Intelcom Express Pick up not done

It was schedule someone will come pick up a parcel that I bought on Amazon. I took a day off and waited whole day, did not even go to pick up my kid from school in case I missed the guy. I received an email from Intelcome at 11 :38 notifying me that the guy will be there within 3 hours. I kept waiting forever and Mr Olawale Erinle never came. It is really not professional. Mr. Erinle did not do his job and I wasted a day. The company pays the employees and the least that the employees could do is do their job with honesty.

Intelcom Express Delivery “service”

Intelcom likely has several prior service complaints on file from me. In spite of that, nothing changes. I am currently awaiting a package from Amazon that was guaranteed delivery last Friday. Friday the item was returned to the warehouse as the driver ran out of time. Saturday it was returned because the driver claimed to have attempted delivery - he didn’t! Today it has not even left the warehouse! This is not a rare occurrence- it happens just about every time they are appointed by Amazon for shipment. In the past they have also claimed to have delivered items, when they haven’t. I do not understand why Amazon continues to use them.

Desired outcome: Apart from wanting this current item delivered, I would like to see improvements made in their Surrey Warehouse to prevent it from continuing to happen. Amazon promises delivery on a certain date, these dates must be respected!

Intelcom Express Poor service

This is the second time that this company has not delivered my item to the right location. The last incident was today. The tracking clearly shows that I have a unit number which is located on the side of the building up the stairs. However for the second time within the last few months the delivery agent left my item in the front of the building on the sidewalk where anybody walking by can grab. Clearly, this is not a safe place to leave the item. This is not acceptable and if it wasn't for the good citizen that was walking by that walked it up to my apartment this could have been stolen.

Desired outcome: Make sure the delivery agents realize that leaving an item on the sidewalk is not a safe place to leave the parcel. They have to be more diligent.

Intelcom Express Lack of customer service and delayed shipping

I placed an order on April 12, 2022, which cleared customs on April 15, 2022. It sat ready to be picked up for 10 days. Intelcom finally picked up the item on April 25, 2022, and now it has not moved and there is no estimated delivery date. I have tried to call them 6 times and each time I'm on hold for 10-15 minutes and the line then goes dead. I have tried to do their live chat multiple times as well, and it always tells me that their is no agent available.

My package was originally supposed to arrive April 22, 2022. And now there is no estimated delivery date and no one to speak to about it. The website is also convoluted for trying to leave any sort of feedback. This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

Desired outcome: I would like my package delivered ASAP.

Intelcom Express Pick up returns and being on hold for over an hour

So frustrating…..I have a return waiting to be picked up by intelcom and the tracking expires today. I was on hold for over an hour, then hung up. Total bs if you ask me. So need to find a way to connect with Amazon customer service to get a refund. Going to purolator drop off is not an option for me. Frustrating

Where else can I go any suggestions? I love Amazon shopping but if I ever need to return something, it’s not worth the stress.

I got this email at 2 pm stating …Get ready for the easiest return ever! No box, no label, no problem. The driver ********** will arrive in the next 3 hours to pick up your return with tracking number ##########. Well here it is 7:43 pm and NO driver. Calling back Intelcom and on hold for another 30 mins with no one answering. Ffs! I may as well just donate the item. Frustrating

Intelcom Express Returns never picked up

Attempting to return an item ordered from Amazon.

Received the following on April 18: "Get ready for the easiest return ever! No box, no label, no problem. The driver Sukhman Singh Sandhu will arrive in the next 3 hours to pick up your return with tracking number INTLCMR100235734" - Sukhman never arrived and no explanation as to why.

Received email to reschedule. Did so and no response.

Tried again a couple of days later and received the following on April 26: "Get ready for the easiest return ever! No box, no label, no problem. The driver Naveen Khanchi will arrive in the next 3 hours to pick up your return with tracking number INTLCMR100235734. Naveen never arrived.

Filed a complaint via website - no response.

Currently on the phone trying to get service - 40 minutes and I am still waiting.

Why on earth would Amazon use these clowns.

Take a look at indeed to see what their workers think of the company.

Shocking.

Desired outcome: I would like to experience the "easiest return ever" - so far it has been my worst Amazon experience ever thanks to Intelcom. An even better outcome would be for Amazon to simply stop using this excuse of a company.

Ditto, same BS with me twice they said they're coming in 3 hours, no show, no call. This time I called after 5 hours and they said the driver is still on his way...nope.

Easiest return ever, yeh right! Now a third reschedule and I'm supposed to wait around 3 hours 3 times?

Intelcom Express Delivery driver

A driver delivered an Amazon package, tracking # INTLCM615540656 to the address 2771 Donald B Munro Dr today. The driver, instead of turning around in a huge laneway decided it would be faster to turn around on the lawn. This is the 2nd time this year. In the winter the driver got stuck on the lawn and tore it up. Unfortunately for you the driver drove over underground pipes.In my septic system damaging it. Why would he do this?

PS. I have him on our video surveillance system.

I will be estimating the damage and seeking compensation for all costs. Please provide the address of your legal dept.

Desired outcome: STOP DRIVING ON THER LAWN.I WANT TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE.PAY FOR REPAIRS.

Intelcom Express your pickup service - your phone service - INTLCMR100297220

This has to be the worst customer service I have had in years.

I scheduled a return from Amazon. No one came by, no one answers the GD phone. I was on hold for 98 minutes and then cut off.

Then today I was cut off again after 7 minutes.

Please have someone call me at [protected] or I will contact Amazon and advise them of this service.

Intelcom Express False delivery attempt, no way to contact customer service

My package IEN194780520N1 was out for delivery this morning. Suddenly it says: "We attempted to deliver your package. Your delivery will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day." There was no reason for this and no one rang our buzzer. As far as I'm concerned this was a false delivery attempt. My workplace has been open all day. There are clear instructions on every door of the building directing drivers where to go for deliveries (the back door/receiving area) and there is a buzzer to ring in plain view. There are several people there to answer the door. We are open until 4pm and that was at 11:04am. It makes no sense.

On top of that, the customer service phone number is saying: "Your call cannot be completed at this time." That usually means a line is disconnected. I have tried over the last 2 hours to call about 15 times. Same thing every time. Their live chat says: "A live chat agent is not available at this time." There is absolutely NO WAY to get in touch with anyone about this package at all today. It is completely unprofessional to have no way for customers to contact you.

Desired outcome: I want to know why my package was not delivered because we have been open all day and I want to know why the phone number isn't working because I want to speak to someone. I also want my package re-delivered tomorrow.

Intelcom Express Delivery driver

I was standing in my kitchen window and saw the driver walking up. He got to my gate and threw my package over the 5 foot fence on to the concrete sidewalk. He made no attempt to open my gate to safely deliver my product. I was at the open window and said loudly, hey! Open the gate... He looked me in the eye, said nothing, turned around, walked to his white dodge carivan... When I went to retrieve the package he looked at me again and once again said nothing, drove away.

You claim safely delivering packages is a priority yet he is one hand threw a box over my fence and was not gentle about it... I still have not received delivery notification and I can guarantee there is no photo of the delivered item.

Desired outcome: I want this complaint registered and the driver to be reprimanded so this does not happen again...he has no idea what is in the boxes or how fragile they are. You cant just toss things over a five foot fence and walk away

I placed a return order on April 13/22. I received a tracking number. Return information stated it would be picked up the next business day and it’s now April 24/22. I have not heard anything and have been on hold for past 30 minutes to figure out what’s going on

Intelcom Express False delivery attempt logged

This is the second time I've had false delivery information logged by intelcom for an Amazon order. Got an email saying my package was out for delivery followed immediately by another that said a delivery attempt was made. Amazon website says delivery was at 6:26pm. I was sitting in my living room at the time and my dad arrived 2 minutes later (picked up on my doorbell cam). Sadly it's snowing here, but that also helps me see that there were no footprints, nothing picked up on the camera, not to mention I was literally sitting by the window that faces the front door at the time of the supposed delivery attempt. Is it that intelcom needs to maintain stats to keep the Amazon contract? Seriously do better. At least be honest that delivery is delayed and don't blame the customer. I filled out a customer service form on the website about this but the word count is very restrictive. Last time I didn't hear back at all so not holding my breath this time. If drivers are overworked hire more. If drivers are just lying the company has some management issues.

Desired outcome: Start logging accurate delivery status. Do not blame customer because you're running behind or gave delivery drivers too many packages.

Intelcom Express Returns (amazon)

Whenever I call Intelcom, I wait 40 minutes to over 1 hour on the phone before someone answers. Different people ask for different things, it's kind of inconsistant and inconvenient, they cant even look my pickup or delivery by phone number. They also dont seem to write anything down and I have to repeat myself.

Also for pickup, there is no time frame or window given. They expect me to wait around all day and all night for them to randomly show up. When they are finally here out of the blue without warning or notification, they sometimes wont even come up to get the package even if I have supplied to information clearly to do so. Intelcom has told me repeatedly that someone will contact me within a few hours of pickup but that has NEVER once been the case. It's random.

Also online, their website doesnt seem to have a feature to schedule pickup online depsite what the people on the phone tell me from Intelcom.

Id say deliveries with Intelcom are pretty good with photos for proof, and notifications most of the time that it's on it's way etc.

Pickup, returns, their website and phone wait times and agents, just attrocious.

Desired outcome: way less wait times on phone.more professional people on phone, and delivery people.online way to book pickup or return, cancel, or change pickups or deliveries.

Intelcom Express Delivery

I received an email saying my package was out for delivery and an hour later I got another email saying that my package was delivered. I walk around the house and checked the doors. No package! I waited an hour on the phone and nobody answered. I called the next day and guess what? No answer! I tried the chat but is not working. Now I have no idea where my package is, and I can't talk to anybody. Worst service ever!

Desired outcome: I want my package and a huge apology for my stress

Intelcom Express No show for package pickup

I wanted to return a package I bought on Amazon via their Intelcom service. I was sent an email saying somebody from Intelcome would pick up the package that day, so I waited around at home all day but nobody showed up. When I tried to call their service desk (twice) to reschedule the pickup, nobody answer the phone. Absolutely terrible service!

Intelcom Express Customer service

I had a package that came to Edmonton warehouse and the customer service said thier is no update when the package will arrive to me. I asked to reschedule since Thursday because I was away in vacation and told me it would come tomorrow afternoon to me. Im very disappointed how this service went. I want to file an complaint for unprofessionalism and grievance. I asked to speak to manager and he said their unavailable. Thier is always managers when you have an concern with service. I submitted documents as proof that you made an exceptiin.

Intelcom Express INTELCOM failure to deliver

I ordered an important part through Amazon. Delivery was stated as April 8. On April 12, still nothing. Piney Bowes was supposed to deliver to me, but somehow handed it off to Intelcom. Tracked the parcel to the Intelcom warehouse in Prince George, BC - 140 km away. Tracking shows the package arrived there March 28. Impossible to contact anyone at Intelcom, either no answer or on hold for literally over an hour and nothing. What Intelcom say on their website is BS. A slow three legged donkey can do a better job than this company!

Desired outcome: I need my item, machinery is sitting idle without it. Call me, please.

Intelcom Express delivery

I pay for amazone prime to have my packages the next day and intelcom does not meet the deadline? he said that he made a delivery attempt and returned my package and I have to wait 3 to 5 more days? but he never made an attempt! its the worst delivery company i have seen in my life? he even has my phone numbers on the package and doesn't even bother to call, it's happened several times? i'm about to unsubscribe from amazon just to have no business with intelcom

Just takes a minute to call Amazon and ask for a supervisor, it is worth the wait. Tell them that you are calling to kindly offer your views about the extremely poor service that Intelcom provides to both Amazon customers and sellers. Refer them to this complaints website so they can see for themselves a glimpse of the complaints. Hopefully Amazon will take the next step to ban and prevent this courier from disappointing even one more customer. Your public input to Amazon is valuable free market research, and an extremely valuable tool to help streamline their operations, your opinion matters. If you get stung by this couriers business practices, simply stand your ground and cancel your Amazon order as well as membership if necessary, let them figure it out. I prepared 30kg of meat after my 3 hour delivery message of my Amazon salt cure order but it was never delivered, I wasted a lot of meat today, shady.

Intelcom Express Delivery

I have had a number of parcels not delivered by this company. Most recently, an order from Amazon that says it’s been in the warehouse since March 31 and it is currently April 8 and I have zero sign of it being out for delivery. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Very confused as to why it’s so challenging to deliver parcels as indicated. The last time I questioned where my parcel was after receiving a “confirmation of delivery” email, the delivery person came back 5 hours later, dropped the parcel at my feet and said “People get so bent out of shape when they don’t get their packages”

Ummmmm….YA!

Intelcom Express Pickup from my house.

This is one of the worst organizations I have come across.

The person who came to collect my package was not an employee of Intelcom.

He was a friend of the employee of Intelcom. When I asked for a receipt for my package he left hurriedly and said that a email would be sent to me. I never did receive that email. The package could not be tracked. When I called their office I was speaking to the worlds most retarded person. Had difficulty understanding what I was saying. Did not have a clue what to do. Don't use these useless company. They scammed me out of my package. They should not be in business.

Desired outcome: Refund would be good. Don't think they are capable of making a payment. The money will go to the wrong account.

I had a similar thing happen. [censored] driver picked up my delivery that was unrelated to intelcom, rather than the amazon return. Been given the runaround for [censored]in weeks now trying to get them to refund
