On the 5 march 2017 I missed my bus which the departure time was 21:50 and by that time I was there I only failed to be at the station 30 min before departure, and I called the call center for assistance to reschedule my ticket, if the is any penalties I can pay them, instead I was told my ticket is forfeited which is not the t&cs on the ticket I signed for. Now the company they want me to 100% again for a new booking.
Same thing that happened to.me with intercape its a day light robbery
This has also happened to me recently. I am really troubled that a bus company can not either refund less a charge or reschedule at least add a fine
I'm also dissapointed at in ntercape I was at the parkstation on time just not 30 min before the bus was gone. I had to book another bus for my daughter just yesterday for 18:30 earlier one was 13:30. At 18:45the bus was still at park station. There's no consistency. Only day light robbery
This happened to me just now and I'm very upset that in this age and time the bus company has no alternative for such instances, a fine or penalty for missing a bus at least will surface
i did call for to ask for the next stop since well my kids were waiting on the other stop of the bus not the one that was written on the ticket but the bus normally passes there but yesterday it did not pass there.now they say the ticket was forfeited.please be reasonable when your busses are late we understand sometimes u do not even send messages,they even break on the road we wait hours for the next bus to come,but we still support you but on your side you do not do the same.from NOMPHELO GQAMANA [protected]
