Pathetic customer service and highly unsatisfied with BLS Toronto PCC guidance and incorrect guidelines misleading clients.
Pathetic service and highly unsatisfied with BLS Toronto jurisdiction (Brampton). I submitted my PCC application by following their guideline available on website. There was two different application fees (one in website of 35.7) and in their guideline it has the old fee $41.40 which was misguiding the applicants. I decided to make a DD of the highest figure which is $41.40 hoping that they don't delay or return the application but they resent it. I called their helpdesk and also sent an email to 3rd level escalation but they are useless. they just said sorry for the inconvenience and redo the application. I do not understand why can't they keep correct fee updated everywhere it is mentioned? and why can't they give option to make online payment and serve their clients better (It looks like they are stuck in 90's policies). Customer support service is pathetic because some agents told me that I don't have to repay for the shipping again but some said I have to repay it. Come on BLS! grow up. Are you here to help your clients or trouble them by complicating the process and not offering enough help?
Their web form allow clients to log complaints and it says your complaint has been logged but you never get an email notification and its impossible to follow up for clients.
Only option to given complaints is through their 3rd level escalation email (servicehq. [protected]@blsinternational.net) but they were helpless in my case. They just said sorry for the inconvenience and never responded to further emails. I wish Indian Passport authority appoint some better organizations to server the PCC clients efficiently. DO NOT RECOMMEND BLS AT ALL for their poor service due to their unwillingness to help clients or make corrective actions.
Recommendation: Never follow their guideline on website. talk to an agent but they say different policies time to time and do not give consideration to client's feedback. Good luck if you get some agent online to help (hopefully) if you are lucky :D do not recommend it . Highly dissatisfied

Getting appointments for passport service in Dubai
It is extremely difficult to book an appointment with BLS internations for any passport services in dubai even 15 days prior.
There is no transparency followed by BLS international.Always we are getting message "Slots currently unavailable".
But slots are always available with premium lounge service which is very expensive. BLS international simply looting the common men under premium lounge service.

I requested for pick-up services and did not receive the shipping label - Purolator cancelled the pick-up and asked to contact BLS. No matter the way you try to reach BLS, there is no way to contact them. Their contact center call number doesn't connect, call disconnects after few IVR options and there is no response to online inquiries & emails. I don't know how to escalate this, I paid for pickup service to save time but it's getting delayed.
Desired outcome: Need my documents to be picked up on priority and get the application processed. We need to travel in December and with this delay, I don't think we can.

I applied for tourist visa, and the application is rejected more than a week ago. They emailed that the tourist visa fee is 13.82 where in the website it says 137.82. I am confused. I asked this in the email and there is no response yet.

Surrender Indian Passport
We were trying to surrender our Indian passports third time ( as our all family members including my parents got Canadian Citizenship) at Brampton BLS International Service ( 60 Gillingham dr, Brampton) and still asked to come fourth times with new applications and new photos.
I followed the guide given on their website to fill the application and filled the form exact way shown on sample form but the staff member who were checking my forms said I missed the emergency contact person’s address ( which was not required as sample form) , and he can fix it for me if I pay him $60 ( illegally) ,
Second time after a month I filled the way he said And again I was told that I missed the postal code of emergency contact person’s address and if she can fix it with $50 ( again illegally) , and third time after another month when I went she said I will need two photos of each person ( which is not mention on checklist) , again she asked for $60 bribe .
Every time I had to take day off from work. My parents are too old and my mom is on wheelchair still I had to brought them to the centre and still they didn’t accept our application unless we pay them $60 for each person as a bribe .
If Only surrendering is this painful , I wonder how much struggle We will have to go through applying for Indian Visa or OCI.
Unfortunately every time the staff was different person but all of them asked for bribe .
Desired outcome: I would like this “Bribe” system must not avoided by the higher authorities, they must take strict action on their staff ( specially at Brampton office)
BLS Brampton - Visa
1. No update of website on how may years is allowed for tourist visa to India.
2. Call center confirmed that the 5 years tourist visa was available.
3. Having submitted the visa application for 5yrs, the offfice in Brampton, ontario Canada say that only 1 year visa is available.
4. The Brampton wants to charge $30 for changing the form to reflect 1yr instead of 5 yrs on the form.
5. I had to return home to redo the tourist visa for as $30 is too much to pay for a minor change. The office could easily change the number of years and update the system.
6. BLS gives the impression that they need to make Canadian's lives difficult and to make money of them for minor mistakes.
7. There is no empathy or professionalism shown in their handling of foreign visitors to India.

A document was not sent from BLS to German consulate leading to its rejection
I got my passport (without stamped) back from Chicago BLS International on 26 th May, which was not stamped. Along with the passport I received a document (in German), with an only statement in English saying that my J1 endorsement is missing. Till date I have not received any reply or answer to my queries from your company. Firstly, nowhere at your "site" it is mentioned that an endorsed document is necessary at the time of APPOINTMENT. As an alternative, I was asked to send the hand-signed document by email within 48 hrs. The document was sent to the same email well in time (I have the proof), then how was my visa rejected based on this?
When I am calling the BLS, then I am told to contact the consulate. We are done on our part. Is that what you charged me for? Is this the kind of service to be provided to the customer? I traveled all the way from Ohio just for this visa. My tickets are booked for July. My accommodation is booked. And just because of your stupidity in not sending the document, I am going to bear the losses.
So, I want you to either fix this issue or I am going to take your company to court as I have proof that I did send you the documents and your site is not providing the information properly.

Form attestation
I went to get Helper contract attested and as usual they rejected in first go saving address does not match word to word with passport, only difference in address was it was more detailed with same PIN code. But lady in counter 1 declined. She asked me to come again with new form. I went again with new form and this time I thought I don’t need appointment again so she declined. So I asked if my wife can come on my behalf and she said it’s ok provide I right authorisation letter which I did.
In third attempt all of sudden they asked for her VISA, to which my wife asked why they need her visa than reply was just give or we don’t take application.
They mis use their power and behaviours is worst as compared any other company.
They are running a shop of print out, no one in HK charge 10HKD per print out but they do. 50 HKd for photo because they need it in perfect size.
Not only to us I observed they behave similarly with everyone.
Desired outcome: I paid extra visited three time to get my form attested. If BLS want to make more money just charge extra don’t create problem for people, it create so bad image of India
Premium charges
This company offers premium lounge appointments only. There are no other options does not say that there is a £60 charge charged for use of premium lounge. It is ridiculous they do this, as the set charge is not known in advance anywhere. This is illegal practice, if they provided a premium lounge as a service it's acceptable in some way but they do not allow any waiting or standing around on the floor and security is constantly telling people to wait outside the building how is this premium lounge services. They have a small drinks machine and airline style single biscuit packs. This is total unfair practice and should be investigated by all authorities. The total cost of their fees are £14 and standard shipping of passport at £16 then the standard visa cost of totaling £110 they then charge £60 for use of premium lounge when they shove 45 people in a document processing room 20ft by 20ft sitting on chairs then processed in a 6 boxed identity check room no bigger than processing. It's a total sham to charge premium lounge and not offer a standard appointment.

Totally Agree but they are Everywhere no one is able to complain the students say nothing which accounts for 90% of applications. Very Concerning matter!
Passport renewal
Hi I have recently submitted by passport application and there was a error on my application which I will now fix and resend the whole package after spening my time and money, once I get back the courier from your bls toronto office. I have lived and worked in dubai for 27 years and my employer used to hold onto our passport, they stickered all employees passports without our knowledge with empoyee file no. Etc. I just saw on my passport return note, to remove stickers on my passport that I will not be able to removed as they are hard to remove and are somewhat removed and this passport is also being returned/cancelled so I dont see why is there an issue, to reason. I really dont have time for this, I am currently pregnant and last thing I want to deal is with a unreasonable employees of bls canada, I have previously had such horrific expereince when I renewed my fathers passport last may 2021. Maybe your team should learn from dubai bls how to treat customers. I have also given review on google.

Spain schengen visa appointment and website
Good afternoon,
We have been struggling with the BLS system since the beginning of December 2022 with no appointments available for Manchester.
Yesterday 11.01.2023 there were finally appointments available, however the system would not allow me to book 2 appointments for my children, and a notification popped up that my IP had been blocked.
This makes absolutely no sense, I called BLS to try and book telephonically to be told no appointments available for the rest of the month even though I could see them on the system, realizing I wasn't going to receive help from the person on the other side of the call I decided I would try online again, but I needed to create a new login and recapture my sons application as an error came up my email address has a booking associated with it. (Even though the website has an option to add family member in the dashboard) buy the time I finally recaptured the application the appointments had been booked up by then.
This website and system is an utter disgrace, and has caused my wife and I unnecessary distress.
Our trip is scheduled for 18 February 2023.
I would appreciate any assistance to get this matter resolved, I still only have 1 appointment approved.

Tourist visa
This is the most retarded business you'd Ever encounter, I applied for a tourist visa via postal services, been 12 weeks already, upon call these stone age associates, it takes them 10 minutes to locate my file after holding for 45 minutes on phone to reach one of them.
Their English is beyond terrible so I'll have to ask for response reputation over 4 times, they're always referring to online info on my visa update and try to end call, yet 0.000 info is updated online, in fact I have no online account they created yet & still they refer to!
What stone age environment is this? Why are they allowed to do business in Canada?

Entry Visa to India
Bls is such an irresponsible agency to authorize visa/passport services for citizens of other nations with Indian origin. BLS cannot be reached via phone and they do not respond to you via email. I submitted an application to get entryvisa in oct 2022 and my application has not even completed until now on 9 Dec 2022. I did lose money on flight tickets as I could not make tracel on time. I strongly advocate to dissolve BLS from Canada. They are the worst!
Indian Visa Processing
Sibling was getting married on Dec 2nd and I filed for visa on Oct 14th through courier puck up. BLS held onto my application for almost 30 days just to tell me... Consulate doesn't offer visa for 5 years through postal. I ended up missing my brother's wedding - which I really hope no one has to miss. But seeing other people suffering was different sight. Saw 75 years old, ladies with new born and toddlers standing in the queue in wintry snow weather. Absolutely HORRIBLE... if you believe in Hell, please visit BLS to see how it feels like.

PCC Indian
I had applied for Indian PCC with them and send them my application on 3rd October through Canada Xpress Post. Today its been 26 days that they have received my application and upon calling them multiple times and sending email to their helpdesk and escalation department there is no reply from them at all. Even I have been writing them regularly since last 3 weeks still they didnot take any action on my application. The worst part is my original passport is with them and I need to travel in coming weeks. Its been really tormenting and exasperating experience for me and my husband as well. I would really like to raise this concern at state level since these people have monopoly here and their service is worst in the world. Indians working there are not professional at all.
