Every since my husband and I bought our Keystone Alpine RV 2013 in February 2013 for two weeks living in it we started finding things wrong with our rv. Here is a list of things that we told them was wrong with it: The holding tank gauges were hooked up wrong and registered the wrong amount of fluids in tanks(fixed the hooking up but still shows there i...

Beaudry or keystone manufacturer will not fix the structural damage done from too much water in fresh gallon water tank due to no overflow valve opened. We have had this toy hauler since Xmas and have had no problems, the manufacturer is responsible for this damage and will not fix it. Don't ever buy a keystone toy hauler, Beaudry RV are crooks! Sales ***, Service ***, and their reputation is nasty, awful. They should be put out of business. This is a manufacturer error not anyone else’s error, and Beaudry should be response under warranty to fix this problem ASAP. Their reputation stinks

We purchased a brand new 2022 Hampton 375 DBL on 07/13/2023. Since bringing it home we've had one issue after the other. The biggest issue we are currently dealing with is water intrusion from the heavy rains we just received. We are requesting that Keystone make it right by refunding all of our money to us.
I bought a 2018 keystone 5th wheel that had the floor ripped from poor workmanship, I was promised repair before pickup, it wasn't. I waited weeks for the piece that was to be inserted to repair. It was not compatible and took weeks to get Keystone to approve. Finally after months I got it fixed at Campingworld but they made several mistakes including ripping the molex connectors loose from the slides so it took me three 3 hour trips to get it fixed properly and 3 months later I actually get to use it. So disappointed in Keystone and Campingworld Vacaville. DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER!
We purchased a Cougar fifth wheel in 2016. It is a 283retwe model. Would never buy another keystone product again. It has had to many problems to list. The main issue is the AC will not cool the RV. Brought it back to dealer and they said they checked it out and it works fine. That was 2 yrs ago and still no cooling for us in the RV. Contacted dealer again and set up a time to bring it in to be checked out again. Wish me luck I know they are going to say it works fine and try to send me on my way. Not this time I am going to stay and make a stink until the problem is resolved. I may have to stand out in front of the dealership with a sign that lets new customers know what to expect with the products sold there.
We just bought a 2014 montana 343rl, worse maiden voyage ever, levelers stopped working, had to crank them by hand, air conditioner would not get the unit below 82 degrees in the living area, bedroom was like an oven because there is only one vent in there ., the only cool spot was under the air unit with the main vent open, forget about watching TV or talking when the air is running, 2 days and the air never shut off and the 5th wheel never got below 82 degrees, the frig wouldn't work properly because it was so hot inside the camper, Our cheap travel trailer may have been small, but never had any problems and everything worked the way it was suppose to . Had the same issues as in the above comments, table slides into counter when traveling also crown mouldings coming off cabinets .
Keystone has very poor workmanship as evidenced by our 2013 Fifth Wheel and the Keystone Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
2013 cougar 280 fifth wheel issues
Checking in to see if anyone else has had some of the same issues with their 2013 cougar fifth wheel
1. Required to take off 11 screws and two panels to access the water heater bypass valve. the first panel also has a tv jack, 12 volt light and outlet on it. I have already cut out part of the back panel and installed an OATEY plumbing access panel.
2. Fold-out couch bed leg ends up on a floor register which is now all dented.
3. At times you have to go outside and turn off and on the battery knock out switch or unplug the main power cord to get certain items to work on the control panel, ie.. water pump or entry light outside.
4. Recliners that came with the unit are too large and you have to wrestle one out of position to get the main slide in.
5. When you turn on the island lights for the kitchen, a fan starts running in the area of the converter unit.
I have been discussing some of these issues with Keystone, but not much help.
WE JUST BOUGHT A MONTANA FITH WHEELER WHICH RETAILS FOR $65, 000 AND THE AIR CONDITIONER DOESN'T EVEN KEEP IT COOL. FIRST TIME USING IT ON VACATION AND WE ROASTED IN IT AND THE REFRIG. WOULDN'T KEEP OUR FOOD COLD. SOURND SYSTEM DOES.T WORK IN IT. BOLTS ARE FALLING OUT OFF EVERYTHING. TABLE IS RUBBING UP ON THE COUNTER WHEN YOU PUT THE SLIDE OUT IN.
JUST ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER. TAKE IT BACK TO BE FIXED AND CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. I WOULD SAY AT THIS POINT THAT THE MONTANA IS FAR FROM BEING A TOP OF THE LINE CAMPER.
OUT 1994 EXCEL WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS LIKE WE ARE NOW.
