We ordered groceries around 6 something in the evening on a priority. They were suppose to come by 6:45pm-7:05pm. At no time did we get communication from the shopper. At one point I even reached out to ask her what was up. No response either time. Groceries never came by that time. I waited until around 8 pm. I reached out to the help center. She stated the groceries were delivered at 7:02pm. I took a screen shot and showed her my page says they were delivered as we were talking at 8:05pm.
We went outside and down the sidewalk to the neighbors and no groceries.
I finally asked the lady to remove the priority fee - she did not offer. I have not seen that returned yet.
I ended up leaving my son there to get the order because I had to leave. I was expecting maybe my next 2 orders delivery fee waived since it was a really big inconvenience. I was not happy leaving my son there alone.
The customer service was just not something I was expecting. Under the circumstances I was expecting them to value my time as well.
Desired outcome: I feel like I should get some type of credit due to the time all this took.
