Intec College failing to issuing qualification certification. Today, 17 July 2024, +/-6 months after I received my examination results, I again decided to call Intec, since my emails remain unanswered. I called numerous times before. Today, I called at 10h23, caller no4, est. holding time 21min, then later caller no2, est. holding time NOW 33min! - It is now 11h30 and I gave up. I tried calling the SETA, they suggested a month or so ago, it turned out to be the wrong SETA. I asked the SETA for help, they gave me another number. I tried two other SETA's thereafter, never knew there are so many SETA's. Can anyone tell me what I should do next. INTEC COLLEGE should issue certificates on time.
Claimed loss: About 1year and a few months or so ago, so long I cannot recall the exact dates, I paid about R17,000, wrote the exams, and are now waiting for the certificate. I am starting to doubt I will receive a certificate.
Desired outcome: Intec College should issuing qualification certification without further delay. Can anyone tell me what to do, or who to address this issue with, who are the authorities in this respect?

I have searched for complaints similar to mine and noticed, Intec College respond to all complaints in the same manner, and that is to email Intec with your student number, which I did. Yesterday the 17 July 2024 right after I lodged this complaint I sent them the Intec student number. This complaint was responded to immediately because it is in the public domain, HOWEVER, the email I sent yesterday with the student number, to the email they supplied, was not responded to.
