Apa yg terjadi pada J&t kuala selangor? Barang saya sepatutnya sampai 9 julai 2021 tetapi sampai sekarang masih belum sampai. Barang dipos pada 5 julai dan on hold di kuala selangor dari 6 julai, sekarang dah 11 julai tetapi masih belum berganjak. Harap sangat-sangat pihak J&t dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan cepat agar barang dapat sampai dengan masa yg telah ditetapkan. Tolong sangat supaya J&t tidah menyimpan barang pelanggan lama sebab akan menyulitkan lagi masalah kepada penerima dan pemberi kerana kadang kala kami membeli dari Shopee dan masalah ini akan terganggu bagi pihak penjual dan pelanggannya sekiranya penghantaran lambat sampai. Delivery service
Had a really bad experience. The status of delivery states the parcel is delivered although I did not receive any package. Called 3 the customer support 3 times and each time I had to re-explain the situation I faced. And during the last call they told me the package was lost. The funny thing is the they gave me the dispatcher's number and asked me to contact him/her personally. I called him/her multiple times and even left him/her a text but did not get any reply. After that, I proceeded to claim for refund in Shopee. But guess what? After a few days, one of the J&T Express dispatcher called me and showed up at my house to give me the parcel. From the condition of the package, my guess is that they did not lose the package, they just damaged the box and the contents and needed some time to cover it up. The proof is all the J&T Express cellophone tape used to tape the package. And indeed the contents are damaged as well. It really sucks. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
On hold my parcel for a few days
Idk what's the reason to on hold, it shows there uncontrollable situation. There's is no raining, no any other bad weather or what, what is the uncontrollable situation? The staff and workers are lazy? Cuz I read through the google review about the j&t express at seri kembangan, all the reviews are bad and talking about how the staff's laziness and irresponsible. THE SERVICE IS SO BAD! Even my grandmother can move faster than the delivery services! It's not good to use j&t anymore. It's good when it just started but now when it's getting longer, it become worse.
Parcel lambat hantar
Tolong ya.. Tolong sgt2... Service tu biar tip top.. Zaman sekarang ni buah pun order shoopee.. Klu dh penghantaran lmbt bkn buah yg dpt tpi buah lunyai yg dpt.. Tak ckup staff cari la staff... Dulu order paling lama pun 2 hari sampai.. Sekarang ni.. Paling awal pun 5 hari.. Sekarang ni customer fikir 1000 kali klu nk order makanan or buah buah an yg cpt rosak.. Ini akan merosakkan imej jnt.. Bos jnt pikir lah sendiri..
Staff enggan menghantar barang ikut alamat
Staff courier yang bertanggungjwab menghantar barang di kawasan Kampung Melayu Batu 13 1/2 Sungai Buloh (rumah flat), Selangor enggan menghantar barang sampai ke pintu rumah dan memaksa saya turun ke bawah untuk mengambil sendiri barang tersebut dengan memberi alasan sakit kaki dan banyak barang yang kena dihantar ke tempat lain. Kejadian ini berlaku pada 8 Julai 2021(pukul 3.52 petang) dan 10 Julai 2021 (9.01 malam). Sepatutnya staff perlu menghantar sampai ke pintu rumah kerana saya telah membayar kos penghantaran. Bukankah sudah menjadi tugas mereka untuk menghantar barang sampai ke pintu rumah pelanggan. Apa guna nya saya meletakkan nombor rumah saya di alamat penghantaran jika saya disuruh mengambil barang saya di bawah sendiri.
Parcel lost but stated delivered
How J&T handle my parcel? My parcel has been stuck from 26 june 2021. And when I check the tracking 10July2021, the status stated "the parcel has been delivered on 9july2021". What? I didn't receive ang single thing from J&T and they update already sent the parcel? My husband go to the CDC SEREMBAN at bukit kepayang to confirm that. Then staff there inform that the parcel is still in gateway. HQ update the parcel has been delivered. How come you didn't sent the parcel and you lied to customer by saying already delivered!

Complaint Regarding Rude Delivery Rider
To whom it may concern,
I received a call to go to my housing lobby to collect my parcel today (10/7/2021) around 3.30 pm from +[protected]. The riders were two females and the one who called was rude and unprofessional when delivering the product. She was very curt when she spoke to me. When I went down, she was standing there and merely pointed at the car for me to go and get my parcel. She just dumped the parcel in my hand and drove off.
I have received many calls and deliveries from other J&T riders and I only have good things to say, because they are always very respectful and kind whenever they deal with customers. I am truly disappointed at the service I got today. I hope that this can be rectified because as I mentioned earlier I am a huge fan of your service. But incidences like these, can greatly affect the image of your company because these people carry the name of J&T.
