iOffer shoes and cap

I have been cheated real bad I ordered for adidas nmd. And beforw ordering j asked the seller regarding the product. To which he said as per image in ad. The product I received was the cheapest copy of nmd adidas. Pathetic cheap copy. N I paid 22 dollars for it. Even stitches coming out. No business ethics.

And I purchased a cap n again when askin for the product the seller says yes. And after paying the product is not available it seems and he agreed to refund my money. But the funny part is almost a month now and no refund.
This s really bad. Worst experience. Attaching pics and link too.

iOffer shibaohe8 rose gold 8.5 leather gucci slippers

I have ordered this item on July 28, 2017. It is now September 1, 2017 and I have not received my order. I have not received anymore emails about my item or any communication with the seller shibaohe8. They gave me a tracking number that I've been trying to track for the longest, but it's a bogus tracking number it doesn't let me track my item. The phone number they gave me was also bogus, their voicemail box is only in Chinese and I only speak English . I just want my item . I spent $20 and I'm getting very upset with this company.

iOffer be warned

Don't buy anything from them. They don't ship orders! their customer service will assure you that your orders are on their way but it will not be true and you'll never t your order. Is it not scam?
I lost my money because of their attitude, but moreover, I dreamt about the product I bought and what a shame I won't get it. So think twice before ordering from them.

Iv had full conversations with the seller he said he will send the shoes then when he said he sent them he said something happened to the package when I asked for the tracking number then he said he will send another one and I asked him could he send the tracking number he never reply you guys really need to get you business together how can you have scammers on an buy sell trade website like this is out off hand I want my money back Now His name is tibella567 (12298) and he is an scammer with fake reviews I don't see how you guys don't see this type of stuff on your screen like get me my refund or something will be happening very very soon!

The other part of that order was Black Opium Perfume. Same seller. Canada Post cannot find the tracking number. RB0080003155LA. I have contacted him on several occasions and he never replies. iOffer 3 pairs shoes, and from another seller 3 bracelets, 2 shirts, 5 watches

I bought 3 pair of shoes from one seller, never received my package it's been over 5 months now, they will not message me back nor give my money back, then I ordered frm another seller in the same day that I'm waiting on a package that I still have not received from them either, I have message them to refund my money but they will not.i have even contacted ioffer customers service and they are no help either telling too contact my bank, my bank can not even track this people so I know it a scam going on.i want my money back

iOffer damaged wrong size and color sneakers

I placed an order back in june... And received the merchandise on last thursday via usps, july 27th. After opening the packages... I rea;ized first off that they sent two pair of the same shoes, then the sizes were wrong and lastly... The shoes were damaged, paint was fading on the sides and the color was scuffed on the toe of one pair of sneakers! I immediately contacted the seller via email that evening of july 27th... Making them aware of this issue and I have yet to receive a responsefrom the seller in reference to this matter! I did explain that I was very dissattissfied and wish to receive the the sneakers (Both pair) in their right color, size and with no imperfections! I also stated that I would gladly send these back to the seller at their expense. Im now stuck with not 1 product from this seller but 2 items from the seller that I cant do anything with! The sellers info is... Heinanheibei...

iOffer multiple sellers are scammers

I had purchased several items at great prices. I received all of them. With a couple vendors I had success with and a few others that had high ranking selling quantities with good 4-5 star ratings. I have done about $300 in successful transactions and lost about $260. IOFFER takes zero responsibility for the scamming [censor] they allow to rip people off. They have a terrible policy that you must wait 60 days to receive the product but any buyer protection is over after that. Also when you attempt to contact sellers, they say, " I will resend your purchase" or "I will refund your order, but it takes 30 days to process" well they got the money from me instantaneously! They are scamming so that you can't use buyer protection on your visa or mastercard. Most will not take paypal, as Ioffer is not set up or user friendly for this payment method. Then they send you messages asking if you've received your items with no possible way to answer the question. Lastly, another huge scam...sellers can delete your sales after you've paid, they disappear and so does your money. The governments need to put an end to these scammers. And I believe that Ioffer should take responsibility for whom they allow to sell on thir website. They should give the sellers no more than 45 days for shipping and if the items are not teceived, they should give a refund. One more wonderful thing, I had several transactions with a reputable vendor and I made 3 orders each on 2 accounts and 2 orders on another account. When I hadn't received my items after 60 days, I started asking the vendor where my items were. They promised that the items were in the mail and if for some reason I didn't receive them soon, they would gladly resend my orders. They never came, I kept corresponding with them in a professional manner. After over 6 months of not receiving any item from all 8 orders of multi items, I put a complaint against them, (not that it matters), but I also threatened to alert the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI and US Marshalls. All the sudden they were calling me names like psycho and other disturbing things. That vendor was responsible for about $225 of the $260 that I was scammed for. There are no repercussions. Not sure what to do, but please be careful because this site is geared for scammers to easily rip off buyers. Use extreme caution when using this site.

iOffer mk watch

i ordered an MK watch around 4 months back, after a month when i checked my account for tracking information, there was some tracking number written. i tried to track through that tracking number several times and it kept on saying, no information with this number. i contacted seller and told them the issue with tracking number and they kept on saying that dont worry firend you will receive your order soon. and after some more time they started saying the order has reached your country, please go to your post office to collect it. i told them repeatedly that the tracking number is fake and there are many post office in my city, you atleast find out and tell me the address of the post office where the product has arrived, they never replied anything on that. just kept on saying that check in your post office. neither they are refunding my money nor sending my product. dont know what to do seems sellers on ioffer are fooling around with people and looting money.

iOffer item not received /diesel large pieces men watches dz7313

I had ordered a watch from ioffer.com (Seller : hegdastore), order number: [protected], on 29th of june.
I kept tracking the shipment of courier site i. E indiapost. But was unable to track after few days. I tried to contact seller but they didn't respond to any of my messages. And now today on 21st july I checked it on website, it showed delivered.

I have not received the item yet and seller is not responding nor courier people are giving any answers.

Pls help.

Hi I purchased three pairs of glasses on April 15th order number [protected] I have asked the seller when they will be delivered in the ioffer portal but received a message saying wait a period of time ? on 2 occasions How long do you wait ? I have waited 3 months now I think I have been patient enough can you please help me with this transaction.

iOffer shoes

I ordered shoes and I had more money taking out my card then It was supposed to be but then after I thought it's not worth it and asked him to cancel it he told me that I will get my money back in 7-15 days by GLBpay
He gave me a refund number and I tried finding this website
I don't care about the shoes the most is I care it's about my money cause I don't have a lot of it this made my card to go into overdraft so could you please help ASAP

iOffer payment failed error always on ur site but not in other store

I made an order before and my payment went tru for 3 sellers, then when I tried to made an order again my card failed manytimes even my husband cards I use it, it keeps saying > Payment failed: Declined *Please re-enter your credit card information or try again with a different card. then I keep trying to re enter my information but it always like that, so I tried my credit card in diff. site and its all good I got no problems, my order was confirmed and the payment, I dont want the sellers to not to trust me coz I made an ordered already to them and they r waiting for my payment, I tried to msg. u guys twice in suggestion options as I dunno where to reach u as im a new customer/member here in ioffer.com, its kinda frustrating that u guys dont have a ph. no. so it`ll be easy to fix the problems just like ebay, amazon etc. please help me, I dont know if u got system error or what? coz theres no problem in my credit card, I hope you can reply and help me for this issue as I dont want the sellers to think that I will not pay them as they already waited for more than 3 days now and I keep trying it too every single day manytimes. I’m having the same proble. Visa and MasterCard are not being accepted. I asked seller to use PayPal and I was able to make the purchase. However many sellers have been thrown off PayPal for selling fake goods. Good luck.

I am having the same problem . I accidently close account when I thought I was signing off the account and then when I contacted the help desk they sent me an email and said my account was restored. but the problem is I show guest and not my name . I was able to purchase items many items before Christmas . Now I get the same thing on my credit card and then the sellers are sending a message telling you to retry and pay with invoices . I am frustrated because Ioffer first being a huge market business should provide a real customer agent to speak regarding your account . Help Desk is supposed to fix the problem and nothing is being done . So do we just stop trying to purchase things because its a waste of time . And before I was never asked to pay with invoices and I have never paid per invoices .

iOFFER is on the blacklist at VISA-card, so it will block any attemt to pay. This because of the many 'bad' transactions. Credit card will be blocked after few attempts...
thats why you guys keep getting the same error...

YEP I PURCHASED BEFORE WITH VISA NOW NOT WORKING. I THINK THEY ALL MOVED TO MASTERCARD BUT MASTER CARD IS LESS TRANSACTION FEE FOR THEIR BUSINESS TOO AND JCP WHICH IS A CARD YOU CAN ONLY GET FROM JAPANESE BANKS

iOffer wrong item

I ordered a Grey Adidas jumper for myself, I have received the package today and opened it.. The package that I received was not the item that I purchased. I have been sent a Gucci t-shirt that I did not buy. I would either like a refund or for you to send me the item that I paid for in the first place.

iOffer broken faulty product.

Waited 3 weeks to receive a fake Louis Vuitton pouch and when I opened it, the zip was very tight, as I tried to open it the zipper fell off after not much pressure at all. Very unhappy with the product and after waiting 3 weeks, I want my money back. The product felt cheap and not what I had expected at all, the zip was very weak as I did not apply much pressure before it broke off. I would like a refund.

iOffer handbags

Hi there,

This year february I ordered three two bags and one wallet from your site ( they were all from different sellers however). It was my first time purchasing from your website and I was pleased with the products and prices so i decided to go ahead with trusting ioffer! Biggest regret of my life! It's been more than three months and I still haven't received neither of my items, I have contacted each seller for the past three months and haven't gottten and reply from either of the seller! They aren't doing anything, neither replying or giving me a refund! Seriously is that what you call customer service?!? I'm tired of this BS! I needed new bags to use for my holiday in June and well unfortunately thanks to this site I now have to go look for bags last minute! Seriously so much for trusting this site! Please do something to solve this disputes otherwise I will be forced to take further actions.

iOffer mens boss fragrance order

Good day,

I ordered a bottle of fragrance from your site in november 2016 after sevrell emails to the seller they replied to some of the emails from december 2016 to april 2017 saying they would step in to find my order but they did nothing.
Now they have ignored me completely and have taken my money with nothing in return.

I have now requested a refund and still they have ignored me,
This is unacceptable behavior from a company.

iOffer item not delivered on time

I ordered a bag for a birthday present 6 weeks ago from Seller wodson37372 about 6 weeks ago for my mother's birthday. It was supposed to arrive on about the 5th May (my mother's birthday is today 12th May). By the 5th May the bag was still in China. I asked for a refund but the Seller is refusing the refund.
