return policy not adhered to by their "customer service" department
I ordered two different keyless entry remotes, one for each of my vehicles. After using their directions and not being able to get them to work, i tried getting a mechanic friend to try. No Cigar. Then i took them to the respective dealers. No Cigar.
I then emailed them asking for return authorization. I had ordered them on 2/26/2018. My email requesting to return them was on 3/25/18 (within the 30 days they require). However, they didn't respond, so i emailed them again asking what the status was (on 4/1/18). They finally responded and said i was not within the 30 days!
Pretty chickensh)(*t of them, don't you think? Waiting until after the 30 days to respond?
I'll never buy anything from them again. I was going to order duplicate keys, but not anymore!
ikeyless brand remote keyless entry - gm 972-ikey
Purchased 2 remotes 8/17/2017. Upon receiving remotes I was able to program one . I notified ikeyless and was told to return that one. Received another and had same problem. I sent an e-mail on 9/7/2017 telling them i felt that they had sent me the same one back. Had no reply. Now the one that work will not stay programmed. Checked batteries and seem OK. Stuck with no remotes and no money !
I think this site is fake
I think this site is fake, I can't think of any other explanation. Ordered a key for my car from iKeyless and they took my money very fast but did not contact me with any further details.
Key was never received and iKeyless ignored all my attempts to reach them. I saw many negative reviews and I regret I didn't do any research before I gave them my money.
I will wait a bit longer, will give them few extra weeks and if nothing changes I'll report them to the police.

Transponder key replacement & keyless remote entry replacement
I purchased 2 fobs and 1 transponder key the price was reasonable and it was "guaranteed" to work, since I paid more for the "EOM" parts. I also paid 49.99 for the transponder key to be cut as I live in a rural area and getting a locksmith to me would be very difficult. I was told it would "start the car" when it got it here.
I provided the VIN number but low and behold upon arrival NONE of them work. I was given the run around with remotes...try this try that did you do this etc, and then was informed an auto locksmith would have to program the key because of the micro chip, but what about the 49.99 fee he said that was to cut the key! I would NEVER waste my time or money on this SCAM
Order never arrived
I've ordered a replacement batteries from iKeyless website and paid for the same day delivery, needed them as soon as possible. That day nothing arrived and they did not reply to my messages and when I called no one picked up the phone. Next day I called again and someone finally answered. Their rep said that they had some difficulties with the delivery and said I'll get my order any time soon.
Well, long story short. My order never arrived and they continued to ignore me. I also did not receive my money back. iKeyless is a scam company, avoid them at all costs!
Key fob
Same old same old here. Bought what appeared to be a new key fob for my Mazda. Turned out it was used. Took the key to the dealer and they stated that there was no chip in it so it could not be programmed. I set a return up and they expected me to pay for the return shipping. I had fight tooth and nail to get them to give me a return label. Then they said that they would "test" the key when they got it back to determine if it was defective. Of course they are going to say, "Key looks fine to us." and most likely charge me a large restocking fee. These guys are definitely scammers. Just buy the key from the dealer, it's well worth it.
iKeyless Key Finder
I place an order of three key finders on 1/22/2016 # web order 709727 and receive
the product inmedietly.After trying them notice that the sound providing from them is not loud enough to be heard from a few feets.I changed the battery, but steel cant heard it from a few feets away .I am returning the key finders and will like to have a reimbursement to my credit card.
I also placed a web order for a KeylessEntry Remote-4 Buttons for a 2009 Chevy Cobalt and has not receive it, # web order 702796.
Entry remote - broken
Its used and broken! Really, no better than the one I lost. $60--only $20 more for a new one from the dealer and they would have programmed it for me!
They should have at least said I was getting a used one. Now I can't use it because they did not include any programming instructions.
I'm more than a little perturbed! Where can I make a more vehement complaint?

Never Received Product
I order a key remote on 03/03/14 and received a email confirmation with order and tracking information on 03/04/14. that I should receive order within 2-5 business days.. Fast Forward to 03/13/14. Still have not received product and tracking information shows no shipping information. Contacted Ikeyless and was told that I should have received email that product was on backorder and product was mailed yesterday. When asked for a copy of email he couldn't provide it nor could he explain why tracking information showed no shipping information.

Ordered a switchblade for my Honda Civic SI to replace my secondary key. The Live Chat was no help to get the right key sent over. The instructions for installation were illegible and horribly laid out. My specific car model wasn't even in them, and the instructions for the other models didn't work either. What a waste of money. Do not buy from these guys, a lot of heartache and expense.
Scam/ rip off
I placed the order over three weeks ago. I have made over five calls and emails. I received no email stating that anything was backordered. The customer service is very rude and neglectful. Everything is always somebody else's problem. I'm still waiting for my full refund! I will never order from them again. Or tell anybody to use their services!
They really should at least tell you up front if you are buying a used item
Beware...they will send you a dirty, used keyfob and then tell you it is in their terms and services that they reserve the right and that all items sold may be new or used...no way of knowing. The customer service rep I spoke to today even admitted that this practice was not fair. They really should at least tell you up front if you are buying a used item. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift...and I received it today, Christmas Eve...great :/

Got my remote for my jeep and it's USED! it doesn't say that anywhere on their home page until you look on their terms & conditions which is BS! i just hope it works now - before buying look around at other websites and make sure what you're buying is a new or used product!

Bad product
i bought 2 keys and 2 remotes for a 2004 altima took keys to dealership and they cut and tried to program.i was told that they were wrong keys.ikeyless gave the run around and told me the dealership just didnt know how to program them.i purchased one there and it worked great.i programed one remote it lasted 6 months i programed 2nd remote this weekend and it unlocks but will-not lock.ikeyless wouldn't replace neither

Rip off company
I purchased 2 Lexus keys and when I received them they were uncut which was OK BUT after calling every Lock Smith within 200 miles I was unable to locate one that will cut the keys. Finally I called Lexus and they said they would cut them for FREE but I would have to pay to have them programmed which was ok. I made an appointment and when I arrived they said they would not cut them because these keys break off in the ignition. So, after several weeks trying to call iKeyless and finally getting someone to answer they informed me TOO BAD, NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. So now I am out over $200. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - RIP OFFS.
Key less remotes
Ordered 2 remote key fobs to replace worn out factory equipment. They were very good about collecting the payment quickly but the items sent were VERY used even though there was nothing about buying used parts on the website. The directions enclosed with the remotes were copies of a Ford service notice and the left 1/4 of the page was faded and smeared as would happen when a copy machine is out of toner. So they were useless. So now I have two extremely used remotes that may or not work No answer to their phone and no answer to the emails. Feeling totally ripped off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I totally agree with ALL of the complaints. The web site says items are in stock but are not. I had to cancel a 4 key remote for my Miata MX 5 as after waitng 2 weeks it was on back order. Then I spoke with the representative to cancel that order and sent the 3 keyless remote. She said SAID that it WAS in stock & would e mail me the tracking number for the Priority Mail. As of yet I have not received any tracking order. Which means the item was not in stock either.
Horrible company to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IKEYLESS.COM
Without hesitation I shall do as others are doing and file complaints with the BBB & the Attorney General.

I purchased a keyless remote for my car from the ikeyless.com website. I was surprised to fund that the remote was very used, given there was no mention on their website that the product was used. This is a very deceptive sales practice. Do not purchase anything from this company.

The keyblade I ordered was ok technically, but obviously used. The blade itself is slightly damaged on the sides. I have been trying through email and phone for several days to order a replacement key blade I have not gotten any response (order #208316). So far I feel like I got scammed.
