Wrong Order/Rude and Nasty Store #G135866 Mayfield Rd Cleveland Ohio
I went to Kfc on 10/09/2022 I waited in line for 15 minutes and it was only one car ahead of me. Once at the speaker I asked for an 8 piece all thighs I was told they did not have it and then a guy came on the headset and said it would be a 15-minute wait so I told them I would wait. So, I parked in the parking lot and after 20 minutes I drove back around, and the same lady ask for my order I told her I was the guy who wanted the 8-piece thighs and once again she said they did not have that. I told her they told me it would be 15 minutes and I waited only now to be told again they did not have it.She said all she had was what she had very rude and nasty. So, I calmed down and asked for 8-piece dark once at the window she was talking to the Manager by the name of Leslie, so I sat there waiting another 6 minutes. She then said 18.99 and I gave her my Credit Card after which as I looked into the restaurant, they had no Chicken up anywhere. So, she handed me a small bucket in a bag, and I asked for my receipt. I wanted to just get home to my family that had been waiting to eat. But once Home my wife opened the bag to find four hard Pices of chicken and nothing else. We called the store only to be hung up on and when we called back, they would not answer the phone. Wrong food and rude service is not acceptable. This should not happen to anyone.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and or what I paid for and did not receive.

Deliveroo from KFC Greenwich we are working on this house painting and decorating and have been using Deliveroo I ordered two lots of extra fries which were paid for and on the tickets attached to the order but not in the bag tried to call the store no reply no point complaining to delivery company as they only delivered no put the order together, only other issue was it was cold!
This is the second time this has happened from this store and I don't see why we should put up with rubbish service, please advise on what you feel is a fair settlement! Don't blame delivery company

But after 40min when I called they easily said sorry we are not delivering at your area it's not a first time it's almost third time that's why I think now I should take action. Even though at the time of ordered I confirmed if they deliver or not the person took my order said yes.

Today I fulfilled my son's birthday request dinner.
I knew it was a bit pricey but I expected the same great tasting kfc that I have
always enjoyed in the past ,and was well worth it .(so I thought).
The fries tasted rubbery ,definitely not freshly made.
The gravy was bland,as well as the small chicken pieces.What happened to the spice?The size of the chicken breast ,looks like it was cut in half.
Needless to say never again as long as I live I will fork out $75.70 for the party pack .( Just to throw out some , or feed to the dog). Some party 😩

drive thru 8 piece meal
i drove to the Greenville Tx store to buy an 8 piece meal and paid with my bank card, i was supposed to get 2 legs 2 thighs, 2 breast and 2 wings when i got home and opened it i got 4 legs and 4 thighs, i called the store and told the manger and she said i was never there and hung up on me her name was Jamie, i will never go back to this store again and tell others to stay away

When we asked, they told us that they will take the order after 30 minutes due to the shift change, we ordered Twisters which were much lighter than beforez 5 to 6 small pieces of chicken in a whole roll, no salad at all, cold drink was like sweet black water with ice cubes floating.

Almost every time I go through the drive through, I order extra crispy chicken breasts and they’re not made yet so I have to wait 30 minutes or so. Then I bring them home and this most recent time, Tuesday 10/4/22 at 7:20 PM, I order 3 extra crispy chicken breasts and 4 biscuits. I received 2 biscuits, 2 extra crispy breasts, and 1 tiny wing. It’s more of an inconvenience to drive back so we just split it the best we can. I called and got a fax tone 7 times before getting a person, because I just wanted to make this location aware that they have messed up our order numerous times. I go here maybe 3 or 4 times a year so it’s frustrating when my order is incorrect.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate some money back and to know that this staff is going to do what they can to prevent this from happening as frequently.
Snarling, rude service at drive thru
Today, October 3, 2022 we ordered 2 of the $6 special meals at drive thru in Yucca Valley, Ca. We especially requested all thighs. Upon arriving home
we saw that the order was missing 2 of the thighs and the biscuits. We called and were told to return and receive 2 thighs and 2 biscuits and "thats all we can
do" was the cranky response. After driving back to the KFC location we received the items mentioned from a scarly, cranky personnel. Funny, it was us
that had to make an additional unscheduled visit just to get our original order.
What on earth were they cranking about? Does the local owner know how
the employees are acting in their absence? Last night we had gone to same location and were told only cash as machine was dowon. All we had was
$5 and some change and they irritatingly wouldn't budge on the $6 special. We
didnt have time to drive all the way home for an additional $1. Thought we'd try them again tonight and the same cranky associate was tending the window. Not really a recommendation for this restaurant.
Desired outcome: Please refund entire order of $13.05.
Poor and slow service
There was no any other customer in-store when I ordered 2 very-berry krushers (14h09) after ±15 minutes of waiting, yet there was still no any other customers, they pumped my krushers and just left them on the counter in this heat (33°C) for a good 5 minutes before they actually mixed it with the berry, I only received my order at 14h31. The only person who was working in the store was the one who was dealing with the drive-thru, the other staff workers were standing around and arguing. This was 2022.10.03
Terrible, non-existent customer service.
I picked up an online order at the drive through. Got home to find essential items missing. When I rang the Moe store to complain about them getting my prefer wrong, I found the manager unhelpful to the point of rudeness. I had to spend more money on petrol to go and pickup the missing items. Meanwhile my hot chips got cold and spoiled, on top of the inconvenience. No compensation offered at all. The manager simply doesn’t care. She should get a job that she cares more about.

earlier this evening I was at your KFC in my hometown of Bath, NY (G135886, cust #1388)...I went through drive-in, ordered my 5pc, 4s, 2 b with order of small fries, and med d soda...after taking my money, clerk asked me to park at side of entrance and someone would bring me order to me...No problem...the 3 cars after me also had "to pull over"...I watched as people entered the restaurant and walked back out with their order while I waited approx. 25 minutes for my order...The order they brought to me was not mine, so had to wait 5-7 minutes for my correct order...Not expecting any offers but thought you'd like to know that you have a unhappy customer...

Today 9/30/22 at 11:24 I went to KFC I ordered 3 meals 2 with coleslaw and 1 with potatoes. I received all coleslaw and no potatoes so I went back through the drive-thru because the lobby was closed I said that I ordered potatoes and got coleslaw instead the women said to pull to the window and give her my receipt do I did.straight away she started being rude and was saying it was my fault I didn't get them even know the receipt clearly says mashed potatoes! She tells my she can't help me and just being so disrespectful finally the manager came and fixed the problem I gave him the coleslaw and he gave me the potatoes. I have never been treated so bad from someone for absolutely no reason .I am grateful for the awesome manager working but this older woman should not be working there or needs some training on costumer service

I drove through the drive-thru approx 7:15pm. I ordered 3 pc chicken tender meal with side of coleslaw added. They were out of pepsi-so I got a sprite. When I looked @ my order the tenders were old and stuck together. I asked for fresh ones please. The attendant said pull ahead and we will bring it out. Another girl said there is something wrong with our fryer.10 minutes later I went inside because no one came out with my tenders. Only to walk inside and see 4 kids sitting in the dining room ranging from 3-12 maybe. I asked for a refund and the kids mother yelling @ the kids - go sit down!- said she didn't have the authority to give a refund and the GM just left. She then said the tenders were frozen and I had to batter them-it will be another 5 minutes. I said no, I'll just have a thigh and a crispy wing please. She gave me that & I left. Will this be the next store closing. This is not the first time getting poor service or food. This is the first complaint submittal.

2.30 hour delivery
I placed an order from KFC Turkey's website, dated 24.09.2022 (European date format), at 20:32, it arrived at my door at around 22:20, I asked the courier to cancel it and returned the delivery, he called his supervisor to cancel and he approved my request. The courier told me that the order was came into their system at 21:15, I paid with a debit card and there is no refund yet. In addition, when you call 444 35 55 (KFC Turkey call center), you cannot talk to a customer representative, there is only a voice response system informing your delivery status.

I went to Drive thur and sit there for 6 minutes no one took my order, so I drove up to the window and noticed a young lady standing there arguing with someone on the phone she saw me and walk away for about 2 minutes but when she returns back, she said she didn't know why I was waiting because I was not getting a MF thing, she locked the window and walked away.

Incorrect order and didn’t get helped for 10 mins
I walked into kfc in Mankato, Minnesota around 2:00 on Sunday September 25th, it took the employees 10 mins to come and say anything to us. Then as we ordered she didn’t repeat the order back to us, so we when we got the wrong food she didn’t give us the right food and said we ordered it this way. We ended up not eating everything. Very disappointed.

We ordered and payed online, received sms aswell as email that payment has been received and order has been placed . Went to collect, only to hear there is no order and we have to pay again. We waited an hour with no resolve, even after showing proof of payment, proof of conformation email and sms. Refuse to give a refund or contact customer care to help. MADE A SECOND PAYMENT. Got home and saw that they got the whole order messed up and we didn't get what was paid for the second time

went through a drive through and ordered 2 - 3 piece Big Box with all white, original recipe. The sign did not specify dark or white meat. I didn't look at the menu listings. The car in front of me ordered the same thing on her 2nd order. At no time was I told that it only came with dark meat. I would have ordered differently or paid more. So I get home with my meal, to my dismay, it was dark meat. We did go ahead and eat our meals, the store is on the other side of town and I had just got off of work and did not feel like driving back in heavy traffic. I called up the to complain and was told the picture showed two thighs and leg. At the drive thru, the sign is at least 15 feet from the from my car window and your chicken thighs and breasts are so similar in size it was hard to tell what pieces were displayed. I am 70 years old and where glasses. So sorry! What's sad is that this is the third time this has happened. I have ordered a 2-piece all white and 3- all white dinners on two different occasions only to get dark meat TWICE in the past 6 months. The person I spoke to was nice as well as the cashier/order person. But the fact of the matter is the lack of information offered when I ordered the 2 big box dinners all white meat and when I do complain, I get told there is a picture! This just isn't the way to do business and it's a shame that it has happened.

I drove through the KFC in Gardendale, AL and ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 legs and a thigh. The lady was probably the most rude person I have ever encountered at a drive through. She told me she would upcharge me unless I got 2 legs and a thigh. I eat at KFC somewhere every week day in the whole state of Alabama and Tennessee and never have had this problem. Then I asked if I could get 3 legs and she said "if you want me to upcharge you!". I simply drove off and went to Jacks and got 3 legs with no extra charge.
She has been rude more than once, but I went ahead and bought what was offered. You really need to check into this person...at the drive thru today.

on the 23-09-22 at at about 13h23 i went to buy kfc and i was buying street wise 2 pap and the cashier told me the pap is finished and i asked what time must i wait for the other she said she doesnt know how long then she they said there is no pap and the are waiting for the truck and they dnt care even if i lay complain.
