Customer service
I live out of town and twice now I have gone during the business hours (4-5pm) and no one has answered the door! There is no phone number to call the building so I have to wait outside in -45 C weather and no one ever bothers to answer the door. This is the worst customer service and business I have ever dealt with. The hours of operation are very limited and then when they do say they are open, they do not answer. Since your business has taken over the delivery of parcels it has been a complete nightmare for me & many other people I have talked to, to get our parcels.
I am VERY unimpressed by your business & wish I had some other way to get my parcels delivered.

No delivery even attempted
I ordered an item from Amazon and was brought to the Intelcom warehouse in Surrey on Jan 17th. I called multiple times to figure out why my package is not being delivered and was continuously told to wait 24 more hours day after day. They continued to tell me someone will call me when my package is out for delivery but I never got any calls. Then on Jan 28th, I called again and they stated there was an issue with delivery (when no one even came to try to deliver) and when I called was told my package was sent to Nanaimo instead (by accident) and to wait 24 more hours. Now they are telling me it is at the Burnaby location warehouse and to wait 24 hours again. Now my package has been with them for two weeks without delivery. When I call, they just hang up the phone. How unbelievable that after all of these awful reviews and poor service they are still in business. Unacceptable. I can only imagine how many orders they are not completing and how much money they are costing the businesses by telling customers to get a refund instead of just delivering the parcel as ordered.

"parcel delivered" was never delivered
This company is unbelievably unreliable, I got parcels "delivered" by them before and their driver almost never rings my apartment, just leaves parcels at the front of my building where it is not safe, I have been lucky none of the parcels were stolen before until this time, I got an email saying my parcel (lpken000000955404102) was delivered, where? No idea, there is a "proof of delivery" he says "n/a" by someone handwriting, I was home the entire time and then again nobody buzz my apartment or call or anything, when I read the email 2 hrs later I immediately went looking for my parcel, apartment door, front of my building, the next building and everywhere I could think of where my parcel could be with no luck, my package was gone or maybe was never even delivered to my address, make me wonder if the courier was actually at my place, the only thing I know for sure is, I don't have my parcel and they created a headache for me since now I have to file a claim with eBay and go back and forth with emails which I hate. Stay away from Intelcom

Two parcels ordered from ebay - "delivery" confirmed, but never found
I ordered two parcels from Ebay (a DVD boxed set and a cassette tape) and received notifications they had been delivered with signature (no such thing attached to the emails) on December 27th, almost one month ago. However, when I actually checked, they were nowhere to be found (not in the mailbox, lock box, in front of the door, or anywhere on my floor). I described my problem to resident services and they were unable to locate the packages. Both email confirmations of the supposed delivery are attached. Thereafter, I called Intelcom twice and was unable to get anyone on the line. I also sent them 3 messages online on December 30, January 6, and January 14; they claim they should get back to you within 48h, yet I am still waiting.
I find this lack of professionalism upsetting and I expect at the very least to hear back from the delivery company. To make matters worse, one of the items was a rare find; it is unlikely I will be able to find another copy any time soon. Unfortunately, judging by the other complains I have read here, I am clearly not alone in this situation. I wish to find out what really happened to those packages.
Desired outcome: Either get the parcels finally delivered or get a refund through Intelcom
Update on the situation described above:
While Intelcom customer service did finally contact me and admitted that the packages were likely delivered to the wrong address, they showed no interest in refunding me and suggested instead I communicate with the vendors. Nonetheless, I believe that Intelcom should accept accountability for the error and proceed with the refund.
Order not received
I don't believe that IEN179525306N1 is "lost" for a second as I've been told by one of your employees. It was scanned: "Arrived at Terminal Location" multiple times on different days since the end of December, the last one being Jan 4. It must be nice to not have any accountability with the Vendors for all the packages Intelcom seems to "lose". I'm not sure...

I ordered on Amazon, and unfortunately the delivery company was Intelcom. I was clear the item had to be delivered between 9 and 5 as it was business. I was advised on the phone that they would make it happen. They have attempted delivery 5 times after 5pm, and now they're won't even try again. It's sitting at their warehouse... I love Amazon, but won't order from them again for fear the courier would be Intelcom. Never had such an awful experience with a courier company.
Delivery issue
Absolutely terrible, both as a delivery company and a customer service. When asked to talk to management or supervisor, customer service rep simply hang up on me.
Get notification on Monday my package is scheduled to be delivered in the next 3 hrs. Followed by "delivery address not found" from the tracking page. Same day Monday get the update of package is returned to warehouse. Called the customer service on Tuesday, confirmed my address even though they've delivered over a hundred times to my address. An agent said an email will be sent to the warehouse to update the info. Thursday is day 3 and no update on the tracker showing if it is out for delivery (still showing the package is being processed by our local team. More information will be available shortly). Called them again, was told an email will be sent to the warehouse to update the info. Again!
So I call again today Friday over 10 times, because customer service rep kept on hanging up on me. Talked to an agent who makes another call to find out it's going to be out for delivery within next 24-48 hrs. What?
Worst courier I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. This company needs to be shut down.
We continue to have recurring issues with Intelcom, namely the failure to notify us of an actual delivery, loss of packages, delays etc…. So far, the situation remains the same with no action from Amazon and / or Intelcom. The packages are simply left without notifications and many have been stolen as a result. This is totally careless and unacceptable!
Delivery Issue
I live in Sault Ste Marie and have been waiting for a package that has been in their warehouse - Industrial Park - for the 4 days.

I had another order in December that sat in their warehouse for 17 days until I finally went up and demanded my package.
Called Amazon today and they are in the process of ATTEMPTING to get useless Intelecom to deliver.
I will ask Amazon for a refund as the driver has more than likely found a new buyer for it!

Their chat system does not work and from I can see NEVER has.
You call and sit on the phone for up to 2 hours only to have it answered by rude CSR, who tells you it is Amazon or the Vendors fault and to contact them.
The vendor PAID Intelecom to deliver, it is not their problem.
This company is useless.
Desired outcome: Deliver the product on time, don't lie to the customer and get less rude CSR and fix your Chat system.

Absolutely horrendous experience dealing with this "company". Customer service is almost NON-EXISTENT. First got hung up on twice after waiting as their agents are clearly not being monitored, all working from home with ZERO professionalism. Their main objective is to get you OFF the line ASAP, that is ONLY if they choose to pick up and speak to begin with that is. The agent who was kind enough to take my call just about hung up on me telling me there is nothing he can do for me. When asked about the photo of the package as per their own policy to see where the package could have been dropped off they just said they can't do it and to call back. When asked for clarification as to why a photo is not available none was given. What a JOKE and a GONG SHOW of an operation! Stay FAR FAR AWAY from these CROOKED PIRATES. You WILL regret ever dealing with these clowns. 100%

Packages not being delivered
I spoke to a customer service rep at Intelcom Express on Monday Jan 10 asking about the whereabouts of my packages. I was told they were in the warehouse and would be delivered Wednesday Jan 12. They did not show so I called again Thurs Jan 13 and was told it would be delivered that day or the next being Fri Jan 14. Once again they did not arrive so I called that evening and was told they'd be delivered Sunday Jan 16 or Monday Jan 17 at the very latest. I called this morning to confirm that they would be out for delivery as promised and was told yes they would be. I asked again if he was sure they would be delivered today and was told yes and to be patient or call back if it doesn't arrive by 8pm.
Still nothing has arrived, yet I am told my packages are in the warehouse and have been there for nearly 2 weeks! I asked to come pick them up myself but was told no that I couldn't due to covid. I was also told that delivery was attempted once but the driver couldn't find my address. What!? Do the drivers not have GPS or even a phone to call me for directions! I have been home everyday so I do not believe delivery was attempted.

Amazon packages
I have four pages in a row that was supposed to be delivered by Intelcom Courrier Canada Inc. and didn't get any of my packages. I tried contacting the company and it said 24-48 hours reply and it's been 6 days and nothing. 4 days ago they said they attempted delivery which was false and they returned one of my packages to their facility. You would think it would go out the next day but that's not happening. I'm hoping to never have to deal with them again and I hope Amazon stops using them. I've talked to many others in my area and they are experiencing the same issues.

Package not delivered with significant delay
I ordered a package from eBay on November 10th and it is now January 17th and I have yet to receive the package which Intelcom express has had since at least early December. I have called several times including twice today (Jan 17th) - I have been hung up on three times, despite being calm and polite (especially considering the circumstances). The first time I called on January 10th, I was told I should call back if I didn't receive the package on January 14th. I called Jan 14th as I didn't receive the package and was told it would be delivered on Jan 16th. It wasn't, so I called January 17th and was told an attempt to deliver would instead by made on February 6th. I asked if I could just pick up the package myself and was told this was not allowed. I can only assume they have stolen my package and from other similar complaints, this seems to be their way of operating. They really should be charged with theft for not delivering as they are offering no reason for why I can't pick it up or why they need another three weeks to deliver.

My tracking number shows that my package has been received at Intelcom delivery warehouse on Jan. 4th. I still haven't received it. I called customer service on 3 different days to inquire about the whereabouts of the package and twice the customer service reps hung up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they're not available. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my package or any info. I would just like at least an update! If they package is lost - put it into tracking info. If there's not enough drivers - put it in the tracking info. Terrible customer service. And the item I'm expecting is one of a kind and cannot be re-ordered from the vendor again. Super disappointed and frustrated with this company.

Parcel shown as delivered was not delivered. Courier service in this area completely unreliable. Parcels show up damaged or not at all Prince George BC Drivers the problem. I contacted [protected]@intelcomexpress.com with no satisfaction. I was told they could not contact the driver but they contacted the warehouse. Lot a good that does. It is just one coverup after another. The tracking ID. for this parcel is [protected].

Delivery
Lied and said item was delivered. It was not. I was hope waiting for them. received a delivered email an hour after the delivery by time. So either their driver stole it or is just a liar who is too lazy to do his job.
Contacted customer support. Heard a rehearsed spiel about filing a complaint and that I would be contacted. Heard nothing back.
How amazon works with them I'll never know. They should be shut down immediately.
Company is a fraud at this point.

My package has been at the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia warehouse for a week. Delivery was attempted twice. No reason was given for the failure of the first delivery. The second delivery was apparently weather-related (I found this out talking with a person from the company when I phone the 844 number. The local delivery warehouse did not notify me). The last communication I had was January 8. It is not January 13. There has been no communication from the warehouse and I have been unable to connect by phone to [protected] for 2 days.
This is absurdly bad service. All I want is my package delivered. I have given specific instructions concerning the delivery and where the driver can park.
Please just get my package delivered!

Home Delivery
For several days I have been expecting parcels from AMAZON via Intercom Express. Every day the tracking shows delivery attempted, but no one has tried as we have been at home. Try to CHAT - never seems too be someone available. Phone the number after 15 minutes you get cut off.
They have delivered here at least 40 times before. What is wrong all of a sudden.
Fake attempted delivery
Not much to say... A Walmart online order to be picked up in STORE! Tracking stated delivery attempt... NO! NO! NO!
Why is nothing ever done about these clowns?! The internet is littered with these complaints.
