Trust you are well, since the day I applied at the intec college I was asking who will the student advisor be and still didn't get an answer.
Then it started by I need help and no one was getting back to me and so I google to see what to do in order for me to understand and then I would find out I have 2 student number and would like to know who I paid for as well
I would like my refund as well as its funny how I could log in with the student number and suddenly I couldn't and this lets me wonder and I have left messages to get phone calls back and would like to know when this matter will be resolved as I am not going to phone in again and again
I will be taking matters further now and I would like to now when I will be refunded
I need to know before 2 pm
As intec college doesn't like to pick up a phone, the following people I have talked to but never got feedback

This complaint has been resolved automatically due to user's inactivity.
I am also on a crusade to spread the word that INTEC is incompetent ! There should be strict regulations in SA for this since the government hammers on education but you only get your money stolen or very very bad experiences from these people

I see they keep asking for you to e-mail customer care, you will never get an answer from them you get an automatic reply that they have received your mail and that's were it ends. I have been struggling since I registered my son with them and they are so eager to take my money every month they even took more than they were suppose to, but thats that... Service? Student Portal? Assistance? Nothing Nothing...
