Dining room being locked an hour before scheduled close
Came to the Janesville, WI KFC to eat dinner with the family. We knew the lobby was open until 7pm so we planned on eatting inside. We arrived at 6:10pm to find the doors locked an hour early. I want to know why this is acceptable to be locking up early. If there are posted times for lobby being open then I expect to be able to walk in as long as it is before closing time. This same thing happened to us last week. Showed up at 6:45pm to the doors locked. Went through the drive thru to order and asked what time lobby closed. We were told 7pm and at this time it is now 6:50pm so why could we not get inside. Something needs to be addressed with this location and closing lobby early!
Enterprise park swansea

I'd like help and assistance my partner works at one of your kfc stores located enterprise Park swansea. She's been there 2 years the newest manager there Nat is not for-filling his roll upto standers. During lock down he was allowing his staff to mess around without wearing face masks. He's constantly putting my partner on window role knowing she's ill and constantly get ill. He's allowing bulling in the store and he's not doing anything. In my eyes there's rasism taking place as there's always white people on the windows and foreign people always get to be in the warm so their all nice a cozzy and that's a bit of a funny situation as he is or a aisian background himself. His assistant manager thinks he's the manager and all the manager does is off load everything to assistant manager and shift runner. s. I've been manager of 4 different firms and I've had and have my own business. And I know how it works. There's favourtism going on. No one gets trained as they are promised and if nothing gets sorted il be going to the papers regarding kfc and il be telling them everything
My Service
On Friday the 6th November I bought a KFC Bucket from the Kingwood takeaway in Hull and when I got home it was cold and I mean cold when I bit in to 2 drum sticks they where still frozen on the Inside, this meal cost me £14:99 and I was totally disappointed, this is the 2nd Complaint I've made and yet still nothing, plus it took me 25 Minutes through the Drive through to get my order, I've never had to wait that long the service I got was terrible so I haven't been back. I was going to put it on the Internet and in the papers but I decided not to so this is my last Complaint attempt if I don't get a result then I will go to the papers regards

it has been an hour since the order being placed , we haven't received any correspondence from the store. The order was placed this morning @11:29 it is now 12;43 now word from the driver. Called the store (KFC Denlyn) multiple times , then contacted the customer care (deliveries). I spoke to Faith who failed to resolve this incident . It is totally unacceptable the service she and Denlyn KFC have provided. I requested a case number of which (Faith) failed to provide.
I would like to be refunded with the same method I used to transact.

Horrible customer service
On 12/7/2022 at approximately 10:00 p.m. I visited a local KFC (Restaurant #E320118) and ordered an 8 Piece Meal with 2 sides through the Drive-Thru. I specifically asked that there be no wings or legs. The young lady told me I would be getting 2 breasts and the other 6 pieces will be thighs. When I received my order I asked for some jelly, honey and ketchup--I did not ask for a specific amount. I received 1 packet of grape jelly, 2 packets of honey and 4 packets of ketchup. I asked for 3 additional packets of jelly for the 4 biscuits that were included in my order.
The young lady (Rosela) asked me if I did not receive 2 packs of jelly and I responded "yes, I did". She then replied, "Well, that should be enough". I told her that it is not and I'm not going to argue with her over condiments after just spending $28.88 for 8 pieces of chicken, which by the way, were over-cooked. She reluctantly gave 2 additional packs of jelly and had a terrible attitude.
Once I got home, I discovered that I had received 4 legs although I requested that she not give me any legs. I would have been more than willing to pay additional for the thighs that she indicated would be substituting the wings and legs.
I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and a young lady named Cierra stated that she was the manager. I explained what happened and suggested Cierra be properly trained to provide excellent customer service as KFC has been around for a long time and I've been a customer for more than 40 years. Cierra hung up on me and in my disbelief I redialed and got no answer. I called from another telephone number and someone picked up the phone but refused to say anything. I told the person on the other end of the line that it was ok that they're refusing to answer because I will be contacting KFC Corporate Office. This experience has proven that the employees at this location do not value their jobs or KFC's reputation and definitely do not respect or appreciate the customers.

The product was very overcooked and dry
Visited KFC Derwent Park and although the service was prompt, the first thing I noticed when we got our order home was the missing sauces we had asked for.
Then we attempted to eat the "Tenders" that could only be described as burn sticks. Then we got to the chicken pieces - these could only be described as burnt, shrivelled up pieces of rock !~!
On the brighter side, the nuggets were cooked ok and still moist.
Will never recommend KFC Derwent Park, or visit them again.
I am complaining about the service and the shortage of food
Every time that I patronize KFC located 3036 Clark Avenue, Cleveland Ohio there is a problem. I went on a Monday and there was a sign on the Drive Thru closed on Monday. Other times that I have gone to this location I asked for Chicken breast. I have been told there were none. Today (December 4, 2022) I drove up to order and was informed that the would be a 15 to 20 minute wait on Chicken. This was 1 p.m. on a Sunday and there was a 15 to 20 minute wait, then I drove up 1 1/2 blocks to Popeye's and the line was out the parking lot and around the corner on West 30th and Clark. The KFC that is located at 3035 Clark Avenue, needs to close or get new management. The service is awful also.

I feel it important to report my recent experience of visiting my local KFC restaurant.
The nearby McDonalds restaurant was very busy so we went into the KFC restaurant as we wanted to dine in and also noticed that it was surprisingly half empty - although now I understand why!
Almost all the empty tables (over half the restaurant) were left in a disgusting mess, there was food on the floor at every single table, items were left on the tops of tables and food was also left smeared on some of the tables with rubbish left on the floor almost everywhere you looked.
I found the cleanest table I could find whilst my partner ordered and cleared and cleaned the table myself.
Once we ate, we watched the staff for some time and were utterly amazed at how little they did and how little they obviously cared about clearing up, cleaning and sweeping the floors, not one of the staff in and around the restaurant floor were actually doing anything, although they were emptying the bins and then leaving all the rubbish bags lying around. I am amazed that this could be allowed to happen and was close to speaking with one of the young staff there or reporting my opinion to the Manager (if there was one on site).
This report needs to be made to highlight the obvious lack of trade and the obvious lack of training for staff on site.
Desired outcome: speak with all staff who work at this restaurant to let them know how they have let the KFC name down and especially the site Manager who allows this to happen in their restaurant and to provide much need training

I ordered the Kentucky bucket ,I paid $64 an hour later I received the wrong order , with only 8 bits of chicken and a small pop corn chicken . Can you please arrange a replacement.

Incorrect order / manager and employee rude / refund
I really like KFC and I used to Work at a KFC when I was in High school. Loved it. But on 11/15/22 I went to a KFC, and it was HORRIBLE the service and the manager. I asked for a refund, and he charged me 2 times still didn't get my refund.
the lady at the window was rude I had to repeat myself more than once. it was an easy order 3 peace chicken with fries and mash potatoes. you would think it's easy to have to pull to the side and make sure it was correct to have to go inside because they mist up the order. The manager was rude and looked at me like I was bothering him. I asked for a refund, and he told Sasha the casher at the window to shut up meltable time. when I asked for her name, she said I'm taking care of it and my name is Reginald. Luckily, I had the recite. My ticket is 1657 Restaurant H667015.
As you can see in the picture, I was charged 2 times at KFC then I went to MCD. I'll Never go there again.

I placed an order through the kfc app with my card. After selecting and putting my details, when i hit place order it deducted the price and showed me a message saying "payment has not been authorized". I called the helpline and they instructed me very poorly that it would be refunded in 2 3 working days. I was told to place another order so i did the second day and the same thing happened. I got ripped twice.
I havent recieved my refund yet for the order i placed which deducted the payment but did not place, its been 2 weeks and i had been told i would be refunded in 2 3 working days. I have placed complain through their help line number and mailed too but there was no response from their side.

KFC Qatar when ordered online will send you email that your order is confirmed and will arrive in 1hr , then after one hour you can call the customer care to know that the order is not processed and he will say sorry sir I will make it urgent ,then you wait for another 1hr and then call again to customer care ,and will be surprised to know that he will make it more urgent processing which will be delivered in another1hr.KFC Qatar online service has done this many times with me which is really sad when children are waiting for food and the customer care gives another 1hr for delivery. KFC Bucket
I ordered KFC 12pcs bucket meal from Al Khor Branch Nov 8, 2022. When I got home when we checked the bucket they only gave 8pcs chicken. We tried to reach out to customer service to complaint about it. She told she will reach out with the branch. No further actions taken, we are waiting for their call. No one called. Really disappointed with KFC Al khor.
Boneless lunch
I ordered the Boneless Lunch from you Nelson store and received no chips with it. I then tried to contact your store but no one would pick up. This annoys me as I’m a loyal customer and should not have to deal with this. This happened at your Tahunanui store at around 11:45. I left the photo spot with a blank picture because I can’t take a photo of something not there. I hope you fix this issue soon

Vegan burger and raw fries
I was so so disappointed after my purchase of vegan burger in Perry street Gravesend Kent UK KFC
Burger was a shop bought QUORNE Fillet not as in COLONEL RECIPE COST WAS £4-99. Just for the QUORNE fillet in a soggy bun. It had no flavour and about 3 pieces of lettuce. It took me 35 min to be served because priority is given to delivery orders.
As for the fries, they were cooked on hi temperature raw on the inside and over done on the outside.
WHOLE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. I can assure you it was my first and last time in KFC. See pictures of my HORRIBLE meal.

Missing products and worst costumer service
Actually I placed an order at you franchise at rajpura Punjab. I didn’t received proper order. Order was no. 15 unlimited bucket and a Smokey chicken strip. Was missing one piece of Smokey chicken strips, a sauce as well.
At first they asked me to wait for 15 mins which I did without any problem. They after 15-20 mins I got an incomplete order. Additionally the staff Costumer service was really bad. I visited this branch few weeks ago as well and had the same issues. But it was the first time so I didn’t made any complaints. But it’s happening almost every time. The dine in was also a mess. Felt like they haven’t cleaned it

Bad service at KFC located in Athens Ga.
I went to the Kfc in athens ga., located on Barnett schools rd. I placed my order at 3:46 pm. I then began my wait! The person that took my order was Calondra.
And I waited almost half an hour, I went to the counter they brought the order of
a couple that placed their order about 15 minutes after me. I asked to speak to the manager who had been setting in a car in the parking lot. I showed her my receipt with the time on it, she stated she had just came in, and asked what I wanted to do. I told her I wanted my money back. They brought the trey the chicken was over cooked and there was no biscuit. I asked what was the number of the corporate office, The manager stated it was on the internet. I asked her name and the mgr stated it doesn't matter. She then told me to not come back!
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The service is slow and the Mgr, is only there to get a paycheck. She has a very bad mouth and seemed like she didn't care. With employees like this KFC will go down the tube. I left without a meal and lost 45 min. that I will never get back!
Desired outcome: The manager should be replaced and someone needs to do some quality control!
Dunked wings heidelberg, gauteng
KFC Heidelberg Gauteng the most pathetic services ever. The manager (Nicky) clearly is not aware of the new slogan "if it is not to the delicious taste that you are used to you can exchange it without question"... or something like that. Well, this one calling herself the manager decided to argue with me when I brought back the dunked wings because it was burning so bad no one wanted to eat it not even my dogs. Definitely not the same recipe than normal. It normally isn't this hot. It's been an hour and my stomach are still burning and so is my mouth and that after I drank milk. I left the box of so-called dunked wings that was also very dry on the counter and walked out as I exited, I hear her shout "So must I cancel it" What did she want to cancel I already paid for it earlier this morning. I just wanted the same quality dunked wings that I am used to getting but will not go back there again. I spend R 191.80 there this morning and it will definitely be the last I will ever spend money at KFC Heidelberg Gauteng again. I love the whole dunked range but will not purchase it at KFC Heidelberg Gauteng. Zinger wings with a teaspoon of dunked sauce over it is not dunked wings. If I wanted zinger wings, I would have ordered zinger wings, but my slip clearly shows dunked wings for which I paid R39.90 and now have nothing to show for it. Please train your employees properly. The desired outcome would have been for this Nicky woman to apologise take the crap that was sold to me and replaced it with normal wings with dunked sauce over it, but no she refused to even do that after I told her to rather do that because something is wrong with their normal dunked wing recipe.
Desired outcome: There is no desired outcome use the R39.90 that I have now lost and use it to train your useless employees that clearly are unable to read a recipe and knows nothing about customer services.
