Avoiding Indentogo is the Best Decision
After reading numerous reviews about Indentogo, it is clear that the overall experience is extremely disappointing. Customers have consistently highlighted issues with poor customer service, rude staff, and inefficiency in handling appointments. One reviewer mentioned encountering a receptionist with a terrible attitude, making the entire process unpleasant. Another customer expressed frustration over the lack of communication and professionalism at the location. It seems that the negative experiences outweigh any positive aspects of using Indentogo. Considering the consistent negative feedback, it is advisable to steer clear of this service provider to avoid unnecessary stress and disappointment.
Rude af
The business was in a shopping center where it was not marked by any signs or locators for 1 , so obviously very hard to find! Tried to look up a phone number , none could be found, 2 . I was 5 minutes past my appointment time but there was a man at the counter talking so that took 5 minutes more and when he was finally done she informed me that she was going to lunch and I had missed my appointment I could come back in 1/2 an hour she was locking up . Very bad customer service, very poor business practice no wonder they have such a poor rating . I was at the one in Morton , Pa at 12:25 today

Unprofessional Customer Service Experience at Location - A Warning Review
Man, this place is the worst! It was a real bummer when I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment, just like the plain English instructions said (I mean, come on, can't things just be straight forward these days?), and saw that there were already two dudes who had just checked in before me.
Anyway, so this processor - didn't even get her name since she kept her badge all turned around - helped one of the dudes and then just bounced. But wait up, hold on a second, we stopped her and asked what was going on, and she had the nerve to say "I'm done for the day, I close at 4:30."
Naturally, we got upset and tried to explain ourselves, but she accused us both of being liars and not being there when we said we were. What a load of baloney! She was so incredibly unprofessional, like how could someone in her position act that way, you know? Anyway, she left when we didn't back down, but then she stormed back in and demanded my passport and payment.
The whole time she was just snappin' and snappin', treating me like a big, ol' dummy. I was so mad, and honestly, really embarrassed for her that she doesn't know how to behave like a decent human being. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone until they either replace her or give her some serious attitude adjustments.

Identogo's Poor Service Leaves Me Stranded Without My Fingerprints and License
So, I went to Identogo to get my fingerprints taken. My first appointment was at a place where the guy just decided to take off in the middle of the day. There were six of us waiting for our turn, and one woman had driven for over two hours just to get there. And, nobody called to tell us that our appointment was canceled. I was so mad I almost couldn't see straight. Finally, after waiting on hold for over an hour, someone answered the phone and said they didn't know where he went and asked if I wanted to reschedule somewhere else. Man, that made me even angrier!
Anyway, I found another place and got my fingerprints taken, but now I can't seem to find where they went. I called the number they gave me, but the lady just told me to press "8" to talk to somebody, and then she said nobody answered that extension. The website didn't help either. I don't know where my fingerprints are or how to speak to a real person who can help me.
I need these fingerprints for a license, so it's really important. I'm starting to worry that I won't be able to find them in time. I keep calling the same number, pressing different buttons, hoping that somebody will finally answer and give me a clue. But all I get is the same message, no matter what I try. It's like I'm stuck in some kind of a voicemail hell!
I'm really disappointed in Identogo. This has been such a hassle, and I feel like they don't even care about my problem. I just want to know where my fingerprints are and if I need to do anything else to get my license. It shouldn't be this hard!
Unfriendly Staff and Terrible Customer Service at Identogo: My Experience at the Northbrook Location
Yo, I just read all sorts of reviews about Identogo and it seems like all of their locations have one thing in common - super rude and unfriendly staff. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this at the Northbrook spot in IL. So, me and a couple of other folks were waiting outside for the place to open up again after lunch. We had been standing there for a while when finally someone tried the door and it was open. But get this - nobody acknowledged us or gave us any indication they were unlocking the door even though we were clearly standing right there in front of the window. Like, what kind of customer service is that? We asked the lady who let us in if she had seen us standing there and she was just like, "we opened at 1pm." So rude!
And wait, it gets worse. The girl who helped me with my enrollment was one of the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered. Like, seriously, why even bother working in customer service if you hate dealing with people that much? Is it some kind of requirement to be a total grouch to work at Identogo? I honestly can't tell if the employees hate their jobs or if them being terrible to customers is just part of the company culture. All I know is that if someone is polite and respectful during their appointment, it shouldn't be that hard for the staff to return the favor. Is that really too much to ask?
Identogo Review: Frustrating Experience Getting Fingerprinting Done for Missouri Nursing Board
I went on Identogo's website and made an appointment for my fingerprints to get done for the Missouri Nursing Board. I was quite excited to get everything done on July 1, 2020, so I could start working soon. However, when I got to the location on the day of my appointment, I found a note saying "system is down." To my surprise, I never got an email or phone call to let me know what had happened. I was quite disappointed by this experience and decided to make another appointment for two days later in downtown.
To my misfortune, I had to go through the same painful experience again. When I called the company, I was put on hold for 15 minutes straight, and then they told me to call back later. At this point, I was not sure what to do because it did not matter what time of the day I called; the result was always the same.
I decided to give the website a shot, and that was a bigger disaster. The website was not user-friendly, and everything was jumbled up. It was pretty challenging to navigate through the website, and I felt like I was going around in circles.
Finally, after two failed attempts, I was lucky enough to get my fingerprints done. However, the joy did not last long since I was left wondering why my results were taking so long. On July 15, 2020, I had no results, and the system kept indicating that my application was "being processed." I was not able to work without them, and I ended up passing up on several job opportunities because of the ineffectiveness of this company.
All my other paperwork was processed and ready to go, but Identogo was the bottleneck in my application process. It was beyond frustrating to deal with all of this. I feel like the government agencies such as Missouri, highway patrol, FBI, TSA, Hazmat, need to get rid of these people because they are wasting everyone's time.
Fast forward to July 28, and I finally got my results. The delay was unacceptable considering that I had paid $21.50 for "mosiers." However, I found out that I needed to get it done specifically for the Board of Nursing at an additional cost of $41.50? At this point, I was beyond frustrated with this company because I had initially made them aware of what my test was for.
Overall, I lost a lot of time and opportunity dealing with Identogo. I hope that the company improves its services to avoid inconveniencing people like me.
Poor customer service and unsanitary practices at Identogo fingerprinting company
I done used Identogo inna past n' I wuz kinda happy wit it but da last time, it wuz a straight-up different story. I couldn't believe how horrible they treated me! Da dude doin' da scans was not qualified ta be dealin' wit us regular folks. I wuz gettin' a "try again" readin' on my fingers n' dat dude ain't give a crap at all. He said dat he wuz doin' his best n' that they got otha customers waitin'. Wut? I paid my hard-earned cash fo' dis service n' I wan' it done right! Ain't dis company 'spose ta be dealin' wit da public, fa gosh sakes? Dis boy needs ta go back ta school, like he done forgot his customer service manners. Den, I asked if he changes his gloves afta each client n' he had da nerve ta say "no"! They wuz goin' through so many boxes dat he only sanitizes da gloves. Wut kinda BS is dat? Ain't no way dat's sanitary at all! Who in dey right mind runs a company like dis?
As we continue on wit da "poor readings", I wuz like, "Dis is da last time I'm comin' back here again." Da guy workin' wit him sees me pissed n' says, "You won't have ta pay again." Bruh, dis is straight-up unbearable! Fo' real! Deez double-jointed fingers ain't dat difficult ta get right, so ain't no excuse fo' da lousy reads! If ya ask me, dis company is a hot mess n' I wouldn't suggest it fo' your fingerprinting needs. If ya still don't believe me, just look at da otha reviews. We all been through da ringer wit Identogo.
Indiana's New Fingerprinting Policy Puts Second Amendment Enthusiasts at Risk
As someone who's been a federally and state licensed Gun Dealer in Indiana for over 48 years, I'm pretty familiar with the ins and outs of the gun transfer process. So when I heard about this new policy that Indiana has put in place regarding the fingerprinting process, I was pretty taken aback. It seems like the state is making things unnecessarily difficult for all of us Second Amendment enthusiasts out here!
First of all, let me give you some background: the fingerprinting process is a requirement of the BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives) for nearly all firearm-related transfers and transactions. So it makes sense that we would perform the fingerprinting ourselves, right? After all, who better to handle this important task than folks like us who have years of experience and know how to do it right?
That's why I was really interested in partnering with IdentoGO - they're a company that specializes in digital fingerprints, which are now required for both Title I and Title II firearms ownership in Indiana, as well as across the entire United States. It seemed like a match made in heaven: we could handle the gun-selling part, and IdentoGO could take care of the fingerprinting. But unfortunately, I hit a snag.
You see, Indiana apparently has some sort of rule in place that prohibits us from doing the fingerprinting ourselves, even though we've been doing it for decades. I've tried asking around to get more information about this so-called decision, but everyone's been pretty tight-lipped so far.
And this isn't just a minor inconvenience, either - it's putting our livelihoods at risk. Me and hundreds of other firearms dealers in Indiana rely on being able to operate efficiently and effectively in order to make a living and comply with all the necessary regulations. But if we can't handle the fingerprinting process ourselves, we're basically stuck.
I think that Indiana lawmakers owe us a better explanation for why they're making things so difficult for us. The citizens of Indiana deserve to know more about this new policy and what it means for our Second Amendment rights. And if there's any way that we can band together to fight this policy, then count me in - I'm ready and willing to make my voice heard.
So if you're a fellow Hoosier who cares about the right to bear arms, I urge you to join me in questioning this supposed decision by the State of Indiana. Let's work together to get to the bottom of this and make sure that we're able to continue exercising our rights under the United States Constitution.
Terrible Customer Service Experience at Identogo - Unprofessional Behavior and Threats
I had an appointment with Identogo, and the first time I went there, I was devastated. I spent my precious time and gas getting there, only to find out that I had made a mistake on my money order and the building was closing. I asked for help, but no one seemed to care, they just asked me to reschedule. So, I did as they asked, and the second time I had a perfect money order with me. However, I was surprised when they asked me to wear a mask. I didn't mind, so I put it on even though no one else was wearing one. To my shock, the supervisor yelled at me, put her fingernail in my face, and threatened to remove me from the property. I've been a special needs teacher for 23 years, and I'm not used to conflict or being yelled at, especially when someone has their finger in my face. I couldn't control my emotions, and I teared up a little. I explained that I wasn't even talking to her; I was on my phone, but she thought I was referring to her, which I wasn't. However, as I was leaving the facility, two employees got into the elevator, and they seemed to have verbally attacked me. They looked at me and said it would be a fun ride down. They behaved like they were going to assault me physically, and they laughed as the elevator doors closed, claiming I was scared of them. I couldn't believe what had just happened. I'm not a rude or loud person. I have a college degree, and I know how to interact well with others. These women should be fired from their job. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place because most of the other reviews show that their customer service is terrible. I asked the supervisor for her name, but she wouldn't give it. I felt bullied, and I thought it could have turned physical because they said they were not at work and could take me down in the elevator. I expect to encounter this kind of behavior in a prison or drug rehab center, but not here, where I was supposed to be interacting with professionals. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The way these employees behaved reminded me of a gang. If I could leave zero stars, I would undoubtedly do so!
Identogo Review: Terrible Customer Service and Booking Ordeal at Springfield Location
So, I wanted to share my experience with Identogo (identogo.com) and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. I have never had such a terrible experience and I need to share it with others so they don't make the same mistake I did. Firstly, I want to clarify that I have had bad experiences before but I have never written a bad review. I feel like this was so bad that it warrants one. The employees at this place are incredibly rude and disrespectful. From the receptionists to the other staff members, it was an unpleasant experience from start to finish.
The receptionists were the first ones I encountered and they were sitting on their chairs doing nothing. When I asked for guidance, they spoke to me in such an unpleasant and condescending manner. So the first issue is the poor customer service. That's the first thing people will experience before even getting their finger prints taken.
The appointment booking was a whole other ordeal. I tried scheduling three appointments online, thinking it would be a simple and efficient process. But boy, was I wrong. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that my appointment didn't go through. Not once, not twice, but three times. On the fourth day, I finally showed up and I thought I would finally get it done. But I couldn't have been more wrong. They still managed to mess it up, even after all the time I spent preparing for it.
I live 30 minutes away and I drove there for four straight days to get this done. On the last day, I finally gave up. I needed it done for my job, but it was just not worth it dealing with these people. The overall experience was terrible and definitely not worth the trouble.
It's surprising to me that they're still in business since they seem to have a history of terrible reviews. I can't understand why their employees aren't getting fired. It's just not okay how customers are treated.
So, please stay away from this location at Springfield on Cooley St. I would give them zero stars if I could. It should be shut down, or at the very least, they should get new employees who know how to treat customers with respect. Don't waste your time or your energy. Thank you for sharing my experience and I hope it helps others who want to save themselves from such a frustrating experience.
Unprofessional and Racially Motivated Behavior at Identogo in East Norriton, PA
The staff at Identogo located on 2951 Swede Rd, East Norriton, PA 19401, during the morning shift on Friday Oct 15,2021, has left a bitter taste in my wife's mouth. It was a real shame that my wife had to endure the unprofessionalism from the staff, and the racially motivated bullying from a customer who blatantly jumped the queue and accused her of trying to "budge." The situation escalated quickly to the point where one of the only two employees present at the store reprimanded my wife and told her to leave. This left my wife feeling exasperated and embarrassed as she left the premises in tears. As someone who was not present during the incident, I cannot confirm nor deny the racial aspect, but I can confirm that the way my wife was treated was unacceptable.
The issue started when my wife, who had an appointment, arrived early at the store and found out that the staff were not checking for appointments, but instead allowing people to form a line as they arrived. This was not a big deal, but the line was quite long, and my wife stood to the side to allow others to enter/exit the door. When a new customer entered the door and physically squeezed herself into the line ahead of my wife, the issue started. My wife tried to explain to the lady that she was next, but the lady started arguing loudly that my wife was trying to "budge." This commotion brought one of the only two employees out of their work area. My wife tried to explain that she was appointment and had been waiting before this woman arrived, but the employee simply told her that "I don't like that you're causing a ruckus and I think you need to leave." My wife felt exasperated and embarrassed as the woman with her phone still out stood beside the employee watching.
It's disappointing to see a business that somehow managed to secure government contracts treat customers with such disregard. It's a fact; the staff at this location couldn't give less of a f*** about the customers' professional needs. I understand that this review won't change anything, but at least it may drive some of you to avoid this particular location if you're at all able. I would have gone back myself to speak with management, but I'm worried that I'd be treated similarly to how my wife was treated. In conclusion, avoid this store if you can. Allow the staff there to go back to sitting on their cell phones in an empty building, which they clearly prefer over doing an honest day's work.
Captivating and Emotional: A Review of The Kite Runner
Edison NJ
Originally had appt 2 weeks prior for TSA Precheck but upon walking in I was met with a rude & hostile front desk receptionist. I then witnessed her berate other Customers & realized I'll rather reschedule somewhere else. Sadly when I went to reschedule there were no available appts anytime soon, so I made another appt for Aug 30th hoping maybe she was only just having a bad day.
I returned with my wife for appt mentally prepared to be talked down to. After waiting for the same front desk receptionist to complete her conversation with whom I believe to be her tween daughter she brought to work, she acknowledged me & asked if I had appt, said yes then asked my wife if she had appt and said No just accompanying me. Immediately told her she can't stay (covid, we get it, new normal) and wait outside. I replied jokingly to my wife "wow, get out like a dog?" (Surprisingly my wife had to wait outside but take your child to work is fine.)
While standing 8-10 feet away she ordered me to stand on the green dot which ironically is closer than where I was standing. Gave my name and asked for my documents, I held them up and she ordered I give them to her, I joked from the green dot, Do I have to toss it from here? She didn't find it funny, got up and said if I throw anything at her she will not process me. Fair enough, I knew better than to joke with her, so that's on me knowing her personality from prior observations.
Walked me to cubical and took my credit card and swiped it. Ordered me to place thumbs on the scanner and while doing so I commented how now I have to stand 2' in front of her without a green dot.
She took opportunity to lecture $ berate me further and threatened again to throw me out, I said I had no idea process was similar to DMV belittling, she said it is exactly like the dmv because I "picked the right one" I tried to correct her saying I think the phrase goes "you picked the wrong one" after continued hostile lecturing, belittling & threats of me not being able to ever get a tsa precheck or even being able to fly again, I said okay I only want to finish this and us go our separate ways & made a zipped lip motion & put my hands up in a surrender gesture now in fear of being placed on some kind of watch list.
Allowed her to continue telling me off after I gave up and she began to rant that I better learn how speak to women because she didn't like that I called my wife a dog (I did not but I no longer had free speech to defend us) but then she said if it's up to her I would Not get Nothing? I said "anything? would not get anything, because it's a double negative?"
She then took MY credit card, slapped it into MY passport book, slammer it shut (causing it to bend) & threw MY documents into my arms (ok for her to throw I suppose) and yelled for me to get out and that she's not processing me. Asked if anyone else can & she said no because she won't be allowing me to be approved. I proceeded to exit at which I noticed the tween (daughter?) looking down and sad, forgot she was there & hearing this hostility which made me feel awful she had to witness it, (I hope things are okay at home) I then to apologized to the woman for whatever happened to her, which was returned with more berating & yelling.
Outside I explained to my wife what happened, then recalled she had placed my credit card into scanner, so I asked my wife to ask if my card was charged, according to my wife she yelled NO and for her to leave and not think about walking in, so much for women's social justice. In hindsight after her speaking to my wife that way her stance on how I speak to women may have been to shift moral high ground in case I made a complaint.
While outside walking back to our car another customer approached us asked to speak to me and said he saw and heard what transpired and that I wasn't the problem and she was hostile to everyone whole walked in the door, but I was the only one to engage back to her. I said it wasn't worth it since I have to reschedule, he said about that and warned me she did in fact get on the phone and gave my information loudly (Full Name, Spelling and DOB for everyone in office to hear) to someone and completely rewrote and lied about the events that transpired and wanted to give me a heads up and gave me his info as an independent witness which was very nice of him.
I rescheduled, to a different facility obviously but farther away from me and I now FEAR I may no longer be eligible due to whatever fiction was relayed over the phone, hopefully their cameras work with audio.

Rude woman at Mid Rivers Mall St. Peter's, MO
I went in at my scheduled time the first time I wasted my time and gas. The building was closing and my money order was off by 1 penny. No one would help to fix the situation they just ask me to reschedule. I did as they asked upon my second appointment, another hour car ride and a perfect money order. I was asked to put a mask on the second time. I did as I was ask although no one else had one on. The supervisor yelled at me, put her fingernail in my face and told me she could tell me to get the heck of the property. I have been a special needs teacher for 23 years. I am not good with conflict nor do I enjoy being yelled at especially when someone has their hand in my face. I couldnt help but to tear up some. I told her I wasnt even speaking to her I was on my phone and she assumed I was talking about her which I was not. As I left the facility two of the employees that I felt attacked me verbally got into the elevator and actually looked at me, said this will be a fun ride down as they were plain ghetto and acted as if they were going to try to physically attack me. They laughed as the elevator door closed stating I was scared of them. I can't even believe what just took place. I'm not a loud or rude person. I am college educated and know how to interact well with others. These women shouldnt have a job. I wouldnt advise ANYONE to go to this location and as the reviews show most of the rest of them seem to be the same. I asked for her name and she would not provide it. I feel bullied and like it could have turned physical as they stated they were no longer at work and could take me down on the elevator. I would expect this visiting a prison or a drug rehab but NOT when I'm dealing with people that are supposed to be equiped to deal with professionals. The absolute worst customer service and gang type behavior! If I could leave zero stars I definitely would!
A joke
I would like to first start off by saying that I have never written a bad review before even though I have had plenty of bad experiences before but never bad enough where I thought it was necessary to write a review. So this is saying A LOT I'm writing this so people can save themselves from wasting time and energy. Everyone that works at this place is so rude and disrespectful. The receptionists sit on their chairs and do nothing. Absolutely nothing. Their jobs are not complicated at all, and yet for some reason they sit on their chairs all high and mighty like they are the queen of England. I have NEVER been spoken to in such rude manners. They made me run around multiple times because they are lazy and don't want to tell you what you need to do. Also never schedule and appointment online because their machines are probably from the 1900's, I scheduled 3 appointments with them online and went in 3 times and everytime was told that my "appointment didn't go through" so they couldn't take my finger print. On the 4th day I showed up finally thought I'd get it done... lol jokes on me for thinking that they would finally get it done. My job is counting on this and it seems like never ending garbage with them. All I wanted was to get my finger print done and let me say after I drove 30 mins, for 4 days in a row trying to get it done I gave up and will be finding somewhere else to go. I don't know how this place is still running or the employees that work there aren't getting fired? I see so many bad reviews and yet it's still an awful place with god awful employees. DO NOT GO HERE. I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you want to waste so much time and get spoken to like trash then be their guest but otherwise stay away. Someone close this place down or get all new employees because this Is not okay. Also to make this more specific this is the place located in Springfield on Cooley st. 0 stars. Should be closed.
Racist, Unprofessional staff
My wife has just returned home in tears after being so ill treated by the staff working at the Identogo location in 2951 Swede Rd, East Norriton, PA 19401. These particular workers were there on Friday Oct 15,2021 during the morning shift. After showing up early for her appointment, my wife quickly learned that the staff were not checking for appointments but simply allowing everyone to form a line as they arrived. Not a big deal, but the line of people physically went all the way to the door so my wife stood to the side to allow others to enter/exit the door. After approximately 30 minutes, the line began moving when a new customer entered the door and physically squeezed herself into the line ahead of my wife. When my wife mentioned that she was next, the lady took out her phone and began arguing loudly that my wife was trying to "budge". The commotion brought one of the only two employees out of their work area where my wife attempted to explain that she had an appointment (now a half hour behind schedule) and that she had been waiting well before this other woman arrived. The employee simply told my wife that "I don't like that you're causing a ruckus and I think you need to leave" while the other woman stood beside her watching with her phone still out. My wife, feeling exasperated and embarrassed by what she felt strongly to be a racially motivated bullying on the part of the staff left the store and returned home in tears. I would go back myself to this store and have a word with management if it sounded like there was any sort of "management" in existence there (and I'm worried I'd be arrested after hearing how my wife was treated at this joke of a business). Avoid if you can. If you have the right complexion, you might fair slightly better but based on the facts, the staff at this location couldn't give less of a f*** about you or your professional needs that stores like this somehow managed to secure government contracts for. I realize this review won't change a thing but at least it may drive some of you to avoid this particular location if you are at all able, and allow the staff there to go back to sitting on their cell phones in an empty building as they clearly prefer over doing an honest day's work.

Terrible customer service
First time using this place of business and will be my LAST. The lady at the front desk, from the very second I walked in, was rude and had an attitude for absolutely no reason at all for the entire time I was there and throughout the entire process. I watched her treat everyone else who walked in after me the same way. No customer service whatsoever...

Appointments that were not able to be done.
My name is Mariana Elhaddad, I already scheduled many appointments for fingerprints at the address location 31-19 56 street Ste c8 Woodside NY 11377 I went to all to my appointments and every time the workers told me I have to wait more than three hours even though I am always there half an hour before and the reason is they said they have only one finger print machine working and they are trying to fix the other one. Why don't they said to the people an e-mail or message to inform them that they are over booked so they don't waste their time plus I paid for the commute every time I have went there. I am a mother of three kids and I don't have anyone to take care of them, The last time I went there was more than 50 people and they were all complaining so I left without doing my finger print and I have to reschedule it again for the fifth time. It is unfair to treat people this way. Thank you, hope you take my complain in consideration. My phone number is- [protected].

Fingerprinting service
I sent a person to the Identogo at 6800 Park Ten San Antonio Texas back on 09/25/23, and as of today, 10/10/23, I still have not gotten any results. To make matters worse, there is no live person to talk to to explain the issue. I cannot hire her until I get results back. They have always been good, and results were the next day, but today I would give them a negative star if I could.
Desired outcome: Give me the fingerprints. Pretty simple as that is your one job.
Identogo Fingerprinting: A Total Waste of Time
So, my famjam and I decided to hit up Identogo to get some fingerprints done for foster/adoption purposes. We had an appointment locked in for 2PM but when we rocked up, some dude was running over TWO HOURS behind schedule. Apparently the bloke took a lunch break during appointment times. Talk about bad timing, right?
What's worse is that the bloke in charge was reeeeeally slooooow at his job. It's almost like he was taking his time on purpose.. who even knows?! And when he came out and called people's names, he mumbled so bad that no one could even understand what he was saying. Heck, even when we asked him to repeat himself, he was already outta there like he was the Flash or something.
I mean, seriously though, when did this joint's time become more important than ours? We had plans to hit up a CPR class straight after fingerprints but now we may have to reschedule.. it's a total mess.
My advice? Don't waste your time at Identogo. Making appointments seems pointless if your time isn't worth a damn to them.
Identogo review: Terrible service with a rude franchise owner
Wow, let me tell you about my experience at Identogo! I know not everyone considers themselves a people person, but this place takes the cake. The guy who runs this place was just downright hateful. I mean, he really shouldn't be dealing with people in a job like this.
When I walked into the office, he was already being rude to two young ladies ahead of me. I guess he was just having a bad day, but that's no excuse for telling me off as soon as I walked in. He said, "I told you to sit down, I'd be with you in a minute." I was just trying to find a seat closer to the door, but apparently that was enough to set him off.
Honestly, I'm not sure what his deal is. Maybe he's had a bad experience with women, or maybe he just doesn't like white women. Either way, I have never felt so unwelcome in a business before.
Honestly, Identogo should really reconsider giving this guy a franchise. I don't think anyone should have to deal with that kind of negativity, especially when you're just trying to get a simple job done.
Identogo Review: Terrible Customer Service and Inconsistency - Not Worth the Hassle!
This Identogo company is really something else. At first, I thought I was the only one having a terrible experience with them until I checked out other reviews. I have to say, their customer service is just the pits. The staff really needs to be retrained across the board. And don't even get me started on their inconsistency.
The reps on the phone are always so curt and rude, it's like they don't even care about helping you out. All they want is to squeeze more money out of you. I mean, seriously, this is not how you treat your customers. It's like they forgot that we are the ones keeping them in business.
IdentoGo provides a mediocre service at best. If it wasn't for the fact that my board of nursing specifically requires me to do my fingerprint with them, I would never touch this company with a 10-foot pole. It's just not worth the hassle and the headaches.
To make matters worse, when I scheduled my appointment on the phone, the representative messed up and scheduled me for the wrong agency. And now I have to pay again. No apologies, no refunds, nothing. Just a cold response telling me to go pay again for another service. It's really frustrating, to say the least.
And to top it all off, I'm now stuck at home unable to work because my license won't be endorsed without the fingerprint result. It's really unbelievable that a company like Identogo can make such a huge impact on people's lives with their careless mistakes.
Overall, I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. If you have any other options, go for them. Don't waste your time or money with Identogo.
Identogo Fingerprinting Review: A Pain in the Patootie
Back in the day, getting fingerprints used to be easy-peasy. All you had to do was trot down to the local police station and hand over a measly 5-bucks. But alas, the times have changed, and now we have Identogo. It's supposed to be the bee's knees because your fingerprints will be saved in their database forever. But let me tell ya, it's all baloney. Identogo is nothing but a pain in the patootie.
First off, scheduling appointments is like pulling teeth. And don't even get me started on whether or not they actually keep to the appointment. I swear, I might as well have gone to the circus with the amount of shenanigans that go on with Identogo's appointment system.
And the locations where they operate? Forget about it. You're more likely to find Identogo set up in a random corner of a strip mall, snuggled in between a laundromat and a pet store.
But here's the real kicker: every new job requires a fresh set of fingerprints, even when they've been previously taken by Identogo. What gives?! It's like they're making a quick buck by perpetually offering a service they've already provided numerous times before.
All in all, Identogo is nothing but a cash-grab with a fancy website. Don't even waste your time.
Unreliable Appointment System and Chaotic Experience: My Identogo Background Check Review
So, like, I was hyped up to get my Identogo background check done, right? And I took off from work, which was not easy but I was committed to getting it done, yo. I drove like 25 miles to get to their location, and boom, I see a sign on the door saying they won't be open until 1 PM. I was like, what the heck? I checked my email like a hundred times, but nothing said there was a cancellation or anything, ya know?
I tried calling their customer service, but they were no help whatsoever. They were like, "yeah, sorry about that, but we can't do anything." I was feeling so frustrated, man. Like, why have an appointment system if you don't stick to it?
But anyway, I waited around until 1 PM and finally, the doors opened up. But dang, I wasn't prepared for what I was walking into. The place was packed with peeps, and the reception area was blasting this vulgar rap music from someone's alarm clock radio. Like, really? Is that how they roll at Identogo?
I just gave them one star because I had to, yo. But they shouldn't be happy with that rating. I won't be coming back here ever again, that's for sure. The whole experience was whack.
Identogo's negligence left me agitated and cheated
I had a really disheartening experience with Identogo. I had requested for my fingerprint report to be sent to the court house so that it could be added to my records. However, the court house did not receive it and I was clueless about where it had gone missing. I reached out to Identogo and they informed me that they had already forwarded it to me via email. Now, I was puzzled why would it be emailed to me when I had clearly marked the court house as the recipient on my application. I wanted answers and hence, I decided to call the local TxDPS. But to my disappointment, they too confirmed that the report had been sent to me via email and it was only valid for a mere 14 days. But the worst part was that it seemed to have come from an unfamiliar email address 'adb. Fast'. This didn't add up and left me feeling agitated and cheated.
I feel like Identogo is nothing but a fraudulent racket. It is quite shameful that I had to pay to obtain the report and despite doing so, it was not delivered to my intended recipient. And now, I have to spend my time, energy and money all over again to get a copy of the report. It is truly disheartening to think that people have to go through such unpleasant experiences just because of the carelessness and negligence of companies like Identogo.
At this point, I am completely fed up and can only imagine how many others out there have had similar experiences with them. It's high time that they start being accountable to their customers and provide a feasible solution to the problem. Otherwise, it's better to stay away from them and opt for services that genuinely care about their customers' needs and preferences.
Terrible Experience with JB Hunt TWIC Office in Edison, NJ: Turning Away Essential Workers During Walk-In Hours
My hombre has been workin all kinds of hours during this dang pandemic, with only one day off on Sunday. He works for JB Hunt and Homedepot, so he's one of them essential workers. He can't make an appointment cause he don't even know when his day is gonna be done. So we can only go during the walk-in hours from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Edison, NJ office. But let me tell ya, they've turned him away THREE TIMES with three different excuses. First they said the worker was there all alone, then they said it was too late (@ 6:15 they told my hombre he was too late), and then just this past Wednesday @ 5:00 pm they said it was appointment only. But that's just some baloney, cause it clearly says on their website that they accept walk-ins during those hours. My hubby is tryin to get his TWIC, but this branch ain't helpin him at all. This place needs to be closed down. There ain't even no supervisor for me to complain to. So if any of y'all know where I can make a complaint, please holler at me.
Identogo Bensalem: Walk-ins not welcome, rude customer service
.
So let me tell you about my experience at Identogo in Bensalem. They advertise that they take walk-ins, but they apparently prefer appointments. I didn't have one, but I figured it would be fine. I walked in the other day and there weren't any other customers in sight. The guy behind the desk said I should come back later because they had appointments coming in. I was annoyed - it had taken me half an hour to get there and no one was even there! I told him he could just do the ink prints, but he insisted I come back later. I tried to explain that I had already had a bad experience at the Fairless Hills office, where they messed up my prints. But this guy wouldn't budge. He suggested another location, which was an hour and a half away. I mean, really? I asked if there were any other options and he told me to look it up myself or come back later. Can you believe it? I left and there still wasn't anyone else in there. Such rude customer service!
Anyway, I ended up going somewhere else where the people were much nicer. It's a shame that Identogo has such poor service, because I was hoping it would be more convenient. If you're thinking about going there, I'd suggest making an appointment if you can or just avoiding it altogether. There are clearly other options out there!
Terrible experience with Identigo in Pearland, TX: Rude employee needs to be terminated
My experience with Identigo in Pearland, TX was terrible, to say the least. I had to sit in my car to type this review because of how angry I was with their customer service. The lady who was working on Monday, June 21, 2021 needs to have a serious talk with her manager. She was extremely rude to the person before me, saying "well I don't speak Spanish so we got a problem" in such a nasty tone. When it was my turn, she continued to behave in the same way. She told me that my information was wrong but didn't have the decency to tell me what was wrong with it. I informed her that I had received an email from my employer, and she responded with "none of those were from me". Obviously, woman, I know they weren't from you - my EMPLOYER sent them! While being exceptionally rude to me, she also snapped at a gentleman waiting in line, saying "I don't do 45 appointments" when he told her his appointment was at 9:45. This woman needs to be TERMINATED!
If I treated my customers so badly, I would never keep a customer, let alone get hired in any job in the future! To add insult to injury, after all of that, this unacceptable employee refused to fingerprint me. What an absolutely terrible and disrespectful person, with an attitude to match. She doesn't deserve to work at Identigo or anywhere! Management needs to take swift action to rectify this issue and ensure this kind of behavior is not repeated. It's really unfortunate that my terrible experience with Identigo's employee completely tainted my experience with their service altogether.
Inconsistent Service and Scheduling Mishaps at Identogo
I recently had to schedule an appointment to have my fingerprints taken for a job I was starting soon. I searched online and was directed to Identogo's website (identogo.com) for this service. I found the perfect location, scheduled my appointment, and went about my business. However, when I showed up to the location, I found that it was closed. There were a few of us in line, and one woman said she was actually reschedule for the same location the next day, and this was her 2nd time showing up. I was a bit disappointed and frustrated that I had to go through this same ordeal. I mean, who wants to waste their time and effort to have to reschedule an appointment, especially when it is for something as important as a job?
I decided to contact customer service and expressed my disappointment and frustration. However, I was told that I had to reschedule for the next day because they do not do same-day appointments. I was not happy about this because if that was the case, I could have rescheduled for that next day in the first place. I have to admit, I was a bit peeved that I spent additional time, money, and effort to make the appointment when I could have just made the appointment on the next day.
On top of all that, there were many reviews on this company website that mentioned similar issues. It concerns me that this company does not run frequent checks on businesses that are supposed to perform this service, despite receiving feedback from customers. It is important to me that they take measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of their service in order to avoid future mishaps.
Despite everything, their customer service team was polite and professional. Also stay (stayed) appointment was honored and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, while my experience was less than ideal, I would still give them another chance and hope they improve their services for future customers.
I sent my finger prints on 23 October 2023 upto now I haven't gotten any feedback. Iv information showing the company received them on 1 November 2023
