Order number 360437
I wasn’t home to receive the percel therefore percel went to collection. I came from holiday and went to post office they said it’s been back to sender.
I contacted you by email on 24th of august, every time you said the percel is to the carrier I have to pay $6 to collect with a reference number. Each time I tried that reference number and contacted Royal Mail they said the percel been send back to you, I attached the screenshot and emailed you again and again and you said the same thing again and again.
Then you said percel gonna be destroyed Today.
Now where in your website it’s written a person if cannot collect the delivery in a week the percel gonna be destroyed and no refund, what kind of policy is that?
I have been contacting you guys since last 1 month what have you done to get me the percel?
Orders came so late I didn’t expect so I went for holiday missed my percel.
Now either give me the refund or my percel back.
It’s been waste of my time for last 1 months and money.
I still hope you would resolve my refund as a customer.
Thanks
Sharmin

Order number 360437 . I ordered after few week I went for holiday. When I went to pick up my order they said it’s send back to the carrier.
I contacted Katy craft customer service. Last month they said I have to pay 6 dollars for re delivery with a tracking number, each time I tracked the item I see the same thing the order been send back to the sender. I contacted Katy craft each time and asked them to give me correct details of the percel they kept telling me the same thing and sending me wrong tracking number and said the order would be destroyed on 22 September. Since 1 months I have been asking them same question where my product is they kept telling me same thing and giving me wrong information. Now they said the order been destroyed. Really? I want my refund as soon as possible
