My tracking device says they delivered my package but I was here and no one knocked or called. I will like to know where my package is and what's going to happen from now. I wonder if you can help me ? I ordered some football boots for my son, when my order was placed the money was taken from my account immediately, I then got an email from the seller stating that the boots was out of stock and would I like them in a different colour ? I replied saying no thank you I'd just like a full refund, I then received an email saying this would take between 30 and 40 days, to this I replied saying that I was disgusted and 30-40 days wasn't good enough as you'd taken my money within seconds so why do i have tonwait so long? I then received an email saying it would be 10, I still have not received any money from the seller! I sent another email saying how appalled I was and that is be reporting them to trading standards and yourself.
The way this seller has treated me is disgusting, all I want is my money back so I can buy my son the football boots he wants, it makes me wonder how many other people the seller is trying to rip off ?

I placed this order on the 5th of July and still no sign of my order which has been payed for because the money has been taken from my account. I have received and email to say this has been shipped like 2 weeks after I placed it. Messaged the seller various times and the response was rude and unprofessional saying that I would have to wait away . Nearly 3 months and still no sign of my order i have been bk on ioffer to message the seller and coincidently they are no longer selling goods and cannot get intouch with them.
