KFC Foolishness (burn fries...Cold food... Hot drink) waited 4_5 hours for foolishness

I placed an order at oistins kfc around 11 some thing got my food around 3 some thing walked thru the rain got my order cause barbados kfc drivers dont bring ur food to ur door they sit in the car... Anywhos I didnt checked my order cause as I said rain was falling and I wasnt about to get any more wet but when I got back inside n saw what I got I called that delivery driver back n I said my chips burn this is the 2nd time I wan my money back n he stupx n said " I gine gotta call d office r some mess I said ok... Couple min after a girl call from kfc n I told her about my chips not even a srry ma'am nothing... So after waiting hours for food I couldnt even eat muchless enjoy it and I have pics from 2 weeks r so ago n the video with my order today its foolishness... Kfc got back its food and I got back my money im done spending money at kfc... #coldfood #hotdrink #brundryfries #dobetter I also place the fries from 2 weeks ago in my freezer (cause that time I was calling n no one answered as always kfc could get thru to its customers but customers cant get thru to them I wonder y... I have two minds to put that up on social media pics videos n all but im waiting to hear back from yall p. S yall side 30mim delivery n ppl wait hours barbados int big false advertising stop it

Good day

I would like to complain about kfc Mount ayliff service that I got today I am not happy at all I ordered online and paid so when my brother went there to collect my order I was told to cherk in on the app so I tell them that due to network issues I got disconnected before I could cherk In so they did not want to give me my order contacted head office they also did not assist us instead they dropped the call and did not listen

KFC Food at your trading estate slough branch

Hi

I visited your branch yesterday for my grandsons 10th Birthday meal and yet again the food was disgusting. I visited the same branch last year for his birthday as his choice of venue and the food was equally disgusting and I decided never to eat there again. Well my grandson choose to go back this year and I thought I would give you the benefit of doubt and try again. Well me and my husband both had chicken and chips and again it was disgusting. It tastes like it's been cooked in old old fat/Oil. I complained to the manager after the meal and all she could say was oh we will have to try to do better. Then out of my earshot she said to another employee why did she come back if the food was disgusting last year. When I heard this from a customer who heard her say this I then went back to explain to her again that the only reason I was there was it was my grandsons birthday and told her I would be reporting her for her rudeness.

I have to express that the food is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near what KFC used to be a few years ago.

Your input on this would be appreciated and by the way there were 12 of my family members with us so I have proof to this occurring

KFC food made me sick

Yesterday afternoon at 4:22 pm at the Scottsburg KFC ticket # 1119 I ordered a big box meal with white meat. I got the food home and I opened the mashed potatoes and I spelled a strange odor and the white meat chicken I got was so small and dry I thought it was thighs. I did eat the mashed potatoes but later on got really sick on the food. I felt fine and after I ate the potatoes and gravy, I got very sick to my stomach. That was all I had eaten. I ended up giving the small chicken to my dogs. I was beyond upset with this. Why give the people food that they can tell looks terrible and possibly make them sick. Very unhappy. I gave $9.94 and all I got out of the whole thing was a biscuit and rotten potatoes and gravy. I think the management should at least watch the young team members and make sure what they are putting in the boxes looks good. This gives the company a bad reputation

Desired outcome: Please refund and double check the meal before they give it out to people

KFC Fried chiken

So i went to kfc nthana, bhucho, india and the quality of freid chicken was soo bad.

It was very oily literally oil wqs dripping from the chicken moreover, the chicken pieces were so large that it was impossible to eat and i ate it with too much effort. The overall quality has really followed a down trend here at kfc bhucho. I request the higher authorities to please do something about this and make sure they serve quality food so that kfc fans like me won’t get disapointed after each visit.

KFC Online order

Complete and total inconvenience, waste of money, and panic attack! Tried this ordering online, quick pick-up process in hopes to get order fast, fresh, and painless. I had plans and placed this order to be ready for pick at 6:13 and being at my brothers at 6:30 for dinner. I get to KFC to pick order up inside store like the website says to do in the directions. Doors were locked and no one was hearing me knock. I pulled up the store number, called it several times with NO answer. Two different employees looked towards the door and I waved my arms to get their attention, they looked away quickly. Over 10 minutes goes by so with the drive through line being a mile long I got back into my truck and pulled into it. Another 10 minutes goes by with the line barely moving then my sister-in-law calls to see if I was almost to their house because it was 6:35 and was supposed to be there at 6:30. I hung up with her and tried calling the store several more times before getting out of line with still no answer. Went back to doors and after another 5 minutes was let in. Store was filthy, there was what appeared to be trash up on the counter right by my order and on the floor in front of the counter. Once I was finally at my brothers and opened up everything we found the fried chicken skin was almost off all the pieces like the batter didn't stick properly and it was chewy and cold because I was trying to get into store for 30 minutes which made me 30 minutes late for my plans so I looked like an idiot to my family.

As you can see this was a nightmare when it should have been the fastest and simplest way. I would appreciate a response to this.

Desired outcome: At least a refund and meal replaced so I can redo and make up dinner to my brother and sister-in-law. I know in one way or another they are upset with me for all this and that is really bothering me.

KFC Black pepper

I have been a long time customer of KFC, but recently I feel I must complain, I cannot find any pepper sachets available in any fast food outlets in the North East of England. I have not been given any reason why it is no longer available, can you tell me if I can source some, I am happy to pay for them if necessary, I feel the KFC pepper was as much part of the enjoyment of the meal as your chicken.

KFC One order of Large french fries.

I bought a large order of french fries from this store.

I don't usually purchase food at KFC only because there hasn't been many in Midtown Manhattan in some years but about 2 years ago, I noticed several popping up. Good, I thought...

On my way to NY Penn Station, I bought a large order hoping to have them with some cod filets I had in my freezer at home. I boarder my train and sat down. Unfortunately soon as I saw what I had purchased my heart sank. I couldn't believe they sold me this garbage. I immediately took a picture with my iPhone.

The french fries were very dark and saturated in grease. I tasted one a spit it out. Apparently, the person preparing the order didn't care that she was given me what seemed like the last burnt remainder of that particular batch of french fries. I was disgusted. I scolded myself for ever thinking such a simple order could be such a bad decision.

I promise myself to never go into a KFC in the city again. Next time I go into one of your stores it will most definitely be out in the suburbs. I hate to think people there will care much more about what they serve people as opposed to stores in the city where perhaps the volume of people buying in the store gives the people who work there the feeling that they can serve garbage and by the time a person realizes what they bought, they are long gone and too far to return the stuff.

I took a picture but by the time I figure out how to get it into this letter I will miss my dinner so I submit this letter as is.

KFC all-in-0ne order: 292 Not fresh food

Dear customer Care

My partner bought an all-in-one feast at Cofimvaba Kentucky today at 10;16 on the 17th of October 2022,

1. She discovered that this coleslaw is slimy when she started eating after consuming one spoon when we saw and realized its slimy.

2.The chicken is not tasting fresh, and it's got a bitter taste also

3. The potatoes soup is not fresh either.

4. My stomach started getting upset, nauseous and headaches, but ill monitor the situation and seek medical advice if it gets any worse.

Desired outcome: 1. Food inspections should happen randomly2. Store manager must ensure there's no leftovers 3. Consequence management 4. Responsibility if any food poisoning.5. This order should be replaced with fresh food and delivered to our home.

KFC Online pickup order not available

I want to complain about your online ordering system. I placed an order for 3 chicken pot pies to pick up at the KFC on Reflection Dr. Naperville, IL with 30 minutes notice. After placing my order and paying, I closed the tab I had open on my laptop. I went to my email and no order confirmation. Then I went to my phone to see if there was a text with a link to an order, nothing. I went to my account for the card I used and saw there was a pending charge for the amount of the order I placed with KFC. When I got to the restaurant, I went in and there was no pickup order. The person behind the counter said, "Oh, we don't have any more pot pies". I said, you don't call or email that the order was cancelled? This was for my family's dinner. He said, no we don't get the customer information, just what was ordered. That is a horrible system! How can you not have a routine in place or a way to communicate with the customer that what they ordered is not available and their order was not fulfilled? That is horrible customer service. You should re-examine your online ordering system because it sucks and that was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Desired outcome: I should have received an email that the order was cancelled so I could have made other arrangements for dinner. I wasted my time driving to that store to pick up dinner to have no dinner.

KFC Uncooked Hot Wings

Details of your feedback: We went through the drive thru and ordered multiple meals. One of the orders was a 12-piece hot wings. We had to wait as we were told they are "dropped once ordered." We said we would wait. Once we were home, without paying much attention, both my husband and I bit into the wings. My husband said his tasted funny and questioned after looking at it whether or not it was fully cooked. By then, I was on my 2nd (ranch makes everything taste better) and mine was bloody red. Of course, I spit it out. We cut into several others to find the same thing. I called the store and spoke with the lady who answered, she apologized and offered to make us a new batch (no thanks). The pictures do not do it justice, but you should be able to get the gist of our experience. I have contacted KFC three times. After the initial contact, they responded and asked for more information, which I gave them. After that, nothing. I have made contact multiple times and have yet to receive a response.

KFC Food

Hi,

I visited the KFC location in Faridabad, Haryana yesterday and I hated my experience starting from service to food quality.

I ordered peri-peri strips bucket, a veggie zinger and the mud pie waited for half an hour. People were waiting on the counter to pick up their order.

I picked up the food, the strips were cold and dry and even the veg zinger wasn’t great.

This morning I got a stomach ache and diarrhea. I will never make the mistake of visiting KFC again.

KFC Iced tea. Not answering their phone

Hello today my family ordered dinner from the Lemon Grove Ca location. Once we got home our Ice Tea was rancit. I tried calling but the phone just rang and rang. I tried 5 minutes later just rang abd rang.very frustrating. We always end up having to go back for 1 reason or another. Sometimes wring food Sometimes no biscuit. One time biscuit not cooked all the way very frustrating.

KFC KFC in Lexington KY ... Employees rude and arguing ... did not give me change back or receipt

Lexington KFC around 5PM Friday 10/14/22

Ordered 2-piece white meat meal for my granddaughter with specific request for mac and cheese/mashed potatoes as sides. Gave the employee $10 bill. She and the employee that takes the order got into a heated conversation about a mix up of orders. The employee handing out the food was basically bullied into giving me the wrong order (granddaughter got cole slaw which she hates and one piece of dark meat) plus I was not given a receipt or my change back.

I was just glad to get away from the unpleasantness of the employee argument. However, I feel strongly enough about the incident to ask for some type of reimbursement.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my $10 since no change was given to me for the wrong order and my granddaughter did not eat the meal. Or a coupon for a meal and the change back or a couple of coupons for meals.

Both my children have been sent home from school with upset stomachs - I'm 100% convinced this is due to eating the raw chicken from kfc - I have to stop work - which has cost me a day's pay - and if there no better take them to doctors and loose another days pay - I want Kfc to take full responsibility and I await some compensation - Or I will take this further - I will start by putting pictures all over social media - I await your response !

KFC Employee actions

On Wednesday Oct.12th. 2022 I went to KFC in Whitehouse Tenn. at 3pm. As I pulled into the parking lot and noticed several cars in the drive thru and others waiting to place orders. I walked in the lobby and could hear employees hollering at one another and cussing very loudly. I almost walked out. I decided to go ahead and order. I ordered a 12 piece meal and my side vegies. I also wanted to order 5 extra wings and 5 extra legs. The girl working on the register was new and did not know how to charge the extras so she went and got a lady to help. She told me that they were unable to do the extra chicken. It would take 25 to 30 minutes to cook. I asked how much wings or legs was cooked. I was told 2 wings was it. Told cashier to forget the extra chicken. While waiting for my order I over heard people in the back saying they were out of breast. I asked if that was my order and was told no. As I walked to my truck a young man said came out to me and said he had my order. Anyway this is my final visit to this store. My family try to eat here about 3 times a month. I know it is hard find respectful employees, but this was totally unprofessional with all the that was being used

KFC Service and the way your mangers treat customers

On [protected] I pulled into your drive-up at laporte in. At that time I ordered 2pc chicken (thigh's) a famous pot. Bowl pespi with c. Chip cookie after getting home (12 miles) I find condiments fork ect. No chicken, no cookie. So called and asked to speak to a manger after speaking to I think everyone that worked I finally spoke to someone that said they where the manger I forget their name. They told all would do is give 10% off my next visit and 2 cookies. I said ok figuring I would ok even though I never get my chicken. Ther was to be a note in the office. 10-10-2022 I drove back 12 miles to get dinner and go to drive up only to be told there was nothing there for me. And no one there know anything about it. So I go to popeyes for my dinner. I call that night to talk to a manger and was turn down said they could not be contacted. Was told call tomorrow, which I did again no manger be but the person said they found my ticket in office. And I could have 2 cookie and 10% off my next order bless their hearts every bit of this is you because of fkc and mangement it cost me the price of my meal 36+mile driving phone calls and time spent only to see kfc could care less about there customers.

Desired outcome: WOULD LIKE TO HEAR IF IS THE WAY KFC TREATS EVERYONE! AND WOULD LIKE A AGOLOGY FOR BEING TREATED AND SPOKEN TO LIKE A CROOK!!!!!!

KFC KFC Crown mines - Mr Delivery

I ordered chicken from KFC Crown Mines on the 31st of August and the chicken was disgusting. I left everything and did not complain. Today however i ordered from KFC Crown Mines again and look at this chicken. Do they want me to report them to the health inspectors. This is DISGUSTING.

KFC Service

Almost every Tuesday for many years I go to KFC store to get the special. They handle the orders really well when they are super busy. But for the past two months, I have to wait for 20 mins or more for the order as they did not have original chicken left. It is getting frustrating as I have been to 795 e broadway store at different times in the evenings from 5 to 730 pm and yes, they are busy with Tuesdays special but has never ran out of original chicken nor the wait is like 5 mins but now has been turned to 20 or more mins every tuesday at different times i ended up waiting for 20 mins or more. I am aware there are more orders from pickups but still they need to focus on putting enough original chicken for the orders maybe invest in another fryer or better organized cooks. The last Tuesday i end up waiting for 45 mins and ended up missing the liquor store at 9 pm. I have never missed liquor store before I was at kfc before 8 and by the time i got to broadway and commerical was 9 o clock so i ended up paying more at private liquor store. This is so disappointing.

Desired outcome: Invest more fryers or ticket orders or better cooks to improve waiting times.
