/s Pioneer One Honda it resulted into an Major Accident, they not tightned the mudguard cover.
As per Subham Sai Honda, lot of repair is required to be done like Mudguard, Handle etc. Hear the call recording of representative of Subham Sai Honda.
I am still awaiting for justification from Honda, that who is responsible for this accident.
It's not just complaint / feedback, IT'S MATER OF MY LIFE AND DEATH.

After taking vehicle I traveled approx. 20 Kms and from Tyre got jammed due to loose Mud-Guard Cover (Steel accessories) and resulted into an Major Accident. Its god grace that I am still alive as I was wear helmet and no other vehicle (Car / Bus etc) running on the Rod. If any vehicle behind me no one could save my life.
This could have happened because of Pioneer Honda. My family is dependent on me.

INR 600.00 and taken vehicle but after next day I found that same problem was there in my vehicle. When I asked your service center, they told that you can get it corrected in next visit for services and missed this time.
3. After first service, apart from existing problem my Vehicle developed like some sound like Hurrrr Hurrr (l think some parts was loose) and stand spring was also loose and because of that I was facing problem, then I again visited Pioneer One Honda on 23.03.2016 for service and explained all the problem. Same day evening I paid INR 600.00 and taken my Vehicle but all was problem was same. But Service Engineer of Pioneer One Honhda told that due to holi we are going to close our system so next time in first week April - 16 visit again will re-correct.
4. After second service, new problem developed like after running 25-30 Kms some sound comes from Engineer like Hurrrr Hurrr and Engine get off automatically then I gone for service station but they asked me to provide 3rd Service Slip, where nothing done in first 2 service except washing of Vehicle then why 3rd service slip I should give them. Then I took service locally.
I therefore request you to please confirm whether in Free Service Honda does service of vehicle or only washing of Vehicle becasue in my two free service, no service done for Engineer and also I don't know whether Oil was changed or not for which I paid approx. INR 600.00 in both service.
If in free service, Engine Service is done, request you to please replace my vehicle because there was cheating from Honda.

bike suddenly stops while running
While riding the running bike suddenly stops. After that self start does not work and kicker will be compressor free. It is completely mechaincal failure. Don't buy Honda Unicorn 160 bike. Its a time bomb. Buy at your own risk.

Honda Activa Service Issue - Gujarat

This is with reference to Honda 2 Wheeler's arrogant attitude towards customer's genuine complain and hardcore professional / commercial support to their dealers, who cheat the buyers who are willing to buy
Honda 2 Wheelers.
I bought an 2 wheeler 2 years back from local Dealer C R Honda, based at Vadodara.
During a purchase I was not allowed to buy a vehicle without accessories from the dealer at first glance . Reason given by C R Honda was - they are not allowed to sell vehicle without accessories.
After few efforts, they agreed to sell vehicle on CASH deal, with fix accessories which included number plate. even after charging they never
offered Printed Number plate, Instead they simply refused that in Invoice they charged respected amount.
Even surprisingly, all new vehicles must have atleast 500 ml of petrol while you take the delivery, which almost no dealer follows. every dealer will give max 250 ml of petrol in new Activa from Honda 2 wheelers.
Please note - all things were reported timely to Honda 2 wheelers and they even did not bothered to Say Sorry in written.
After 2 years, when vehicle met with an accident and went to CR Honda, authorized service center for Estimate, C R Honda repaired the vehicle without any intimation, considering vehicle was insured fully.
Upon complaining Honda 2 wheeler Sr. Staff (Mr. Ram & Mr. Chaudhary)
replied arrogantly : Sir Dealer will not say sorry and not apologize .
you would have put your vehicle in some other service Station.
Honda 2 wheeler claim high regard for Customers, but actually they hardly care to call back and reply to emails instantly. Though I got Vehicle from Service Center after 2 months and with fake commitments from team Honda 2 wheelers.
Please be aware while buying Honda Activa as Honda 2 Wheeler is total unprofessional Brand.
Rather Buy some other Good Brand.

This is regarding the Honda Scooter Starting Problem.
I have purchased a Honda Activa 3G from Ananda Honda, Hosa Road Showroom in Banfgalore on Feb 2016.
Problem Statement:
When I am trying to start my scooter Honda Activa 3G, either way by kick or self it is not working. The start requires minimum 10-15 kicks even with or without choke;
1. Morning (COLD Hours) : I am facing the starting problem, during morning hours (while going to office)
2, During daytime (HOT Condition), it will not self start, if the vehicle is not used more than 4-5 hrs (say while returning from office)
Worst Part of Problem :
3. AT TRAFFIC JUNCTIONS (Engine Hot Condition) : It is not switching on (self start), if you switch off the scooter at TRAFFIC JUNCTIONS. This problem is intermittent, that means 2 to 3 times (out of 10 traffic signals, if you switch off your vehicle).
4. Rainy Season (Engine Hot Condition) :If you are riding the vehicle in rainy season, if you switch off at traffic signals, it may not switch on at traffic signals. Again this problem is intermittent, But frequency is higher compared to 3rd point above (that means without rain)
I have given the vehicle for rectification of this issue at the Hosa Road service center 3 time Before, During and After First service.
But The problem still there.
Note:
a. I have checked this issue with my friends and relatives, almost everyone is having this issue irrespctive of whether it is ACTIVA 3G/ 125/ DIO.
b. I am having another 2 more vehicles, Tvs Scooty Pep+ and Pulsar 180 Dtsi in Bangalore . Even though old vehicle, i am not facing any of these issues with them (as the self start is seamless).
So requesting your help to resolve this problem.

I purchased CBR250 back in Nov 2013 and I am quite frustrated with this bike. You can just figure out my frustration just by knowing the fact that I have completed only 7K in more than 2 years. There were several reasons behind that but the one I am dealing these days made me to write you an email. I hope you guys will surely look into it.
So, both the tyres in my bike developed very tiny multiple holes. As a result both tyres goes flat and without pressure in just three or four days. I have to go to refill air in tyres for every three four days. Problem started three four months ago when every few days I started finding puncture in both tyres. I repaired them almost five or six times, but when it kept going on I stopped using it and few days later when I had to use it, I found both tyres without any pressure. When checked on puncture shop he asked me not to repair the tyre as it has multiple tiny holes. When contacted Pioneer Honda Noida, they said they cannot do anything in this as the bike is out of warranty now. I have checked and found on Conti tyres website that they provide 3 years warranty on their products. I request you to kindly look into the matter and change these tyres ASAP.

I have booked the honda activa with hond two wheeler dealer 21 honda on8th April 2014 (Booking number 2689)on 5th April 2014 I was told that waiting period is 2 month during booking it was extended to 3 months.After 3 month dealer didn't bother to inform me about end of waiting period when I contacted them their supervisor behaved rudely and said pay the amount.I paid the full amount on 13th July2014(receipt sr. no 214) and I was told that I will get delivery in 15 days same is also written in my booking form.They also charged my 500 extra..charges which was not mentioned to me before and when I opposed they said it's their practice.After 15 days when I went to them on 29th April 2014 they said because of technical issue with honda 2 wheeler they cananot deliver and they were not commiting date as well nor they are giving anything in writing about delay.I request you to follow up with them they might have distributed received activa from company not as per booking. Also request you to check whether dealer has alloted honda activa as per booking in last 6 months. Also since activa was not with them why they have taken full amount 20-30 days in advance. I want interest on the same and want my 500 back which they charge illegaly.Also I want apology letter from dealer.I also logged complain Q-174739 with honda 2 wheeler on 30th July 2014 but they didn't reverted back since then as of today 6th Aug 2014. no change of name in RC of sold vehicle

i have exchange my hero honda motor cycle and got Bajaj Motor Cycle from its showroom one and half year back.
when ever i call to the Bajaj showroom, the dealer always telling me that to take away only delivery challan note but when i asked for transfer of name in my RC copy he told me that my vehicle file is not found in authority. Their is strictness in authority. No entry for Agent there. When MLO came then file will be found. He say take only id and delivery challan only.
Now i cannot able to under stand that if my name is not changed in RC and if any crime held then i will be in trouble. Please help me what should i do.

But i hav changed the engine oil of active before some days on 2236 on reading on the metre then i hav come in agency for service of activa on 2839 thats not a right time to change the engine oil but they change the engine oil without asking me without my allowance when i ask him why you changed the engine oil then they say(yeh company ki policy hai har service par engine oil change hoga uske liye hame coustmer se pooshne ki zarurat nhi hai jis bhanchod ko complaint karni hai karde main kisi se nhi darta hum activa nhi le jaane denge tujhe). What is this thats your company policy i am never aspecting from your company.

I have purchased a Honda Activa from the dealer on 19th August 2012. I told him (Owner of the shop) the urgency of why I was buying the vehicle. I told him that I was new in the town and the place where we stay has no public transport. We chose the Honda Activa. He told me that he will give Honda Activa that will come with a certificate and will be made within last couple of weeks. After we finalized the vehicle, he told that if I pay by card then I will have to pay 2% extra. So I had to go and withdraw cash. We waited for almost 2 hours and later when we met the guy to provide the details for registration, they said it will take me atleast 20-25 days for getting registration. When I spoke to the guy who was the owner with whom I had been talking, he told me that he can't to anything. Why the hell did he not tell me earlier. I would not have wasted my time. I was in the shop with my wife and a 4 yr old for 3 hrs. They also refused to give any temporary number and said I should not drive the vehicle. How on the earth they expect me to use the vehicle. It is already 20 days now and I have not driven the vehicle. Now when I called them up for the registration status, they are asking more money stating that the registration cost has gone up. What would they have done if I did not had called them up. Is this the kind of dealers Honda is having. I had good regards for Honda but never knew that they choose dealers who are liers, unethical, unprofessional and non fair trading policy. This reflects the Honda ethics as well. Please refrain from Honda and more from Dugar Honda on VIP road in Kolkata.

what a ridiculous & very terrible & horrible service provided by PRATIK HONDA VASHI NAVI MUMBAI
MY ACTIVA NO. IS MH-43-AG-8613. Living at koper khairne purchasing a bike from Pratik Honda Near by home & then they give address for servicing of there own service centre at APMC Near Avlon high School.
1. We faced a lots of problems from taken delivery to servicing the Activa.
2. We taken a AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) from Pratik Honda. after Free servicing they started to haressing us.
3. Every time they are aying that you have to spend extra money for servicing after paid AMC.
4. They never pick up there phone for advance booking of servicing & when we go directly we have to wait at least for an hour.
5. After servicing they call us twice or thrice a day to collect the activa from there centre but when we reached always we have to
wait for an hour because there excuses like still pending for washing etc.
6. Yesterday on 08/01/2013 i paid extra rs. 750 for servicing but today i hv to TOW my ACTIVA by a private garage & still its
there for RE-SERVICING because PRATIC HONDA only taking charges but service is in minus not even 0
7. Now the are not afraid from any complaints because there is no service centre near by them & they are doing there fraud
business very nicely.
8. The Licence/agency should be cancelled after verifying these directly or from other sources.
9. They are very rude & sh-rude with all the people specially with ladies & old age peoples never want to listen anything.

I am giving as sequencely to the above service station for servicing. now they r saying that ur engine is failed due to improper oil. They r not doing proper oiling and that's way this think is happend. Due to this i am facing lot of problem. had same experience with the same showroom at aleppey and kayamkulam.they delayed my dio scooter by one month and was delivered with scratches and the paint on the visor or head had a flowing drop of paint over which the clear was applied.the headlight had scratches.an aluminium cover with fungus like markings on it that didnt go on rubbing etc.i didnt expect this from honda.very unsatisfactory.we dont get what we pay for.

Sir regularly serviced my bike from fortune Honda showroom Kushaiguda branch,
I had abnormal sound from engine from last two services, when I complaint about that, they had told its common sound, and it will not be an engine problem, but recently when I given a for regular service, they had told me that engine has to replace, complete bore and pistons etc had damaged,
So my complaint is how can engine failes suddenly at 35k kms when a driving moderately with good service history, what you people service people had done previously, until complete engine damage. So I am going to put a case on your Honda company, service person and advertise on the paper/poster if my problem is not solved immediately, sorry to say this, your service person response is making me to shameful to opt Honda brand,

I purchased Honda Activa from RAJ HONDA, Ajme Rajasthan in march-10 (engine no.JC44E 0544459, Frame no.ME4JC44 SCA8415036) till today my complaint
of poor pick-up & unusal noise in engine was not considered.I repeatedly complain for this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Honda Activa standard 109cc was handed over to Authorised Service Centre - Maa Kamakhya Honda (Dealer Code JH1SC03) for regular service on 03.04.2023.
The delivery of said vehicle is still pending due unfinished service as on 17.04.2023.
Gross negligence and deficiency in workmanship.
After servicing vehicle raise new complaint, not even post service feedback call not followed up, not even 200 km driven after service and 6 days happen, veh getting jerk off at cold condition & clutch jerking issue more trouble

hello i am apoorva upadhyay, i have complaint against honda activa scooter that it's battery is making problems that within 4 MONTHS it become discharged 3-4 times and a liquid (electrolyte or distilled water) is dropping through day & night from this, our floor and paint is distroyed of front part of scooter. i complained a couple of times but they couldn't rectified the problem. ones they keep the scooter in their service center for a day for observation of scooter but couldn'd do anything. now i am very dissapointed and frustated because of honda service. they dont agree to replace the battery . everytime they misleading me and return me from the service center. they dont show any interst in my problem and make me confused.PLEASE HELP ME I AM A MIDDLECLASS STUDENT. PLEASE RECTIFY MY PROBLEM

1 scooter covered & parked on 12/12/10 at 7pm. when uncovered on 13/12/10 at 7.30 am found right back view mirror broken, dealer not replacing the mirror
2 vehicle does not start on self since after 15 days of first service i.e. 02/01/11
3 battery charged by service personal at service centre on 24/01/11
4 self start again not working since 18/02/11. contacted with dealer on 22/02/11. dealer sent the battery to m/s exide industries ltd ratu road ranchi. after repair the fitted battery on 10/03/11
5 scooter again starting on self since 04/04/11. contacted with service centre on 06/04/11 but service not possible on the same day
6 second service of scooter carried out at service centre on 22/04/11. after charge of battery scooter started. but after run of 16 km appx self again not working. contacted with dealer & service manager mr sanjay about 6.20 pm on 22/04/11 (same day) but no fruitful result. now scooter giving trouble kick start.
7 fuel average also poor
8 service of service centre is poor.
request battery of scooter be replaced immediately by a good quality / brand (amco) etc of battery

Honda Activa delex purchased from the deler in Tamilnadu kalyaniassociates pvt ltd, vide invoice no:10in00795 dt14-06-2010. The whicle is due for the second sercice. the whicle is in the warrentyperioed. Now the kicker is not working. It is the manafacturing defect connected to the engine. the kicstarter is used as per the advice once, the first start. With in 3 months time the kick starter goes out of order means the poor quality of material used by the honorable company m/s HONDA2WHEELER. I request the company authorities for the early action to replace the spare parts.

I have had the most horrid of experience today which left me thinking is it only me who has to face this situation or is this the story of every unlucky person who has bought a Honda bike. At time of buying my bike I was thinking about the legendary Japanese technology & customer focus. But the technology can be imported not the customer focus this I have learnt the hard way.
My Sad Story:-
In the first week of Dec 07 I sent my friend to service the bike as I was facing some problems with my fuse. The officer at the Honda service center in Thane (Sai point Honda pvt. Ltd.) Gave a talk off that as my service date is 25th of December I will not be able to service this bike now. Thinking this to be true coming from a officer on duty I had no option but to have my problem corrected at road side mechanic. How found a lose wire causing the fuse to burn-out. He did this in 2 mints flat. The BIG Honda service technician was not fit to diagnose a small problem.
As I was not able to come back on the 25th Dec 07 & because of some family problems I took the bike in today for a service (5th Feb 08). To my utter surprise they refused to honor the 4th free service. When I pointed out the fact that you had refused to take the bike in 1st week of Dec 07 they refused to hear me out. The Manager was rude and to the point this was a take it or leave it situation. He also said go and complain to any one go even to Japan & no body will hear you.
WHY should I have to lose one free service? I have first approached Honda within the time frame. They should take responsibility of same.
I would like to say out of the 3 joys Honda philosophy is based on Joy of buying is some thing I have lost.
The advice to all my friends is you can have a good bike but it is no good without proper service & that is Customer Service. We should be sure the company is not out to robe us from our rightful dues.
I would like to register a strong protest against the pathetic service given to me by the Honda service center and forcing me to lose one free service which was my right.
