InTown Suites Room filled with fumes due to renovation work

I had stayed with InTown suites from last week of 25TH - 31 ST October 2023 in - DOWNERS GRROVE, Chicago.

They gave me a room which was filled with fumes from the renovation work that was happening.

I was suffocating and moved out of the room after 2 days due to health problems. It was a total risky and I want my money back as I was not able to complete my stay.

I also demand payment for the health problem.

InTown Suites Stolen Property

On 10/05/2023, my son's playstation 5 and iphone was stolen out of his room. He left for work around 5:30 am and returned later that evening. This is when he realized his items had been stolen. This location was in Jackson, Ms. A police report was filed. We are still waiting for a response from Intown suites. I'm hoping that Intown suites will assist with obtaining the stolen items or assist with replacing them. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com.

Also, I would prefer to work with the customer service team rather than anyone at the local location. No one has been rude, just appear to be nonchalant.

InTown Suites Extended stay

I moved in late July 27th and the place is nothing like the pictures. The place smells of smoke and weed and is filthy. Stains all over the wall. Cockroaches everywhere even on the third floor. The night of July 31st the smoke alarm starts going off and won’t stop at 1:30 in the morning. I called the maintenance line and they said they needed to get a battery, 45 minutes later still no battery. So I called again and they just removed the alarm off the ceiling. Truly filthy and low quality. Says it’s non refundable but I didn’t sign up to live in this place completely false advertising.

InTown Suites The general mang at the macon ga location

i was a tenant at macon in town suites fpr over 9 mos was receiving nurses aide and therapy had oxygen equipment at the room i took ill one evening called paramedics they came asked my condition i said my breathing imp[aired they said reports of tb breakout in the premises i wasnt aware but was treated in hospital for that my stay in macon hospital was over 2 wks then to atl for further observation was diagnosed not with tb but covid upper respetory infection staff infection and breathing impairment came back to macon was in oxygen tent for 10 days no use of my cell when out of tent i was allowed a call tried my sister but no reply then my gf tild her ti get in touch with mang at in town suites about recovering my possessions when she called the manf campbell said my stuff had been thrown away she asked why he said he told me i had 30 days to recover he told me nothing there was no contact whatsoever he lied so im filing a complaint against him and want the value of my thrown away possessions compensated for and if this isnt met want to bring suite aganst this campbell mang and will voice my words ioenly on public forum about the way i was treated at in town suites i wait for a reply to my submission to this form in a timely manner or i will takr further steps

InTown Suites Manager

The general manager refused to let us stay there because we didnt bring our service dog in. She continued to tell me that I must not need the dog if its not with at that moment. The dog could have been doing any number of things. She then told me that ptsd sounds like emotional therapy dog and that isn't a service dog. She has no business determining who has a service animal and when and where they take them. Thats between me and my doctors. This is now costing me $700 a month more to find a last minute place to stay. I spoke with family that runs the federal court and they said the judge said to get a lawyer. I expect someone to contact me back. I have investigated this property and found they have a pattern of discrimination of people with dissabilities. This would be a class action suit. InTown Suites Hotel Stay

Incident date: 06/01/2023 - 06/14/2023

Front Desk Agent: Leslie

This agent has a constant attitude problem. Everything we ask about our bill or make a statement about when the receipt says we supposed to pay. The manager pynapple already explained to us how it works and told us when our pay date is. Every time we talk to leslie who has her toddler at the front desk with her she doesn't want to answer our questions or relay the message to the manager to get the right information. This has been ever since we moved in the uptown suites centennial, CO. I need to hear from someone about this matter because she is very disrespectful and I'm a current resident at the hotel.

InTown Suites Horrible service and for deliberately trying to embarrass me

This isn’t the first time but the office staff especially the manager are unbelievably rude! Today was especially horrible and I need a call from someone at corporate as soon as possible! Or I will be contacting 3 on your side they will love to know all of the stuff that goes on around here, and not legal stuff! I pay my weekly rent and don’t cause problems the least I deserve is a little courtesy and decent customer service. The debit card machine was down and the card on file needs the expiration date updated and she couldn’t do it. Then she proceeded to say that I have 30 thousand cards on file- not possible by the way! This lady has no customer service experience and should not be working with customers! She always looks and acts like she hates her job! There were several people in there and she also said well you’ve been here since 2019 with a tone in her voice purposely trying to embarrass me somehow! I have nothing to be embarrassed about, I pay my rent and keep to myself! She should be ashamed of herself, she is absolutely horrible! This is unacceptable and inappropriate! I am absolutely livid and I EXPECT a call ASAP!

InTown Suites Management and health

Today topped the cake. I was a witness to the amazing Manager Ms Danisha get into a full blown altercation with one of the people at the hotel. It was the worst display of management I have seen ever from someone. She provoked the fight with the lady never trying to calm her or herself to say the least. With how dangerous and unpredictable everyone is you would think that management in a place where there is multiple lives in danger. Kids are present and so many people are unaware of what's happening who knows what someone is thinking the worst is always right around the corner. I am outraged at her behavior and how no one in higher positions making sure that things are orderly and running smooth. That's the first problem of the day the second is I have searched and called emailed and begged for anyone to give me a human to talk to about the problem with the roaches. I can't get anyone to answer to respond and now knowing Ms Danisha would rather fight with the hotel stayers I see where her cares are. I am not complaining cause they are gross and present I am complaining because they are a health issue. I literally have taken my son to the ER 2x this week for dysentery and a terrible asthmatic attack. I understand if I don't like it I can move but unfortunately I am not able to do that with things like they are in my financial days. All I ask if they tried to spray like they are at least trying and when I say they I don't mean the lovely security guard that looks homeless and treats others with such disrespect. I didn't know the first time I spoke to him that such people could find employment with a position of dealing with the public and presentation of a hotel where it should be clean and presentable at all times.

Desired outcome: Immediate response back by calling me at area code [protected] my name is Brittany and it is absolutely dire that you respond back to me before I take other actions.

InTown Suites Room that was rented to me

I have been staying here now going on three weeks only due to convenience of location but this has been a problem from day one. So upon booking my suite which was supposed to be booked as a premium renovated suite I ended up upon arrival being told first that the room I reserved wasn’t available so they put me in a traditional room which is supposed to be 349.00 plus tax but I’m being charged 450 weekly and looking at the website after taxes the premium room is less than that . I was given a room that was disgusting it smelled like pure cigarettes literally like a walk in ash tray, the carpet is nasty and messed up, only one of the burners on the stove works and my toilet was stopped up the same night and because maintenance never came I had an emergency and ended up having to spend almost $20 on a plunger to plunge the toilet or it could not be used. I was told I could move into the premium suite I originally booked the following week and then when the week was up the lady acted like she knew nothing about any of my hassle after talking and promised to talk to her manager and get all issues resolved. Then she tried saying that my original booking was actually for a traditional room and when I showed her on my phone the room I was shown online she said oh I understand why you are upset those are advertising false information and I assure you we will fix it. Again nothing was fixed in my room, nothing was resolved and I’m paying for a premium suite awhile staying in a stinky nasty old room paying way more than I should weekly. My spouse and I also work at night and on top of everything else we come home early morning to kids running up and down the hallways like this is their personal home making noise all day and night and my door is messed up too so I literally have to slam it and push hard to get it to close this is such poor customer service for a guest paying weekly and on time and we are quiet and don’t bother anyone. If I could move I would and I came here under the false uimpression this was a quiet comfortable environment but instead it’s been miserable and whoever thinks this type of treatment to guests is acceptable doesn’t need to be in the hospitality business because it’s anything but hospitable.

Desired outcome: I would love to get my premium room that I was tricked into believing I was moving into because I’m paying for a premium suite already and I have a nasty noisy stinky room that’s not fit for an animal to live in

InTown Suites Being woken up two days in a row by staff

Prior to checking in I was told about housekeeping and that I could deny services. But I was not told that they have to come in and do a safety check. I was taking a nap before going to get my children from school when I was waken by housekeeping to check my room with no prior knowledge. Today. I was once again woken out of my sleep so the exterminator could spray. When I attempted to complain to management, I was told she did not want to speak with me and that they would not be renewing my stay which I obviously had no intention of doing so. As I was only here until tomorrow when my home is finished.

InTown Suites Virginia Beach

Me and my family stayed at the Intown suites located in Virginia Beach 416 blvd around 12/29. When I first checked in I asked to see the room first. The microwave didn't work and I was told they would fix it the next day, which I told them no, we need the microwave. They sent the maintenance man and he fixed it. First sign, but we needed somewhere to stay, life unfortunately? The Gm Maya and Marietta have been horrible and rude to us constantly since we stayed there. We walk into the office they don't smile, nor greet us and had awful attitudes any time we ask a question. It got to the point where we didn't even want to deal with them. In February They both came up to our room for a "room check." They checked the air conditioner, the sink and then left. The next day we went down stairs to pay for our room as we always did on Thursdays and Maya hands us a piece of paper that said that our room was filthy. That room was the cleanest it's probably ever been since we stayed there. We are very clean people. We refused what she was saying, and she asked us to leave. We prepared to leave, eventhough we had nowhere to go, with no notice. All we asked was for them to go up stairs check the room before we leave so that they couldn't lie and say the room wasn't left the way we left it, since they already lied about us being "filthy." They refused, they closed the office door and we called the police. The maintenance man came out shouting at my mother, and Maya and Marietta charged at my mother and attacked her. They also called one of their family members down to fight us. What kind of p l ace is this. My mother fell down, and they scratched her face.

Desired outcome: I would like whomever to look into this, to at least reach out to us with what you are going to do to these people, an apology for us being inconvenienced and wronged.

InTown Suites Employee Racial Slurs

On March 6at about 12pm Intown employee Latanya and Jesse racially discriminated against me and called me [censored] I came to the front office at 6923 San Pedro Ave San Antonio Texas 78216 when I requested linen Latanya came out and told me they change linen on certain days when I told her "I was not aware of that her and Jesse began to discriminated saying I didn't read their paperwork explaining they began to torment me verbally demeaning me for not reading the paperwork then threatened to force me out the office when I stated I will file a complaint they retaliated by calling the police

Desired outcome: That Latanya and Jesse be removed fome their position at Intown for I'm force to file a 42USC 1983

InTown Suites Roach infested and smart mouth from front desk

I own a small company I sent three guys to your hotel at 6623 Preston hwy the fist two rooms we were shown was roach infested my guys said they didn't want a room with roaches some lady named Connie said she was a manager told us that all the rooms had roaces and she said Corp refuses to do anything then she told on of my guys he could stay with her she would take care of him after he turned her down by telling her he was happily married then she told all them to leave she had no room for them very unprofessional it's supposed to be a hotel not a [censored] house my understanding that's illegal in Kentucky they asked why they had no rooms all of a sudden her answer was Corp will not do anything about roaches so the guest can just deal with it so between the bugs and the sexual misconduct I'm asking you to handle the situation with the hotel and her I would like to do buisness there your prices are fair but not under those circumstances especially that woman this can be solved or made a legal matter my men should not have to sleep with her to pay money to stay there and the should not have to sleep with bugs my next step is my legal department and the news channel I believe you have a good company the employee decisions need work
