When i registered in august, i struggled daily even weekly to get through to the call centre for queries and assistance. Then when it came time for me to do assisgnments i managed to get into the portal once and then was locked out. After numerous calls email and complants even to my hed office who paid for the studies no one ever got back to me to assist. This in return caused me to fail all my assignements as well as not even qualify for the exams now in june/july.
I have now been asked to provide feedback to the company as the end date of the course is nearing. After all the issues and hassles empty promises and lies i honestly think this merits a refund.
I have on many occasions even logged complains on social media and hello peter and to no avail. no replies and no comments back
This is highly unprofessional, and clearly, i am not the only student in this boat.
Should i not get satisfactory feedback on this matter i will continue to share my store and forward all this to the company hr to black list the college and all affiliates for future students
