I initially registered in 2022 (cant rem exactly). When I did and tried logging into my account with my Student number, I was taken to someone completely different by the name of Rosina Kekana.
So I logged a query and waited for feedback to which, none came.
I am working so I did forget for sometime but when I did follow up next they said it would be sorted out and I kept getting logged out as I stopped paying them anything till this was sorted out.
Eventually over 2 years later I got through and after fighting I did the Internal exams but wasnt told about EXTERNAL exams. Over a month goes and its the day before the close of for external registration, I am told that I need to register. They withheld my results for non payment not taking into account how they messed up everything till now( not saying I am not going to pay), I just wanted to first get everything done before I did and Luckily I didnt pay yet because now I after sending through the registration info, there has been no confirmation if I am registered and I dont know where I stand. I emailed 3 different people and NO ONE responded. I am currently 45 mins plus waiting on hold to speak to someone so I dont know what to do?
I email the student email, the info email, waiting on the live chat and I am on the phone! How much more must I do to sort this out!

Desired outcome: That they contact me and sort out my registration of let me do external exams next time its open. Reset my account to not show I am in arrears.

If you would like to me so screenshots of all the emails here, I can so before I do that to show everyone what is going on, have the decency to call me and not ask for email correspondence ONLY.

I sent several emails regarding deregistering with their institution. I also stated that I will no longer be able to pay the fees, and I do not want any refund all I wanted is for them to clear my name out of their institution because it gives bad credit.
Tried calling them but they will put you on hold with no assistance I until you hang up. They replied in email said my requested has been escalated. after months I'm doing follow on feedback, they told me my not yet resolved.
It's really tiring and boring since February 2023 my name is still under their institution. INTEC is really incompetent and very poor in handling their cases.
