original straight mens. arizona
I bought two pairs of the jeans in August. I took one pair back to the store because there was a flaw on the leg. It had hole in the denim. Now both pairs have rips at the pockets where they are sewn on. The quality is very poor to only get very few wearings of this product. I feel my money should be refunded or jeans replaced again . I never used to have this problem. Guess I need to buy Levi Brand.

I sent my 13 yr old daughter to get a hair cut at the salon in J.C. Penney at the arnot mall and it me a disaster. Way too short. Back layers are shorter then the rest. Her hair is horrendous. I am beyond pissed. The lady did not listen and did what she wanted instead of what my Daughter wanted. I want a full refund and need to know where to start.
men’s jeans size 38x34 original straight
I bought my 16 year old son 2 pairs of your jeans less than a month ago. He wore the one pair only 1 time when he bent down to pick something off the floor the front of the jeans split all the way downfrom the bottom of the zipper to the seam between the legs. I thought it was just an accident till he wore the other pair for only the second time and they spit at the same exact place. The quality of these jean has really gone down hill. He likes the way your jeans fit so I get him them ever year. Guess we will need to look for a new brand to try. There is no reason you should only get 1 or 2 wears from a pair of jeans.
little girls stretch pants size 6x
Our daughter received a pair of your stretch pants as a birthday gift. The first time she wore them to school the seam in the rear end broke open. I sewed the seam on my machine and the next time she put them on the fabric gave out in the seat again causing another hole in the rear end. I want you to be aware of this so that you can double check these pants and the fabric so this doesnt happen to others. My daughter was so excited to wear them because they were pretty and she ended up with a pair of play pants and not anything she can wear to school.

I was shopping this past Sunday 10/14/18 at your Westfield location located in Bayshore NY.
My wife and 2 children were shopping in your 2nd floor curtian department area. My kids are 11 and 1 years old.
And and as we were shopping I happened to look up and notice your HVAC diffusers ARE ALL FULL OF MOLD! I ask the counter person for a manager she stated know one was around!
We have shopped at your stores for a better part of 30 years! And this is totally unacceptable!
Please rectify this situation.

JCPenny installed motorized window blinds in my home...they are not working. I am getting a run around for over 6 months with promises they are going to fix them.
I have had the installer here aprox 4 times. I have been passed around to many different phone numbers and extentions. A woman who began handling my complaint originally has since been laid off by the company and in turn I have been referred to 4 differs customer service individuals
This is unacceptable. I spent $14000.00 with this company and I have been treated very poorly. I want action, not anymore promises
jc penny salon
I went to JC Penny salon in East Brunswick mall yesterday (10/13/2018)to cut my daughters hair with blowdry.The lady who did hair cur was Kim. She started at 2:00pm and finished at 3:45 pm.1 hour 45 minutes just for hair cut! I asked the cashier lady why this is taking so long. She talked very rudely saying if you don't want to stay long just tell hair stylist to stop cutting and take your daughter. What a response from an employee who works in reputed company like JC Penney! This shows the value they give customers who come their salon who trust them.I asked hair stylist why taking so long.She told if you want it fast next time take appointment with designer. It was my worst experience ever in my life with hair salon. I will never go to JC Penny salon who doesn't respect their customers and their time.Very bad.
bathrooms
Temecula JC Pennys store has awful bathrooms. I have been a faithful customer since the store opened, and over the years, the store has gone through renovations, but the bathrooms in the salon and store have not been updated or fixed. Toilet seats are worn, paper towel dispensers are broken, sink counters are worn. And the cleanliness of the bathrooms are disgusting. Next time I go, I will take pictures.
poor service in checking out lack of cashiers
Just left Bay Plaza JCP because the lines were out the door on all three levels. Manager was no help stating that the way it's on Saturday's. Which doesn't help me at all. The only good helper was an associate name Francisco. He only did floor and fitting room not cashier. I asked don't they cross train you for busy times like this he states no I wish they did because I wanted to learn cashier work too. I was not the only customers complaining people werejust walking out. Unacceptable shouldn't managers jump in to and run the cashier too when the lines are so long. Just gave my merchandise to manager which she refuse to take and told associate to take.

I Item was stolen from me during the payment process. Astonished and upset because I thought I was buying it. It was only a miracle I saw the difference in totals on the paypal side. Contacted customer service-rep wasn't much help. Asked for Manager-Felicia didn't care and was a bit rude. I still feel after over 10 years of shopping with Penneys, I should have been rectified for my loss. My heart was on this item for my little girl and I was paying for it. It never should have been snagged from me at that point. That should have been impossible. Now I have to tell my child, Penneys took it away. She will not be happy. I am not happy. Not sure if I want to keep doing business with Penney's at this point. That is how angry I am. And Customer Service should have at least tried to offer some solutions. Nothing. Not even empathy was expressed. Look at my account, see how much I've purchased from you. Right now I do not feel like Penneys values me as a customer at all.

I have been buying Arizona shirts and tops for the past 4 years they are my favorite shirts the ones that fit me the best. This year I bought them and when I got them home and wash them they all Shrunk the quality was not near as good as it has been. They were super thin and got holes after one use I spend 2 to $300 on them once or twice a year. ..

I placed an order on September 30th I received an email the next day saying my items have shipped and th delivery date was October 9th it is now October 12th and I still don't have my package. I have called the customer service 3 times and have gotten the run around all three times. Telling me it would there the 10th calling back on the ther 10th then telling me the package has not left the warehouse. Why do you send emails saying that my items have shipped and they haven't left you shipping department yet. This is such bad service that i WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM JCPENNY ANYMORE!
this is a gift for a birthday and part of a wedding gift and now I don't know if either one will even be here in time to give them to the people that they are for and all I have is an email that says the items have shipped that is completely false info. I work in a shipping department and this is just ridiculous that customer packages are being handles this way. The label should have never be created because the package was not ready to ship now all I can do is keep calling the run around department you call customer service because I won't know when the package really ships because I received the email that it shipped 11 days ago.
arizona strawberry boots for girls
I purchased a pair of wedge boots for my daughter at Jcpenney four days ago! These boots are cute and my daughter loves them. However she wore them one time and the sole on the back is detaching on both boots. I find this incredibly ridiculous as the price being $50.00 on sale for $30.00! I am very disappointed with this product after one use for the price.
statements not received
I have been a customer of JC Penny for and have also been registered as one of their credit card members just as long. I usually tend to shop online and have my orders shipped to my address. Generally speaking I don't usually have any issues with this process. However, since I have moved 2 years ago I have had issues receiving my credit card statements as all as my purchases. The problem being that they are being sent to my previous address even though I have updated my address both online and in store. I have had to call and track down my purchases when they have been listed as delivered and have not received them. However what has been extremely frustrating is that my statements have not been sent to me repeatedly. I have two lines of credit with JC Penny, both the silver and gold card. I mistakenly ordered items and used the opposite card that I had intended. Although I completely recognize the initial error lies on myself, I never received any statements from JC Penny regarding the due payments on my second card. When they payment was not received I didn't receive a second notice, a late notice, or an updated statement with late fees applied. The only thing that I finally received was a statement from a collection service when the amount was sent to debt collections from JC Penny. Ultimately I completely recognize that there are other ways to check my statements, I usually rely on the statements sent to me by mail. I never received any from JC Penny. When I called and asked what had happened, I was informed that they were sent to my previous address and that nothing that could be done since the amount had already been sent to collections. I think this is extremely frustrating because, I, in my mind and on my end as a customer, have already taken the steps to correct this problem and update my address. It would be understandable if the change of address was recent, but seeing as I have lived in my current address for two years, it is unacceptable for JC Penny to expect me to receive any correspondence whether it is my statements or purchases from orders online, from my previous address or for it to be my responsibility to check my previous address for any of my correspondence. Even more so when I called, I wasn't offered any from of assistance to correct the problem other than to have my address again updated and to pay off the debt which of course I did as soon as I was made aware of the issue. This is extremely frustrating that any line of my credit would be sent to collections when it is somewhat out of my control.
furniture delivery
I ordered furniture online and was guaranteed delivery between October 1st-October 9th. My order said it shipped September 28th and I haven't heard anything since. I have called numerous times to their furniture specialists and even talked to a supervisor and all they tell me is that it never said it would be delivered by then and that I am wrong. No one can tell me where my furniture is and I am getting very frustrated. I will NEVER be returning to this company and will tell everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs. I will also continue to reach out to higher ups until I can get an answer. If you're spending a large amount of money, you should be able to know where your purchases are and why they aren't there on time.
rain boots never delivered and no notification that it was cancelled
I ordered hunter green rain boots from an on line sale in mid - September.
Promised delivery was September 28, 2018
No boots. we tracked delivery and extended date was
October 5, 2018
During this time we had three consecutive weeks of rain. We live on top of a mountain in the woods, the boots were needed.
Tracked again, response was they would not be coming at all because they did not have them.
We received no indication to that effect. I was still waiting !
I feel that we should have been notified in some way, not very good customer service. I've shopped at jc pennys for over 30 years, in Florida, NYC and here it had always been one of my favorite stores. very disappointed.
arizona flex jeans
I bought about 4 pairs of the flex jeans blue label and they are shredding and splitting in the back pocket and croch area. These jeans are less than 6 months old. Have picture of the tags that contain the dates less than a year old since they have been made. I really want to purchase them again in the future but I would hate to have the same results.
credit card service
On Sunday September 30, 2018, I attempted tp make a purchase in your Kings County store location and my transaction was declined. I was told by the sales associate that I need to call myself to resolve my issue. Upon calling, customer service (after leaving the mall because my phone was dead) I was told that I just needed to verify my address and the sales associates should have called customer service at the counter. After verifying my address, I was assured that I would be able to return to the store to make my transaction.
On Tuesday October 2, 2018, I attempted to once again make a purchase in JC Penney's, 1/2 of my items were no longer available (since no one offered to put my items on hold until I straightened my account out) so I needed to spend another two hours in the store finding items I needed to purchase for work. Once again my card was decline.
The sales representative did attempt to call customer service this time but was unable to get through the line because apparently the system was down. This left me extremely inconvenienced and embarrassed for a second time in 72 hours in JC Penney's.
As a JC Penney's Customer and card holder I believe it is unacceptable that a mere apology was given for my time that was waisted and the humiliation on two separate occasions. I spent an hour and a half shopping on Sunday to be declined, two hours shopping today to be declined and a total of 50 minutes on the phone both days and I still don't have the items I attempted to purchase not to mention the gas it took for me to travel to and from the store location both times for nothing.
I refuse to go back to the store a third time to attempt to make any purchase without being compensated for my time, frustration, and embarrassment. My desired resolution is to know that my time a hard working individual, customer, and cardholder is valued. An apology does not give me back the time that was loss this past week, nor does it purchase the items I needed to have for today for work for the rest of the week. I feel that a monetary donation ( in the form of store credit) will be the only way that I will go back to JC Penny's for any reason.
iso cool 3" memory foam topper - queens size
My name is Loretta Beatty and I purchased two Iso Cool isotonic memory foam toppers. One queen and one twin. The Web ID # 7257522. I was so pleased with the topper and if I recall it had a warranty of (I think 10 years). Well, I have only had it for a little over a year and the foam inside the white topper is breaking up. Unfortunately, I don't have the receipt because at the time I brought it, my brother was dying and has since passed away. I loved it so much that my niece brought one for my sister who herself is battling cancer and is on hospice. She doesn't have complaints because she hardly is in her bed to use it. I am not sure exactly the date of purchase but I am sure, its not too long ago that you can go back to your records. I spent a lot of money for this topper and I am so disappointed that it is falling apart. I am not sure if there is anything you can do, or if you can give me a solution, it would be greatly appreciated. Here, I thought I was going to have this for years and it barely made a little over a year. So, please I hope that I can find some sort of solution to this matter. Thanking you in advance.
customer service and manager poor behavior
I was in the Ocoee West Oaks Mall store and was accosted by another customer and the management did nothing to protect me. I was threatened with security and police because I was asserting my right to get a refund on a product I did not want. It was not damaged as they said it was. Had some dust from the air and lent on it. No other issues. It is a beautiful black suit but not for me. Too long. I asked them to prove it, they would not. I did not feel safe. I was told to go home to my home country even though I am a citizen of many countries including this one. I felt this was very racist/nationalist and very unwelcoming. Yes, I spoke in Spanish. It is my right to speak Spanish especially when others are assailing me in the store. It made me feel safer to speak Spanish. I do not feel this is a safe space. I was later accused of using a pejorative word I never once used. I do not talk that way. They threatened me with security and police as I was leaving. I asked them to prove on camera me saying things and such. They would not. I had been told I could get a refund if I brought it back timely. It was only 3 days later. This happened on 10/02/2018 in the Ocoee West Oaks Mall store. Very unsafe, not a safe space. I was threatened with police. Is this the way to get a customer to leave feeling at peace? Refund or no refund aside? While letting other customers be racist/nationalist and verbally assault my accent?
