Basically, i renewed my sub as it was expiring. Bought a new code as somehow renewing is more expensive than being a new customer. Put in the code (bearing in mind, i bought a 3 user code), and mysteriously the remaining 22 days or so of the old license vanished from my PC. But has not vanished from the other 2. Did email Kaspersky, they said it was being passed onto sales to resolve. However, an email came through saying it was closed. No resolution, and i'm still short changed.

On 18 June 2017 my Kaspersky had a serious problem with Microsoft.NET Framework 4.7 update from version 4.6. The splash screen showed, but the software wouldn't start up. I couldn’t even reinstall the product. I reported the problem to Kaspersky help desk but received no quick reply. I therefore downloaded a demo version of Norton Internet Security to protect my computer and waited for Kaspersky to reply. After a week went by I logged into my Kaspersky account and saw that my Kaspersky software had expired. I sent an email of complaint to the Kaspersky sales email address. I didn’t receive a reply. In September of last year I purchased a 2 year renewal of Kaspersky. There was no record that I had a 2 year renewal and yet it was Kaspersky which emailed me with the offer. The incorrect expiry on my account may be the reason why support didn’t reply to my request for help. A few days ago I noticed that my Camtasia Studio 8 running under Windows 7 Professional 64 bit also showed a splash screen and then wouldn't start up. I notified Techsmith for help and got a reply the following day that the Microsoft.Net update from 4.6 to 4.7 caused the problem. I did an Internet search and saw that the problem had been widespread and was widely known as early as 18 June. But to find this out needed inclusion of the keywords "Microsoft.NET 4.7". Surely Kaspersky could have notified its customers of the problem. But Kaspersky’s record of me as a current customer was incorrect. That record is now correct. I have purchased Norton Internet Security.
Anti-virus protection: could not cancel auto-renew
Company website said I could cancel auto-renew. (They had already auto-renewed for four years so I know they know me.) Sent my information to their site for that action. Reps kept responding to me that they couldn't find me. So, they know me for getting my money each year, but for handing over the decision-making back to me? They never heard of me. Very frustrating!
Kaspersky internet security 2017
Purchased the product at best buy. It sounded good - can be used for 3 devices and claimed to work on Mac and iOS machines. Not so. Could not download onto my iPad, contacted Kaspersky (INC000007936332), and was told it does not work for iOS despite the box cover specifying iOS. No resolution at all, the tech guy wouldn't even acknowledge the packaging error.
I'm no lawyer but selling something under false circumstances is fraud. How does Kaspersky get away with that. And why not withdraw or rebox the product. I thought it was a good company but searching on line they seem to have a lot of issues. Now I don't even trust the company enough to download the software on my Mac.

My incident INC000007851100 with Kaspersky Lab tech support is not being understood, and problem corrected after 5-6 responses to their requests.
The problem is with the MYKASPERSKY Web Site indicating my license has expired when it hasn't. The Kaspersky Internet Security on my PC indicates I have 139 days remaining, and is NOT the problem.
The Kaspersky Lab Technical Support is incompetent.

I have already shut this account down, i did not ever, ever, ever sign up for automatic renewal... i have the email proof that i dealt with this and a confirmation from you that i was removed from auto renewal. to make a long story short this account that you are charging my check card has not been used for over a year, the computers that i had this for are long long long gone..further more you should know that i did open and pay for another entirely new 3 computer, 3 year product key that currently has 855 days remaining, i have had many different accounts over the last 14 years with kaspersky .. as a matter of fact i have never been without your protection in this period of time, i have praised your service and sent many friends and family to you because your product is excellent. you probably know that i have never, never, never signed up for auto renewal. whatever tricks you slipped into this particular account to trigger auto renewal is exactly that [censor]ing tricks. you have lost i life time previously satisfied and happy customer. it does not matter how excellent your product is, you are dis-honest...when my current subscription is up in 855 days we are through. i am shocked and pissed that i'm having to deal with this same fraudulent activity on this same account for a second time in the pass few month. and i do have all the previous documents saved. again i'm asking you to remove me from auto-renewal and to reimburse this $172.79.. order details:

Kaspersky total security
After the latest update, my web browsers have started to act very strange. They are very slow and do not render all the way. Some other sites lose its style and just shows their href links in their raw form. This is due to a change in the self defense.
The moment I turn this off, everything starts to work as it should. I have tried many other things before turning self defense off but they all have failed. Because Self-Defense cannot be modified by level it is now completely turned off.
Please fix this or I will be forced to find another anti-virus. Thank you

On April 20, 2017, our printer and scanner stopped working and we had to call in the computer guy to fix it. He said that the printer and scanner were disconnected by an update that you made to your Kaspersky program.. This cost us $99.99 to get the printer and scanner to work again. We would appreciate receiving this amount back from you to cover the cost of repairing what your product disconnected. We would also like to know how to prevent this from happening again.

I was directed to Just Answer technical support on your website when my Kaspersky programme stopped loading on my computer. I agreed that if the problem was resolved I would be charged £30. The tech support person gained access to my computer and attempted a restore which did not work but he had disconnected. So, assuming his diagnosis to be correct I repeated the restore to an earlier point. This did not work.
Eventually I uninstalled the programme and then reinstalled it. This did work and I continue to be happily protected as I have for several years.
I reported that the tech support had not worked and I did not expect to be charged.
Imagine my annoyance when checking my account to find that not only had £27 plus £3 been deducted but a further £32.39 for something noted as Remot without my authorisation.
In view if the fact that the tech failed to resolve my problem and a further unauthorised deduction has been made I am requesting a full refund of £62.39. Although I have been very happy with the support of Kaspersky for several years I will certainly not be contacting the technical support again.
Deductions are noted in my account on 10th April.

I just received statement from credit card co. with an unauthorized debit charge of 81.93 dated 3/6.Description reads: DRI*Kaspersky.com [protected]. I had requested not to use automatic renewal. My computer was hacked and was not used for over a year.. since I had not used computer for so long I assumed this acct was no longer in use. MY son-in-law took computer in and had it cleaned up and restored, also addding me to his family security plan. This was end of December 2016 . So I was not notified of continuing service and this charge should not have been made. Please credit my credit card exactly as it was charged..immediately. When I was hacked I called Kaspersky to check if my computer had been hacked and was assured there was no problem..found out had phishing and some other big problem! I have had nothing but trouble with this product. I used my password for almost a year, before I kept getting an error message telling me that my password was incorrect. I changed the password, and now that one won't work. They said they would send me a reset e-mail but I haven't gotten it yet. I have also had numerous other problems such as having my game frozen because a signature was missing. I think that's my choice to play regardless. Also, the Kaspersky safe money never worked since I've had it. I would not recommend this anti virus program. It's literally a pita. The technicians don't seem to know what they're doing when you call. They give you some vague answer that you don't understand, probably hoping you'll just go away. Very disapointed!

I bought an official Kaspersky antivirus software with a product key. I wasn't able to install it on my PC. When I tried to enter the security key it said that key was incorrect. I tried again and again and it took me nowhere. Then I went to Kaspersky website and found their email address and sent them a message. Waited two days and sent another one and received not reply yet. I never expected such a poor service from a well known company as Kaspersky! I hope they'll contact me as soon as possible or I want to get my money back. I'm very disappointed with Kaspersky.

We order our licenses from it chase africa kenya and data guard kenya.
All this distributer have big problem in submission of licenses on time, sometime we get licenses but work some period and get black listed. While we pay in advance.
Recently we have an government license (For tanzania post corporation) issue which purchase from it chase africa have been doing the same for now 3 months and still they don't even bother to give reason, answer mail or call. And we damage our relation with our client and make bad reputation for kaspersky.
We need your assistance to resolve this urgently and to direct to other direct distribution or we will now divert all our clients to other anti virus supplier.

After watching the latest advertisement for Kaspersky on television I was shocked and disgusted with the part about the very young lady wanting to show her private parts to her boyfriend / partner online.
This is wrong on a number of levels;
Firstly, why are Kaspersky putting across to it's audience that this is normal and trivial for a girl of that age to be sharing images of her private body parts online.
Secondly, Kaspersky are assuring it's users that if you do decide to perform lewd acts online then your images are completely safe. This is wrong for the following reasons;
1. Kaspersky has no control over how the images / media is used by the recipient. By this I mean that the girls boyfriend in this case may record the media and then share it with his friends or publish it online.
2. No security software is completely infallible, for instance if remote service software has been installed then potentially anyone could be viewing the screen on her computer.
I asked my colleagues what they thought of it in case I was overreacting, but they too were shocked and disgusted.
It would be nice if you could create an advertisement that made people more aware of the dangers without misleading viewers about how ineffective security software actually is.
