I came into my family's local Bayswater north restaurant with my mother and brother.
April 24th 2019 @ 14:30hrs and made an order $30.85 for 3 large tender crisp meals two without tomato and also an extra burger.
The customer service operator read the Oder back to me and all except the spare burger was spoken for.
No big deal I can handle not having a second burger; however I specifically stated two both cso at the counter I was pregnant and the burgers had to be fresh.
The meal was called out literally 1 min after sitting down I looked at the burger disgusted took a small bite and spat it out.
The fries too completely cold and burgers unedable. I went upto the counter to complain and ask for my burger to be made fresh and stated again that I had previously asked for this as I am pregnant.
The lady went and got her manager he came out and just stood there no interaction until I repeated what I asked for.
He leaned over the baymare and spoke to his staff (in some direlect of Indian) all 5 of which including himself started laughing when I pulled them up on this saying excuse me don't speak in your own language it's extreamly rude.
He looked back at me and opologized stated it would be 5 min wait on the chicken I said I didn't care.
All the staff and manager then continued laughing and chatting in their own language looking over at me and you could tell it was about my complaint.
I have also notified the health department about this matter of lack of hygiene standards.
I want this issue resolved because by Australian consumer law all customers once stated they are pregnant are entitled to FOOD THAT IS FRESHLY PREPARED.
Now I'm not in any terms racist I just want this resolved the food was replaced however the way I was treated is appalling
poor service
I went thru the drive thru to get four large bacon deluxe meals and was told that they had no meat patties at 9.20pm which means that I am not the only customer that was turned away meaning loss of money to the company and as I was driving in I saw two staff members were sitting on crates out near the entrance of drive thru having a smoke and a chat not a good look image for your company either. I bought food at the hungry jacks in richlands at 641pm 23 /4 /2019 the burgers were not tasty very disappointed the deserts were ok drinks very poor as tasted flat for the amount of money spent the quality was not good. I have been to numerous hungry jacks restaurants this been the worst as was dinner for a birthday .which should have been an enjoyable meal

On 18/4 at approx 7.43pm, I attended the engadine hungry jacks and ordered $50 worth of burgers and fries for my family. Upon receiving the items they were stone cold!
I notified the girl who served me and she offered to "microwave" them. I said I don't want microwaved burgers, I would like fresh burgers. She got the manager, Mitchell, whom I told it was unacceptable to be serving cold burgers. He replied in a condescending voice "everyone is flat out, Cant you see how busy we are". I replied that the standard of service should not drop due to a busy night. He then replied again very condescending with a smile on his face would I like a refund and go elsewhere. I said how impolite he was and that I would be complaining. After waiting a long period of time again, we finally got our burgers. Overall experience was disgraceful as was the attitude of the staff. I am seriously contemplating never returning to hungry jacks, even though my kids love it, and going to your competitor who treats customers with respect, even during busy times.
grilld chicken burger and a bbq cheese burger
I just recently purchased a large grilled chicken burger meal and a bbq cheeses burger. When I got them home I noticed the bead bun was a bit different from normal. They obviously ran out of normal bread buns so they use a great big bread bun and put a tiny chicken breast on and a ton of sauce. I feel like i've been riped of and falsely advertising burgers that look anything like the picture (advertising) burgers are better at hungry jacks!
This is what you claim anyway... I would like a full refund for my inconvenience

I ordered from the breakfast menu @ 9.45 am 19 April 2019. ( 2 pancakes 2 hot chocolate and 1 hasbrown) I took a seat and my son waited for the order. On his return we noticed the butter maple syrup and plastic utensils where missing. I returned to redeem the missing items . The girl who served me deliberately ignored me. The line manager had seen me waiting and asked me how she could help...I explained the missing items and she attended to me..Meanwhile the girl who served me had returned to the Till and realised my return and laughed. The manger said it wasnt funny...
No apology was given and we were not treated fairly. This kind of service is an outrage!...Not very happy at all!

I am filling this feedback form out as I'm not happy. I ordered a Ultimate Grill Master burger and was excepting what I seen advertise on your website bit when I got home it was not what was in the picture. I even double checked with the girl taking my order and she said yes that's it. I have attached a picture of what I thought I ordered but I go 1 Patty and no caramelise onions. Maybe you should change your description on the website if that is not what you get for that burger.

I know that each store checks it emails daily so there is no reason for springwood Hungry Jacks not to simply sent a email back. will not be returning to this store as the service was in correct and staff don't know their own products.

I purchased food from the Pimpama store on Sunday for me and the family. the chips were soggy and under sized, half full. the burgers were cold and smelled like they were picked from the bin. Nuggets were stale and cold. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Considering going to the media with this as I tried to call the store and was hung up on.

toasted sandwiches
Bought the breakfast deal summer stunner or something the toasted sandwiches were burnt with old cheese or something looks like the food standards of this store needs to be reported to the health department neither of my kids would eat the toasted sandwiches as the flavor was just burnt cheese where it hasn't been cleaned of the sandwich press also the the Orange juice seems to be wanted down to the max maybe trying to make the base go further

Went to order breakfast at the Hungry Jacks Frankston South Store this morning. What I received was a 20 minute wait in the drive through and my order completely wrong. I ordered two hash browns and a Vegan Avocado muffins and received two egg bacon and sausage muffins and being for a Vegan that is very much unacceptable. As you can see by the pictures it is not only the wrong order but is frankly disgusting. This occurred on the 7/4. I am very dissatisfied with everything about this Hungry Jacks Store in the past months and have been massively let down.
filthy dining area
Arrived here late last night after returning from tas on the spirit ferry. Almost every table was dirty where people had dined. All bins were overflowing to the point there were wrappers, chips & drink containers on the floor. We cleaned our own table with serviettes & whilst we were there (40mins) not one staff member did any cleaning or emptying of bins. It was disgraceful. Outlets as bad as this affect other stores as we'll be thinking twice before visiting hj's again.

I am regular customer at Hungry Jack's who enjoy the food you guys serve on menu. I have occasionally been served in a way which nobody would like but today was the line in sand because the way a customer was treated was so low to earth that a weak person would have cried but i instead of thatit am writing to you first instead of review etc so that it can be fixed. So, what happened was i ordered an thickshake and went to window to pay, the sever saidthat it's 2$ so out of curiosity i asked ah what's the next size prize of same, she proceeded to say that do i want it or not, so, please tell me is that the right training, practice etc, i asked that i am just after information but she proceeded to get another cup and goes is this you want, well i or anybody would be dumbfazed at that so, i said what are you doing and same rude answer from her was that she is going to do whatever she wants. Wow that was unexpected from a customer server. Anyways i asked to see the manger please, upon which the answer from her straightway was that the manager was going to take her side anyways.
The Manager came and instead of asking what the issue was asked me to move on, never ever ive been treated like that because i always give respect so, the way the manager went on to treat was the last straw for me to write to you, she wouldn't give me her name so that i could let you know because she wasn't in uniform, no badge, totally incompetent in how to handle customer complaints. The server was right that the manager is going to take her side, which she did but on top of that she threatened that she's got headoffice behind her because she's a citizen not student which came out of nowhere, but i guess she was giving this superiority complex, ah that she's the owner of that place and can do what she want and much more. i couldn't take it anymore all this insult coming from her that i had to leave being traumatised by the experience i had. Please you need to take into account this honest complaint because i am really traumatised by your Manager's behaviour towards a customer. I would get her to read the customer service books or something and give her anger management classes because never in my life i been treated like this. Her name was on the badge which she brought from back after i asked for head office no., which she still was hiding in her hand, The way customers are treated by her is sure to traumatic experience as mine. I am so traumatised that even worried writing this because she might get my information and come back at me for letting you know of her behaviour. I have nothing personal against anyone but didn't go there for getting insulted and traumatised by unemployable, undertrained Manager. I really do wonder how many more customers are out there who were traumatised by her but didn't reach out you.
I am making a request to please look into this matter asap. I would like my personal info be kept private as i am worried for her getting hands on my info and coming back at me for writing to you guys because she was saying that she got head office behind her.I went for a cold drink but came back with a trauma in my heart head and mind but i think business will be asusual there but I want that you please make some changes there so that no one has to write letters like theveryone to you.

Just letting ya'all know to avoid any confusions on my part this Hungry Jack's is the one in Ozone with Drivethru not the one in food court upstairs. Not all apples are bad but one bad apple makes the other ones go bad so, please get your manger to serve customers right way or I guess the door. Thanks for reading
product - I am complaining about the 2x chicken burgers I ordered
My partner and I ordered the Tendercrisp Classic and the Tendercrisp Cheesy Bacon tonight 30/03/19. We ordered this particular burger because of how it looked on the display board in Drivethrough. What we received was nothing like what was advertised. Both burgers between the bottom of the bun and the chicken was literally dry with no mayo sauce or cheese...the burgers contained only one small slice of tomato and not even a teaspoon of lettuce. The burgers were obviously thrown together without any pride or quality and was very very disappointing. I understand it is called fast food for a reason but what happened to maintaining a level of quality and accuracy. It's basically false advertising and I'm not a happy customer. I used to work at Hungry Jack's many years ago in Kalgoorlie when it first came to town and our manager used to performance manage us every shift and ongoing training was provided. The quality has certainly diminished and I will certainly think about taking my business elsewhere.

grilled chicken burger.
I have been eating at hungry jacks for years. I swear the burgers are better at hungry jacks, well at least until today. New improved is definatly not better. Bring back the original please. The new grilled chicken burger is absolute rubbish. It tastes nothing like the old original grilled chicken burger. Not even the bread roll was or is the same. We are about to get hungry jacks in bairnsdale victoria. It is in the process of being built. There are so many people that just can't wait. I've always loved hungry jacks over any take away. But this could change for many people if you don't bring back the original grilled chicken burger. I am so disappointed in my meal this evening. Why change something that was great?
the treatment of staff
It's been a battle for my daughter working at HJ gungahlin. She always does her best and can only work a few days a fortnight.
One of the lady manages has given my daughter attitude and rudeness alot.
On one of these moments My daughter was very unwell with gastrointestitis. She was told she needed a doctor certificate but as a casual staff member she is not required too! I took her to the doctor and got a certificate anyway to prove she was not lying like one of the managers insinuated. I went into the the HJ and provided the working certificate, and stated there is no way she should have been working in a fast food restaurant with gastrointestitis. The manager stated the certificate was for sick pay, which I corrected her as a casual she would not get sick pay. She stated she would be. Which was not the truth.
Two weeks later working on a Saturday from 2-10pm I sat in the car until 10.45pm when my daughter finished work. And I can bet she will not be payed the extra 45mins she had to work why I sat in the car waiting. She is not older enough to drive. The way you treat your young staff members is appalling the amount you pay them is not worth all this effort. No wonder they are alway sort staffed.
drive through service
Saturday morning 16/03/19 at the drive through Hungry Jack's Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre Brisbane, I ordered a ham, cheese and tomato toastie and a sausage and egg muffin. Upon arriving home I realized I had not received my muffin. Living close to the store, ( I often drive though for breakfast ), I decided to return to the drive through for my muffin. After waiting in line to get to the window and speak with the same girl who served me I told her of the missing muffin. Her words " Bacon and egg was it?". I said "No a sausage and egg". "Have you paid for it?", she said. "Yes, of cause", and gave her the receipt. She said nothing and proceeded to the counter in the store to serve, did not return. Nothing else was said by anybody. After waiting for a while, a muffin was bought to me by a young man who said nothing and did not even make eye contact. Nobody commented on the fact that I had to drive back to the store to fill my order. Could they apologize? Yes, and at least acknowledge the fact they had made a mistake and inconvenienced me. It would have to be the worst service I have ever been given in my many years of dealing with Hungry Jack's.
late night poor services
Hi, I have been to this hungry jacks in last three days around 4am to 6am and there drive through is 24/7 but staff always refuse and says it's close and there is no sign which shows it's closed and when I mentioned to staff that you should have sign then staff started yelling at me and told me to complain about it and the address below...

I bought a tender crisp burger by app. The counter staff is a women. She was very impolite and terrible attitude. First of all, her voice is very samll, I can not hear clearly. Then I said "sorry?" She obviously impatient and didn't want to say again.
Second, she deliberately made noisy sound when she used the cash register. ( I think it means she didn't like me, but I didn't do anything to her.)
I really confuse that is this real education of employee in Hungry Jack?
I got the worst experience in Hungry Jack.
It made me feel so bad.
