Claim back for order from shopee due to parcel damaged by j&t courier
I'm ms karen from pantai fishing net & hardware sdn bhd.
This parcel is damaged by your courier during delivery process. And you courier just update the status to damaged and without any evidence.
We get the image from one of branch parcel is not damaged at all and your j&t staff is direct update to damaged and without return the items that still in good condition!
Besides that, your side still reject make compensation to this order due to your negligence!
This is not the first time we got this case and your side not willing to make compensation!
I would like to make a complaint with this case!

Delivery
Bought some gift from shopee seller but the receiver didnot received it. They did not put any effort to deliver my package. They were given 2 numbers already for them to call but the receiver of the package did not received any call from the delivery guy. On the other hand my sister who kept an eye on the package talked to the delivery guy and he kept on saying that he cant find the address and will do it the next morning. The receiver waited for 3 days and still did not received my package!😡😡😡 and they sent a notification to my sister that they already sent it back to the shopee seller without informing us first knowing the delivery guy is talking to my sister before! Worst delivery service ever! Not highly recommended! And the seller said when we informed them that they will be charged for a penalty the seller wants us to pay for it even its the jnt delivery guys fault! 😡😡😡
Desired outcome: Calling or updating us would be nice! They have all the numbers that they need! We want refund of the delivery and they need to pay for the penalty charge as well!!!!
Package handling at delivery
On the 27of July around 5pm in afternoon a package containing a water heater was delivered to my house by J&T express in Bangsar. Thankfully I was at the door when the truck came. I was shocked to see how the man who came to deliver my order just threw the box on the ground from inside the truck although it says clearly on the box FRAGILE.
This is absolutely outrageous and I don't recommend this company at all.
Desired outcome: If this water heater is damaged I expect J&T express to replace it

J&T Express - The ''Express'' is like standard mail, slow, useless courier.
Shopee Malaysia - Courier chosen was J&T Express. Ordered on 15th July, and 16th July package made its move. It's now 27th July and I am still yet to receive any package. The package is still on its move. How can this be? 2 WEEKS for DOMESTIC SHIPING. DOMESTIC! My packages from USA by DHL Express takes only 10 days to arrive to my address, and that is INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. What is J&T Express doing? Making love with customer packages? So inefficient. Better disband your useless organization. Don't even call yourselves a courier service if service is this slow. It's 2022, not 1992. WAKE UP!
Second experience to back my claim of how inefficient J&T ''Express'' is. My address is in East Malaysia, on the 5th day, it showed attempted and failed delivery, but the address was in a totally different location within East Malaysia. They somehow uploaded a "Proof of Delivery" for some reason maybe to prevent customers from hitting that return/refund button. Called customer service, they corrected it, and its been on the move since then. Still not delivered.
To anyone in the future who wants or wishes to use J&T Express for their courier partner, please avoid. EVEN if they advertise they deliver 7 days a week, next day delivery, deliver within 3-4 days, any offers and/or promotions, its all [censored]. Honestly, I thought PosLaju (used to be PosLambat cause of their slow service) was slow, but J&T Express totally kicked PosLaju out of the throne and took first place of the worst courier service ever. Never again. Shopee should also avoid this courier. The only courier that you will ever need to extend Shopee Guarantee to wait for their package delivery.
Desired outcome: Disband your organization, and don't ever call yourself an "Express'' service courier. Unless you improve, otherwise I'm still 1000% against J&T Express.

delivery rider's attitude
May order ako sa shopee at itong rider nyo na may hawak ng parcel ko ( i think matagal ng rider) gusto nya na i-pick up ko ung parcel ko kung nasaan sya. Mabini st ng block5 to happyland, papupuntahin nya ako ng gabi. Ang order ko sa shopee ay door to door delivery, not meet up/pick up. Since, 1st time ko sya naencounter, nakipagmeet up yung asawa ko sa kanya within the area na malapit lapit, kaya nareceive ko yung order ko sa shopee. That's the 1st time na naencounter ko siya kasi ibang jnt rider ang may hawak sa area ko which is hindi na ako tinatawgaan kasi alam na nya ung bahay ko at nagiiwan ako ng payment ko if wala ako sa bahay. 2nd time na naencounter ko itong rider na to today, July 12. Nasa happyland na naman siya kahit na nakapagdeliver na ito kahapon sa akin. Hindi nya hinahanap yung mismong lugar ng buyer, gusto nyo buyer ang papunta sa lugar nya and then dahil nasa work ako, kahit na may tao naman sa house namin, dahil nga hindi sya nag effort pumunta sa bahay para magdeliver ng parcel, I was tag as buyer unrechable and now, my order was RTS because of the twice attempt kuno ng rider nyo. So disappointing tong rider na to, dapat hindi nyo hinahayaan yung ganitong ugali ng rider.

Parcel hasn't delivered more than 1 week
First of all, j&t kuching please fire your unresponsible worker! Or do not take lazy/unresponsible/no integrity worker. I have my own coffee shop and I need my ingredients asap. It's been more than 1 week and still hasnt change my parcel status or do the delivery. The staff at cdc 301 kuching is also rude and look unsatisfied when I gave them the tracking no. They look for my item for 5 mins and approach me back saying maybe the driver had brought my item for delivery. Then I whatsapp the driver. The driver said he didnt have my item and still at the warehouse. Plus he said the staff is lazy and never want to sort the parcel. Now I what do I need to do? J&t pls be more responsible and train your staff!

Rude delivery staff
Today, my item delivered but the delivery staff named Zaki works at J&T Banting very rude. About 12:00 pm he Whatsapp me to ask for location,colour of house and type of car in front of my house. Okay I give him, except the location because I'm working not at home then at 12:49 pm he sent a picture and ask if it's my house, I checked and it's not my house I said politely that's not my house. Then he asked which one, I explained to him near the homestay. Then he said why not said so early, I give the wrong information the 1st house also white house at lot 250 (mocking tone with fake emoji smile). Gooood my house is at lot 251... He made a mistake then blaming me?
Before this never encounter this kind of delivery man. They very polite & not rude like this one. If you want to work then work for real lah... Why you must being rude for no reason...

this item has not reached the receiver yet up to date-12/7/2022.
We have been walking up and down to the branch where we drop off the documents, they are saying they are unable to trace.
We called Tampoi - no one picked up the call.
We call customer service - no proper answer received. We will look into the matter. already opened report.
How can we get back the documents and refund?
We need an explanation for the delay and compensation for the hassle.
We need to ensure it doesnt repeat again. This is not the first time.
