food order - bacon deluxe burgers
I ordered 2x Bacon Deluxes' with HEAVY TOMATO and both burgers had no tomato at all. I'm annoyed that when I received the order from the staff member I asked confirming the burgers had the heavy tomato and they said 'yes'.
It wasn't until I drove home that I realised the burgers had no tomato.
Im not happy with the poor quality of service and the complacency of the staff.
I shouldn't have to double check every item to ensure it's been prepared correctly.

I would like to make a formal complaint about a particular worker at hungry jacks store at ridgehaven adelaide. The incident happened round 5 pm on december 2017. I went through the drive through and ordered a medium meal whopper with cheese, a hash brown and instead of soft drink I ordered a bottle of water. Also 2 large fries and a angus burger with only meat and extra lettuce only. And I specified meat and extra lettuce only. When I went to the window and paid $27.40 repeated to the nice lady my order and she said "dont worry I tell them myself" she told me it would be a 15 minute wait as it would be a fresh order I was fine by that. When the guy came and gave me the order I checked it and omg they got it wrong. They had put cheese in the angus burger! I told the guy that I waited 15 minutes for this order {it was 40 degs that day} and they still get it wrong. He then went inside and came out 5 minutes later with the angus. It took 5 minutes why did they make me wait 15 minutes the first time and still get the order wrong. I proceeded to go through the driveway to make a formak complaint to the manager. When I got to the window{it was exactly 5pm} I asked the worker that I wanted to speak to the manager and he said I am. He refused to give me his name. I told him what happened and he said quote"it takes 5 minutes then it has to go back onto the grill while talking real fast and no apologises he swore omg he said the"f" word. I was shocked. Then he told me to be on my way and gestures with his hand. I drove off upset. The description I have on this worker is tall. Slim with brown hair straight and a fringe. He was very rude non apologetic and very abnoxious. I rarely eat at hungry jacks but when I do I except good quality food and service. Paying $27.40 isnt cheap to feed 2 people. Im sorry about the long complaint but thats how it happened. My mobile number is [protected]. I also rang the compaints number the following day and told the guy what happened and he was taking notes and told me this is not on and told me that leanne was to get in touch with me and im still waiting for her call.

I have photos but i dont know how to upload them here..I just bought a Grillwd chicken meal from.the store on Woodville fd.Merrylands.The actual chicken Pattie was so hard it hurt my teeth to chew it.I hope.i dont get sick from the part i did finally manage to swallow as it seemed like it was cooked days ago.Worst take away meal ive ever had, , hands down😡

I have had numerous instances at numerous stores in which my order has been drastically incorrect.in particular being a vegetarian and quite often when ordering the veggie whopper, my order is completely incorrect, and it is therefore lucky that I check before eating, as I am served with a meat burger, and when taking back to the counter it is made correct, yet it is done with such casualness as though an incorrect order is common practice.
More specifically I was in a store yesterday 9/12/17 (I would prefer not to say which store as to not jeoprdise a young employees position), yet a simple order was serverely messed up, with wrong drinks, wrong size of meals, wrong items on burger when requested to not be - and half way through waiting for meal to be ready the young girl realised she had made a mistake with meal size and then offered us an extra drink because (and I quote) she *[censor] it up. We were shocked. I do not think she meant to swear and that it was an accidental slip of the tounge, yet she proceeded as though it was fine. The entire experience was disgraceful, and while yet again just leaving with an incorrect order that we had overpayed for was almost infuriating.

Went to the Hungry Jacks store on Mulgrave Road in Cairns today. I bought 2 hunger tamers meals one did not get the bag of nuggets that comes with the meal. Not impressed. Would like to be contacted in regards to this matter and have the staff receive disipilanary action for my wasted money on something I didn't even receive.

Did you call or return to the location so that they could attempt to resolve the situation for you? It sounds like a simple mistake that occurs all the time in the fast food industry. Requesting "disipilanary" action for something so small certainly seems like an overreaction.

I went to get Hungry Jacks on my 30 minute lunch break, and usually when I go (which is not very often) I get my meal within 5-10 minutes. But when I went in today it took 25 minutes to be served and get my meal, leaving me with 5 minutes to eat my meal before returning back to work. Only one worker was serving when there was two tills, with a huge line of people. I was not happy at all.

On Saturday 02/12/2017 my wife, daughter and myself attended the hungry Jacks restruant at Altona Meadows. While attempting to enjoy our meal we were witness to the duty manager having a disiplininary meeting to a member of staff. This happened close to us in the dining area. This wasnt just a case of the manager pointing something out to the employee but a full on dressing down, with him mentioning to the young lady that things are just not working out.
The manager speaking to the employee went on for sometime till we as a family felt that it was time to leave. It was uncomfortable to sit trying to have our meal while this was happening. We also felt that the managers option to conduct his disipline in public and instead of an office was demeening to the employee. Our family were the only people in the restraunt at the time and the managers'voice was quite load without being considered shouting. I believe that the managers action was unproffessional towards the employee and us as customers. I could not resist speaking to the manager and expressing my disappointment as a customer and my complete understanding of the embarrasing and deeming manner in which the employee had been treated. The manager was flippant towards me and informed me that he was working. I informed the manager that i would be making a written complaint to his manager and the franchise owner. The identification of the manager could only be established by his name tag which read ""Nobin". I am unsure of the employees disiplinary outcome but i hope that this person did not lose her job in this manner.
One can only hope that this manager recieves his disiplinary meeting in more proffessional surroundings.
tomato sauce on straw of drink purchased in drive thru
On the 30 nov 2017 around 10 am i purchased a large whopper meal from the coolalinga hungry jacks drive on completion of my drink i open the drink to eat the ice only to find someone had smeared tomato sauce on the straw . Not sure if is some sort of joke but I didn't appreciate it much. I called the store but didn't much of a response not even a sorry. I then offered to send an email with the same picture attached . I then recieved a phone call at 12:40 which the manager said a brief sorry then offered me a replacement drink. Although i appreciate the late gesture . It still leaves a sour taste in the mouth

My daughter works at hungry jacks ingle farm store and on the 24th November I called and spoke to the manager on Georgie, I told her my daughter could not do her shift the following day due to my father given 24hrs before dying.georgie told me yeh that's fine. Later that night during my dads last hours my daughter got texts from other staff who were onsaying that she was going to be in trouble that Georgie had said to everyone that she was lying that it was herself or s friend that called and she just wanted to go out being a Saturday night, we found this upsetting and disrespectful.it was unprofessional for the manager to say anything to staff especially untrue gossip. On the 27th November I went into the store with my daughter to see the manager and give medical certificate for Saturday it happened to be Georgie on and staff had already gossiped and told her we were in.my daughter is worried about harassment which she has previously received or being fired to say anything so I gave the certificate to Georgie and told her here this is why my daughter didn't come in and that it was I that had rang I said I found her unprofessional and have no idea why she is a manager, she told me things had been twisted but when I said your the manager the only person who should know her shift was cancelled and why.she agreed but did not apologise just stood there smirking trying to make up more lies. I would like this dealt with professionally and I hope I don't have to get other people involved if my daughter loses hours or anymore immature harassment. Your complaint is very hard to read due to your grammar and run-on sentences. That being said, your daughter should be the one reporting this. As her mother, you are not a direct participant in the situation and are naturally going to side with your daughter regardless of the situation. Your daughter should report any issues she experiences to upper management or to her human resources department.
cleanliness of restaurant

My name is Georgia Bentley and I recently went to Mt Lawley hungry jacks in Perth. I am quite disappointed with the lack of care and cleanliness of the restaurant. There was rubbish everywhere, spilt drinks all over the floor and we had to sit in the middle of it. I brought it to a staff members attention but no action was taken.
I would hope that this issue would be resolved as soon as possible because this isn't the first time I've experienced this at one of your restaurants and it's reflecting poorly on the company's reputation.

bbq cheeseburger and chicken fries
Went through drive through 25.11.17 at Glenorchy Tasmania store. The chicken chips I ordered as a treat for my nephew were absolutely disgusting. They were over cooked that much that there was no chicken left in them. And the BBQ cheeseburger I ordered for myself was cold like it had been sitting in a fridge before being handed to me. Very disappointed and a unhappy child as he couldn't even eat his treat.

Monday 20/11/2017 my husband & I went into the South Grafton store where we purchased 6nuggets & chips, medium cappuccino & medium mocha. The young customer service worker was polite, friendly but as she was making the coffees manager on duty ( Kristy ) passed her & made a comment don't make mochas anymore they take too much time. We are very regular customers to this store & Hungry Jacks stores, as we also get value for our $. But very unhappy about Kristy's remarks, especially when we could hear it.l
Unless they implement that as a policy, there isn't anything that can be done.

I am so disappointed with The hungry Jacks store in jacana I payed for a meal for me and my family thinking it's better than Mc Donald's and as the saying goes " The burgers are better at hungry jacks" but on this occasion the burgers were cold and tasteless I am absolutely disgusted with how big your company is and to let down your customers with a tasteless and cold burger is appalling, I will not be buying anything from your company anymore I have been let down 1 too many times good luck with winning over the people of the world with such disgusting burger where has your quality gone.

Last night (18/11/2017) I went to your Scoresby Store. I never have a problem there and it's usually been my favourite in regards to burger quality. However last night was different. I ordered your new Caesar Tender Crisp burger to try it out and was very disappointed. You can see by my picture I only got one piece of tomato, tiny sprinkle of lettuce, a tiny pinch of parmesan cheese and barely any sauce. Once i got home and saw how little was in my burger I ended putting in my own extra toppings from my fridge just for some flavour.
I choose hungry jacks as my go to fast food place because you've never held back on burger toppings. Please don't make this a thing now.

Ordered a chicken royale super stunner meal. Was asked coke for the drink, I said yes please. Also ordered a frozen sprite.
Didn't check the bag till I got home, there was no drumstick, no coke, no nuggets and no sauce. Too many missing items.
Previous experiences haven't been this bad, so I feel I should say something.

To whom it may concern,
Saturday just gone, my wife and i decided to treat us and the 3 grand kids some Hungry Jacks burgers, hash browns and chips with drinks as well.
We bought these items at your Gawler Green branch in SA.
We then drove a small distance to a park for the kids and us to enjoy our meals. Upon eating our burgers we found them to be almost cold, very little contents and the buns were defineatly not fresh, they were crumbly. Nothing like we used to get from you guys. We also think that maybe the buns were from a different supplier as the sesame seeds were virtually zero? Gawler traffic is bad enough at the best of times and we decided not to fight our way back through traffic and go back to the store. The burgers mostly ended up in the bin. 3 whoppers, and 2 junior whoppers, one was ordered with heavy pickle, but it was not as such. We reckon that the burgers were already made up and sitting there waiting for orders and then just wrapped and sold as is. We used to prefer H J's better than Maccas but now we are not so sure. One thing is for sure we will not be going back to that particular store again. We have no documents or photos, we were not aware we should have to have any, Photos would not show the burgers were cold with crumbly buns?'
Just a bad experience, not happy to spend around $40 and get not nice burgers in the deal.
Such is life i guess, buyer beware?

am complaining about thick shake I purchased last night
After a drink my tummy started getting upset.and I fall asleep next morning I felt tired but u thought am ok as I was about to take breakfast .my all body started shaking and straight away I started vomitting the same thick shake and now am sick I can't even get out to see a doctor am just hopeless. thank God I never shared it with my baby bcz I gave my 4 years old a bunger and i ate cheaps and athick shake which I believe is a cause
Unfortunately you cannot prove that the shake made you sick. I would visit a doctor as soon as you feel like you can.

Cold and dry reheated food..fries were a horrible dark brown colour and so dry almost made me choke on them...the whoops were cold and had hardly anything on them ..also asked for fonts for the drinks and got coke . ..close to $30 of food that was discussing and could not be eaten..I do...think it would have been very possible we all would have got Verry I'll ..not very happy bout this waste of money
