I have just been billed $220.00 for this product. I live in Canada and have only had the product for 14 days, however the ship date was May 6 (according to Hydroatone) and I cannot return the product it is past the 30days! When I spoke to Justin he was said he would charge me $40.00 on both Hydroxatone/Bellaplex to ensure that I get no further billings (a savings of $29.94), this is not the case, I still have to pay $69.94 x 2, plus $40.00 x 2 for a total of $219.88! What a RIP OFF. This company needs to be investigated! Very Unhappy! Found the ad on the Dr. Oz site, perhaps he sould know how people are getting ripped off. Truly ridiculous.

Hydroxatone, LLC is based out of two main states. They have clocked their godaddy who is domain name under a proxy and like radialabs, inc they are very difficult to find. Many may get through and not get help. The radialabs phone number is defunk. Cancel your credit card and have a new one issued. Stop payments and dispute with your local credit card companies or banker. always dispute! Now, Hydroxatone LLC is located at 302 A West S12th Street # 276, New York, NY 10014. The Better Business Bureau lists their phone as: [protected]. All the the 18 complaints within the last year have been resolved using the BBB. They also hold post office boxes in New Jersey. Here are three more addresses; Hydroxatone LLC, P.O. Box 1366 Hoboken, NJ 07030 another listing; P.O. Box 310, Hoboken, NJ [protected] another listing P.O. Box 3104 Hoboken, NJ 07030. Check out the Better business bureau and then contact the attorney generals office in New York and New Jersey on desceptive and fraud cases. With enough people loging complaints to the Attorney Generals office will give them the fire power to shut them down or cause major reimbursements for lack of products and over charging. This is next to a ponzie scheme and runs with the same discuise. Remember, no product no charge. and the guarantee is 30 days return ask for a RMA if you get through and process it back. Write back to the complaints board and let us know if you got resolved. Make sure you file complaints to the BBB, to their attorney generals office and your state attorney's office. They either stand by their product or they belly up and pay the fines! Thats the law! Once you send the cancel letter and ask for a rma they must comply. CLOSE YOUR CREDIT CARD! I did. no choice.

Took money out of my account without authority
I agreed to pay £1.00 for a jar of their product and when they say to deliver there is a £25.00 customs duty to pay. I refused to pay this and low and behold they take another £46.88 out of my account without my authority. I will be requesting this back through my bank - This company's way of dealing with business is appalling.

I signed up like many others to try the free sample and wammo next thing I know there is a 139.90 debit on my c/card. Unlike some though I have received the product but it stings like hell around my eyes so questions its claims. Anyway I will contact my bank to cancel the card as I definitely do not want any more.
I have been billed three lots of $69.95 and the bank will not repay it as there in the fine print it says you have to stop and cancel it. I signed up for one free trial of $2.00 and paid a heap of money which I did not authorise. Called the number it says on the website and surprise surprise it can't be connected! I can't believe this is happening, 10/10 /12 charged $69.95 & 25/11/12 $69.95 was supposed to be free sample for 1st month. I can't believe I've fallen for this. I thought I was so careful. Now I feel so stupid. So glad I'm not the only one. Surely something can be done about this. It can't carry on. Cant cancel my order
I am trying to cancel my order with this company, but i am finding it very difficult to contact someone, i have had no orders from this company, but they seem to be taking money from my bank account without me knowing, they have taken double the amount of money out which was dated yesterday's date 28th may 2011, and i have no products from this company. And would like to stop this company just going to my bank account when they like, i believe this to be the same company i put in for a free trial, but had no idea i had been signed up to anything as i could not see anything on the site, the products i claimed where free trials the bellaplex, and the hydroxatone and toner, i am very concerned that they keep going to my bank account, and would like this to stop, i have sent the company emails and a written letter, i have ha no reply yet not even to to say they have had the email. . I saw a compelling ad for Hydroxatone on the internet. Since it gives a 30-day free trial period I figured I would give it a try. I began using it as soon as I received it, looking forward to the awesome results they advertise. No results in a week, no results in 2 weeks, no results in 3 weeks, so I called & emailed them (11/29/10) to let them know that I had not experienced any of the advertised results and I did not want them to send me any more of the product or charge me for the product.
12/2/10 they took $69.95 from my account (I had used a debit card). I wrote & reiterated the fact that I had told them I did not want a product that didn't work & did not want to be billed for a product that didn't work & I didn't want, yet they had taken $69.95 from my account. I demanded that my money be returned to me.
12/13/10 I received a message from them stating that they would refund my money as soon as they received the unused product & they were sorry for any inconvenience.
1/11/11 I sent another email asking where my refund was since I had returned the unused product exactly as they had specified.
1/18/11 I sent another email to them after talking with my bank to see if Hydroxatone had refunded my money yet. Instead of refunding me, they were attempting to remove another $69.95 from my account while I was on the phone with my bank! I had already had to put a hold on my card, but when I found this out I had to completely stop my card & get a new one. In my email to them on 1/18/11 I told them I knew that they were attempting to remove more money from my account & that my bank was also aware of it. I again told them to refund my money & added that they are unethical, reprehensible, and behaving fraudulently.
On 1/21/11 they claimed that I was already refunded! I wrote back & told them that I had not been refunded & reiterated that my bank knew what was going on.
On 1/26/11 they said I hadn't been refunded because I didn't send enough of the product back! I wrote back the same day to let them know that I had returned the unused portion exactly as they had told me to do & I still wanted my money back.
On 2/4/11 I received the following message: "I do apologized for the inconvenience and frustration that you may have incurred. However, as an employee of this company, I must protect it when we are accused of scamming or false advertising. When someone places an order, we specifically tell them, that they will receive a 30 day risk-free trial. Which means, whomever orders the product can try it free for 30 days, with no risk or obligation to buy it. That is also clearly stated on the invoice. It’s to protect you (the consumer) and our company.
Once again thank you for your time and support. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us and any one of our representatives will be happy to assist you."
To which I replied, on the same day: "Then where is my refund? And why did you continue to attempt to take money from my account when I had told you I did not want the product because it didn't work (before the month trial period was over) AND after I had already returned the product?! If the company was really as honest as you claim, then why have your people done such rotten, dishonest things? GIVE ME MY REFUND! If I don't receive it within a week, you will be reported for behaving fraudulently and very dishonestly. I have been more than patient with you people and given you MANY chances to return my money. No more. Either I get my money within a week or you are being reported."
It is now 2/11/11 and I am reporting them everywhere I can think of! Please HELP! They also caused me an overdraft charge because they took my money out of my account when they claimed they would not. So even though I have only insisted that they give me back the $69.95, they actually owe me another $24 for the overdraft fee!

Via a television ad on 2/7/11 and a returned phone call, from them, I agreed on a free trial of this product for 7.95 S&H
At that time per phone call stated if I ordered this, they would include a $100.00 gas voucher, several Walmart
vouchers and more...plus a receipt for my 7.95, non which I received...except the free sample.
They also stated, If liked the product it was 29.95 deducted from my CC. I clarified this twice with sales girl..
While reading the billing statement, it says$ 69.95 would be deducted!
Under NO circumstances do I want a penny more deducted from my account.

I ordered a supply of Hydroxatone. My debit card was debited for the order. I did not recieve the product, so I called the company. I was told that I should check with the post office. They found no product there. I called the company to complain and to cancel any further orders. I was told that the only way to cancel the delivery of further shipments was to pay for the next month's shipment at that time. I paid the payment for the next month shipment and was told that I would not recieve any further debits to my account after that.
I never recieved any product from the second month payment either. I am essentially out of about $190.00 and no product ever recieved! Since finding this site I feel better that I can at least warn others before they make the same mistakes. I also appreciate that you all give great advice on how to deal with these problems. Thanks!
I sent for a free trial offer to cost for postage £1.54 never got it but was sent a heavy parcel that I refused delivery of this company have been in & out of my Bank account & to date owe me £44.79 which they took from my account 22nd August & I've never had anything from them or gave permission to take anymore than the £1.54 for the Free Sample that never was delivered how do I get this money back from them

I paid for the free samples for Bellaplex and Hydroxatone this morning. I realised within 15 minutes that there would be ongoing deductions after 30 days. I didn't want this, and this wasn't made clear in the free sample ad. I rang the local number provided for Australia, [protected] (there is also a [protected]) which is open 24/7.
I spoke with Bruce ( hie provided his extension number) who advised could cancel straight away, but suggested I try anyway and could return to an Australian address if not satisfied for full refund within 30 days. I explained that I didn't want to commit to ongoing supply/debit and would like the order cancelled. He did so, and I noticed that the postage charge was immediately removed from my credit card.
So far so good, and Bruce wasn't too pushy. I will however keep a vigilant eye on my credit card for any further charges given the number of complaints regarding unauthorised debits for these products.
I placed an order this morning for a free trial and paid the postage. Less than 15 minutes later I realised that there would be future ongoing deliveries of the product and my credit card debited every 2 months. I contacted straight away (customer service available 24/7) on the Australian non 1800 number provided.
I spoke with someone named Bruce who advised he had cancelled my order and he provided his extension number. He tried to see if I would be interested in a one off purchase at a discounted rate without ongoing recurring deliveries and charges, but I declined. I made it clear that I did not want to be held to an ongoing delivery/deduction. I could see that the charge disappeared from my credit card pretty much straight away. So far so good, but given the feedback I have been reading, I shall be keeping a close watch on my credit card.

I did a trial run of hydroxatone also, I called cancelled and got a routing number and sent it back. I had it insured. When I checked the number, it told me to packaage was received by hyroxatone. Over a month later and am billed twice for 69.95. When I called the company, they said I never sent it back. Because I threw the slips away when it told me it was received, I now have to try and get the inform from the post office. IF ANYONE ELSE SENDS THE PRODUCT BACK, HANG ON THE TO SLIPS FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF MONTHS. They wait long enough before they charge you so that you might not have proof anymore. They are a complete rip off

i wanted to try this product i thought that the free sample was free and then i received $200 in product i did not order i try to return product but they never answer .
The cream eye it does not even work it just gave me a horrible rash i send the product back without a number and i cancel my credit card before they took it.

Fraud in billing me for product orders canceled and never received
Hydroxatone falsely advertised a free to first 100 customers ad on cable TV in November 2010 that would reduce lines and wrinkles, puffiness under eyes and in corners for S&H of $7.95 charged to my credit card. I did not have wrinkles, just puffiness. Try it for 30 days and cancel if not satisfied. It never worked. It lightened my skin under my eyes, but caused itching and lines. Puffiness still the same. No change. I followed their instructions to cancel. First got messages that they were closed due to a funeral, that they would get back in 2 days, but to this day they have not. Since canceling, tey snet a notice that I received but did not pay for tehb nexct shipment. I sent that notice back explaining att i had not onkly canceled, but nevrreceived a 2nd shipment. Now I am getting a collection notice in a red highlighted envelope requesting that I send a check or money order or another credit card as the one on file is canceled. They falsely state by now I have seen and received the benefits of their product. What a lie and a joke. They have billed me for $ 147.85 less the 7.95 shipping and handling I paid for the supposedly free to try product. How do they stay in business I don't know.

Somewhere in the fine print it says if you dont cancel within 30 days you will pay entire price. As for the product, it made the area under my eyes burn/tear so badly (i bought it hoping to get rid of dark circles) that my husband thought I was crying! This product is crap!

When ordering I EMPHASIZED that I did not want any other offers, products of services beside the 90 day trial of their Hydroxatone product. I asked numerous questions about the return and refund policy and procedure, as I've been burned with phone ordering in the past. I should have known that despite all of their assurances, that I shouldn't have trusted them to deliver on their promises. Upon receiptof the product, I read in the material that I would be charged a total of $217 ... starting one week from receiving the product, which they conveniently negleted to tell me. I immediately called the phone number provided for cancellation. I got a recording saying that, due to high volume, they were unable to take my call. please leave a message. They would return the call within 24 hours. I not only left my contact information, but I stated that I wanted to cancel the order, return the product and needed to know the procedure for doing so. This was well before the first authorized debit was to have hit my bank account ... I stated that I did NOT want the charges made against my account, and that there should be ample time to avoid it. They never returned my call yet did not miss a beat charging my account 69.97, (which also dropped my account balance below the minimum requirement to avoid a $5 Service Charge). When checking my bank account, I also discovered that they had, despite my specific instructions not to, signed me up for TWO other services, Funsource and Value Plus (which I have NO IDEA what those are!) charging my account ANOTHER $24.95 and $1.95 FOR EACH SERVICE. I was able to call and reverse those charges. But the initial problem with Hydroxatone never got resolved. Several days later, I again called. Same recording. Again no response. And I followed up with an email through the "Contact Us" link on their website. Again NOTHING. Two or three weeks later I again called and emailed, this time documenting both the date and time...telling them that I was frustrated at getting no reply to ANY of my requests for assistance in cancelling my order and returning the product. I have since emailed and called TWO MORE TIMES, but, this time they had changed their message ... there was no promise to return the call ... only instructions to call back, which regardless of if the call was made during stated business hours ... I've always gotten a recording telling me to call back. My account has now been charged an ADDITIONAL $69.94 ... WITH NO RESOLUTION IN SIGHT. I have threatened the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office ... which I fully intend to follow through with. Then TODAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER PACKAGE CONTAINING ANOTHER THREE MONTH SUPPLY! Unbelievable! The company owes me $149.91 to-date ... and if I'm unsuccessful in stopping it, will surely get charged ANOTHER $69.97 IN A FEW DAYS. Now what? I actually was looking the CEO's name and address when I came upon this site ... and thought I'd warn other consumers.

Doesn't Work, They'll take your money even if you Cancel
Hydrolize, What was I thinking? Just ordering the product took an hour because I had to decline an endless loop of automated product solicitations. Product came I got three jars for which I was financially responsible. Must return one opened and two unopened to get full refund. They don't tell you that.
Q: Why send three jars when I only need one to test? (Sneaky). I sent product back in time and I got a US Postal Service delivery receipt that I could track. It was delivered two days after the post mark but they still charged me for another payment. I called with my PO tracking info and they said “receiving must not have logged it into the system”. If I didn't call they were charging. The product doesn't work, misleading rules to get refund, they only honored the guarantee after hours of time wasted on hold for Customer Service. To eliminate dark circles, stay away from this product, and the extraordinary amount of aggravation.
I tried Celtrixa for stretch marks from same company. They pulled the same crap. Tried to charge me 178.00 for 3 little bottles of overpriced cocao butter! Don't do it!
30 Day Free Trial
I too ordered my free trial when it arrived there was two pots of cream plus a free toner the invoice stated that they would be taking 69.95 from my a/c on 11 March and again on 10 April but if I wanted to cancel I should contact them to request a RMA (whatever that is) to send the pots back then they would cancel the order I have tried calling them to cancel but have been kept on hold, I have also sent several emails to them but not heard anything from them. I have now had to go to all the trouble of cancelling my card so that they dont take anymore money from me...these people have to be stopped they are theives

Husband order this product and used credit card. We have been charged $7.95 three times and $69.95 three times. they say they will charge my account again in November. I called and canceled and they say I won't be charge. I will see and update. Do NOT try their free sample! There is nothing "FREE" about it. They send you 3 bottles, and NO $40.00 free sample of anything else. They have your debit card number than automatically charge you $209.95 in 3 payments less than 30 days later, with a note saying you'll owe $69.97 for this month and 2 more months after. This process doesn't stop, until you stop it, by closing your bank account, and sending all the supposed "FREE" products they have sent you back! DO NOT! be taken by this scam, buy at your drugstore or anywhere else that sells facial products!
ok so i ordered The same trial that you did the 3 month supply for 209.85 i had no issues in getting billed before the 30 days or anything else if you read your terms and conditions everything is completely written and explained to you.. I signed up for the FREE TRIAL of Hydroxatone. When I received my sample it stated that I was going to be enrolled in a monthly program unless I cancelled within 30 days. I called the company and received a rma number and returned the sample to them with a receipt conformation request within 30 DAYS. I was billed 69.00 on my January Master Card bill. In December I called Master Card and informed them that I might be billed in the future. They called the company and the company rep. said that I would NOT be receiving a bill. I WAS BILLED!

I have experienced no benefits from using these products, they have not lived up to the expectations created by the advertising campaign. I also fell for the same thing with this company, Free trial or it cost $1.99 AD Then it started taking money out of my credit card account no product, so I just rang the bank to put a stop on this acount, so they are going to investigate and notify me with in 48 hrs, the company said in it email opt- out? you can unsubscribe on the bottom of a letter they sent me? BUT I have not recieve a letter YET? I hope the bank will help?

I signed up for free trial. Have subsequently been charged for moisturiser that has never arrived. I have emailed company but have never received a reply I have also tried contacting them by phone without any joy. The company is simply stealing money. My credit card company are trying to deal with this so that I do not keep getting charged but they cannot retrieve money that has already been taken.

I agree something has to be done, I never ordered any acm Hydroxatone and they have taken money out of my account $60, I am currently overseas and I am unable to get to my bank. My husband notified the bank for me and they say there is nothing they can do to stop them from taking money out of my account. I will have to close my account and open up a new one when I get back but mean while they are able to help themselves this is theft. Surely there is something that can be done.

Has this situation been resolved ? i now have had three amounts of £45 .00 taken out of my account for Hydroxatone AND £45 .00 for Bellaplex - both items from the same company, and have been told the same by my bank, that all i can do, is to apply for these re-inbersment forms every time they take the money out of my account, as i am a pensioner i am struggling with £90.00 a month coming out of my account, surely something can be done by the Banks. I have been cheated by Hydroxitone. Sample of White Smile damaged my teeth with only two applications. Wrote to Latvian address on website with these details. Went away from UK 1 month and found parcel had been sent to me from US. and returned. My MC statement showed a £45 charge for ACN Hydroxitone. Contacted authorities and found part of big scam investigation and unknowingly agreed to a subscription so only way to stop this to complete bank form (changing card details wouldn't
stop it because under subscription regulations for them and could only be stopped by completion of this form). By time it came and I had sent off required letter to the Latvian address (only one available on website for Winchester Health Products where product came from) was too late for the second charge, so now two charges of £45. Another parcel arrived with notice to pay £25 duty on pick up. I knew what it was by now so asked for the return details and these are: PO Box 9300, New Jersey City, NJ. [protected].
I have dental costs on top of this and as I was away from UK when the damage showed I had a month of looking a bit like dracula with the discolouration and very sad looking fillings loose in front teeth.
I think a class action would be a good thing if it is possible to do something eventually. I have photographs of the condition of my teeth. Now repaired and dentistswitness to the condition.

I called to order a free trial as advertised on a TV commercial. Automated phone system offered many more products than what was advertised on TV. I turned extra offers down. Understood I would pay a $7.95 shipping charge. Recieved more than the free trial and was charged for it. Called, cutomer service rude, company returned portion of money. I wanted to send unwanted product back, but since I like the wrinkle filler wanted to know how I could set up a routine order. Called company and customer service was impossible to deal with, insisted the account was closed and she wouldn't allow me to explain what I was calling for. She tried to turn it around that I was rude, needed a reality check etc. Toward the end of conversation as she insisted my account was closed and the company was giving me over $200 worth of product and what could I be calling them for I asked her if my account was closed when they refunded $39.95 of a $51.00 charge, why was my account charged with two bill of $1.50 each? She was quiet only for a moment. I explained I just wanted an address (there was not a return address on box or on papers) and even though I like the wrinkle cream would not be trying to order more because I couldn't do business with a company like that. She told me her company didn't need customers like me put me on hold and gave me a return address. I think they use the free trial commercials to draw people and then try to intimidate them into purchasing more than they want. Such a shame customer service is poor because product may be good. By the way, I didn't want the extra product because I have incredibly sensitive skin and wouldn't dare change my regimen all at once.

I agree with the above comments. However, I would not report these problems to the BBB, they are a waste of time and collect money from the same companies you call about. Instead, contact the attorney generals office and consumer affairs. They should provide you with a complaint form. The company Hydroxatone sent me 3 large jars of their product which had no identifying return source shown on box. Because of this, I opened the box. When I saw these enclosed products, I immediately contacted them about "not ordering" these items. The rude customer service rep. went on to argue with me about having this order placed from my phone. I believe this company is somehow aligned with another company which gets your info. & shares it with them because "I DID NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS." I am concerned they have my credit card info. but I have no problem opening up a complaint on this company. They should really be shut down. What ###! I don't believe I will be ordering anything else online with any companies unless I contact them personally to request an order since I think some companies are sharing client's information. I guess that problem can still happen so I guess I'll just have to be very, very careful. Too many scams out there!
I totally agree with your complaints! They also sent me a second package which I did not order. When I called to talk about this, I experienced very poor customer service by a representative named "jennifer". She did not let me talk. I couldn't even voice my concerns, or ask questions. She stated, "look do we need to go all the way back to round one because we are on round 8 right now and you still dont get it". I kept trying to tell her I understood what she was saying, but I also wanted to say something and had questions; however she kept cutting me off and saying that she could not help me. She had major attitude and raised her voice at me. At the end of the phone call I told her, I was recording her and she stated "oh really just like all the other customers say at the end of the phone call...yeah whatever...ha ha ha". I then stated "yes exactly, it must happen to you quite often, with the type of service you provide". She then continued to give me attitude. She raised her voice at me and was just plain rude. I couldn't believe it. She had told me she couldn't help me; however, I called right back and my issue was resolved by someone else. Wow...then I called back the next day to talk to a supervisor, and was told supervisors are not available. Really? I did end up talking to a supervisor, he apologized but said, that everyone has mood swings and its normal and he was not going to escalate the incident by firing her because he knows her and this is the first time this has happened "but will talk to her". Wow...I can't believe they would continue to let someone that exhibited extreme attitude and unprofessionalism, continue to work for their company. I'm sorry, but if it was really a great company who cared about customers, they need to fire people like that. Never again, will I order from them. Terrible experience to the maxxxxx!

I recieved two jars of the hydroxatone. I only ordered ONE! not two. I know the offer was a trial offer and not a trial size. WHY DID THEY SEND MORE THEN WHAT I ORDERED? Upon recieving the trial offer I called the company immedatly informing them I only wanted one and I would return the second, which I did. I am still being charged for the two items. Yes, I did read the terms and conditions that is why I was so anxious on contacting them so I wouldn't recieve any more products and be charged for unwanted items.. Why should I be charged for something I did not order? If I wanted more I would have kept the agreement. On top of that I had to pay for shipping and handling on the second jar I returned. And further more who are YOU to judge people on how they spend there money, no matter how little or how much income they have. Maybe you should keep your opinions to yourself. You know the old saying, opinions are like ##!&# everyone has one. Yes I was one of THOSE people that can't afford alot, however $3.95 is affordable not hundreds of dollars. And if I did have hundreds of dollars to spend I still wouldn't have ordered more then the trial offer. It dosen't work! You don't work for the company?Then who in your family does? Why should you be SO concerned about other peoples business. If you were happy with the product and service then good for you. It's funny how in the advertisements they have the same women as models in the pictures.
The funny thing is people have selective hearing when it comes to infomercials and also fail to read terms and conditions. You receive an invoice with EVERY product! Everyone is dying or are sick or break out when they read the invoices. And lets be honest no company sells a miracle in a jar people. They give you 30 days to use the product RISK-FREE. and you have the OPTION to buy! If you break out its very likely you have sensetive skin so purchase a sensetive formula! If you cant afford much in life you probably shouldnt be ordering things on tv, and for the most part there is a HUGE difference between a TRIAL (which they advertise) and a SAMPLE (which they do not advertise)... and No I dont work for the company.

I ordered a risk free trial. The product never arrived yet my credit card was charged for the shipping. I called Hydroxtone and they said that it may be in customs? what customs has to do with a small risk free trial bottle that can fit in my mailbox. They better give me back my money which they took from my credit card.
I was charged 3.98 + 11.98 in January and also in February, I want a refund of my monies.
I ordered a small product $7.99 S & H. I received three other products unknowned to me to the cost of $209.00 if I did not pay to send them back within 30 days!
TV pitch for trial
Last week I saw a commercial pitching product and its free trial. It says call 1800*** etc. I hear a pre-recorded, rather sexy womans voice offer what was on the TV commercial, plus some free gifts cards, for trying Hydrolize. I figured fine, this is easy. So I give my credit card info. knowing I will simply cancel before the trial time expires and do a survey on it in 30 days maybe. Hydroxatone pitches not only their product but almost 15 minutes worth of other companies products.
Along with long drawn out explanations of all the free product, or gift cards, or coupons I will get if I pay up front. $69.99. I say no. They offer 2 - $25.00 Walmart/Gas cards if I join some club where theres a membership fee.
Guess how much the fee is...$24.95 !
Anyway, it just seemed like a pretty cheesy way to do business.
So, last Monday around 11 am I get a completely unprofessional call from some "dude" is on the other end mumbling Hydroxatone and something about varifying my order, in the shipping dept. and he needs my credit card#.
I told him, "hey you called me, I'm not giving you my digits". He couldnt care less that I wanted to cancel my order. He just said call "Customer service" to cancel, so I did.
Kevin, the CSR/sales person tried his hardest to sell me something straight away. But could not tell me who the "dude" was. I told Kevin, to look into who the "dude" was, and gave Kevin the Pa. area phone# from which the call came, and call me back. I ended the call, to Kevin's disappointment.
So I call the "dude" back in Pa. and it's a non-working number. I get a Ma-bell computer voice says "the code you have dialed is incorrect" So now I'm really worried my CC digits got picked off of last weeks phone call. Because Kevin didn't know and it was a non working number! right?
So, I call back and get Becky. Becky tells me it's SOP to call from the shipping dept before the order literally ships. She says my CC charge was proccessed at 6am Monday 11/15. Then and only then, I realized the unpro call was an attempt to confirm the order at a reasonable hour, 11 am, instead of waking me up at 6am.
The point of this complaint to Hydroxatone is to have ALL your personell better trained on the steps, ALL the steps of your companies SOP (standard operating procedure) for order proccessing and filing.
If Kevin knew who "dude" was, Becky wouldn't have been wasting her breathe trying to sell me something I
already was not going to buy from Kevin!

I had ordered a 30 day free sample of the Hydroxatone toner for my wife. On April, 2011 I had received the order in the mail, and later she had told me that she did not need it and did not want it and the jar was never opened. The same day I had called and canceled the order and was informed to mail it back to them and the following day, I mailed it back through the USPS. Because I did not keep the USPS recite (I do not save receipts for 4 months), they have charged me on my charge card twice the account $69.95 a month for the last two months. In July, 2011 I called them right away and they say they never received the return and I was responsible, I had a long argument with them over the phone and they say tough S--T. So if you order, which I will never do again a Free Sample and return it, save the post office receipt.

The post office want to charge me for a customs charge of 25.57 for 0ne product and another 25.57 for another product. I ordered what I thought was a trial offer which was suppose to be free and all I had to do was pay $1.99 for shipping and handling. I called today 4/26/2011 and the man said I did get credit for the 2 jars I sent back, but because I kept the other 2 which were suppose to be free I was charged $69.95 twice along with a foreign exchange fee of $2.24 . I told the man that the website did not state that I had to return the 2 jars within 30 days to get a refund. Moments ago i wrote a detailed account of the phone fraude perpetrated on me by this company. They solicit you by offering a "free"trial for skin cream. you are told you need only pay for the shipping then you receive a bill for $139.00. Within 2 weeks you are sent other products with no authorization and wehen you call to complain you are treated rudely and not permitted to talk to a supervisor or anyone else. This is a total scam and certainly constitutes FRAUD. I have had to change my credit card for fear they would charge my account in the future.

Please be advised that the order of the enclosed (Transaction Date 05/29/2011, Amount $3.95, Reference Number 24351784MMF243HK7, Description Acm*luminique [protected] NJ) was not placed by myself or anyone else authorized to use the credit card on my behalf. Your office sent an unsolicited order of luminique, and billed my credit for 3.95. This law office receives many shipments and the order was set aside. Almost a month later our office received a bill for 140.00. This appears to be a tricky scam as your company has many complaints on the internet. Apparently, your company shipped an unsolicited order and billed my credit card for a small amount, which apparently went unnoticed. Had the card been billed for the full amount, it would have been noticed and immediately disputed. Based on these facts, this practice is deceptive and possibly criminal or fraudulent and clearly a violation of our state’s debt collection practices act as well as the Federal debt collection practices act.
Nonetheless, we will be returning our order via federal express today. Should any action be taken to affect this firms credit or the credit of any of its principals, this office will be forced to take legal action and seek all available legal remedies.
