I have called the number 423-476-8544 on (4) different days and left messages to speak to someone regarding an issue I have with a Catnapper recliner mechanism. This is the number listed online.
I have also emailed Catnapper (2) times at repairs@jacksonfurnind.com and have received return mail.
We have contacted the seller several times and they keeps referring us to the manufacture.
While we have loved the living room set we purchased we are very disappointed with the lack of communication to help someone with a warranty claim.
We request that someone reach out to us so we can get the sofa repaired or replaced.

Contact Catnapper through other means such as their social media pages and the contact form on their main site in order to escalate your problem. It may also be prudent to mention any attempts made to get a response to your warranty claim which have so far succeeded in getting an answer. If this does not work out then it would be reasonable to seek assistance from the shop in question arguing that they must help regarding warranty problems being the place from which the goods were purchased.
