Fake delivery
Ordered a package from eBay. It was scheduled to be delivered on March 25.2020. Was informed that they were unable to deliver package. It will be delivered the next business day, no such luck. March 30th got a notice that the package was lost. Please contact seller. LPKEN000001003662550

two items missing out of three HBC000258409
I had placed an order for mens BOSS spray from The Bay
They also gave me two FREE items, one plastic BOSS case and a small body wash.
Saturday I had a package outside my door that had been retaped, not sure how driver got up to my door as there is a buzzer system, my phone never rang.
When I opened it, there was only the plastic FREE case.
My BOSS spray and small free item were missing and yet they are on the invoice which was in the box.
I called The Bay customer service and explained and was given claim number [protected].
Then called delivery Intelcom Express who said to call The Bay.
Called the delivery service Intelcom again and wanted to see if they would do more checking.
Talked to Mary who said she would let the warehouse know and they would contact the driver to see if explanation and they would call me back.
I have never had this courier and hope to never again as they take no responsibility.
Once it goes from the Bay to delivery service it is the delivery service responsibility.
I am very unimpressed with how this is handled.

I have looked on the complaints/review of intelecom express which people are saying it is a scam and parcels arent delivered or tampered with.
Desired outcome: would like the packages or reimbursed / sure I can see the blurred picture of package by my door that doesn't show it was retaped but two items out of three missing from INSIDE the package
Package claimed to have been delivered with signature but never did
I received a notification today that my packaged was delivered to me and signed. I did not receive my package AND I definitely did not sign off on my package to be received. When I looked at the digital signature, I did not recognize it at all.

This means the delivery driver decided to ask a random stranger to sign off on my package allowing them to take my package for themselves. I live in a condo with no conseirge. This is totally unacceptable and I have never experienced anything like this where a delivery person would allow a random stranger to sign off and take the package I spent money on.
Desired outcome: Please refund. I need to contact the merchant and make proof that I never received my items that your delivery driver decided it was okay to let a random stranger to sign and take my package.
Delivery driver extremely rude and aggressive
Driver attempted delivery when I was not home during lunch hour. He then asked me to meet him somewhere to get my Amazon package. I told him I am not comfortable with this, and told him he needs to either deliver my package or give me a slip to go pick it up from a post office. He then became very aggressive and condescending, obviously aware that I am a woman and calling me "mam". This behaviour is completely ridiculous and creepy and his demands were completely unacceptable. I'm sure I'm not the only person who wouldn't be comfortable picking up a package from a stranger in a random location.

Desired outcome: Driver should either be fired or receive extensive customer service training. The practice of even asking a customer to meet the driver somewhere should NEVER have happened.
Amazon delivery
The delivery guy rang my buzzer I let him in & was waiting with my apt door open so he knew what suite. He never came to my door so after 4 minutes I took the elevator down to the lobby & the delivery guy just left my package on the bench. Someone could have taken my package have I not went downstairs to see what was taking the delivery guy so long.
This is the worst delivery company ever in the history of mankind! Intelcom should just go out of business because your company doesn’t know how to treat customers! Your company sucks a$!
I've been trying to reach Intelcom's main tel. # for two days. I have an Amazon return that was automatically set for pick-up today, but someone has to be there. I work, so I wanted to save them a trip and arrange a different pick-up time. When I call it goes directly to a recorded message: "The circuits are all busy - please try again later."
Non-delivery of item. Lied, lied, lied!
My package was to be delivered to me Saturday March 12/22. Road closures caused item returned to warehouse, okay. Website states, "Delivery 7 days a week" and "automatically scheduled for next day delivery". [censored]! Not on Sun., Mon. so I called Tuesday and was told the next day (Wednesday). Email received Wed. evening at 10:29 as package delivered. I was home all night and from where I sat, I could see the street, driveway and front door step. I physically looked outside 20 minutes later and no package. Now Thursday, went to their warehouse location listed on website. EMPTY and moved out according to landlord. Landlord thinks that they went out of business. Meanwhile, who has my package? Three other people in my town had the exact same accounting of this incident on the same Wednesday. If no resolve between your company and myself within the aforementioned 72 hours, I will be going public with this story. Way too many pre-existing complaints not to. Perhaps local or maybe national news might be interested in this. My NEXT email is to the Better Business Bureau by the way. Just so you know, I'm pissed off.
Desired outcome: My item replaced at no expense to myself and an actual phone number provided to the company, not a useless call centre.

Horrible service. Package is in final city from last 2 days and still not being delivered. Customer service is horrible. Online Chat gets disconnected automatically even when I am waiting for their reply.

Fake delivery attempt, inaccurate tracking - where is my parcel?
Hi,
A parcel was supposedly delivered by Intelcom at my home on March 14.
Tracking number INTLCMC516230379. I never received it. Tracking indicates the parcel was delivered 25km from my home in Longueuil, QC, 3 minutes after the scan-out from the warehouse in Beloeil. Tracking indicates parcel was delivered in Beloeil: looks like it never left the warehouse.
Tracking also includes signature NA instead of a picture where the parcel was delivered. I was home all day on the 14: the driver did not ring to signal his presence.
Desired outcome: Please find my parcel and deliver it for real. Intelcom must review its procedure and tracking process as it does not provide acurate information.
Rude customer service
Tried to phone their Customer Service contact us line spoke with Charlito TOUSSAINT on March 11, 2022 at 18:14hrs is when I made the call. He was extremely rude and spoke over me and eventually hung up before i could finish my sentence. I asked him what Tendered for Delivery meant as that is what it said on my tracking. He told me that it meant it was not delivered.

I have contacted the company that delivered the package to Intelcom Hub and they have confirmed it has been shipped to Intelcom Hub wearhouse that is in my city and provided evidence it has been shipped there.
I understand how busy it is for ordering and receiving things, however for one of your Customer Service reps to laugh at a customer when they have a concern, speak over them and then hang up doesn't look the best on your company.
Desired outcome: What i would like the most is some clarification on where my package is, and for better customer service.
Non Delivery Of Amazon Packages
So far i have not received 3 separate Amazon packages via Intelecom Canada. All times the tracking update says Deliverable. I live in a rural area and we have always had packages transferred to Canada post for final delivery but Intelecom refuses to do so stating my address is not found. Amazon if you are listening, get rid of these guys or you will lose a tone of business.

Property damage
On Friday February 24 a delivery person damaged our door bell, now no longer working. He jammed the button in the on position causing the the transformer to overheat and burn out. I was sitting in the kitchen when some one started hitting the door bell. I was afraid to answer the door. After looking out the window I noticed a microwave oven box on the step. I then went to the door. Door bell still ringing. The delivery person was very angry and upset. Very poor and aggressive attitude. Told me his GPS sent him to back alley at the rear of our property. Said he could see us in the the house and was jumping up down outside our fence trying to get our attention for half an hour. Eventually he decided to go to the front door ? . Also, last delivery conformation from Amazon stated Monday Feb 28. Was not anticipating delivery on Friday evening at 6:30 by some one in an unmarked mi van.
Bottom line, our door bell is broken and needs to be replaced. I will stay in touch with Amazon until this issue is resolve.

Package from Amazon
I had a package from amazon guaranteed delivery was sat. Feb.26/22. After waiting all day I get a notification that the package was delivered, but I never received it. After phoning intercom twice they contacted the driver, he's trying to say he delivered it which was a complete lie. They said there was nothing they could do to call amazon, explaining the situation, amazon sent me a replacement, quarantined delivery sun. 27 after sitting in all day again, I called intercom they said they didn't have the parcel to call amazon, so I explained i'd received an email from amazon that the parcel was on it's way, he said call amazon there's nothing he can do. Mon. Feb. 28. I phoned intercom about the package phoned three times asked for a supervisor to call me, all three hung up the phone. End of last month I went through exactly the same thing, ordered box of dog treats kept getting the run around from intercom received it one wk. Later. I have two day shipping. Three times out of five intercom will delay my orders then lie and say they don't have it. Talked to a amazon guy last night he stated that I was the third person that he'd talked to yesterday alone that intercom gave the run around to. What we need is for someone to write up a petition on line to get rid of intercom then amazon will deal with another delivery service. You'll be surprised how many signatures that'll be on there. All we want is our parcels not a big hassle from intercom.
delivery / lost package
I would like to place a complaint.
One of my packages is lost already (INTLCMC451512170), so I had to ask for a refund and order again. I also have another package on the way. This package no. INTLCMC474838554 contains part for my car and has been sitting in somewhere for three days with no update. I have been told by customer service they won't hold it for more then 48 hours. This is causing me extra expenses every day. Your customer service is unable to help, closing chats and cancelling calls.. Assuring people that package is going to arrive next day.. TOTAL [censored]! This is unacceptable.
After my last experience with you I am very upset that you won't deliver this car part at all, especially after reading all those same experiences from others.
Can you provide more information on the delivery, can I contact Kelowna warehouse and pick it up so I can be sure that I will get my part before you lose it. As I do not believe you anymore.

Terrible courier
I ordered a package from Amazon, who inexplicably is using Intelcom to ship it. Due its value it requires a signature. The Intelcom driver on the first day that it was supposedly out for delivery didn't finish his shift, marked the package as "attempted," and returned it to the warehouse. Instead of trying again the next day, Intelcom waited until Monday.
On Monday, the package was out for delivery, and at 9am the driver supposedly attempted to deliver it again. The driver claimed that they tried to call me, but I didn't receive any calls from Intelcom. The driver also didn't use the callbox in front of my apartment, which works for everyone else. He took a picture of the apartment building (carefully excluding the callbox apparently, based on the description from customer service), claimed that he attempted to deliver, and didn't.
On Tuesday the tracking information showed no updates, so I contacted Amazon, who contacted Intelcom and received assurance that the packag would be delivered that day. The tracking information remained unchanged.
Later in the day I called Intelcom customer service, and was informed that the package had not made it onto a truck that morning and was scheduled to be delivered the next day (Wednesday), directly contradicting what the Intelcom reps told Amazon.
On Wednesday, the tracking information remained unchanged. I called Intelcom again and learned that the package had not been scheduled for re-delivery, and was told to wait for another day.
I contacted Amazon again, informing them about Intelcom's lies and demanded escalation. These lies make it seem as if Intelcom is intentionally delaying delivery of my package, and it reflects poorly on Amazon for tolerating it by continuing to use Intelcom as a shipper.
Desired outcome: Delivering packages reliably... you know, their job?

They kept my package for over 2 weeks and attempted to deliver 6 times, on the 6th time they claim it had been delivered and signed for, when this isn't true as there was someone waiting for it to arrive. I contacted their customer service numerous times and their agents weren't helpful and hung up the call on me when trying to press for further explanation.

Today morning feb 14,2022, i almost hit by a careless driver coming from his driveway after his delivery on oxford main road near oakridge secondary school between 7:45am to 8.00am. After that i followed that driver and see , he is rushing for his deliveries and drives careless and deadly , im going to report to police department asap. To stop this non sence

Package not being delivered
Intelcom has had my package in their possession for over a month, and have made "numerous attempts" to deliver the package, but it keeps getting returned to the warehouse. In speaking with their customer service (I have called them over a dozen times), they offer excuse such as:
"it's coming tomorrow"
"driver flagged the address as not found" (Intelcom managed to successfully deliver 2 other packages to my address)
"your package is on the truck and you are delivery #3"
"we'll email the warehouse"
I have also been hanged-up on and never contacted by a supervisor as I requested.
Desired outcome: I would like my package delivered.
No Delivery
Ordered a package from Amazon and was expected Feb 1. They apparently had the wrong address when the address clearly only exists in Richmond BC. Called three times now and just this third time the call rep hung up on me. Seems like everyone thats filed a complaint has a similar experience. Can't believe Amazon still uses this company to deliver.

I have had a package left in Surrey BC since Jan 20,2022. Every time I call. They said they would send an email to the warehouse. Ive tried 5 times this week and still do not have a resolution. I have been hung up on 3 times today alone. I am just asking for my package to be delivered. Simple ask but "Andrew Nick" keeps hanging up on me when i ask for an update.
