Hello Desiree,
I have called you several times and thought I would try an email. I still have not received my taxes from 2022 and I am super frustrated. I am getting the runaround from the IRS stating that Chase still has my money. I have provided documentation from Chase stating the money was automatically returned since the account the refund went into was closed. The IRS has put a trace on my taxes that usually takes 90 days and after waiting all that time they stated that they still couldn't find my taxes. I need my taxes and feel I shouldn't have to be doing all this foot work after paying you $395 and asking you to not deposit the money into an account and rather you request a check.
Thanks,
Melissa Bass

Hello Melissa, let's start with I know you are frustrated and I do sincerely understand. 1st- you paid me for the preparation for your taxes, a service which I did. I would be more than willing to assist you as I have to date but it is in no way related to the service I performed for you. It is also my training time with conferences and preparation for next tax season so I have not been in the office and email is limited. But now the matter at hand I will do all I can to get to someone that can help you. I will get the tax preparer line and see what I can do there. I will be able to do this on Thursday if afternoon works for you? If that does not work please let me know what is best for you and I will try to work it out. I am traveling back home on Friday and Wednesday is the last day of my training.

to The
Desiree,
Never heard back from you on the day you said you were available. These are some of the things that are super frustrating because I do believe preparing my taxes is PART of what I pay for as a customer, but FOLLOW UP should be a priority as well. Also,
since I feel you always push back when I tell you I am not a satisfied customer, there have been many mishaps along the way:
When we made an appointment to get my taxes done I was not called on the date or time of my appointment. I had to reach out to you. You sent an email with my tax documents and asked me to review them. So basically there was no time for questions or additional deductions that I may have had at the time.
My taxes were prepared by you and technically not submitted until I had to start contacting the IRS to see where my refund was. They were the ones who informed me my taxes were not even filed and I had to contact you to get them pushed through.
I specifically asked you to NOT deposit my taxes into the account you had in prior returns since the account was closed but you did that anyway.
And then it comes to trying to get a hold of you. It should not take a paying customer several emails and phone calls to try to resolve any issues on a service you provided. And I stand on that 1000%. Customer satisfaction is what drives a business and allows for a business's longevity. I have been super patient for many years with you because as I go back through my paper trail of calls/ emails to you every year getting a hold of you has been an issue.
Thanks,
Mel

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the "services" provided because I am doing all the foot work in order to retrieve (which I still haven't received) my taxes after several mistakes.
