I believe this is a systemic issue with area franchises. The last four (4) times I have bought the 8 piece meal at 3 different locations, I have only received 7 pieces of chicken. If this happened 1 time - ok. 2 times, maybe a coincidence. 3 times in a row - not likely. 4 times, and it is on purpose. I know that the Oklahoma public school system isn't the best, but I think that most of the young people that work at these locations can probably count to 8! It hasn't been something I really wanted to sit down and write a complaint about as it was just a wing each of the 3 times before, but today was a thigh. A little bit larger piece of chicken and percentage of the over twenty dollar cost.

I feel like I'm almost in the KFC family, as my wife was a Taco Bell KFC pensioner from her time working at the corporate center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She passed away just two months ago on November 13th, 2022. She was always very proud of her time working for yum foods. This certainly doesn't seem to be inline with the corporate ideals that she tried to emulate when working for yum foods.

KFC Chicken and the sides

hello My name is David Kendall.

We ordered food in the past from Kfc, However every time we got our order its was terrible and awful. Plus we are getting sloppy service.

MY complaint is THE kfc in Grove Oklahoma is Really Awful and needs to change. When we go thru the drive, There's Some employee who wants to be a Wise [censored] and make Rhetical comments about Customers ordering Food. I dont really care for that, I am there to order food not to be entertained by some YOYO!

Just the other day we ordered some chicken it was dried out, The mashed potatos and brown gravy was not Edible, also the cole slaw was watered down. The next night, the Manager was there I told her about what had happened, she told me to pull thru, so i got a Meal to replace the one we had which Was Very bad! I ASKED her for her name She wouldnt give it me.

SHE just pointed to number on the receipt which is the restaurants number.

This Kfc In Grove Oklahoma Has Sloppy Aweful quality of food, THE attitude of these employess are off the wall! Me and my family are chosing to go elsewhere for Chicken... Can you doing something about the Quality of service and the ATTITUDE OF the Employess working there?

KFC Order is wrong.

01/11/2023 about 4 pm Iwent into the KFC #G135878 in Painted Post New York. I ordered: 8 piece bucket. 1 chicken finger, 3 original thighs and 4 extra crispy thighs. Was told that I could not mix fingers with chicken. The finger was for my puppy. So told the girl that I would have 4 thighs original and 4 thighs extra crispy. Unpon arriving home, 1 1/2 hours away, I opened that bucket to discover that I have 2 wings extra crispy, 2 breasts extra crispy, 2 thighs original and 2 drumstick original. I am not happy nor was my family. I appreciate you looking into this for me. Thank you.

KFC Famous bowl. No customer service

I go through the drive through at 8pm. I was not given a receipt. I’m told to park in front someone will bring out the order. No one comes out. I try to call the phone is constantly busy as if taken off the hook. After 15 minutes and several other customers receiving their orders after me. I try to go inside. The door is locked. I knock on the door and the employee looks at me and disappears in the back. Finally they come to the door laughing and asked what I want. I tell them I want my order and the receipt. I’m told they don’t have a receipt. I demand to speak with the manager. I get a receipt and my order but have to wait. Sarcastic employee poor customer service.

KFC Found a plastic screw in my order

I ordered a #6 and got a #10 so I went back inside and said I got the wrong order, and the lady was very helpful and gave me #6 and told me to keep the #10 so I did. When I left, I was eating my food and found a white plastic screw in my food. The drink tasted like water it was nasty. I'm not happy about. What if it was my daughter who was eating it.

Desired outcome: Thy need to be more careful when doing the orders. Would like to get a refund and apologize. free food

KFC Undone chicken

I went to the kentucky fried chicken today around 11:10 am and got 2 -3 piece chicken meals. One meal was crispy.. The other was original.. My sides on both were fries and coleslaw.. Well once I got home and opened the box the fries in both were just thrown in box on top of coleslaw... The chicken in both boxes were not done.. The skin was literally coming off all the chicken... And the bottom of the boxes were soak and wet from the undone chicken.. The coleslaw taste like they ran out of coleslaw sauce and added water to the mix to make it stretch.. Horrible.. Horrible... If it wasn't for me didn't feel like putting clothes back on and going up there to show them the mess I got... I will never go back up there to eat again and I had to put my chicken in oven to cook all the way done, who eats bloody chicken.. I know I don't... This is my last and final time going there because it was a whole disgrace.

KFC Incorrect order, unsatisfactory restaurant

Ordered take out from holbury shop, Southampton 5.24pm 1/1/23. The shop smelled strongly of Marijuana although we were the only customers in. Staff forgot our large bottle of pop which we corrected in store, when we returned home we realised all 4 portions of fries were missing. Upon eating a chicken wing there was a long hair embedded in the batter.

Desired outcome: Perhaps an inspection of the shop to investigate the smell of marijuana. We would like the confidence to eat there again without missing order items or feeling sick from the smell.

KFC Drivethru and Manager behavior at 4540 Western Center, Haltom City TX

Went thru drive thru right before 9 pm. Asked if they were able to accommodate #2 for 3 pieces ALL ORIGINAL BREASTS. They said sure. I paid extra for a total of $13.49 at the window. When I got home, I had 3 thighs, so I called the store. Some guy named "DRAY"...which could be a fake name... got on the phone and at first said he was not the one at the window helping me so he couldn't do anything to help. I told him as a manager he is the one responsible to make this right. So, then he tells me I got thighs because they had no breasts. I told him that is a lie because I specifically asked at the window before I placed the order; not to mention they charged me extra for the special of 3 breast pieces. He then stuttered and stammered around and finally yelled at me to come back the next morning. I asked for the name of who I should speak to and he YELLED "ME! M E MEEEEEEEEEEE!. I asked if he was a 19 year old because he was not acting professional if he were really the manager. He then hung up the phone at roughly 10:45 pm. I tried calling back every minute till they closed at 11 pm. and he proceeded to answer and hang up on me every minute. I would not be so adamant about getting my $13.49 refunded had it not been for the rudeness and the blatant negative customer treatment. I could go back to the location and take the cold dead chicken thighs with me, but I am afraid of the employees who work there, based on who and what I saw tonight. They appear to be little hoodlums and playing mind games, stealing money from customers. I plan to report it to corporate. I told "Dray" I wanted to call the district manager as well. I will go as high up the ladder as I can and file this complaint all over social media for the location at 4540 Western Center, in Haltom City TX. I also plan to go to other nearby locations tomorrow and get their feedback on this neighbor location and ask how they suggest I handle the situation before calling the local media. I will even go so far as small claims court to get $13.49 x 3 plus $75 in court charges. KFC will be the loser and the ones to pay over $100+ all because there is a punk kid stealing money from customers at the window. It is worth it to me to force him to repay my $13.49 for service and food items not received.

Desired outcome: I want my $13.49 refunded and the 2 employees who worked tonight FIRED for theft.

KFC Wrong meal and missing item

We received the wrong side for the meal of chicken tenders and also was shorted 2 pieces of chicken in our 8 piece family meal, for 40 dollars this was horrible service and it was not a busy time of day. Day was Thursday December 29th around 6:45 pm I repeated the order numerous times to the person taking the order and it was still messed up would like compensation for the meal.

KFC Missing items

I went to Exeter Rydon lane this afternoon after ordering on the app but was missing 3 mini fillets from the popcorn chicken bucket bundles I was ordered but tried to ring them at restaurant but no answer. This was on 11 December and even though I have contacted you on Facebook I never got an outcome.

I Didn’t get mini fillets with big deal for one or snack bucket

KFC Service

I went to KFC Ventersdorp and I welcomed by this amazing and then asked his colleague Lerato Ntwagae that is the food that we as clients that we can that is left. She screamed at us rudely so and with attitude that the other customers saw that as a joke. This is not the first nor second time but forth time this girl is rude to me. She has no customer service that one would think she is the owner of the franchise. One disrespectful girl who has definitely has lost her morals and what she was taught. She literally said the was only ten zinger wings left but her colleagues said no we also have snack burgers but it seems like those she was keeping them for herself. The most smelling attitude.

Desired outcome: The this girl must be punished or either be fired from work as she clearly has forgotten her work ethics.

KFC KFC chillout rehab branch

I ordered yesterday December 28Th 2022 a meal from KFC Chillout branch near to Rehab City 6th gate and requested odder (El Sheering box) spicy white meat (drive through) time 6:45 pm The cashier man told me; (15 minutes and meal will be prepared) because you need spicy white meat After 15 minutes the order wasn't ready the same cashier told me to take original white meat otherwise you have to stay for 10 more minutes I told him I have a severe appointment and this was not the deal so in 2 minutes the meal was done.

When I returned home I was surprised that meal included (5 pieces of wings+1 small piece of white meat) instead of (3 wings + 3 white meat).

KFC an order made at KFC Canning Town

I order a Zinger Tower Box Meal, an extra zinger burger and some chilli bites. However instead of 1 Zinger Tower and 1 Zinger Burger I got 2 Zinger Burgers. I was charger for Zinger Tower but got Zinger Burger. I would appreciate if you could give me at least the money that I paid extra back. Something is always wrong when I buy there. But I keep coming back because I like the burgers but the service is not always good. In person or delivery there is always something missing or wrong item.

KFC missing items

Second time at the Kingston, Pa KFC and did not receive the promo of 6 chocolate chip cookies. First time just figured it was a mistake, but a second time same thing. Shame on us for not checking, although we should expect that they are completing our order as requested. When doing the survey on the receipt kfc.com/about/contact-us the store number would not register and neither would the ticket number. Really not sure why we would come back after this

KFC Order not delivered

2nd of Dec please order and it was not delivered i had to go to the branch since i did not get my order.I was told i must wait ill receive a call with the voucher so i can repurchase,that did not happen i did another order.From the 2nd i have not receive my money and the is no communication whatsoever about this.Am so tired of calling with no outcome.This is a bad service at it best,ill advice not to use ur delivery option since it gives no joy.

KFC store inconveniences

The KFC in Orange, Ct. on the Boston Post Rd. Please for the love of Xmas. Can someone fix the giant craters at both the drive in and drive out areas. It's totally ridiculous, they are so big there is nowhere to even go around them. #2 Can we fix the ordering speaker has been down for a few months now. Oh, and by the way the chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller like Cornish hens, but the prices are outrageous. Do your job. Thank you

KFC Twister

Order a twister, when I received my twister there was only one tomoto and two chicken strips on it. There was no sause and no Lettiese, it was a really thin twister . The twister was not even that filling. The most disappointing meal ever. We pay so much for it and this is what we are getting. Really KFC you are one of the most expensive fast-food take away, but the food is not great not filling.

KFC Food Poisoning

I purchased an 12 piece meal for my family yesterday. Since eating our meal, not one but all four of us have been vomiting, sweating, watery diarrhea, and

dealing with stomach pains. Good thing I have two full bathrooms. We are home trying to get over this. Please revisit the importance of cleanliness.
