They were out of a few things so I was given A Refund then I got an email and a text. Thanking me for being patient and gave me $10 credit.
Tonight, Tuesday, July 30, 8 PM
I called customer service the guy didn't speak English. He looked at my old accounts which I had asked to close. He wasn't understanding and it was frustrating so I hung up the phone.
815pm I called and got another girl. She said the same thing, but my account is not closed because I used it Sunday night so nobody can find the credit.
To be honest, I wanted to use the services again and maybe even sign up. I had signed up during surgery and it was very helpful.
If someone could get to the bottom of it and find out where the Credit was, I was happy to use it tonight.
