di atas adalah dua no tracking saya pada penerima yang sama. dari 12/8/2021 sehingga hari ni 23/08/2021 masih tidak sampai kepada penerima. saya sudah membhat oanggilan kepada customer servise pada hari jumaat. tapi masih lagi tidak sampai kepada penerima. saya harap jnt tolang buat sesuatu. saya akan mengalami kerugian membayar ganti rugi jika customer membatalkan pembelian.. sila hubungi saya [protected]-nurul alifa

I didnt received my parcels!!
I still didnt received my parcels [protected] since 8th august. My parcels are stucked at the same place for more than 8days. Your service I too slow. Ive been waited for my parcels for more than 3weeks already. I hope you will do your job nicely. This is my 3rd time complaint, but j&t still not taking action.!
Mga tinatamad na rider kase di sila makakakota sa cod
Bakit ganyan mga rider ng J&T nakita lang nila na paid online yung parcel di na nila idedeliver kahit nag text saken yung J&T na idedeliver na ni rider (with name sa text at number) then i didnt recieve any messages from the rider na nasan na sya or something bigla nalang ginawang buyers unreachable? Wth? Ayusin niyo mga rider niyo palaging ganyan mas gusto pa nila i deliver ang cod kaysa sa paid online!.

I have a similar situation. Mine was paid online, I didn't receive a text notification but I saw through Shopee that my package was out for delivery at 1:20pm. I waited then I checked through J&T tracking for the contact info of the rider, I texted him at 3:12pm, he replied that he is still in another area. I waited until it was 5:21pm and texted him again if he will arrive, then at 6:41pm, he messaged that the package will be delivered tomorrow instead. When I checked through J&T tracking, the excuse given was that 'Customer was not around' when I was obviously around waiting the whole afternoon.

Already arrived at CDC Batu Caves 303 on 7/8/2021, but until 22/8/2021 still not out for delivery. Already call JNT hotline to make a complaint, but still no move. I'm not sure why they need 15 days to arrange delivery. Do your work properly!

Courier delivery service taking too long.
Parcel was post from Penang to Ipoh on the 9th Aug. Today is 22nd Aug. It's been 13 days still no delivery. Please see the attached tracking. Apparently the practice of first in first out does not exist as parcel post much later already delivered within 3 days. Very dissapointed with the level of professionalism. Please get my parcel deliver.

Hi I have order items from Lazada and shoppee and my parcel have already been stuck for almost 2 weeks at LDC Klang jaya 603 and I know the Situation of the pandemic but I try to collect the items myself but was ask to leave I saw many parcels everywhere and it is a mess there some of the parcel are rotten some are in the rubiish bin what is this ? I was very disappointed with my status parcel.it should be delivered by yesterday evening.but at the end... status was change.and the reason given has illogical! Coz this is my second order from same buyer.how can they put the wrong address? Then i didn't receive any phone call from J&T runner.they should call me right if cannot find/or got any problem to find my house...but they never do! Hi. I was expecting my parcel on 21/8/2021. I consistently checked the tracking number on that day as I was at my workplace the whole day. I was at least expecting a phone call from J&T if they reach my house so that I could tell them to put the parcel at a safe place. But I received none. TO MY SURPRISE, IT WAS ALREADY DELIVERED ON THE TRACKING STATUS. AND AS I REACHED HOME THE NEXT DAY, I NOTICED MY PARCEL WAS LEFT UNATTENDED AT MY FRONTDOOR. IT WAS IRRESPONSIBLE! And i am very sure that you will not compensate me if I lose my parcel or if there's damage on my parcel. I'm very unsatisfied and disappointed with this kind of lousy service.

This is my second experience with this j&t dp klang jaya 603. So sad to say this dp is really2 terrible compared to others dp. They will keep updating the same status eventhough they have not trying to deliver your item. Just sit n relax while updating the rubbish status "delivery attempted was unsuccessful after office hour". Kapla jingga dorang!
I went there to collect the parcel but they did not allow me to do that. Now, it has already passed the estimated time.
