When I was installing my total security it came back with a problem. I was on your website and I called the number for technical help. I talked to people who said I had some foreign people with access to my network and it needed to be cleaned up. I paid them money to do this and extend my subscription. We I tried to log into my account I could not. I called for help again and the person told me it must have been a scam. I contacted these people because of information on your website and I am now out $300 and who knows what information they now have. I am very disappointed and don't know how you can allow this to happen if you are a security company. I will not be recommending you to anyone I know and will warn them about what can happen. I have receinty has a payment of £69 deducted form my bank without authorisation by Kasperky, i have been with them since 2014 but never set up a direct debit, i was waiting for this years licence to end in 17 days so i can increase my licence to 1 pc and 1 laptop but this was auto renewed.
I can not access my account online i have two emails myself and my partner has two also and neaither of thease ar regestered with you.
I am not happy with this service as you have no direct contact other then [protected] i have tried calling countless times now and it keeps ringing out no answer this service is very poor.
I would like to cancel my new licence and have the £69 refunded as it was ment for bills but no one is willing to help

I had recently the need to check with Kaspersky about a matter concerning financial transactions that have been blocked. Having checked with my bank and finding no fault there, I searched the Kaspersky website to see if their 'safe money' attribute might have been the source of the problem. In the Kaspersky run customer forum I found that someone else had had exactly the same thing happening, and a agent for Kaspersky had answered giving clear instructions on what to do, it lastly advised that if this advice had not solved the problem that one should contact technical support so that the problem could be looked into.
I followed this course of action and was treated like an idiot by the agent on the phone, I cannot imagine a less rude and ignorant person than the one I spoke to, he considered it ridiculous that I might imagine that Kaspersky would interfere with my transactions; which I find extremely odd as that is exactly what their "safe money" thing is for!
I changed from Kaspersky a few years ago due to similar treatment; they definitely do not deserve custom!

kaspersky internet security 2016
I bought a Kaspersky internet security cd for my laptop for home use.After the installation of this internet security I am unable to make any online transaction .Upto secured browser window everything works fine.When I finally press the button for payment, it says everything is fine and after some seconds it says there is some problem.The end result is the payment amount is debited in my card account but the amount has not been realized by the merchants.This has happened after the the installation of the Kaspersky product. I had to run after the merchants (IRCTC for booking my railway tickets and Tamilnadu Electricity Board for making payment to my electricity consumption charges) and my card issuing State Bank of India.
I am a senior citizen and find it difficult to run after people to get back my amount credited back to my card account.can you please look into this matter and do the needful at your earliest.
fraudulent cc charge
Kaspersky notified me via email about a automatic renewal charge about to take place on my CC. I answered them saying I no longer want the subscription and therefore won't authorize a charge. 2 days later they charged my CC anyway. I called them, told them I didn't authorize it especially after I canceled them. Now they say they'll refund it in 5-7 days! These people are a rip-off!
not delivering product
Bought a business server edition and the initial temporary keys were not able to be validated to get the permanent keys (?). Contacted customer support with no resolution other than to contact sales. No link to sales, or a phone number. Have not been able to contact anyone. At this point wehave no product even after a half dozen requests.

Used this software for approximately 11/2 years had several instances where I had to use customer support and that turned out to be total disaster because of hard to understand agents (language problem) also agents where not very knowledgeable of their own products and reading off of screens. Do not sign up to this program for more than 1 year if at all.
harasses you to renew and won't listen!
I originally had KAV pre-installed on my laptop and had purchased a 1 yr license once the trial ran out. This has turned into yet another stupid mistake on my part. For the software messed around with several (minor) settings in Windows that not even the forced upgrade to 8.1 would fix! I then uninstalled the software and decided to let it the rest of the license run out. I got the standard automated renewal notice a week or so ago telling me that the auto renewal process (which I was coerced into signing up for in order for the license to take effect) would start once my license ran out. I followed their instructions to cancel that auto renewal and received the automatic confirmation email. A week later, I receive yet another renewal notice. I just ignored it since I have NO DESIRE WHATSOEVER to continue using KAV. Yesterday I receive a call from [protected] claiming to be from Kaspersky. Since I was not at home at the time of the call, I could not confirm if that call was legit. I then immediately contacted them through their support link, detailing my situation and telling them SEVERAL TIMES in the support request that i did not want to use them any further. All I got in response was an email detailing what to do if I was having difficulty renewing! It's very obvious that whoever sent that email DID NOT EVEN BOTHER to read my request form instead only saw the heading "Renewal Problems" and sent the standard crap response. Now I am praying that these incompetent fools don't charge me for another license. I don't want to wind up with another unwanted CC charge!

Never, ever by any products from Kaspersky. I had a password issue that is still unresolved after 10 days. Tech support is incapable of correcting the situation and only will tell me to repeat the same steps over and over even when I inform them that the steps do not work. My comments come after using Kaspersky without problem for 3 years prior. When you select "Please have a manager review this problem" you are informed that " you can only complain once". I did not want to complain, I just wanted help. I also have not heard from the Manager Review after 4 days. Terrible service. CK
dishonest practices
In November 2014, I purchased a 3 year anti-virus plan. I found out by accident they double billed me. I wound up with two 3 year plans. I only purchased it for one computer. I got no satisfaction until I got the credit card company involved in a 3 party conversation. Only then, were they courteous and helpful in refunding me about $90. Then a few months later, I got notices that my plan was going to expire in 15 days. I resigned for one year and then remembered I still had over a thousand days left. The first person I talked to had no explanation about this and referred me to technical support. They wanted me to agree not to use the second version or I could be prosecuted. I had already deleted the first version when the new one was installed. After hours, I finally got that squared away. Also, they've pulled the thing about you only have so many days to renew or you will lose the service. I had decided to not renew it and they said that I had agreed to auto renew it. If this is so, why would they tell me it would be de-activated? There was no place to choose otherwise. You have to go through a customer service representative to accomplish this. Why does everything have to be a scam?

Payment confirmed by the bank is through. Kaspersky Malaysia said they cannot trace my order. How come the payment can get through? Where is it gone to? They did not know. I was using their own online order system and the payment was through and yet they did not know about my order? If they cannot track simple order like that (their own online system), can you trust them to track viruses?
Until now, I still does not have my activation code (despite payment was through 4 days ago), and they deemed fit to ignore me in my email to them. Customer service like that is third-world. Even a non-software company can do much better than them in dealing with simple ordering system. Ask me to rate them - 0. If there is such thing as negative rating -10.
Of course, I am now putting up dispute form to my credit card company. They are not just losing one customer, they are losing all my friends (potential customers) by words of mouth. What a hassle I have gone through in my life by this low-level of online system. Do not trust their claim that they can track virus. Is it not that virus are hundreds time more difficult to track than a simple order?

Do not renew your subscription with Kaspersky earlier than the last day of your subscription. you lose the coverage - I paid 30 days early and as a result they activated the renewal immediately and now I have paid for a year subscription but only have 335 days left.
despite numerous attempts with sales, customer service and technical support - they did not want to move the expiry date to match the renewal date.
I am sure other companies will welcome your business. in 335 days I will be working with them not Kaspersky

I am having downloading problems with my computer. I bought the Kaspersky Internet Security and loaded it onto the computer with the disk in the box. I was still having download problems. Sent an e-mail to tech support. The return email gave me a link
to download a diagnostic program. I told them I couldn't download programs. Their solution was to ask me to download a file. I have sent four emails telling them that I can't
download files. They keep telling me to download. It seems like I am getting a computer generated response that is worthless. Or their people are worthless. I understand the computer roblesm are difficult. But when tech support people don't read and listen to your complaint how are they going to fix it?

I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 years. A few days ago I bougt new licence for 1 year. I tried to activate my licence on KIS 2013. However, licence required newer version of KIS. Hence I installed KIS 2015. After installing KIS 2015, my printer via LPT port is blocked. I contacted Kaspersky Technical Support, they were so uninterested about the problem. It has been 5 days, since I first contacted to the support team. They didnt solve the problem and wasted my time. One day, they said we will send you an article about the problem, the other day I called the technical support and they said "We forgot to send you". At the end they said "The problem is not due to Kaspersky, we cannot help you".
About the problem;
Just before I installed KIS2015, the printer was working perfectly. I installed KIS2015, printer stopped working. Today, I restore my windows to just before the installation of KIS2015 and the problem is gone.
I am disappointed with Kaspersky Technical Support Turkey.

I give Kaspersky one star only because there is no option for ZERO stars. As mentioned in several of the reviews their support is awful, thoroughly and completely useless. I purchased the cd and tried to install with no success. I called their support and they had me attempt the install from the online website. Still no success. They then had me download a program that would run a report that was "supposed" to tell them why it would not install. I was told they would contact me as soon as they received the report. I sent the report and waited and waited. I sent 3 subsequent emails and waited. By the end of the day I attempt to install again using the cd that I had purchased. During the install I was forced to restart a couple of dozen times and then just as it was about to complete the install it crashed my computer. I am now out of pocket several hundreds of dollars with repair costs and repurchase of computer programs. Only to be advised by Kaspersky that they will process a refund for their program (that I cannot use) but will not provide any compensation for any of the other costs I have incurred. Oh, and their support did ultimately respond to my email three days later - yah, that's helpful. I would not recommend this company or its products to anyone - not even an enemy.

can't load on computer
I bought the Kaspersky PURE Total Security 3 and backup diskette on Sept. 15, 2014. I didn't load it for awhile and couldn't do it without help. I still had time left on my 30 day trial period. Then when the 30 days were up, the reminder to purchase kept popping up. I finally called and spent quite a bit of time trying to get it installed and then my phone batteries ran out. I called a couple of days later and finally after 45 minutes was told by IYoki that no anti-virus could be loaded onto my computer unless I paid $199 minimum to get my computer fixed. I see this as just another sales gimmick, like so many others that I have bought into. I have been forbidden to spend any more money on computer related services. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY $160.40 REFUNDED. My internet explore is not usable because of viruses.

I purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 on 29th June, 2014. The activation code did not work. Technical support has been unable to fix problem in spite of having sent some twenty odd emails.. I feel I have been cheated out of my money. It seems impossible to make contact with this company to get any sort of redress. Apparently I am not alone. Is this some kind of mammoth scam? I want my money back and am furious to have been left unprotected. Would be so grateful for any advice on what to do next

fraudulent charges
There was a fraudulent charge on my credit card of $349.75 this morning. I have NEVER HEARD of these people nor did I order any product from them. I am disputing this charge of course. And since its a holiday weekend I'll have to wait until after that. Looking at the messages on this board this has happened to many people over the years. It doesn't pay to use a credit card no matter whether its a bank, credit union, or anything! I'm going back to putting money under MATTRESS! CASH AND CARRY ONLY! At least that way the thieves have to knock me down first.

I purchased a 2010 Anti-virus software program in 2010 and renewed it in 2011. I got a virus/Trojan on my computer in 2012 that not only damaged my computer, but took over the Kaspersky program and was running as it. I just noticed that I am still getting a reoccurring charge on my bank account and would like that stopped. I'm not sure how to do that, as there is no number given.

I had a similar experience with Kaspersky; I was hit by a ransom virus that eluded my antivirus. To remove it I downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials (it's free) from Microsoft and it cleared the ransomware and stopped further attacks. Since I bought Kaspersky from a vendor they don't have my credit card number, so I just let it expire. Talk to your bank about reversing the charge, if it hasn't been too long. K has a good reputation; maybe they have updated their software by now.

I purchased Kaspersky Anti-virus 2014 (1PC/1year) from flipkart on 18-feb-2014. It worked properly after installing till 15-april-2014 after that I dono what happend, the anti-virus is in the state of shut down. When I try to enable the anti-virus, the application loads for a long time and without saying any error it closes. I didn't install any new softwares or turn off the anti-virus in recent 7 days. When I troubleshoot the application, the report says "Incompatible application".
