Intelcom Express "Lost in transit"

Package was supposed to be next day delivery. Was stuck at the facility for a day and a half, when I called they said they had no updates. I finally called on the 2nd day and they said the package was on way and they would update the file. Got the update which then immediately followed a "Lost in transit" update. When I called the guy said there was nothing he can do and to call the supplier. Horrible experience. Was an expensive item too so you just know someone stole it and they will not look into it at all.

My package was supposed to be delivered today and the irresponsible delivery man delivered it outside of my apartment building where people pass by so of course it will get stolen! He didn’t even call for me to get it or at least put it in the lobby safely. I’d like to find who is this delivery man and complain to his supervisor because of course my package got stolen the minute he put it down! My feeling is that he’s probably the one who stole it.

Desired outcome: I’d appreciate an apology from the delivery man I need to make sure he won’t do it again to me or to anyone, I already called for the refund so I just want the supervisor of the delivery man to put some sense into him!!

Intelcom Express Delivery not on time

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by 8pm Saturday Aug 20th. Waited all day until 6 when I got a notification saying it was sent back to the warehouse. I checked your hours and it says that you are open Monday to Sunday 8am-10pm. I called to see what the issue was and was told the driver ran out of time that day and also that my package won't be there till Monday now? How could he run out of time if he still had 4 hours left to deliver my package that was needed to be here by Sunday and if you are open monday-sunday, how come its not being delivered until Monday. Very dissatisfied customer right now and not pleased with your service. Someones not doing there job right.

Desired outcome: I don't know what you can do but I feel like some sort of compensation or an apology plus a reason as to why that driver couldn't do his job that day

Intelcom Express Unprofessional drivers

August 18th at around 8pm I saw an intercom driver pull in to my complex. There was a passenger in the van hanging out the window with no seatbelt. The driver attempted to use the buzzer to deliver my neighbour a package but she could not hear him. She became irate and started swearing telling the passenger “he can come pick it up himself” and threw the package across the van. It was a very uncomfortable experience and seems very unprofessional to me to allow employees to act in such a manner.

Intelcom Express No delivery - No package

Email sent to me said my package was to be delivered within 3 hours August 16, 2022 - 8:46 to 11:46. It never arrived. At 16:00 I received an email saying it was delivered. I called the company and they said the driver delivered the parcel to the front desk, signed the slip with NA, which was a lie. I am at the front desk.

I was told he would call me within 10 minutes. I waited, at work, 45 minutes after we closed. Big surprise, no phone call. Also it is 11 am August 17, 2022, no call from the driver and no package. Daljit never showed and lied to say that he was here.

Desired outcome: Find my package and deliver it - reimbure the cost of the goods and refund the shipping cost

Intelcom Express Delivery

We have recurring issues with the loss and disappearance of our Amazon deliveries when handled by Montreal based Intelcom Express. In many cases, we do not receive any call or notification that a delivery is occurring; the package is simply left unattended in the condo lobby area, even though the instructions are to deliver to the actual owner’s door. As a result, many packages are stolen.

Intelcom Express Lost parcel

Get notified parcel delivered . It hasn't been. Checked everywhere. Called was told the driver would locate the parcel. Speak to them again claim he delivered to wroung address and nothing they can do.

Out 500 and no TV.

Amazon won't reimburse us because online it says delivered. So in their mind we received.

The past month I have lost or gotten damaged parcels 8 times. Absolutely redicous horrible company.

Intelcom Express MLS store - white caps jersey

I would give 0 star if I could.

Got an email from MLS Store on August 2nd around 7pm saying that my package was delivered and went to the concierge an hour later. No one dropped off any packages and he couldn't find the package. Either they delivered it to the wrong address or someone stole it. There is no way to contact them to follow up on this, it just says that I should contact the merchant where I made the purchase, had to wait 3 days to have the jersey reshipped, hopefully some other company takes care of the delivery now. Intelcom Express is awful. The drivers are dishonest and I can't believe why this company is still doing business, check out lots of complaints on Yelp, TrustPilot and BBB.org

Intelcom Express Ebay parcel delivery

LPKEN000001091346249. On August 3d I received an email saying your package has been delivered with proof of signature. Proof of signature shows a handwritten word "security"(please see screenshot attached). I came down to the lobby, the package was not there and the sucurity was not even on duty in the condo at that time of the day. I sent Intelcom a complain about the driver and got a reply from customer experiance agent that there would be a second delivery attempt tomorrow befor 9PM. And nothing happened since then.

Desired outcome: please contact driver to ask where and with whom he left the package. why he did not make a delivery proof image? why not ask security staff for the first and last name?

Intelcom Express Intel com delivery

Have been waiting since July 18 for delivery (today is Aug2). Everyday delivery is “attempted” but never completed. I have been calling daily. I have asked them to have the driver call me if he is having trouble finding the address. No one ever calls. Intelcom says they will let the driver know-nothing. Finally I get an email “good news it has been delivered” but it says it was delivered at 2am and signed “NA”. So someone lied. They tell me to follow up with Amazon for refund, but I just want the package delivered. They will not connect me to a supervisor, will not escalate, just keep telling to to wait. Completely useless, terrible company

Intelcom Express Return Pick up

It has been 2 weeks that I requested a return for an Amazon package. I received around 7 messages and 3 emails saying that my return is scheduled for today but no one showed up.

I called the customer service around 7 times to check at which time slot the package will be picked. The driver couldn't be contacted, and even when they could locate him and said he will show in the next 2 or 3 hours, no one came.

And you have to wait for 2 days to reschedule a pick up but in vain because no one will come.

To note that another package was delivered on Sunday by intelcom so why didn't they schedule the pickup also?

Really frustrating!

Intelcom Express Delivery

Had a package "delivered" today. Was contacted by the driver because he couldn't figure out which building I lived in. After giving further instructions I let him know I was at work and that I would buzz him in using my phone and he could leave my package at the door. When arriving home my package was not at my door. I contacted the driver to see where my package was and I was told that he took it to the warehouse since no one was home. I then drive all the way across town to where he told me I could pick up my package and after about half an hour It turns out it was "delivered" and was apparently stolen from my secure building where I have had packages outside my door for FIVE days before due to Intelcom leaving a very expensive package outside my door without contacting me or gaining access to the building through appropriate means. Now all of a sudden a package, much smaller and less significant, is stolen 5 hours after delivery? And I'm giving a false story by the driver on where my package is? I am quite confident that the driver took the picture to confirm delivery and then took the package. So at the end of the day I don't receive my package and am out an hour of my time

Intelcom Express Return pickup

I had requested a return to be picked up. Intelcom came July 23,2022 at 11:11 am. There was not a knock on the door not a door bell rang. Just stuck a note on door,

took a picture that he had done so and walked away. My dog barked (must have heard a door shut) we went to door and driver driving away. He left a note on the door saying he attempted and will try again next day. I call intelcom stating I was going away and will not be here tomorrow. They assure me that is the best they can do. I call Amazon who were wonderful to deal with and refund me my money although I wanted to return the item. Amazon told me that the driver said our driveway was inaccessible and therefore could not pick up parcel. I will attach a video of him pulling up to our front door and walking to the door. Not one bit impressed at all.

Intelcom Express Non delivery and customer service hanging up on me

I contacted your customer service 4 times to help them deliver my package! You have delivered packages here several times. The first agent found my property on Satellite and pinned it for the drivers. The second added my phone number with instructions to call. The 3rd made new instructions and now it is shipped back to the US! The 4th customer service agent hung up on me because I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Are you proud of this service?

Intelcom Express Delivery of an order

July 18th still waiting on my Amazon order was supposed to come yesterday and then told today but has not moved no additional info either provided.

Item's last scan was at Saskatoon warehouse ready for sorting at 5:51am July 17th and from there nothing.

I am still waiting for this order. Normally the service is not this bad and I receive items as ordered on day of or after, but this is nuts to not receive it period.

I hold out hope that it was a mistake and it is still coming, but 99%sure it is not.

Intelcom Express Intelcom Pick Up Service

Return amazon order using Intelcom on Thur, Jul 14th, return website says pick up next business day. Wait at home whole day on Friday, Jul 15, nobody show up. Called customer service, say they will come Saturday. Wait whole day again, nobody press buzzer, nobody called me. Call service again, said my phone number on file was not correct... The drive didn't even press buzzer! and phone number on Amazon is correct. Rescheduled pick up on Monday. called multiple times confirm buzzer and phone number on every call to make sure driver has it correct and was advise I am in line number 40 and drive is working on number 39.

Driver spent over 1 hour on number 39 and is over 3 hours timeline states on email. Finally someone pressed the buzzer. Buzzed him/she in, waited 5 mins, nobody came up. Searched in lobby 2 times and called customer service request driver to come back pick up the item. Representative says drive is too far away and refuse to come back(this is about 20 mins from the buzzer rang), and driver will try tomorrow. Driver said he pressed buzzer 3 times and called me 2 times. Truth is buzzer only rang once and the phone number driver tries to approach me is still wrong according to customer care rep.

Try to talk to supervisor or raise complain to solve this problem, was then told by the rep that all managers are "very' busy, nobody can help and does respond to my complain request. Rep then cut off the phone says there is nothing he can help.

Try to call Intelcome again, nobody answer/pick up my phone for over 30 mins... I am assuming they recognized my phone number and just don't want to pick up.

Desired outcome: somebody pick up my item ASAP.

Intelcom Express Parcel tracking : lpken000001081742506

As previously done so many times, driver claimed tried delivery but was unable to.

I have heard no buzzer or knock on the door.

I have missed a whole delivery before. So it is becoming theft, and criminal.

It stayed for 10days last time. If it was for my decision, I would not deal with the company period., but it is the global shipping from usps of us.

Hopefully it gets rectified soon.

Intelcom Express Return of Amazon products

Received information from Intelcom about a pickup date and time so waited at home all day. No one came. The next day someone showed up when no one was home so rescheduled for another day. Stayed home with same result... no one came. Next day, told they would arrive between specific hours but no one showed. Then the Intercom tracker indicated the pickup has been cancelled. So frustrating... will not buy from Amazon ever again if this is the result

Intelcom Express 3rd time this year, crap service

worse delivery service bar none!

for the 3rd time this year, I have been sitting waiting by my open front door all day for a delivery that was "out for delivery" the first time this year, they said the package was delivered (it wasn't, and in the photo of it, it was leaning next to a wall I've never seen before) the second time they just lied, they said they tried to deliver but no one was home (I was, sitting in my open doorway all day waiting for them) this time, today, they said they tried to deliver after sending an email saying it would arrive within 3 hours, it wasn't, and again, I have taken the day off to wait for this package, and called the second I got the "failed delivery" email...

their complaints line is useless, their drivers are either liars, lazy, thieves, or just totally inept.

this is the third time this year (so far!) that they have screwed up the delivery... I wish Amazon would find another carrier, these guys are a nightmare!
